大孔吸附树脂(macroprous adsorption resin, MAR)是近几十年发展起来的一种具有多孔立体结构、人工合成的有机高分子聚合物。由于其特殊的理化性质和吸附性能,已被广泛应用于化学、医药、环保和食品等领域。本文介绍了近年来国内外对大孔吸附树脂在吸附机理研究方面的进展,重点介绍了不同温度条件下大孔吸附树脂对靶标分子的吸附热力学行为模式,靶标分子在大孔吸附树脂表面及孔内的吸附扩散行为模式。此外,大孔吸附树脂性能参数和靶标分子结构参数之间构效关系也对其吸附选择性规律具有重要的影响。因此,大孔吸附树脂与底物间构效关系的匹配程度及其对选择性的影响是大孔吸附树脂分离理论研究的核心。本文最后介绍了可以准确客观描述吸附过程并具有一定使用范围的大孔吸附树脂吸附模型的建立和评价。 相似文献

系统研究了PYR型树脂对甜菊糖的吸附与洗脱性能,并与目前国内应用于甜菊糖提取分离的某些商品化吸附树脂进行了比较。结果表明,PYR树脂比其它树脂具有更优的性能,其静态吸附容量比AB—8树脂提高25%,且吸附速度快,易于洗脱再生,是一种具有工业化应用前景的新型吸附剂。 相似文献

采用双(异硫氰酸甲酸)丁二酯分别与二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、四乙烯五胺、多乙烯多胺单体进行加聚反应制得4种主链上含有硫脲基团的新型螯合树脂PETU-Ⅰ~PETU-Ⅳ。红外光谱分析表明,树脂中存在硫脲基团,树脂热稳定性和溶胀性能良好。用静态吸附法研究了PETU树脂对金属离子的吸附性能,4种树脂对Au(Ⅲ)的吸附容量分别为2.48、2.68、4.74和6.44mmol/g,对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附容量分别为2.15、3.53、3.74和3.98mmol/g,对Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)等金属离子吸附容量低于0.36mmol/g;PETU-Ⅳ对Au-Cu和Au-Zn的分离因子>1000,PETU-Ⅱ对Ag-Cu和Ag-Zn的分离因子>10,说明树脂对Au(Ⅲ)、Ag(Ⅰ)具有较高的吸附容量和优良的吸附选择性。PETU-Ⅳ树脂重复使用5次,吸附容量无明显下降,说明树脂具有良好的重复利用性能。 相似文献

研究了负载金属离子的磺酸型树脂在水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷等不同介质中对苯酚、o-苯二酚、m-苯二酚、p-苯二酚、联苯三酚、间苯三酚等酚类成分的吸附性能.结果表明:负载了铜离子的树脂 (D72-Cu2 ) 在正己烷中对苯酚的吸附能力较弱,而对o-苯二酚、m-苯二酚、p-苯二酚、联苯三酚、间苯三酚等具有一定的吸附作用,且随着羟基的数目和空间位置的不同,对上述酚类成分表现出明显的吸附选择性.因此,应用这种具有配位吸附作用的树脂对非水体系中的酚类成分进行吸附分离是可行的,且有望进一步研究将其用于对某些天然活性成分的提取分离. 相似文献

The application of macroporous resins in the separation of licorice flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid 总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
Glycyrrhizic acid (GA) and licorice flavonoids (LF) are the two classes of bioactive components in licorice with known pharmacological effects. But long-term excessive intake of GA may cause sodium retention and hypertension. In this study, the performance and adsorption characteristics of four widely used macroporous resins for the separation of deglycyrrhizinated, flavonoids enriched licorice has been critically evaluated. The sorption and desorption properties of LF and GA on macroporous resins including XDA-1, LSA-10, D101 and LSA-20 have been compared. The adsorption capacity was found to depend strongly on the pH of the feed solution. XDA-1 offers much higher adsorption capacity for GA and LF than other resins, and its adsorption data fit the best to the Freundlich isotherm. XDA-1 also shows much higher adsorption affinity towards LF than that of GA based on calculated results from the measured adsorption isotherms. Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments have been carried out on a XDA-1 resin packed column to obtain optimal parameters for separating GA and LF. An enriched LF extract (about 21.9% purity) free of GA, and an enriched GA extract with 66% purity can be separated from crude licorice extract in one run. 相似文献

Immunoglobulin G is an important plasma protein with many applications in therapeutics and diagnostics, which can be purified effectively by ion exchange chromatography. The ligand densities and pore properties of ion-exchange resins have significant effects on the separation behaviors of protein, however, the understandings are quite limited. In this work, with bovine immunoglobulin as the model IgG, the adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics were investigated systematically with series of diethylaminoethyl ion-exchange resins with different ligand densities and pore sizes. The Langmuir equation and pore diffusion model were used to fit the experimental data. The influences of ligand density and pore size on the saturated adsorption capacity, the dissociation constant and the effective diffusivity were discussed. The adsorption capacities increased with the increase of ligand density and the decrease of pore size, and an integrative parameter was proposed to describe the combined effects of ligand density and pore size. It was also found that the effective pore diffusion coefficient of the adsorption kinetics was influenced by pore sizes of resins, but was relatively independent on the ligand densities of resins. For a given protein, the ligand density and pore size should be optimized for improving the protein adsorption. 相似文献

研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化异甘草素的工艺条件及参数。通过研究HPD-600、D4020、D101、AB-8、NKA-II、AL-2和NKA-9树脂对异甘草素的吸附和解吸附能力,筛选最佳树脂为AB-8,并研究了其对异甘草素的吸附和解吸附性能,确定了最佳的吸附与解吸附工艺参数,吸附:pH=5,室温,流速1.5BV/h,溶液处理量为5BV;脱附:洗脱剂为70%的乙醇溶液,流速1BV/h,洗脱剂用量4.5BV。异甘草素样品溶液经AB-8树脂吸附与脱附后回收率为76.7%,纯度由2.02%提高到29.1%,提高了14.4倍。实验结果表明,AB-8树脂对异甘草素的吸附量大,脱附容易,可以应用于异甘草素的分离纯化。 相似文献

Three different resins namely 1:5 MC-resin, 1:3 MC-resin and 1:1 MC-resin have been synthesized by methylene crosslinking of 2-pyridylcalix[4]arene. Adsorption behavior of these resins towards the metal ions existing in photographic waste was investigated. The resins show absolute efficiency for adsorption of silver ion with no affinity for other coexisting ions. First two resins form 1:1 complex whereas the third one forms 2:1 complex with silver ion. Maximum loading capacity of silver ion on the present resins was found to be 1.15, 1.29 and 0.69 mol kg?1, respectively. Column chromatographic separation of silver ion in presence of excess of sodium ions was also carried out with 1:5 MC-resin. Selective adsorption of silver ions over excess of sodium ions was achieved. 相似文献

based SPE resins (OASIS-HDEHP) were successfully developed from this investigation. The wettable porosity structure of the
moderately extractant impregnated OASIS-HDEHP resins is favorable for the effective diffusion of polar and ionic solutes giving
good separation performance. Its good wetting ability offers ease of packing into conventional chromatographic columns. Their
off-gassing-free operation makes OASIS-HDEHP columns good for long term use with highly consistent elution dynamics (several
dozens of separations perfectly achievable on the same column). The simple method for the capacity factor (k’) evaluation was developed to facilitate the characterization of the SPE chromatographic resin column. A competent procedure
using OASIS-E30RS resin (one member of the OASIS-HDEHP resin group) for the separation of no-carrier added (n.c.a) 177Lu from the bulk amount of Yb target was developed. This separation procedure has showed very good performance with several
prominent advantages such as the much shorter separation time (5–6 hours) and high reproducibility. Its high adsorption capacity
for Yb and Lu makes it ideal for the separation of the bulky sample (50 mg Yb target for the 20 g weight resin column) for

以具有双孔结构的聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(PGMA)微球为基质,以葡萄糖进行表面亲水改性,制备了强阳离子交换色谱填料,并将其用于复杂生命体系中生物大分子的快速而高效的分离、分析与纯化。葡萄糖亲水改性增进了填料的生物相容性,提高了蛋白质样品的回收率;双孔结构及较高的比表面积赋予填料良好的柱渗透性和样品负载量。以标准蛋白质为样品,考察了该填料对生物样品的分离性能。以100 mm×4.6 mm的色谱柱分离4种蛋白质,在6 min内实现了基线分离;以溶菌酶为样品,填料的吸附容量为39.5 g/L,在蛋白质快速分离纯化分析中显示了良好的应用前景。 相似文献

Enrichment and purification of madecassoside and asiaticoside from Centella asiatica extracts with macroporous resins 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
In present study, the performance and separation characteristics of five macroporous resins for the enrichment and purification of asiaticoside and madecassoside from Centella asiatica extracts have been evaluated. The adsorption and desorption properties of total triterpene saponins (80% purity) on macroporous resins including HPD100, HPD300, X-5, AB-8 and D101 have been compared. According to our results, HPD100 offered higher adsorption and desorption capacities and higher adsorption speed for asiaticoside and madecassoside than other resins. Column packed with HPD100 resin was used to perform dynamic adsorption and desorption tests to optimize the separation process of asiaticoside and madecassoside from C. asiatica extracts. After the treatment with gradient elution on HPD100 resin, the content of madecassoside in the product increased from 3.9 to 39.7%, and the recovery yield was 70.4%; for asiaticoside the content increased from 2.0 to 21.5%, and the recovery yield was 72.0%. The results showed that HPD100 resin revealed a good ability to separate madecassoside and asiaticoside, and the method can be referenced for the separation of other triterpene saponins from herbal raw materials. 相似文献

In the present study, the performance and separation characteristics of eight macroporous resins for the separation of luteolin (LU) from pigeonpea leaves extracts have been evaluated. The adsorption and desorption properties of LU on macroporous resins including AB-8, NKA-9, NKA-2, D3520, D101, H1020, H103 and AL-2 have been compared. AL-2 resin offers the best adsorption and desorption capacity for LU than other resins based on the research results, and its adsorption data at 25 degrees C fit best to the Freundlich isotherm. Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments have been carried out with the column packed by AL-2 resin to optimize the separation process of LU from pigeonpea leaves extracts. The optimum parameters for adsorption were sample solution LU concentration 65.5 microg/ml, pH 5, processing volume 3 BV, flow rate 1.5BV/h, temperature 25 degrees C; for desorption were elution solvent ethanol-water (50:50, v/v) 2 BV and followed by ethanol-water (60:40, v/v) 2 BV, and flow rate 1BV/h. After treated with AL-2 resin, the LU content in the product was increased 19.8-fold from 0.129% to 2.55%, with a recovery yield of 78.54%. The results showed that AL-2 resin revealed a good ability to separate LU. Therefore, we conclude that results in this study may provide scientific references for the large-scale LU production from pigeonpea or other plants extracts. 相似文献
