The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

Bis(η5‐cyclopentadienyl)[rel‐(1R,5S,7R,14S)‐(1,3,5,7,9,11,14‐heptacyclopentyl‐7,14‐dioxidotricyclo[7.3.31,9.15,11]heptasiloxan‐3‐yloxy)bis(pentafluorophenyl)borane(2−)]zirconium, [Zr(C5H5)2(C47H63BF10O12Si7)], consists of [ZrCp2] (Cp is cyclopentadienyl) and [(C6F5)2B] moieties bound to a silsesquioxane core. The silsesquioxane binds to the Zr atom through two of its O atoms to form a distorted tetrahedron. The [(C6F5)2B] moiety is bound to the silsesquioxane through an O atom, forming an Si—O—B bond angle of 168.4 (4)°. The steric and electronic effects of the Zr atom and the borate moieties force the silsesquioxane core to distort. These distortions can be seen by examination of the Si—O—Si bond angles.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H2N2O4)(C12H9N3)2]·H2O, the MnII centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 6‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate (or uracil‐5‐carboxylate, Huca2−) ligand [Mn—O = 2.136 (2) and 2.156 (3) Å] and two 2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (Hpybim) ligands [Mn—N = 2.213 (3)–2.331 (3) Å], and it displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 73.05 (10) to 105.77 (10)°. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds both between the Hpybim and the Huca2− ligands and between the Huca2− ligands link the molecules into infinite chains. The lattice water molecule acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to form double O...H—O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the Huca2− O atoms, crosslinking the chains to afford an infinite two‐dimensional sheet; a third hydrogen bond (N—H...O) formed by the water molecule as a hydrogen‐bond acceptor and a Hpybim N atom further links these sheets to yield a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. Possible partial π–π stacking interactions involving the Hpybim rings are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

A new form of Y2Si2O7 (diyttrium heptaoxodisilicate) has been synthesized which is isotypic with thortveitite, Sc2Si2O7, and crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group C2/m, both at 100 and 280 K. The Y3+ cation occupies a distorted octahedral site, with Y—O bond lengths in the range 2.239 (2)–2.309 (2) Å. The SiO4 tetrahedron is remarkably regular, with Si—O bond lengths in the range 1.619 (2)–1.630 (2) Å. The bridging O atom of the Si2O7 pyrosilicate group shows a large anisotropic displacement perpendicular to the Si—O bond. Changes in lattice and structural parameters upon cooling are small with, however, a distinct decrease of the anisotropic displacement of the briding O atom. Structure solution and refinement in the non‐centrosymmetric space group C2 are possible but do not yield a significantly different structure model. The Si—O—Si bond angle of the isolated Si2O7 groups is 179.2 (1)° at 280 K in C2 and 180° per symmetry in C2/m. The C2/m structure model is favoured.  相似文献

BaY2Si3O10, barium diyttrium trisilicate, is a new silicate grown from a molybdate‐based flux. The structure is based on zigzag chains, parallel to [010], of edge‐sharing distorted YO6 octahedra, linked by horseshoe‐shaped trisilicate groups and Ba atoms in irregular eight‐coordination. The layered character of the structure is caused by a succession of zigzag chains and trisilicate groups in planes parallel to (01). The Ba atoms occupy narrow channels extending parallel to [100]. The mean Y—O, Si—O and Ba—O bond lengths are 2.268, 1.626 and 1.633, and 2.872 Å, respectively. The two symmetry‐equivalent terminal SiO4 tetrahedra in the Si3O10 unit adopt an eclipsed conformation with respect to the central SiO4 tetrahedron; the Si—O—Si and Si—Si—Si angles are 136.35 (9) and 96.12 (4)°, respectively. One Ba, one Si and two O atoms are located on mirror planes; all remaining atoms are in general positions. The geometry of isolated trisilicate groups in inorganic compounds is briefly discussed.  相似文献

The title molecule is dimeric, i.e. di‐μ‐trimethylsiloxy‐bis(dichloroaluminium), [Al2Cl4(C3H9Si)2], and possesses exact crystallographic inversion symmetry. The O atoms of the trimethylsiloxy groups bridge the two Al atoms to form a four‐membered ring. The Si—O bond distance [1.711 (3) Å], the Al—O mean bond distance [1.806 (4) Å] and the mean Si—C bond distance [1.875 (6) Å] appear to agree well with standard data. Mean values for C—Si—C, O—Si—C, and Si—O—Al angles are 112.9 (3), 105.8 (2), and 131.8 (2)° repectively. The two ring angles O—Al—O and Al—O—Al are 84.43 (16) and 95.57 (16)°, respectively.  相似文献

Reported in this contribution are the synthesis and crystal structures of two new FeIII complexes of 5,5,7,12,12,14‐hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane (HMC), namely, dichlorido(5,5,7,12,12,14‐hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane)iron(III) chloride, [FeCl2(C16H36N4)]Cl or cis‐[FeCl2(rac‐HMC)]Cl ( 1 ), and dichlorido(5,5,7,12,12,14‐hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane)iron(III) tetrachloridoferrate, [FeCl2(C16H36N4)][FeCl4] or trans‐[FeCl2(meso‐HMC)][FeCl4] ( 2 ). Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies revealed that both 1 and 2 adopt a pseudo‐octahedral geometry, where the macrocycles adopt folded and planar geometries, respectively. The chloride ligands in 1 are cis to each other, while those in 2 have a trans configuration. The relevant bond angles in 1 deviate substantially from an ideal octahedral coordination geometry, with the angles between the cis substituents varying from 81.55 (5) to 107.56 (4)°, and those between the trans‐ligating atoms varying from 157.76 (8) to 170.88 (3)°. In contrast, 2 adopts a less strained configuration, in which the N—Fe—N angles vary from 84.61 (8) to 95.39 (8)° and the N—Fe—Cl angles vary from 86.02 (5) to 93.98 (5)°.  相似文献

The title compound was obtained by reacting UO2 powder in 2 M K2CO3 with hydrogen peroxide. The compound contains individual [U(CO3)2O2(O2)]4− ions, which are linked via an extended network of K atoms and hydrogen bonding. The U atom is coordinated to two trans‐axial O atoms and six O atoms in the equatorial plane, forming distorted hexagonal bipyramids. The carbonate ligands are bound to the U center in a bidentate manner, with U—O bond distances ranging from 2.438 (5) to 2.488 (5) Å. The peroxo group forms a three‐membered ring with the U atom, with U—O bond distances of 2.256 (6) and 2.240 (6) Å. The U=O bond distances of 1.806 (5) and 1.817 (5) Å, and an O—U—O angle of 175.3 (3)° are characteristic of the linear uranyl(VI) unit.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C7H5O3)2(C10H24N4)], contains octahedral NiII in a centrosymmetric trans configuration with Ni—N distances of 2.0637 (17) and 2.0699 (16) Å and an Ni—O distance of 2.1100 (14) Å. The molecules are linked by a single type of O—H?O hydrogen bond [O?O 2.618 (2) Å and O—H?O 161°] into two‐dimensional sheets; a singletype of N—H?O hydrogen bond [N?O 2.991 (2) Å and N—H?O 139°] links these sheets into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Na4(C8H16BO4)4(C4H10O2)]n, there are two coordination types for the four independent Na+ cations: two Na+ cations bond to six diolate O atoms [Na—O = 2.305 (2)–2.609 (2) Å], while the other two are five‐coordinate via one 1,4‐butanediol [2.289 (2) and 2.349 (3) Å] and four diolate O atoms [2.295 (2)–2.408 (2) Å]. Corresponding to this, there are three‐ and four‐coordinate diolate O atoms, the latter bridging Na atoms. The 1,4‐butanediol molecules lie on inversion centres. The boron stereochemistry shows minor local perturbations from its usual tetrahedral state [B—O = 1.457 (4)–1.503 (4) Å]. The resulting polymer packs as sheets parallel to the (10) plane crosslinked by the butanediol molecules. The structure was solved using data from a multiple crystal.  相似文献

Al‐ and Ga‐containing open‐Dawson polyoxometalates (POMs), K10[{Al4(μ‐OH)6}{α,α‐Si2W18O66}] · 28.5H2O ( Al4 ‐ open ) and K10[{Ga4(μ‐OH)6}(α,α‐Si2W18O66)] · 25H2O ( Ga4 ‐ open ) were synthesized by the reaction of trilacunary Keggin POM, [A‐α‐SiW9O34]10–, with Al(NO3)3 · 9H2O or Ga(NO3)3 · nH2O, and unequivocally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis, 29Si and 183W NMR, and FT‐IR spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis and TG/DTA. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis revealed that the {M4(μ‐OH)6}6+ (M = Al, Ga) clusters were included in an open pocket of the open‐Dawson polyanion, [α,α‐Si2W18O66]16–, which was constituted by the fusion of two trilacunary Keggin POMs via two W–O–W bonds. These two open‐Dawson structural POMs showed clear difference of the bite angles depending on the size of ionic radii. In cases of both compounds, the solution 29Si and 183W NMR spectra in D2O showed only one signal and five signals, respectively. These spectra were consistent with the molecular structures of Al4 ‐ and Ga4 ‐ open , suggesting that these polyoxoanions were obtained as single species and maintained their molecular structures in solution.  相似文献

Crystals of hexa‐tert‐butyldisilane, C24H54Si2, undergo a reversible phase transition at 179 (2) K. The space group changes from Ibca (high temperature) to Pbca (low temperature), but the lattice constants a, b and c do not change significantly during the phase transition. The crystallographic twofold axis of the molecule in the high‐temperature phase is replaced by a noncrystallographic twofold axis in the low‐temperature phase. The angle between the two axes is 2.36 (4)°. The centre of the molecule undergoes a translation of 0.123 (1) Å during the phase transition, but the conformation angles of the molecule remain unchanged. Between the two tri‐tert‐butylsilyl subunits there are six short repulsive intramolecular C—H...H—C contacts, with H...H distances between 2.02 and 2.04 Å, resulting in a significant lengthening of the Si—Si and Si—C bonds. The Si—Si bond length is 2.6863 (5) Å and the Si—C bond lengths are between 1.9860 (14) and 1.9933 (14) Å. Torsion angles about the Si—Si and Si—C bonds deviate by approximately 15° from the values expected for staggered conformations due to intramolecular steric H...H repulsions. A new polymorph is reported for the crystal structure of 1,1,2,2‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2‐diphenyldisilane, C28H46Si2. It has two independent molecules with rather similar conformations. The Si—Si bond lengths are 2.4869 (8) and 2.4944 (8) Å. The C—Si—Si—C torsion angles deviate by between −3.4 (1) and −18.5 (1)° from the values expected for a staggered conformation. These deviations result from steric interactions. Four Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are almost staggered, while the other four Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are intermediate between a staggered and an eclipsed conformation. The latter Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds are about 0.019 (2) Å longer than the staggered Si—C(t‐Bu) bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C10H12O4·H2O, consists of (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetic acid and water molecules linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form cyclic structures with graph‐set motifs R12(5) and R44(12). These hydrogen‐bond patterns result in a three‐dimensional network with graph‐set motifs R44(20) and R44(22), and the formation of larger macrocycles, respectively. The C—C bond lengths and the endocyclic angles of the benzene ring show a noticeable asymmetry, which is connected with the charge‐transfer interaction of the carboxyl or methoxy groups and the benzene ring. The title compound is one of the simple carboxylic acid systems that form hydrates. Thus, the significance of this study lies in the analysis of the interactions in this structure and the aggregations occurring via hydrogen bonds in two crystalline forms of (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetic acid, namely the present hydrate and the anhydrous form [Chopra, Choudhury & Guru Row (2003). Acta Cryst. E 59 , o433–o434]. The correlation between the IR spectrum of this compound and its structural data are also discussed.  相似文献

The new high‐spin iron(II) complex, [Fe(C12H10N6)2(H2O)2](C8H3N4S)2 or [Fe(abpt)2(H2O)2](tcnsme)2 [where abpt is 4‐amino‐3,5‐di‐2‐pyridyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and tcnsme is the 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐methylthiopropenide anion], consists of discrete [Fe(abpt)2(H2O)2]2+ dications, where the FeII ion is coordinated by two N,N′‐bidentate chelating abpt ligands in the equatorial plane and two water molecules in trans positions, generating a distorted octahedral [FeN4O2] environment. The cationic unit is neutralized by two polynitrile tcnsme anions, in which the C—N, C—C and C—S bond lengths indicate extensive electronic delocalization. In the crystal structure, the dications and anions are linked through O—H...N and N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the water H atoms and those of the NH2 groups and the N atoms of the CN groups, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2], the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre, is trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate 1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate monoanionic ligands [Mn—O = 2.202 (3) Å and Mn—N = 2.201 (4) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.197 (4) Å], and exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with adjacent cis angles of 76.45 (13), 86.09 (13) and 89.20 (13)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecules, the carboxy O atoms and the protonated imidazole N atoms of the imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex.  相似文献

The Sn atom in the crystal structure of the title compound,catena‐poly[trimethyltin‐μ‐[(2,5‐dioxo‐2,5‐dihydropyrrol‐1‐yl)acetato‐O:O′]], [Sn(CH3)3(C6H4NO4)], adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry with three methyl groups defining the trigonal plane [mean Sn—C 2.117 (11) Å] and the axial positions occupied by O atoms from different carboxylate groups, with significantly different Sn—O bond lengths [2.207 (5) and 2.358 (6) Å]. The structure forms a polymeric chain of complex molecules linked via carboxylate moieties.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H12N2)2], (I), is reported at 100, 250 and 400 K. The CuII cation in this complex is coordinated in a distorted octahedral mode characteristic of Jahn–Teller systems. The coordination of the perchlorate ligands via longer, and presumably weaker, axial Cu—O distances varies significantly as a function of temperature. One of the Cu—O distances increases between 100 and 250 K, and one of the Cu—O—Cl angles expands between 250 and 400 K. At all temperatures, the complex forms a two‐dimensional N—H...O hydrogen‐bond network in the (001) plane.  相似文献
