化学反应混凝微滤技术是处理放射性废水的一种新型实用技术,作为分离单元核心的聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维微滤膜是一种性能优异的水处理膜材料,具有化学稳定性好、抗吸附污染性好、高装填密度等优点,但在辐射环境下性能会发生一定程度的改变,从而影响材料的使用性能。文中在一个较宽的辐射剂量范围内研究聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜的性能变化,为该膜的工程应用提供依据。  相似文献

推导了纤维悬浮流的平均运动方程和纤维平均取向角的概率密度函数方程,提出了计算纤维平均取向角分布和悬浮流平均量与脉动量关联函数的逐级迭代方法。将推导的方程和提出的方法用于纤维悬浮管流场的计算并进行了相应的实验,计算和实验结果吻合很好。研究结果表明,在相同的压力降下,与没有纤维的牛顿流相比,纤维悬浮流具有较大的流量,因而纤维在流场中起着减阻的作用,减阻的量随着纤维浓度的增加而增大。在相同情况下,纤维悬浮流的相对湍流强度和雷诺应力比牛顿流小,这说明纤维能够抑制湍流,抑制的量与纤维的质量浓度成正比。  相似文献

本文对两同心旋转圆柱间隙形成的流场以及处于流场中的纤维运动和取向进行了数值研究. 在贴体坐标网格下求解了流场控制方程, 得到了流场中的速度、压力等物理量. 研究了两同心圆柱同速反向旋转以及仅内层圆柱旋转这两种情况下的纤维运动和取向状态. 得到了处于这两种情况下的纤维在流场中从静止到开始运动和取向直至最终达到稳定状态的动态详细过程. 结果表明, 当两个圆柱同速反向旋转时, 纤维运动与取向也相应的呈现两层结构; 而仅内圆柱旋转时, 纤维运动与取向呈单层结构. 在两种情况下, 纤维均沿流线方向运动和取向. 讨论了纤维长径比对纤维取向的影响, 结果表明随着纤维长径比的增加, 纤维沿流线取向的取向度逐渐增强.  相似文献

基于描述短纤维增强复合材料充模过程的气-固-液三相模型及同位网格有限体积法, 实现了纤维增强复合材料沿复杂型腔水平中面充模过程的动态模拟. 不仅得到了界面位置、各物理量的信息, 而且得到了纤维在型腔中的运动情况(包括纤维的平动和取向). 结果表明, 与沿型腔厚度方向纤维取向的表层-芯层结构不同, 纤维沿型腔水平中面的取向与型腔结构有关, 入口处纤维取向环绕型腔入口, 沿水平或竖直方向纤维取向与来流方向垂直, 型腔拐角处纤维取向指向拐点.  相似文献

中空纤维膜换热器可同时实现传质传热, 该换热器可应用于吸收式制冷系统以改善制冷性能. 为探究该膜换热器在溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的运行工况下的传热传质特性, 搭建中空纤维膜换热器性能测试实验台, 采用控制变量法探究在热侧不同入口溶液流速、温度下该换热器的传热量及膜通量变化规律特性. 结果表明: 在热流体其它参数保持不变的情况下, 中空纤维膜换热器热侧溶液的入口流速由3.05 m/s 增至3.30 m/s 时, 换热器总传热量与膜通量均随之加大, 增幅分别为16.0%和2.2%; 该膜换热器的总传热量在冷侧溶液与热侧溶液入口温差10°C 至15°C 内, 增幅达到18.9%, 而膜通量受膜两侧溶液的入口温差变化影响较小, 增幅仅3.1%. 研究表示: 温度的变化对中空纤维膜换热器的传热传质性能影响更为显著, 而流速的变化对水分子的运动影响较小.  相似文献

聚砜中空纤维膜由于其独特的性质成为广泛使用的基膜之一,微生物污染是其使用过程中常见的一个严峻问题,量子点具有粒径小,生物毒性强等特点,在抑制微生物的生长方面有重要作用.本文主要研究量子点修饰的聚砜中空纤维膜表面的抗菌性能,通过在水相中合成了稳定的具有窄而对称荧光发射带的量子点CdTe,以巯基丙酸作为表面修饰剂,对其进行了荧光光谱、透射电镜表征,得到了粒径约为3nm的CdTe半导体纳米粒子;以二苯甲酮为光敏剂,通过连续化紫外辐照的方法将亲水性单体甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯接枝到中空纤维膜的表面,利用羟基和羧基的反应成功地在其表面组装上量子点,通过红外光谱进行表征;从野外环境中分离培养了棒状细菌B1,其形态通过偏光显微镜和扫描电镜表征,利用紫外分光光度计测量光学密度,分析中空纤维膜上量子点的抗菌性能.结果表明,经过改性,细菌的光学密度由原膜的0.88降低到量子点改性膜的0.27.表明中空纤维膜的抗菌性有了较显著的改善.进而表明,连续化紫外辐照改性的方法切实可行,并展现了在工业应用领域的潜力.  相似文献

建立了错流中空纤维膜液体除湿组件的二维传热、传质数学模型,引入研究传质过程质量积耗散的湿阻来衡量溶液除湿过程中水分传递的不可逆性。通过分析膜法除湿组件中除湿与传热耦合的湿空气水分传递过程,得到了热湿传递过程中传质的阻力表达式。通过一个典型设计实例,得出了可以降低中空纤维膜除湿组件不可逆传质损失的管长、根数、管间距、排列方式等设计参数。  相似文献

Water and oil absorption behaviors of the bare and PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane)-coated PET (polyethylene terephthalate) fabrics with two different fiber strand thicknesses were investigated. PET fabrics were superhydrophobically modified by PDMS-coating via a thermal vapor deposition process. The modification greatly enhanced the selectivity of PET fabric to oil absorption from oil/water mixture, making the PDMS-coated fabric a promising candidate as an absorbent of oil spills. We have also studied oil sorption behaviors of PDMS-coated PET fabric as a function of fiber strand thicknesses and oil viscosities. In general, fabric with a thinner fiber strand thickness showed a higher maximum oil absorption capacity, whereas uptake of the oil in thicker-fiber-absorbent was faster. Based on our results, we suggest that different absorbent structures with various fiber strand thicknesses can be chosen to maximize the efficiency of oil removal, depending on oil viscosity and available oil absorption time.  相似文献

The blend of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and a small amount of polymer that has higher T g than PET, such as polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)—and is dispersed finely as immiscible particles in PET—exhibits lower molecular orientation than pure PET under high-speed fiber spinning. To obtain insight into the mechanism of the lower molecular orientation of the blend fiber, the sheath/core structure of PET (sheath)/PMMA (core) conjugated fiber (the same PET/PMMA weight ratio as in the blend fiber), was produced as a model. The thinning profile of the fiber diameter along the spinning line and the birefringence distribution of the cross-section were examined and compared among pure PET fiber, the conjugated fiber, and the blend fiber. The conjugated fiber had the lowest molecular orientation of PET in the sheath part, and its thinning process was accelerated similar to the blend fiber. As a result of the distribution of molecular orientation across the diameter of the conjugated fiber, it is considered that PMMA, having the high T g , tends to solidify at a higher temperature (upstream) than PET in the thinning process, making the flow of PET accelerate as if it was pushed by PMMA. This causes the maximum dv/dx just before the solidification point to be smaller; therefore, the lower spinning stress, resulting in smaller birefringence of PET, can be considerable. This acceleration was generated at the interface of PET and PMMA, and spread toward the fiber surface as both polymers were thinning in elongational flow (in melt). On the other hand, close to the interface, molecules of PET were stretched by PMMA, resulting in an increase of birefringence. Such discussion is also considered to apply to the blend fiber. However, because the blend fiber had a significantly larger interface area compared with the conjugated fiber, it is considered that the increase of birefringence of PET by the interface drag force cannot be neglected. The larger particles of PMMA dispersed in PET results in the lower birefringence of PET that is supported by the elongation effect (i.e., the interface drag force).  相似文献

A metallic (Ag)–dielectric (AgI) hollow glass waveguide is a promising and flexible fiber for the delivery of high-power CO2 laser radiation. The thickness of metallic (Ag) films and dielectric (AgI) films is a critical factor which greatly influences the attenuation of the waveguides. In this paper, metallic (Ag)–dielectric (AgI) films were successfully prepared in the capillary whose inner diameter is 0.53 mm, and firstly investigated with theoretical analysis and measured by means of AES and SEM. There is good agreement between theoretical thickness and experimental results, which confirms the validity of the theoretical analysis, which makes the estimate of the thickness of both the metallic and dielectric films possible with high accuracy prior to the preparation of hollow glass waveguides. The attenuation spectra of Ag/AgI hollow waveguides shows the loss increases with the thickness of Ag, AgI films and indicates that the Ag/AgI hollow waveguide is suitable for the transmission of IR radiation.  相似文献

A fiber optic integrated modulation-depth-tunable modulator based on a type of hollow optical fiber with suspended core is proposed and investigated. We synthesized magnetic fluid containing superparamagnetic Fe(3)O(4) nanoparticles and encapsulated it in the hollow optical fiber as the cladding layer of the suspended core by fusing the hollow optical fiber with the multimode optical fibers. The light with a wavelength of 632.8 nm is coupled in and out of the modulating element by a tapering technique. Experimental results show that the light attenuation in the system can be greatly influenced by only 2.0×10(-2) μL of the magnetic fluid under different magnetic field strengths. The saturated modulation depth is 43% when the magnetic field strength is 489 Oe. The response time of the system is <120 ms. Significantly, this work presents information for the development of all-fiber modulators, including other integrated electro-optic devices, such as optical switch, optical fiber filter, and magnetic sensors utilizing the special structure of this hollow optical fiber with suspended core and superparamagnetic magnetic fluid.  相似文献

用时域有限差分法,给出光纤头近场区电场强度模的空间分布.讨论了当光纤纤芯分别取不同尺寸时,对此空间光场强度的影响.要想得到较大范围的暗中空光束,必须增加光纤纤芯尺寸.并且,对光纤纤芯尺寸取一较大值和光纤中空区域尺寸取一较小值时的情况进行讨论,可得在光纤头附近可以出现与光纤中空区域尺寸大小相当的暗斑(101 nm量级).但是,暗中空光束中背景光较强.为此,将光纤的空心设计为金属. 发现此时中心暗斑的背景光明显减弱,在近场区域可获得较为理想的暗中空光束.如进一步缩小光纤中空区域尺寸,可以在光纤头附近获得暗斑更小甚至纳米量级的暗中空光束.为获得一种纳米量级的暗中空光束提供一种方法.  相似文献

提出了一种利用四根亚微米单模光纤束实现冷原子(或冷分子)波导的新方案,计算了四光纤束内空心区域的消逝波光场及其光学囚禁势.研究表明这种蓝失谐的空心消逝波光场同样可用于实现冷原子(或冷分子)的激光波导,而且与传统的中空光纤原子波导方案相比,不仅简单方便,造价低廉,而且更容易实现冷原子物质波的高效单模波导. 关键词: 单模光纤 消逝波 原子(或分子)波导  相似文献

The processes of third-harmonic and difference-frequency generation through the four-wave mixing of picosecond pulses in gas-filled hollow fibers are experimentally studied. Due to the improvement of phase-matching conditions with an appropriate choice of the gas pressure and optimal parameters of the hollow fiber, we were able to use hollow fibers with a large length (up to 30 cm) for difference-frequency generation, which resulted in a considerable increase in the power of the difference-frequency signal at the output of the fiber. Our experimental data reveal a considerable influence of high-order waveguide modes on four-wave mixing processes in a hollow fiber. It is shown that the waveguide regime of nonlinear optical interactions implemented in hollow fibers removes the limitations on the efficiency of third-harmonic and sum-frequency generation, which are characteristic of the tight-focusing regime in media with normal dispersion and which are due to the geometric phase shift arising in tightly focused light beams.  相似文献

设计了一种基于表面等离子体共振原理,使用空芯光纤作为光波导、外表面镀金属膜的光学材料圆柱体作为探头的新型折射率传感器。通过建立光学模型进行分析,在理论上推导出了这种传感器的传输光谱损耗公式,并针对该传感器在不同的光纤长度、探头材料、检测物质折射率等参数设置下的检测性能进行了分析,获得了各种参数对其性能的影响。由于该传感器可针对不同折射率的检测物质灵活地更换合适探头材料,相对于传统的表面等离子体共振光纤传感器,在易用性和性价比等方面具有更好的应用价值。  相似文献

A novel optical fiber fabrication technique was developed by converting the symmetry of the silica substrate into the germanosilicate ring core to efficiently introduce geometric birefringence in an elliptical hollow optical fiber. Due to high ellipticity in the hollow ring core, the fiber provides an extremely high group birefringence of 2.35 x 10(-3) at 1550 nm. Single-mode single-polarization guidance was also experimentally confirmed, with a bandwidth of approximately 35 nm. The generic adiabatic mode conversion capability in the taper also provided a stable fusion splice to conventional single-mode fiber with low loss and high tensile strength.  相似文献
