Structure Elucidation of (Hydroxy-oxo-cyclopentenyl)alkanoic Acids, the Aldol-Condensation Products of Dioxoene Acids from Cattle Liver During homogenization of cattle liver the highly instable dioxoene acids 13a , 13b , and 13c are formed. These acids cyclize in alkaline solution to yield pairs of stable (hydroxy-oxo-cyclopentenyl)alkanoic acids, which were isolated as methyl esters 4a / 5a , 4b / 5b , and 4c / 5c . The structures of these compounds were deduced from an enriched 3-mg mixture sample by microchemical reactions combined with a GC/MS analysis of the reaction products. Compound 13a was obtained as methyl ester by oxidation of the methyl ester of the corresponding F-acid with NaOCl. It was not possible to isolate 13a in pure form due to its high sensitivity. Instead of the methyl ester of 13a , 4a and 5a were isolated, of which the structures were established.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of some polysaccharides and their methyl derivatives have been analysed. The numbers and positions of the assigned 13C NMR signals give some information about the structure of the monomer unit and the positions of the glycosidic linkage but no information about the anomeric configuration. In this case the 1J(C-1, H) coupling constants make it possible to identify the anomeric configuration, because the mean differences of the J values for the α- and β-anomers are 12 Hz (at least 5 Hz) with the higher values for the α-anomers.  相似文献

Structure Elucidation of a Dimethylfulvene-trimer. Evidence for a [6+ 4]-Dimerization of 6, 6-Dimethylfulvene Thermal reaction of pure 6, 6-dimethylfulvene ( 1c ) at 60° gives an oligomeric mixture consisting mainly of fulvene-trimers. The structure of the main product 3c is partially elucidated by 1H-NMR. investigations at 400 MHz and definitely confirmed by X-ray analysis. The formation of 3c is explained in terms of a [6+4] dimerization, followed by a 1, 5-proton-shift and a final Diels-Alder reaction.  相似文献

Isolation and Structure of Rutamycin B Botrycidin was found to be identical with rutamycin. From the cultures of the actinomycete producing botrycidin and the venturicidines. A and B, a fourth antifungal antibiotic, rutamycin B, was isolated. Through a series of degradation products its structure could be correlated to that of rutamycin, which had been determined before by an X-ray structural analysis.
