The reactivity of [rac-(C2H4(1-indenyl)2)Zr(n-butyl)][MeB(C6F5)3] (4), [rac-(C2H4(1-indenyl)2)Zr(sec-butyl)][MeB(C6F5)3] (5), and [rac-(C2H4(1-indenyl)2)Zr(polypropenyl)][MeB(C6F5)3] with propene, ethene, and hydrogen was studied by low-temperature (<-40 degrees C) 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy in toluene solutions. In contrast with previous suggestions that 2 degrees zirconium alkyl species such as 5 are dormant sites, these measurements demonstrate reactivity of 2 degrees zirconium alkyls with propene and ethene comparable to the 1 degrees zirconium alkyl species 4 and [rac-(C2H4(1-indenyl)2)Zr(polypropenyl)][MeB(C6F5)3]. Because 2,1-insertion of propene is an infrequent event, these results preclude significant accumulation of catalyst in the form of 2 degrees zirconium alkyls for this metallocene and counterion. The reactivity of 5 with hydrogen is at least 2 orders of magnitude faster than other 1 degrees zirconium alkyls. Such high reactivity accounts for the puzzlingly high fraction of butyl end groups in prior hydrooligomerization studies and implies that catalyst responsivity to H2 as a molecular weight control agent correlates with the regioselectivity of the catalyst.  相似文献

Treatment of the osmabenzyne Os([triple bond]CC(SiMe(3))=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)Cl(2)(PPh(3))(2) (1) with 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) and thallium triflate (TlOTf) produces the thermally stable dicationic osmabenzyne [Os([triple bond]CC(SiMe(3))=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)](OTf)(2) (2). The dicationic osmabenzyne 2 reacts with ROH (R = H, Me) to give osmabenzene complexes [Os(=C(OR)CH=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)]OTf, in which the metallabenzene ring deviates significantly from planarity. In contrast, reaction of the dicationic complex 2 with NaBH(4) produces a cyclopentadienyl complex, presumably through the osmabenzene intermediate [Os(=CHC(SiMe(3))=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)]OTf. The higher thermal stability of [Os(=C(OR)CH=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)]OTf relative to [Os(=CHC(SiMe(3))=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)]OTf can be related to the stabilization effect of the OR groups on the metallacycle. A theoretical study shows that conversion of the dicationic osmabenzyne complex [Os([triple bond]CC(SiMe(3))=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)](OTf)(2) to a carbene complex by reductive elimination is thermodynamically unfavorable. The theoretical study also suggests that the nonplanarity of the osmabenzenes [Os(=C(OR)CH=C(Me)C(SiMe(3))=CH)(bipy)(PPh(3))(2)]OTf is mainly due to electronic reasons.  相似文献

The redox reaction of [Yb(C(9)H(7))(2)(thf)(2)] with the diazabutadiene PhN==C(Me)--C(Me)==NPh (DAD) has been found to depend on the molar ratio of the reactants. Reaction in a 1:2 molar ratio affords the dinuclear mixed-valent complex [Yb(2)(mu-eta(5):eta(4)-C(9)H(7))(eta(5)-C(9)H(7))(2){mu-eta(4):eta(4)-PhNC(Me)==C(Me)NPh}] containing an indenyl ligand with an unusual mu-eta(5):eta(4) bridging coordination. Reaction of equimolar amounts of these compounds results in an organolanthanide-mediated reductive coupling of the DAD ligands and formation of the tetranuclear mixed-valent complex [Yb(2)(mu-eta(5):eta(4)-C(9)H(7))(eta(5)-C(9)H(7))(2){mu-eta(4):eta(4)-PhNC(CH(2))==C(Me)NPh}](2) with a novel tetradentate tetraimine ligand.  相似文献

Reaction of yttrium and lanthanide trichlorides (Ln = La, Eu, Yb) with 1 equiv of the trisodium salt of 1,4,7-tris(dimethylsilylaniline)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (Na(3)[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn](THF)(2)) gives good yields of the compounds [M[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn]] (M = Y (1), Eu (3), Yb (4)) and [La[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn](THF)] (2). Reduction of 3 with Na/Hg followed by recrystallization in the presence of diglyme yielded crystals of [Eu[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn]][Na(diglyme)(2)] (5). Synthesis of the uranium(III) complex [U[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn]] (6) is achieved by reaction of 1 equiv of Na(3)[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn](THF)(2) with uranium triiodide. The U(IV) complexes, [U[(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn]X] (X = Cl (7); I (8)), were prepared via oxidation of 6 with benzyl chloride or I(2), but salt metathesis from UCl(4) provided a higher yield route for 7. The solid-state structures of 1-7 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The ligand [(SiMe(2)NPh)(3)-tacn] generates a trigonal prismatic coordination environment for the metal center in the neutral complexes 1, 3, 4, and 6 and the ionic 5. In 2 the six nitrogen atoms of the ligand are in a trigonal prismatic configuration with the oxygen atom of the THF capping one of the triangular faces of the trigonal prism. In 7 the coordination geometry around the uranium atom is best described as bicapped trigonal bipyramidal.  相似文献

Reaction of the aluminum hydroxide LAl(OH)[C(Ph)CH(Ph)] (1, L = HC[(CMe)(NAr)](2), Ar = 2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3)) with Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(THF)(2) yielded the oxo-bridged heterobimetallic yttrium dialkyl complex LAl[C(Ph)CH(Ph)](μ-O)Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(THF)(2) (2). Alkane elimination reaction of 2 with 2-(imino)pyrrole [NN]H ([NN]H = 2-(ArN═CH)-5-tBuC(4)H(2)NH) afforded the yttrium monoalkyl complex LAl[C(Ph)CH(Ph)] (μ-O)Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))[NN](THF)(2) (5). Alternatively, 5 can be prepared in high yield by reaction of 1 with [NN]Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(THF)(2) (3). The analogous samarium alkyl complex LAl[C(Ph)CH(Ph)](μ-O)Sm(CH(2)SiMe(3))[NN](THF)(2) (6) was prepared similarly. Reactions of 5 and 6 with 1 equiv of iPrOH yielded the corresponding alkoxyl complexes 7 and 8, respectively. The molecular structures of 3, 6, and 8 have been determined by X-ray single-crystal analysis. Complexes 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 have been investigated as lactide polymerization initiators. The heterobimetallic alkoxyl 8 is highly active to yield high molecular weight (M(n) = 6.91 × 10(4)) polylactides with over 91% conversion at the lactide-to-initiator molar ratio of 2000.  相似文献

Synthetic routes to vanadium(V)-phosphinimide derivatives are addressed. Initial synthetic efforts afforded the known compound formulated as VCl(2)(NPPh(3))(3) which was crystallographically determined to be the salt [VCl(NPPh(3))(3)]Cl (1). Reactions of the vanadium-imide precursors VCl(3)(NAr) (Ar = Ph, C(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2)) with R(3)PNSiMe(3) (R = Ph, iPr, tBu) afforded VCl(2)(NPh)(NPPh(3)) (4), VCl(2)(NPh)(NPiPr(3)) (5), VCl(2)(NPh)(NPtBu(3)) (6), VCl(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPPh(3)) (7), VCl(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPiPr(3)) (8), and VCl(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPtBu(3)) (9) in yields ranging from 72% to 84%. Subsequent alkylation or arylation reactions resulted in VMe(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPtBu(3)) (10), VPh(2)(NPh)(NPtBu(3)) (11), VPh(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPiPr(3)) (12), and VPh(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPtBu(3)) (13) while substitution reactions with Li[N(SiMe(3))(2)] and Li[SBn] gave VCl(N(SiMe(3))(2))(NPh)(NPtBu(3)) (14) and V(SBn)(2)(NC(6)H(3)-2,6-iPr(2))(NPtBu(3)) (15) in yields ranging from 40% to 49% yield. Polarization of the N-P phosphinimide bond and V-N multiple bond character are evidenced by crystallographic data.  相似文献

Preparations of novel unsymmetrical, tridentate nitrogen ligand precursors, PhN=C(CMe2)(NPh)C=N(CH2)2NMe2(1) and PhN=C(CMe2)(NPh)C=N(CH2)Py (2), are described. Treatment of 1 with 1 molar equiv. (COD)PdCl2 in the presence of NEt3 or with 1 molar equiv. Pd(OAc)2 affords orthometallated palladium(II) complexes, [PhN=C(CMe2)(N-eta1-Ph)C=N(CH2)2NMe2]PdX (X=Cl (3); X=OAc (4)), respectively. Compound can be yielded via the reaction of with an excess of LiCl in methanol. Treatment of with 1 molar equiv. of (COD)PdCl2, Pd(OAc)2 or Pd(TFA)2 affords orthometallated palladium(II) complexes, [PhN=C(CMe2)(N-eta1-Ph)C=NCH2Py]PdX (X=Cl (5); X=OAc (6); X=TFA (7)), respectively. The crystal and molecular structures are reported for compounds 2, 3, 5 and 6. The application of these novel palladacyclic complexes to the Heck reaction with aryl halide substrates was examined.  相似文献

Several iron(III) complexes incorporating diamidoether ligands are described. The reaction between [Li(2)[RN(SiMe(2))](2)O] and FeX(3) (X=Cl or Br; R=2,4,6-Me(3)Ph or 2,6-iPr(2)Ph) form unusual ate complexes, [FeX(2)Li[RN(SiMe(2))](2)O](2) (2, X=Cl, R=2,4,6-Me(3)Ph; 3, X=Br, R=2,4,6-Me(3)Ph; 4, X=Cl, R=2,6-iPr(2)Ph) which are stabilized by Li-pi interactions. These dimeric iron(III)-diamido complexes exhibit magnetic behaviour characteristic of uncoupled high spin (S= 5/2 ) iron(III) centres. They also undergo halide metathesis resulting in reduced iron(II) species. Thus, reaction of 2 with alkyllithium reagents leads to the formation of iron(II) dimer [Fe[Me(3)PhN(SiMe(2))](2)O](2) (6). Similarly, the previously reported iron(III)-diamido complex [FeCl[tBuN(SiMe(2))](2)O](2) (1) reacts with LiPPh(2) to yield the iron(II) dimer [Fe[tBuN(SiMe(2))](2)O](2) but reaction with LiNPh(2) gives the iron(II) product [Fe(2)(NPh(2))(2)[tBuN(SiMe(2))](2)O] (5). Some redox chemistry is also observed as side reactions in the syntheses of 2-4, yielding THF adducts of FeX(2): the one-dimensional chain [FeBr(2)(THF)(2)](n) (7) and the cluster [Fe(4)Cl(8)(THF)(6)]. The X-ray crystal structures of 3, 5 and 7 are described.  相似文献

Novel yttrium chelating diamide complexes [(Y[ArN(CH(2))(x)NAr](Z)(THF)(n))(y)] (Z = I, CH(SiMe(3))(2), CH(2)Ph, H, N(SiMe(3))(2), OC(6)H(3)-2,6-(t)Bu(2)-4-Me; x = 2, 3; n = 1 or 2; y = 1 or 2) were made via salt metathesis of the potassium diamides (x = 3 (3), x = 2 (4)) and yttrium triiodide in THF (5,10), followed by salt metathesis with the appropriate potassium salt (6-9, 11-13, 15) and further reaction with molecular hydrogen (14). 6 and 11(Z = CH(SiMe(3))(2), x = 2, 3) underwent unprecedented exchange of yttrium for silicon on reaction with phenylsilane to yield (Si[ArN(CH(2))(x)NAr]PhH) (x = 2 (16), 3) and (Si[CH(SiMe(3))(2)]PhH(2)).  相似文献

The tetrakis(trimethylphosphine) molybdenum nitrosyl hydrido complex trans-Mo(PMe(3))(4)(H)(NO) (2) and the related deuteride complex trans-Mo(PMe(3))(4)(D)(NO) (2a) were prepared from trans-Mo(PMe(3))(4)(Cl)(NO) (1). From (2)H T(1 min) measurements and solid-state (2)H NMR the bond ionicities of 2a could be determined and were found to be 80.0% and 75.3%, respectively, indicating a very polar Mo--D bond. The enhanced hydridicity of 2 is reflected in its very high propensity to undergo hydride transfer reactions. 2 was thus reacted with acetone, acetophenone, and benzophenone to afford the corresponding alkoxide complexes trans-Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(4)(OCHR'R') (R' = R' = Me (3); R' = Me, R' = Ph (4); R' = R' = Ph (5)). The reaction of 2 with CO(2) led to the formation of the formato-O-complex Mo(NO)(OCHO)(PMe(3))(4) (6). The reaction of with HOSO(2)CF(3) produced the anion coordinated complex Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(4)(OSO(2)CF(3)) (7), and the reaction with [H(Et(2)O)(2)][BAr(F)(4)] with an excess of PMe(3) produced the pentakis(trimethylphosphine) coordinated compound [Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(5)][BAr(F)(4)] (8). Imine insertions into the Mo-H bond of 2 were also accomplished. PhCH[double bond, length as m-dash]NPh (N-benzylideneaniline) and C(10)H(7)CH=NPh (N-1-naphthylideneaniline) afforded the amido compounds Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(4)[NR'(CH(2)R')] (R' = R' = Ph (9), R' = Ph, R' = naphthyl (11)). 9 could not be obtained in pure form, however, its structure was assigned by spectroscopic means. At room temperature 11 reacted further to lose one PMe(3) forming 12 (Mo(NO)PMe(3))(3)[N(Ph)CH(2)C(10)H(6))]) with agostic stabilization. In a subsequent step oxidative addition of the agostic naphthyl C-H bond to the molybdenum centre occurred. Then hydrogen migration took place giving the chelate amine complex Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(3)[NH(Ph)(CH(2)C(10)H(6))] (15). The insertion reaction of 2 with C(10)H(7)N=CHPh led to formation of the agostic compound Mo(NO)(PMe(3))(3)[N(CH(2)Ph)(C(10)H(7))] (10). Based on the knowledge of facile formation of agostic compounds the catalytic hydrogenation of C(10)H(7)N=CHPh and PhN=CHC(10)H(7) with 2 (5 mol%) was tested. The best conversion rates were obtained in the presence of an excess of PMe(3), which were 18.4% and 100% for C(10)H(7)N=CHPh and PhN=CHC(10)H(7), respectively.  相似文献

Reactions of Fe[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) with 1 and 2 equiv of Ph(3)SiSH in hexane afforded dinuclear silanethiolato complexes, [Fe(N(SiMe(3))(2))(mu-SSiPh(3))](2) (1) and [Fe(SSiPh(3))(mu-SSiPh(3))](2) (2), respectively. Various Lewis bases were readily added to 2, generating mononuclear adducts, Fe(SSiPh(3))(2)(L)(2) [L = CH(3)CN (3a), 4-(t)BuC(5)H(4)N (3b), PEt(3) (3c), (LL) = tmeda (3d)]. From the analogous reactions of M[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) (M = Mn, Co) and [Ni(NPh(2))(2)](2) with Ph(3)SiSH in the presence of TMEDA, the corresponding silanethiolato complexes, M(SSiPh(3))(2)(tmeda) [M = Mn (4), Co (5), Ni (6)], were isolated. Treatment of 3a with (PPh(4))(2)[MoS(4)] or (NEt(4))(2)[FeCl(4)] resulted in formation of a linear trinuclear Fe-Mo-Fe cluster (PPh(4))(2)[MoS(4)(Fe(SSiPh(3))(2))(2)] (7) or a dinuclear complex (NEt(4))(2)[Fe(2)(SSiPh(3))(2)Cl(4)] (8). On the other hand, the reaction of 3a with [Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)](PF(6)) gave a cyclic tetranuclear copper cluster Cu(4)(SSiPh(3))(4) (9), where silanethiolato ligands were transferred from iron to copper. Silicon-sulfur bond cleavage was found to occur when the cobalt complex 5 was treated with (NBu(4))F in THF, and a cobalt-sulfido cluster Co(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)(PPh(3))(6) (10) was isolated upon addition of PPh(3) to the reaction system. The silanethiolato complexes reported here are expected to serve as convenient precursors for sulfido cluster synthesis.  相似文献

The synthesis of a range of alkyl/chloro-gallium alkoxide and amido/alkoxide compounds was achieved via a series of protonolysis and alcoholysis steps. The initial reaction involved the synthesis of [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) (1) via methyl group transfer from the reaction of GaCl(3) with two equivalents of LiN(SiMe(3))(2). Reaction of 1 with varying amounts of ROH resulted in the formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2) (2, R = CH(2)CH(2)OMe; 3, CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)), [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(μ(2)-OR)Ga(Cl)Me] (4, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), or [MeGa(OR)(2)] (5, R = CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)). Compound 4 represents an intermediate in the formation of dimeric complexes, of the type [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2), when formed from compound [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2). A methylgallium amido/alkoxide complex [MeGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OCH(2)CH(2)OMe)](2) (6) was isolated when 2 was further reacted with LiN(SiMe(3))(2). In addition, reaction of 2 with HO(t)Bu resulted in a simple alcohol/alkoxide exchange and formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(O(t)Bu)](2) (7). In contrast to the formation of 1, the in situ reaction of GaCl(3) with one equivalent of LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) in low yield, where no methyl group transfer has occurred. Reaction of alcohol with [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) was then found to yield [Cl(2)Ga(OR)](2) (8, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), and further reaction of 8 with LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded the gallium amido alkoxide complex, [ClGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OR)](2) (9, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), similar to 6. The structures of compounds 4, 5, 7, and 8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Lutetium alkyl complexes [Lu(L)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF)(n)], which contain a sulfur-linked bis(phenolato) ligand such as 2,2'-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenolate) (L=tbmp, 1) or 1,4-dithiabutanediyl-bis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenolate) (L=etbmp, 2), were isolated from the reaction of the lutetium tris(alkyl) complex [Lu(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(THF)(2)] with H(2)L. The monomeric structures of these complexes were confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies, showing distorted octahedral geometry around the metal centre. The reaction of [Lu(tbmp)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF)(2)] (1) with alcohols ROH (R=iPr, CHPh(2), CPh(3)) results in the formation of the corresponding alkoxide complexes [Lu(tbmp)(OR)(THF)(n)] (4-6). With PhSiH(3) hydride complexes [Lu(L)(mu-H)(THF)(n)](2) (L=tbmp, 7; etbmp, 8) have been prepared in moderate to good yields. They adopt a dimeric form in the solid state as revealed by the X-ray crystal structure of 7. The reactivity of the hydride complexes and their catalytic activity in the ring-opening polymerisation of L-lactide and the hydrosilylation of alkenes are also discussed.  相似文献

Addition of three equivalents of phosphinoamine, (ArNHP(i)Pr(2)) [Ar = 3,5-dimethylphenyl] to M(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(THF)(2) [M = Sc, Y] precursors gives complexes of the form (ArNP(i)Pr(2))(3)M(THF) [M = Sc, Y]. In the case of scandium, addition of Sc(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(THF)(2) to (ArNP(i)Pr(2))(3)Sc(THF) affords (ArNP(i)Pr(2))(2)Sc(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF), which has been isolated and structurally characterized. In contrast, addition of Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(THF)(2) to (ArNP(i)Pr(2))(3)Y(THF) generates a distribution of phosphinoamide-containing products consistent with the formulations (ArNP(i)Pr(2))(2)Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(THF) and (ArNP(i)Pr(2))Y(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(THF), as ascertained using NMR spectroscopy. Attempts to react the alkyl-containing phosphinoamide complexes with small molecules such as H(2) led to disproportionation type processes.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(3)(thf)(2)] (Ln=Y, Yb, and Lu) with one equivalent of Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4)H)NHR' (R'=Ph, 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2), tBu) affords straightforwardly the corresponding half-sandwich rare-earth metal alkyl complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NR')}Ln(CH(2)SiMe(3))(thf)(n)] (1: Ln = Y, R' = Ph, n=2; 2: Ln = Y, R' = C(6)H(2)Me(3)-2,4,6, n=1; 3: Ln = Y, R' = tBu, n=1; 4: Ln = Yb, R' = Ph, n=2; 5: Ln = Lu, R' = Ph, n=2) in high yields. These complexes, especially the yttrium complexes 1-3, serve as excellent catalyst precursors for the catalytic addition of various primary and secondary amines to carbodiimides, efficiently yielding a series of guanidine derivatives with a wide range of substituents on the nitrogen atoms. Functional groups such as C[triple chemical bond]N, C[triple chemical bond]CH, and aromatic C--X (X: F, Cl, Br, I) bonds can survive the catalytic reaction conditions. A primary amino group can be distinguished from a secondary one by the catalyst system, and therefore, the reaction of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5-aminoisoquinoline with iPrN==C==NiPr can be achieved stepwise first at the primary amino group to selectively give the monoguanidine 38, and then at the cyclic secondary amino unit to give the biguanidine 39. Some key reaction intermediates or true catalyst species, such as the amido complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y(NEt(2))(thf)(2)] (40) and [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y(NHC(6)H(4)Br-4)(thf)(2)] (42), and the guanidinate complexes [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y{iPrNC(NEt(2))(NiPr)}(thf)] (41) and [{Me(2)Si(C(5)Me(4))(NPh)}Y{iPrN}C(NC(6)H(4)Br-4)(NHiPr)}(thf)] (44) have been isolated and structurally characterized. Reactivity studies on these complexes suggest that the present catalytic formation of a guanidine compound proceeds mechanistically through nucleophilic addition of an amido species, formed by acid-base reaction between a rare-earth metal alkyl bond and an amine N--H bond, to a carbodiimide, followed by amine protonolysis of the resultant guanidinate species.  相似文献

The reaction of phosphanido complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)(PPh(2))] [L = CO (1), CNXylyl (2)] with early transition metal halides in high oxidation states has been carried out. New bimetallic niobocene complexes [{Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)}(μ-PPh(2))(MCl(5))] [M = Nb, L = CO (3), L = CNXylyl (4); M = Ta, L = CO (5), L = CNXylyl (6)] have been successfully synthesized by the reaction with [MCl(5)](2) (M = Nb or Ta). In a similar way [{Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)}(μ-PPh(2))(MCl(4))] [M = Ti, L = CO (13), CNXylyl (14); M = Zr, L = CO (15), CNXylyl (16)] were synthesized using MCl(4) (M = Ti or Zr). Solutions of complexes 4-6 in chloroform produced new ionic derivatives [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(P(H)Ph(2))(L)] [MCl(6)] [M = Nb, L = CO (7), L = CNXylyl (8); M = Ta, L = CO (9), L = CNXylyl (10)]. Ionic complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(P(Cl)Ph(2))(L)] [NbCl(4)O(thf)] [L = CO (11), CNXylyl (12)] were formed from solutions in thf - rapidly in the case of 3 but more slowly for 4. New heterometallic complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)(μ-PPh(2)){(Ti(η(5)-C(5)R(5))Cl(3)}] [R = H, L = CO (17), CNXylyl (18); R = CH(3), L = CO (19), CNXylyl (20)] were synthesized by the reaction of 1 or 2 with [Ti(η(5)-C(5)R(5))Cl(3)] (R = H or CH(3)). All of these compounds were characterized by IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular structures of 9 and 12 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A modified tris(pyrazolylborate) ligand has been prepared in two steps. First, reaction of triisopropylborate with allylmagnesium bromide and further treatment with benzoyl chloride gave CH(2) = CHCH(2)B(O(i)Pr), which was then reacted with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole to give the compound K[CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)]. The new allyl-containing scorpionate anion of acts as a bi- or tri-dentate ligand, as shown by the mononuclear complexes [CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)M(LL)] (M = Rh, LL = nbd, ; LL = tfb, ; LL = (CO)(PPh(3)), ; M = Ir, LL = cod, ), obtained from reactions of the chlorido-bridged dinuclear complexes [{M(mu-Cl)(LL)}(2)] with 2. Furthermore, the borate represents a key material to achieve the attachment of tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups to the peripheries of carbosilane dendrimers. Thus, the platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation reactions of compound with the dendritic cores Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)H](4) (G(0)-(SiH)(4)), (G(1)-(SiH)(8)), and (G(2)-(SiH)(16)) gave the corresponding borate-containing dendrimers Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](4) (G(0)-B(4)), Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)}(2)](4) (G(1)-B(8)), and Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](2)}(2)](4) (G(2)-B(16)) selectively in the anti-Markovnikov direction. Further reactions of G(0)-B(4), G(1)-B(8) and G(2)-B(16) with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole rendered the corresponding polyanionic dendrimers K(4)[Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)}(4)] (G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4)), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16), respectively, which contain 4, 8, and 16 tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups symmetrically located around the dendritic peripheries. These unusual polyanionic dendrimers are excellent scaffolds to support metal centres, as shown by the reactions of G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16) with [{Rh(mu-Cl)(nbd)}(2)] to give the neutral rhodadendrimers [Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)Rh(nbd)}(4)] G(0)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(8) and G(2)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(16) as stable solids in excellent yields. Following this protocol, mixed rhodium/iridium metallodendrimers can be prepared.  相似文献

The multigram syntheses of the protio ligands (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHSiMe(2)R)(2) (R = Me, H(2)N(2)NN' 3; R = (t)Bu, H(2)N(2)NN() 4) are described via reactions of the previously reported (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NH(2))(2) (1). A new synthesis of 1 is reported starting from 2-aminomethylpyridine and N-tosylaziridine, proceeding via (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHTs)(2) (2). Reaction of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with (n)BuLi gives good yields of the dilithiated derivatives Li(2)N(2)NN' and Li(2)N(2)NN*. Reaction of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with [MCl(2)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(Et(2)O)(2)] gives the cis-dichloride complexes [MCl(2)(L)] (L = N(2)NN', M = Zr 7 or Hf 8; L = N(2)NN(), M = Zr 9). The corresponding reactions of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with [Zr(NMe(2))(4)] afford the bis(dimethylamide) derivatives [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(L)] (L = N(2)NN' 10 or N(2)NN* 11). All of these protonolysis reactions proceed smoothly and in good yields. Attempts to prepare the titanium complexes [Ti(X)(2)(N(2)NN')] (X = Cl or NMe(2)) were unsuccessful. The X-ray crystal structures of (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHTs)(2).EtOH, [ZrCl(2)(N(2)NN')].0.5C(6)H(6), [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(N(2)NN')], and [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(N(2)NN*)] are reported.  相似文献
