This paper studies a food chain chemostat model with Monod response functions, which is perturbed by white noise. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution are established by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions. Moreover, we consider the extinction of microbes in two cases. In the first case, both the predator and prey species are extinct. In the second case, only the predator species is extinct, and the prey species survives. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the dynamical behavior of a stochastic food chain chemostat model, in which the white noise is proportional to the variables. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we show the system has a unique ergodic stationary distribution. Furthermore, the extinction of microorganisms is discussed in two cases. In one case, both the prey and the predator species are extinct, and in the other case, the prey species is surviving and the predator species is extinct. Finally, numerical experiments are performed for supporting the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, based on the existing literature, we further study an important statistical character of a stochastic delayed chemostat model. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functional and using the stochastic Lyapunov analysis method, we investigate the existence of stationary distribution and the ergodicity of a stochastic delayed chemostat model, which can help us better understand the dynamic behavior and statistical characteristics of stochastic delayed biological models.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the dynamics of a stochastic Susceptible-Infective-Removed-Infective (SIRI) epidemic model with relapse. By constructing a suitable stochastic Lyapunov function, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of an ergodic stationary distribution to the model. Moreover, sufficient conditions for extinction of the disease are also obtained.  相似文献

This paper addresses a stochastic SIS epidemic model with vaccination under regime switching. The stochastic model in this paper includes white and color noises. By constructing stochastic Lyapunov functions with regime switching, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a chemostat model of competition between plasmid-bearing and plasmid-free organisms, perturbed by white noise. Firstly, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution. Then by constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution. Furthermore, conditions for extinction of plasmid-bearing organisms are obtained. Theoretical analysis indicates that large noise intensity $\sigma_{2}^{2}$ is detrimental to the survival of plasmid-bearing organisms and is not conducive to the commercial production of genetically altered organisms. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the results.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a stochastic nutrient-phytoplankton-zooplankton model with cell size that represents the interaction between internal mechanism of species and external environment. We first investigate the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution with positive initial values. Then we construct sufficient conditions for the existence of an ergodic stationary distribution of positive solution. Once more, we find that large noise intensities cause the extinctions of phytoplankton and zooplankton. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify the correctness of theoretical results.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate a stochastic one-prey two-predator model with Holling type II functional response. We first establish sufficient conditions for persistence and extinction of prey and predator populations, then by constructing a suitable stochastic Lyapunov function, we establish sharp sufficient criteria for the existence of a unique ergodic stationary distribution of the positive solutions to the model. The results show that the smaller white noise can ensure the persistence of prey and predator populations while the larger white noise can lead to the extinction of prey and predator populations.  相似文献

A stochastic predator-prey model with a functional response is investigated in this paper. The asymptotic properties of the stochastic model are considered here. Under some conditions, we show that the stochastic model is persistent in mean. Moreover, the existence of stationary distribution to the model is obtained. Simulations are also carried out to confirm our analytical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss a stochastic density dependent predator-prey system with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response. First, we show that this system has a unique positive solution as this is essential in any population dynamics model. Then, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of this system. When the white noise is small, the stochastic system imitates the corresponding deterministic system. Either there is a stationary distribution, or the predator population will die out. While if the white noise is large, besides the extinction of the predator population, both species in the system may also die out, which does not happen in the deterministic system. Finally, simulations are carried out to conform to our results.  相似文献

In this paper, based on the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, we investigate a stochastic mathematical model, focusing on the dynamics of β-amyloid (Aβ) plaques, Aβ oligomers, PrPC proteins, and the Aβ-x-PrPC complex. Within the framework of the Lyapunov method, we first show existence and uniqueness of global positive solution of the model and then establish the sufficient conditions for existence of an ergodic stationary distribution of the positive solution. Ultimately, numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper intends to develop a new method to obtain the threshold of an impulsive stochastic chemostat model with saturated growth rate in a polluted environment. By using the theory of impulsive differential equations and stochastic differential equations, we obtain conditions for the extinction and the permanence of the microorganisms of the deterministic chemostat model and the stochastic chemostat model. We develop a new numerical computation method for impulsive stochastic differential system to simulate and illustrate our theoretical conclusions. The biological results show that a small stochastic disturbance can cause the microorganism to die out, that is, a permanent deterministic system can go to extinction under the white noise stochastic disturbance. The theoretical method can also be used to explore the threshold of some impulsive stochastic differential equations.  相似文献

A chemostat model with general nonmonotone response functions is considered. The nutrient conversion process involves time delay. We show that under certain conditions, when n species compete in the chemostat for a single resource that is allowed to be inhibitory at high concentrations, the competitive exclusion principle holds. In the case of insignificant death rates, the result concerning the attractivity of the single species survival equilibrium already appears in the literature several times (see [H.M. El-Owaidy, M. Ismail, Asymptotic behavior of the chemostat model with delayed response in growth, Chaos Solitons Fractals 13 (2002) 787-795; H.M. El-Owaidy, A.A. Moniem, Asymptotic behavior of a chemostat model with delayed response growth, Appl. Math. Comput. 147 (2004) 147-161; S. Yuan, M. Han, Z. Ma, Competition in the chemostat: convergence of a model with delayed response in growth, Chaos Solitons Fractals 17 (2003) 659-667]). However, the proofs are all incorrect. In this paper, we provide a correct proof that also applies in the case of differential death rates. In addition, we provide a local stability analysis that includes sufficient conditions for the bistability of the single species survival equilibrium and the washout equilibrium, thus showing the outcome can be initial condition dependent. Moreover, we show that when the species specific death rates are included, damped oscillations may occur even when there is no delay. Thus, the species specific death rates might also account for the damped oscillations in transient behavior observed in experiments.  相似文献

In this paper, the formats of Julia sets for a class of nonlinear complex dynamic systems with variable coefficients were studied under certain conditions. For the complex dynamic systems in piecewise cases, we proposed some methods to control the forms of their Julia sets and stable domains analytically. What’s more, we illustrated that our methods worked well by computational simulations. Our work provides a better understanding about how to control the Julia sets of certain complex dynamic systems.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a DI SIR epidemic model with two categories stochastic perturbations. The long time behavior of the two stochastic systems is studied. Mainly, we show how the solution goes around the infection-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium of deterministic system under different conditions.  相似文献

A stochastic generalized logistic model is considered in this paper. The condition of the existence of its stationary distribution is generalized. Recurrence and strong stochastic persistence are obtained. Finally some numerical simulations are carried out to support our results.  相似文献

In this paper, a three-species food chain model with Holling type IV and Beddington–DeAngelis functional responses is formulated. Numerical simulations show that this system can generate chaos for some parameter values. But the mechanism behind chaos is still unclear only through numerical simulations. Then, using the topological horseshoe theories and Conley–Moser conditions, we present a computer-assisted analysis to show the chaoticity of this system in the topological sense, that is, it has positive topological entropy. We prove that the Poincaré map of this model possesses a closed uniformly hyperbolic chaotic invariant set, and it is topologically conjugate to a 2-shift map. At last, we consider the impact of fear on this three-species model. It is an important factor in controlling chaos in biological models, which has been validated in other models.   相似文献

A stochastic two-group SIR model is presented in this paper. The existence and uniqueness of its nonnegative solution is obtained, and the solution belongs to a positively invariant set.Furthermore, the globally asymptotical stability of the disease-free equilibrium is deduced by the stochastic Lyapunov functional method if R0 ≤ 1,which means the disease will die out. While if R0 1,we show that the solution is fluctuating around a point which is the endemic equilibrium of the deterministic model in time average. In addition, the intensity of the fluctuation is proportional to the intensity of the white noise. When the white noise is small,we consider the disease will prevail. At last,we illustrate the dynamic behavior of the model and their approximations via a range of numerical experiments.  相似文献
