The conformational behavior of 2‐O‐ and 4‐O‐sulfated derivatives of linear (1→3)‐linked di‐, tri‐, and tetrafucosides and 2,3‐branched tetrafucoside was studied by means of theoretical molecular modeling and experimental determination of trans‐glycosidic vicinal coupling constants 3JC,H. It was shown that O‐sulfation of (1→3)‐linked oligofucosides restricts their conformational flexibility and changes the conformational equilibrium if compared with the parent nonsulfated oligosaccharides. In the case of 2‐O‐sulfated oligofucosides, the conformations of O‐glycoside linkages depend on its location within the oligosaccharide chain and the chain length as well as on the presence of a 2,3‐branch, whereas the conformation of the (1→3)‐linkage in the presence of a 4‐O‐sulfate group only depends on the presence of a 2,3‐branch.  相似文献

Several pyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized starting from alkyl furans using oxidation with singlet oxygen to give 4-methoxy or 4-hydroxybutenolides, key intermediates of the synthetic strategy followed. For all pyridazinones reported, a complete assignment of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic methods, which included NOE, DEPT, COSY, HSQC and HMBC experiments, was accomplished. Correlations between the chemical shifts of the heterocyclic ring atoms and substituents at N-2 and C-6 were analyzed.  相似文献

(n)J(Se,Se) (n=1-4) nuclear couplings between Se atoms were analyzed by using molecular orbital (MO) theory as the first step to investigating the nature of bonded and nonbonded (n)J(Se,Se) interactions between Se atoms. The values were calculated by employing Slater-type triple xi basis sets at the DFT level, which were applied to structures optimized with the Gaussian 03 program. The contribution from each occupied MO (psi(i)) and psi(i)-->psi(a) (psi(a)=unoccupied MO) transition was evaluated separately. 1J(Se,Se) was calculated for the MeSeSeMe model compound, which showed a typical dependence on the torsion angle (phi(C(Me)SeSeC(Me))). This dependence explains the small values (< or =64 Hz) of 1Jobsd(Se,Se) observed for RSeSeR' and large values (330-380 Hz) of 1Jobsd(Se,Se) observed for 4-substituted naphtho[1,8-c,d]-1,2-diselenoles, which correspond to synperiplanar diselenides. The HOMO-->LUMO and HOMO-1-->LUMO transitions contribute the most to 1J(Se,Se) at phi=0 and 180 degrees to give large values of 1J(Se,Se), whereas various transitions contribute and cancel each other out at phi=90 degrees to give small values of 1J(Se,Se). Large 4Jobsd(Se,Se) values were also observed in the nonbonded Se...Se, Se...Se=O, and O=Se...Se=O interactions at naphthalene 1,8-positions. The Fermi contact (FC) term contributes significantly to 4J(Se,Se), whereas the paramagnetic spin-orbit (PSO) term contributes significantly to 1J(Se,Se). 2J(Se,Se) and 3J(Se,Se) were analyzed in a similar manner and a torsional angular dependence was confirmed for 3J(Se,Se). Depending on the structure, the main contribution to (n)J(Se,Se) (n=2, 3) is from the FC term, with a lesser contribution from the PSO term. Analysis of each transition enabled us to identify and clearly visualize the origin and mechanism of the couplings.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of compounds 1-11 and 16-22 in CDCl3 and DMSO-d6 solutions allowed structural assignment to regioisomers 1/5 and 2/6 and their regioselective cyclization products 16-18 utilizing one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques (APT, DEPT, NOE difference, COSY, NOESY, HETCOR and gHMQC, gHMBC). Temperature-dependent 1H NMR spectra of 8-anilino-5-(4-methyl-2-pentyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one (18) indicated a free energy of activation (deltaG++) of ca 17 kcal mol(-1) for interconversion between rotamers. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 20 and 22 containing two chiral centers exhibit duplication of several signals, indicating the existence of two diastereomeric forms. The structure of 4 was unambiguously confirmed by x-ray crystallography.  相似文献

In the present work, the relationship between the large substituent effects on 3J(C1H) in 1-X-3-M-bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes, I , and the polarizability of the bridgehead C3(SINGLE BOND)Mα bond is investigated. The existence of such a relationship is suggested by the finding that the effect of an electronegative substituent X on 3J(C1Mα) couplings in I (M=H) is due to a distortion of the C3(SINGLE BOND)H bond toward the C1 center, which enhances the Fermi contact interaction. If such distortion originates in an electrostatic effect, then in other members of this series it can be expected that the substituent effects on 3J(C1Mα) couplings should depend strongly on the C3(SINGLE BOND)Mα bond polarizability. Two approaches are followed. First, the ab initio CLOPPA-IPPP method is applied to study the C3(SINGLE BOND)Mα bond contribution to the molecular static polarizability tensor in I (M=H, F, CH3). Such bond polarizabilities are found to follow the same trend as calculated as well as experimentally determined substituent effects on 3J(C1Mα) couplings, which were measured as part of this work in I [X=H, Cl; M=F, CH3 and X=OCH3; M=Sn(CH3)3]. Second, 3J(C1Mα) couplings (M=H, CH3) are calculated at an ab initio level for X=H, F, and they are compared with those obtained in the parent compound (X=H) if the calculation is carried out in the presence of an inhomogeneous electric field. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The solution structure of the Pd(II) complex of mn-12-S4 was studied in detail by NMR spectroscopy. The stoichiometry of the complex was determined by 1H NMR titration experiments. 3J(H,H) coupling constants were extracted from the 2D J-resolved NMR spectrum of the complex providing information concerning the S-C-C-S torsional angles. Further conclusions about the conformation of [Pd(mn-12-S4)](BF4)2 were drawn from experimental NOEs. The results of the NMR study were corroborated by molecular modelling.  相似文献

The new organophosphorus proligand (OPPh2)(O2SMe)NR (R = C6H3Pri 2–2,6) (3) was prepared as a white crystalline solid by reacting the lithiated compound Li[Ph2P(O)NR] with MeSO2Cl in a 1:1 molar ratio. The precursor Ph2P(O)NHR (1), as well as its thio analogue Ph2P(S)NHR (2), were obtained in the reaction between the lithiated amine RNHLi and the corresponding organophosphorus chloride. All compounds were characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 31P) NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 1–3 were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. A zigzag polymeric chain is formed in the crystals of 1 and 2 by hydrogen N–H···X (X = O, S) bonding, while the crystal of 3 contains discrete monomeric units with a syn–syn conformation of the O?P(C)2–N–S(C)(?O)2 skeleton.

The (13)C and (15)N CPMAS NMR spectra of 18 pyrazoles substituted at position 1 by dinitrophenyl and trinitrophenyl (picryl) groups have been recorded. To help in the assignments, some of these compounds were studied in DMSO-d(6) solution. Phenomena such as the conformation of the N-aryl groups and broadening of splittings due to quadrupolar nuclei are discussed.  相似文献

Summary Using the quadratic response function at theab initio SCF level of approximation we have calculated the relativistic corrections from the spin-orbit Hamiltonian,H SO, to the indirect nuclear spin-spin coupling constants of XH4 (X = C, Si, Ge, and Sn). We find that the spin-orbit contributions toJ X-H are small, amounting only to about 1% forJ Sn-H. For the geminal H-H coupling constants the relativistic corrections are numerically smaller than forJ X-H, but in some cases relatively larger compared to the actual magnitude ofJ H-H. We also investigate the use of an effective one-electron spin-orbit Hamiltonian rather than the fullH SO in the calculation of these corrections.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of thirty 2-functionalized 5-(methylsulfonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles were assigned completely and unequivocally using the concerted application of one- and two-dimensional experiments (DEPT, gs-HMQC and gs-HMBC). Finally, the influence of the 2-substituent of 5-(methylsufonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles on the carbon atoms of the indole moiety was estimated.  相似文献

1-Cyclohepta-2,4,6-trienyl-selanes Se(C(7)H(7))(2) (2c), R--Se--C(7)H(7) with R = Bu, (t)Bu, Ph, 4-F--C(6)H(4) (12a,b,c,d) were prepared by the reaction of the corresponding silanes, Si(SeMe(3))(2) and R--Se--SiMe(3), respectively, with tropylium bromide C(7)H(7)Br. In spite of the low stability of the selanes even in dilute solutions and at low temperature, they could be characterised by their (1)H, (13)C and (77)Se NMR parameters. Coupling constants (1)J((77)Se,(13)C) were measured and calculated by DFT methods at the B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) level of theory. The comparison of experimental and calculated coupling constants (1)J((77)Se,(13)C) included numerous selenium carbon compounds with largely different Se--C bonds, revealing a satisfactory agreement. Both the spin-dipole (SD) and the paramagnetic spin-orbital (PSO) terms contributed significantly to the spin-spin coupling interaction, in addition to the Fermi contact (FC) term.  相似文献

According to the (1)H, (13)C and (15)N NMR spectroscopic data and ab initio calculations, the strong N--H...O intramolecular hydrogen bond in the Z-isomers of 2-(2-acylethenyl)pyrroles causes the decrease in the absolute size of the (1)J(N,H) coupling constant by 2 Hz in CDCl(3) and by 4.5 Hz in DMSO-d(6), the deshielding of the proton and nitrogen by 5-6 and 15 ppm, respectively, and the lengthening of the N--H link by 0.025 A. The N--H...N intramolecular hydrogen bond in the 2(2'-pyridyl)pyrrole leads to the increase of the (1)J(N,H) coupling constant by 3 Hz, the deshielding of the proton by 1.5 ppm and the lengthening of the N--H link by 0.004 A. The C--H...N intramolecular hydrogen bond in the 1-vinyl-2-(2'-pyridyl)-pyrrole results in the increase of the (1)J(C,H) coupling constant by 5 Hz, the deshielding of the proton by 1 ppm and the shortening of the C--H link by 0.003 A. Different behavior of the coupling constants and length of the covalent links under the hydrogen bond influence originate from the different nature of the hydrogen bonding (predominantly covalent or electrostatic), which depends in turn on the geometry of the hydrogen bridge. The Fermi-contact mechanism only is responsible for the increase of the coupling constant in the case of the predominantly electrostatic hydrogen bonding, whereas both Fermi-contact and paramagnetic spin-orbital mechanisms bring about the decrease of coupling constant in the case of the predominantly covalent hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the course of the basic hydrolysis of four eremophilane esters isolated from Robinsonecio gerberifolius, some rearrangements, eliminations, and additions occurred. Five compounds were obtained, three of them not previously described. Additionally, a new sesquiterpene was produced by autooxidation of compound 1. The (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of these compounds were completely assigned by utilization of HMQC, HMBC, COSY, DEPT, and NOESY techniques. The long-range coupling constants of the peroxide 10 are reported, and all its coupling constants (2)J(H, H), (3)J(H, H), and (4)J(H, H) are calculated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level of theory. Their magnitude is explained in terms of electronic delocalization and the additivity of stereoelectronic effects.  相似文献

合成了 [Co(bamp)(cmen)Cl]2+ (bamp=2,6-二甲胺基吡啶; cmen=1,2-二胺基丙烷 )体系的两个经式异构体。利用一维及二维核磁共振 (2D NMR)技术,结合三元胺中吡啶环的磁屏蔽效应,对两个异构体在溶液中的结构进行了解析,对应于 Dowex 50Wx 2柱色层分离的第一色带的阳离子为 m2(cmen的 2位胺基与 Cl处于邻位 );第二色带的阳离子为 m1。由第一色带配合物制备的单晶晶体结构解析也表明其为 m2[ZnCl4]。用量子化学从头计算方法,在赝势基组 RHF/LANL2DZ的水平上研究了该体系两个经式几何异构体的稳定性,结果表明后者较前者稳定,但差别不大,与在合成条件下异构体平衡分布一致。由计算得到的几何优化键参数与晶体结构分析结果能较好地吻合。  相似文献

The reaction of either Li2PPh or Li2AsPh with the diborane(4) derivative B2(NMe2)2Br2 affords the compounds [PhP(BNMe2)2]2 ( 1 ) or [PhAs(BNMe2)2]2 ( 2 ) in good yield. Both 1 and 2 have cyclic structures featuring non-planar P2B4 or As2B4 six-membered rings which have chair configurations. Although all four borons in each ring have planar coordination, the two phosphorus or arsenic centers have different degrees of pyramidalization. Bond distances within the rings indicate that the B? B, B? P or B? As bonds are single, whereas the exo-B? N bond lengths are consistent with significant π-bonding. The ring structures of 1 and 2 are in sharp contrast to the related boron-nitrogen species (t-BuN)2N4Me4 which has a nido-N2B4 framework. The attempted synthesis of the nitrogen analogue of 1 or 2 by using a similar approach did not result in the isolation of [PhN(BNMe2)2]2, instead the tetramino diborane(4) species [B(NMe2)NHPh]2 ( 3 ), which has a structure similar to other tetramine diborane(4) compounds, was isolated.  相似文献

利用过氧化物合成分解法制备得到一新的 [Co(N-(2-Aminoethyl)-1,3 propanediamine)(1,2-diamino-2-methylpropane)Cl]~(2+)体系配合物,并用柱层析分离得到部分几何异构体。用单晶 X-射线衍射分析方法解析了其中一反式(三元胺仲氮上的氢相对于 Cl)经式异构体的晶体结构,用二维核磁共振技术的同核质子相关 gCOSY及 NOESY谱解析了其中一顺式(三元胺仲氮上的氢相对于 Cl)经式异构体在溶液中的结构。  相似文献
