Novel calix[4]azacrown derivatives from the reaction between calix[4]amidocrown and the different N‐(4‐bromoacetamidephthalimido)alkanes derivatives, which may be useful intemediate compounds of pseudorotaxane, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. Several thiourea polymers have been synthesized through the reaction of diamine with 1, 4-or 1, 3-benzenedicarbonyl chloride and ammonium thiocyanate by solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis of polyethylene glycol-400 (PEG-400). The polymers were characterized and identified by elemental analysis, IR, HNMR and GPC. The multifunctional polymers have potential value as an ideal support for immobilized enzymes. 相似文献

A new complex of N-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-thiocarbamic 4-hydroxy-benzoyl hydrazine dihydrate, C22H27N3O10S·2H2O, was synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography and TG/DTG methods. The compound belongs to the orthorhombic system, which crystallizes in space group P212121, with a=1.0275(3), b=1.3419(4), c=2.0234(6), V=2.7899(16) nm3, and Z=4. The hexopyranosyl ring adopts a 4C1 conformation. All the substituents are at equatorial positions. The molecules are linked into a three-dimensional framework via intermolecular interactions. A simple and efficient method has been developed for the condensation of o‐aminoaryl ketones with α‐methylene ketones in the presence of catalytic amounts of LiBr to afford the corresponding fused cyclic quinolines in high yield using the Friedlander heteroannulation reaction. Stilbene derivates (stilbenoids) are present in plants and show a wide range of biological activities and potential therapeutic value. In continuation of our natural product synthesis program, an efficient, simple, and practical method has been developed to regioselectively synthesize (E)-stilbenes using H2SO4 as a catalyst in a short time (30–60 s) at room temperature in good to excellent yields.

A novel zeolite, denoted as CJS-4, has been synthesized from nonalkaline medium by using 4,4'-trimethylenebis(1-methylpiperidine) or 1,4-diazoniabicyclo(2,2,2) octane as template agent, respectively. N-[(4'-Substituted phenylthio)ethyl] phthalimide la-g and their corresponding n-propyl 2a-g, n-butyl 3a-g derivatives have been synthesised. The structure of these compounds were proved by UV,IR, 1H NMR, 13CMR and mass spectra. The 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the adjacent methylene protons and carbons of both the sulfur atom and phthalimido nitrogen group were reasonably correlated using σ° values. Abstract Synthesis of some new functionalized thiazolidin-4-ones and α-amino phosphonate derivatives has been reported. The imines were synthesized from the reaction of various substituted anilines with 1-phenyl-3-(pyridine-4-yl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde in ethanol at reflux condition. The corresponding thiazolidin-4-ones and α-aminophosphonates were prepared by reaction of imines with mercaptoacetic acid and triethyl phosphite, respectively. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectral data and were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities. GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT 相似文献
