(4‐Aminophenyl)arsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid) is used as an antihelminth in veterinary applications and was earlier used in the monosodium salt dihydrate form as the antisyphilitic drug atoxyl. Examples of complexes with this acid are rare. The structures of the alkaline earth metal (Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba) complexes with (4‐aminophenyl)arsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid) have been determined, viz. hexaaquamagnesium bis[hydrogen (4‐aminophenyl)arsonate] tetrahydrate, [Mg(H2O)6](C6H7AsNO3)·4H2O, (I), catena‐poly[[[diaquacalcium]‐bis[μ2‐hydrogen (4‐aminophenyl)arsonato‐κ2O :O ′]‐[diaquacalcium]‐bis[μ2‐hydrogen (4‐aminophenyl)arsonato‐κ2O :O ]] dihydrate], {[Ca(C6H7AsNO3)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (II), catena‐poly[[triaquastrontium]‐bis[μ2‐hydrogen (4‐aminophenyl)arsonato‐κ2O :O ′]], [Sr(C6H7AsNO3)2(H2O)3]n , (III), and catena‐poly[[triaquabarium]‐bis[μ2‐hydrogen (4‐aminophenyl)arsonato‐κ2O :O ′]], [Ba(C6H7AsNO3)2(H2O)3]n , (IV). In the structure of magnesium salt (I), the centrosymmetric octahedral [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cation, the two hydrogen p‐arsanilate anions and the four water molecules of solvation form a three‐dimensional network structure through inter‐species O—H and N—H hydrogen‐bonding interactions with water and arsonate O‐atom and amine N‐atom acceptors. In one‐dimensional coordination polymer (II), the distorted octahedral CaO6 coordination polyhedron comprises two trans‐related water molecules and four arsonate O‐atom donors from bridging hydrogen arsanilate ligands. One bridging extension is four‐membered via a single O atom and the other is eight‐membered via O :O ′‐bridging, both across inversion centres, giving a chain coordination polymer extending along the [100] direction. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding involving O—H…O, O—H…N and N—H…O interactions gives an overall three‐dimensional structure. The structures of the polymeric Sr and Ba complexes (III) and (IV), respectively, are isotypic and are based on irregular M O7 coordination polyhedra about the M 2+ centres, which lie on twofold rotation axes along with one of the coordinated water molecules. The coordination centres are linked through inversion‐related arsonate O :O ′‐bridges, giving eight‐membered ring motifs and forming coordination polymeric chains extending along the [100] direction. Inter‐chain N—H…O and O—H…O hydrogen‐bonding interactions extend the structures into three dimensions and the crystal packing includes π–π ring interactions [minimum ring centroid separations = 3.4666 (17) Å for (III) and 3.4855 (8) Å for (IV)].  相似文献

The structures of ammonium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, NH4+·C7H3N2O6, (I), ammonium 4‐nitrobenzoate dihydrate, NH4+·C7H4NO4·2H2O, (II), and ammonium 2,4‐dichlorobenzoate hemihydrate, NH4+·C7H3Cl2O2·0.5H2O, (III), have been determined and their hydrogen‐bonded structures are described. All three salts form hydrogen‐bonded polymeric structures, viz. three‐dimensional in (I) and two‐dimensional in (II) and (III). With (I), a primary cation–anion cyclic association is formed [graph set R43(10)] through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving a carboxylate group with both O atoms contributing to the hydrogen bonds (denoted O,O′‐carboxylate) on one side and a carboxylate group with one O atom involved in two hydrogen bonds (denoted O‐carboxylate) on the other. Structure extension involves N—H...O hydrogen bonds to both carboxylate and nitro O‐atom acceptors. With structure (II), the primary inter‐species interactions and structure extension into layers lying parallel to (001) are through conjoined cyclic hydrogen‐bonding motifs, viz.R43(10) (one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group and two water molecules) and centrosymmetric R42(8) (two cations and two water molecules). The structure of (III) also has conjoined R43(10) and centrosymmetric R42(8) motifs in the layered structure but these differ in that the first motif involves one cation, an O,O′‐carboxylate group, an O‐carboxylate group and one water molecule, and the second motif involves two cations and two O‐carboxylate groups. The layers lie parallel to (100). The structures of salt hydrates (II) and (III), displaying two‐dimensional layered arrays through conjoined hydrogen‐bonded nets, provide further illustration of a previously indicated trend among ammonium salts of carboxylic acids, but the anhydrous three‐dimensional structure of (I) is inconsistent with that trend.  相似文献

The morpholinium (tetrahydro‐2H‐1,4‐oxazin‐4‐ium) cation has been used as a counter‐ion in both inorganic and organic salt formation and particularly in metal complex stabilization. To examine the influence of interactive substituent groups in the aromatic rings of benzoic acids upon secondary structure generation, the anhydrous salts of morpholine with salicylic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H5O3, (I), 3,5‐dinitrosalicylic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H3N2O7, (II), 3,5‐dinitrobenzoic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H3N2O6, (III), and 4‐nitroanthranilic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H5N2O4, (IV), have been prepared and their hydrogen‐bonded crystal structures are described. In the crystal structures of (I), (III) and (IV), the cations and anions are linked by moderately strong N—H…Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds, but the secondary structure propagation differs among the three, viz. one‐dimensional chains extending along [010] in (I), a discrete cyclic heterotetramer in (III), and in (IV), a heterotetramer with amine N—H…O hydrogen‐bond extensions along b, giving a two‐layered ribbon structure. With the heterotetramers in both (III) and (IV), the ion pairs are linked though inversion‐related N—H…Ocarboxylate hydrogen bonds, giving cyclic R44(12) motifs. With (II), in which the anion is a phenolate rather than a carboxylate, the stronger assocation is through a symmetric lateral three‐centre cyclic R12(6) N—H…(O,O′) hydrogen‐bonding linkage involving the phenolate and nitro O‐atom acceptors of the anion, with extension through a weaker O—H…Ocarboxyl hydrogen bond. This results in a one‐dimensional chain structure extending along [100]. In the structures of two of the salts [i.e. (II) and (IV)], there are also π–π ring interactions, with ring‐centroid separations of 3.5516 (9) and 3.7700 (9) Å in (II), and 3.7340 (9) Å in (IV).  相似文献

Structures having the unusual protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species, namely in the hydrochloride salt, C6H9AsNO3+·Cl, (I), and the complex salts formed from the reaction of (4‐aminophenyl)arsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid) with copper(II) sulfate, i.e. hexaaquacopper(II) bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) disulfate dihydrate, (C6H9AsNO3)2[Cu(H2O)6](SO4)2·2H2O, (II), with copper(II) chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cuprate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CuCl4]}n , (III), and with cadmium chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cadmate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CdCl4]}n , (IV), have been determined. In (II), the two 4‐arsonoanilinium cations are accompanied by [Cu(H2O)6]2+ cations with sulfate anions. In the isotypic complex salts (III) and (IV), they act as counter‐cations to the {[CuCl4]2−}n or {[CdCl4]2−}n anionic polymer sheets, respectively. In (II), the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion sits on a crystallographic centre of symmetry and displays a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The asymmetric unit for (II) contains, in addition to half the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion, one 4‐arsonoanilinium cation, a sulfate dianion and a solvent water molecule. Extensive O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds link all the species, giving an overall three‐dimensional structure. In (III), four of the chloride ligands are related by inversion [Cu—Cl = 2.2826 (8) and 2.2990 (9) Å], with the other two sites of the tetragonally distorted octahedral CuCl6 unit occupied by symmetry‐generated Cl‐atom donors [Cu—Cl = 2.9833 (9) Å], forming a two‐dimensional coordination polymer network substructure lying parallel to (001). In the crystal, the polymer layers are linked across [001] by a number of bridging hydrogen bonds involving N—H…Cl interactions from head‐to‐head‐linked As—O—H…O 4‐arsonoanilinium cations. A three‐dimensional network structure is formed. CdII compound (IV) is isotypic with CuII complex (III), but with the central CdCl6 complex repeat unit having a more regular M —Cl bond‐length range [2.5232 (12)–2.6931 (10) Å] compared to that in (III). This series of compounds represents the first reported crystal structures having the protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species.  相似文献

The structures of the 1:1 hydrated proton‐transfer compounds of isonipecotamide (piperidine‐4‐carboxamide) with oxalic acid, 4‐carbamoylpiperidinium hydrogen oxalate dihydrate, C6H13N2O+·C2HO4·2H2O, (I), and with adipic acid, bis(4‐carbamoylpiperidinium) adipate dihydrate, 2C6H13N2O+·C6H8O42−·2H2O, (II), are three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded constructs involving several different types of enlarged water‐bridged cyclic associations. In the structure of (I), the oxalate monoanions give head‐to‐tail carboxylic acid O—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming C(5) chain substructures which extend along a. The isonipecotamide cations also give parallel chain substructures through amide N—H...O hydrogen bonds, the chains being linked across b and down c by alternating water bridges involving both carboxyl and amide O‐atom acceptors and amide and piperidinium N—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds, generating cyclic R43(10) and R32(11) motifs. In the structure of (II), the asymmetric unit comprises a piperidinium cation, half an adipate dianion, which lies across a crystallographic inversion centre, and a solvent water molecule. In the crystal structure, the two inversion‐related cations are interlinked through the two water molecules, which act as acceptors in dual amide N—H...Owater hydrogen bonds, to give a cyclic R42(8) association which is conjoined with an R44(12) motif. Further N—H...Owater, water O—H...Oamide and piperidinium N—H...Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds give the overall three‐dimensional structure. The structures reported here further demonstrate the utility of the isonipecotamide cation as a synthon for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded structures. The presence of solvent water molecules in these structures is largely responsible for the non‐occurrence of the common hydrogen‐bonded amide–amide dimer, promoting instead various expanded cyclic hydrogen‐bonding motifs.  相似文献

The structures of the sodium, potassium and rubidium complex salts of (4‐fluorophenoxy)acetic acid (PFPA), namely poly[μ‐aqua‐aqua‐μ‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ3O 1,O 2:O1′‐sodium], [Na(C8H6FO3)(H2O)2]n , (I), and isotypic poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐potassium], [K(C8H6FO3)]n , (II), and poly[μ5‐[2‐(4‐fluorophenoxy)acetato]‐κ5O 1,O 2:O 1,O 1′:O 1′:O 1′:O1′‐rubidium], [Rb(C8H6FO3)]n , (III), have been determined and their coordination polymeric structures described. In the structure of (I), the very distorted octahedral NaO6 coordination polyhedron comprises two bidentate chelating O‐atom donors (carboxylate and phenoxy) of the PFPA ligand and three O‐atom donors from water molecules, one monodentate and the other μ2‐bridging between inversion‐related Na centres in a cyclic manner. A bridging carboxylate donor generates two‐dimensional polymer layers lying parallel to (001), in which intralayer water O—H…O hydrogen‐bonding associations are also present. Structures (II) and (III) are isotypic, each having an irregular M O7 stereochemistry, with the primary metal–ligand bidentate chelate similar to that in (I) and extended into a two‐dimensional polymeric layered structure, lying parallel to (100), through five additional bridging carboxylate O atoms. Two of these bonds are from an O ,O ′‐bidentate chelate interaction and the other three are from μ3‐O‐atom bridges, generating cyclic links with short M M separations [3.9064 (17) Å for (II) and 4.1001 (8) for (III)], the shortest being a centrosymmetric four‐membered cyclic link. In the crystals of (I)–(III), intralayer C—H…F interactions are present, but no π–π ring interactions are found.  相似文献

A new cadmium–thiocyanate complex, namely catena‐poly[1‐carboxymethyl‐4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium [cadmium(II)‐tri‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ4N:S2S:N] [[[4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate‐κ2O,O′]cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N]], {(C9H13N2O2)[Cd(NCS)3][Cd(NCS)2(C9H12N2O2)]}n, was synthesized by the reaction of 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate, cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and potassium thiocyanide in aqueous solution. In the crystal structure, two types of CdII atoms are observed in distorted octahedral coordination environments. One type of CdII atom is coordinated by two O atoms from the carboxylate group of the 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate ligand and by two N atoms and two S atoms from four different thiocyanate ligands, while the second type of CdII atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three S atoms from six different thiocyanate ligands. Neighbouring CdII atoms are linked by thiocyanate bridges to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain and a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. Hydrogen‐bond interactions are involved in the formation of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

4‐Nitrobenzoic acid (PNBA) has proved to be a useful ligand for the preparation of metal complexes but the known structures of the alkali metal salts of PNBA do not include the rubidium salt. The structures of the isomorphous potassium and rubidium polymeric coordination complexes with PNBA, namely poly[μ2‐aqua‐aqua‐μ3‐(4‐nitrobenzoato)‐potassium], [K(C7H4N2O2)(H2O)2]n, (I), and poly[μ3‐aqua‐aqua‐μ5‐(4‐nitrobenzoato)‐rubidium], [Rb(C7H4N2O2)(H2O)2]n, (II), have been determined. In (I), the very distorted KO6 coordination sphere about the K+ centres in the repeat unit comprise two bridging nitro O‐atom donors, a single bridging carboxylate O‐atom donor and two water molecules, one of which is bridging. In Rb complex (II), the same basic MO6 coordination is found in the repeat unit, but it is expanded to RbO9 through a slight increase in the accepted Rb—O bond‐length range and includes an additional Rb—Ocarboxylate bond, completing a bidentate O,O′‐chelate interaction, and additional bridging Rb—Onitro and Rb—Owater bonds. The comparative K—O and Rb—O bond‐length ranges are 2.7352 (14)–3.0051 (14) and 2.884 (2)–3.182 (2) Å, respectively. The structure of (II) is also isomorphous, as well as isostructural, with the known structure of the nine‐coordinate caesium 4‐nitrobenzoate analogue, (III), in which the Cs—O bond‐length range is 3.047 (4)–3.338 (4) Å. In all three complexes, common basic polymeric extensions are found, including two different centrosymmetric bridging interactions through both water and nitro groups, as well as extensions along c through the para‐related carboxylate group, giving a two‐dimensional structure in (I). In (II) and (III), three‐dimensional structures are generated through additional bridges involving the nitro and water O atoms. In all three structures, the two water molecules are involved in similar intra‐polymer O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions to both carboxylate and water O‐atom acceptors. A comparison of the varied coordination behaviour of the full set of Li–Cs salts with 4‐nitrobenzoic acid is also made.  相似文献

The coordination polymer catena‐poly[[(dimethylformamide‐κO)[μ3‐5‐(1,3‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetraphenylisoindolin‐2‐yl)isophthalato‐κ4O1,O1′:O3:O3′](methanol‐κO)manganese(III)] dimethylformamide monosolvate], {[Mn(C40H23NO6)(CH3OH)(C3H7NO)]·C3H7NO}n, has been synthesized from the reaction of 5‐(1,3‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetraphenylisoindolin‐2‐yl)isophthalic acid and manganese(II) acetate tetrahydrate in a glass tube at room temperature by solvent diffusion. The MnII centre is hexacoordinated by two O atoms from one chelating carboxylate group, by two O atoms from two monodentate carboxylate groups and by one O atom each from a methanol and a dimethylformamide (DMF) ligand. The single‐crystal structure crystallizes in the triclinic space group P. Moreover, the coordination polymer shows one‐dimensional 2‐connected {0} uninodal chain networks, and free DMF molecules are connected to the chains by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The thermogravimetric and photoluminescent properties of the compound have also been investigated.  相似文献

Three new one‐ (1D) and two‐dimensional (2D) CuII coordination polymers, namely poly[[bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}copper(II)] bis(methanesulfonate) tetrahydrate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](CH3SO3)2·4H2O}n ( 1 ), catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}] dinitrate methanol disolvate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](NO3)2·2CH3OH}n ( 2 ), and catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis{μ2‐4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}] bis(perchlorate) monohydrate], {[Cu(C13H12N5S)2](ClO4)2·H2O}n ( 3 ), were obtained from 4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole with pyridin‐3‐yl terminal groups and from 4‐amino‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)sulfanyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole with pyridin‐4‐yl terminal groups. Compound 1 displays a 2D net‐like structure. The 2D layers are further linked through hydrogen bonds between methanesulfonate anions and amino groups on the framework and guest H2O molecules in the lattice to form a three‐dimensional (3D) structure. Compound 2 and 3 exhibit 1D chain structures, in which the complicated hydrogen‐bonding interactions play an important role in the formation of the 3D network. These experimental results indicate that the coordination orientation of the heteroatoms on the ligands has a great influence on the polymeric structures. Moreover, the selection of different counter‐anions, together with the inclusion of different guest solvent molecules, would also have a great effect on the hydrogen‐bonding systems in the crystal structures.  相似文献

Two one‐dimensional (1D) coordination polymers (CPs), namely catena‐poly[[[aqua(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)(nitrato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C10H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 1 ), and catena‐poly[[[aqua(nitrato‐κO)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C12H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 2 ), have been synthesized using [Cu(NO3)(NN)(H2O)2]NO3, where NN = 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) or 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), as a linker in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CPs were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination. The 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (dpp) ligand acts as a bridging ligand, leading to the formation of a 1D polymer. The octahedral coordination sphere around copper consists of two N atoms from bpy for 1 or phen for 2 , two N atoms from dpp, one O atom from water and one O atom from a coordinated nitrate anion. Each structure contains two crystallographically independent chains in the asymmetric unit and the chains are linked via hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In bis(2‐aminoanilinum) fumarate, 2C6H9N2+·C4H2O42−, (I), the asymmetric unit consists of two aminoanilinium cations and one fumarate dianion, whereas in 3‐methylanilinium hydrogen fumarate, C7H10N+·C4H3O4, (II), and 4‐chloroanilinium hydrogen fumarate, C6H7ClN+·C4H3O4, (III), the asymmetric unit contains two symmetry‐independent hydrogen fumate anions and anilinium cations with a slight difference in their geometric parameters; the two salts are isostructural. In (II) and (III), the carboxylic acid H atoms of the anions are disordered across both ends of the anion, with equal site occupancies of 0.50. Both the 4‐chloroanilinium cations of (III) are disordered over two orientations with major occupancies fixed at 0.60 in each case. The hydrogen fumarate anions of (II) and (III) form one‐dimensional anionic chains linked through O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Salts (II) and (III) form two‐dimensional supramolecular sheets built from R44(16), R44(18), R55(25) and C22(14) motifs extending parallel to the (010) plane, whereas in (I), an (010) sheet is formed built from two R43(13) motifs, two R22(9) motifs and an R44(18) motif.  相似文献

Cyclohexylamine reacts with 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde to give 5‐cyclohexylamino‐3‐methyl‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C16H20N4O, (I), formed by nucleophilic substitution, but with 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde the product is (Z)‐4‐[(cyclohexylamino)methylidene]‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐one, C17H21N3O, (II), formed by condensation followed by hydrolysis. Compound (II) crystallizes with Z′ = 2, and in one of the two independent molecular types the cyclohexylamine unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites having occupancies of 0.65 (3) and 0.35 (3). The vinylogous amide portion in each compound shows evidence of electronic polarization, such that in each the O atom carries a partial negative charge and the N atom of the cyclohexylamine portion carries a partial positive charge. The molecules of (I) contain an intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond, and they are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form sheets. Each of the two independent molecules of (II) contains an intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond and each molecular type forms a centrosymmetric dimer containing one R22(4) ring and two inversion‐related S(6) rings.  相似文献

The title CdII compound, {[Cd2(C13H7NO4)2(H2O)4]·5H2O}n, was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and 5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)isophthalic acid (H2L). The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent CdII cations, two deprotonated L2− ligands, four coordinated water molecules and five isolated water molecules. One of the CdII cations adopts a six‐coordinate octahedral coordination geometry involving three O atoms from one bidentate chelating and one monodentate carboxylate group of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. The second CdII cation adopts a seven‐coordinate pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry involving four O atoms from two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. Each L2− ligand bridges three CdII cations and, likewise, each CdII cation connects to three L2− ligands, giving rise to a two‐dimensional graphite‐like 63 layer structure. These two‐dimensional layers are further linked by O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescence properties of the title compound were also investigated.  相似文献

A cadmium–thiocyanate complex, poly[(1‐cyanomethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐κ4N)octakis‐μ2‐thiocyanato‐κ8N:S8S:N‐tricadmium(II)], [Cd3(C8H14N3)2(NCS)8]n, was synthesized by the reaction of 1‐cyanomethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride, cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and potassium thiocyanide in aqueous solution. In the crystal structure, there are two independent types of CdII cation (one on a centre of inversion and one in a general position) and both are in distorted octahedral coordination environments, coordinated by N and S atoms from different ligands. Neighbouring CdII cations are linked together by thiocyanate bridges to form a two‐dimensional network. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions are involved in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of new organic lgands is important to the rapid development of coordination polymers (CPs). However, CPs based on asymmetric ligands are still rare, mainly because such ligands are usually expensive and more difficult to synthesize. The new asymmetric ligand 4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]pyridine (IPP) has been used to construct the title one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[[aqua{4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl‐κN3)phenyl]pyridine}cadmium(II)]‐μ‐5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3] monohydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H11N3)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, under hydrothermal reaction of IPP with CdII in the presence of 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid (5‐OH‐H2bdc). The CdII cation is coordinated by two N atoms from two distinct IPP ligands, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐OH‐bdc2− dianionic ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral geometry. The cationic [Cd(IPP)2]2+ nodes are linked by 5‐OH‐bdc2− ligands to generate a one‐dimensional chain. These chains are extended into a two‐dimensional layer structure via O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

A new cobalt(II) coordination polymer (CP), poly[[bis[μ6‐4‐(4‐carboxylatophenoxy)benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ6O1:O1:O3:O3′:O4:O4′]bis(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)tricobalt(II)] 0.72‐hydrate], {[Co3(C15H7O7)2(C12H8N2)2]·0.72H2O}n, (I), is constructed from CoII ions and 4‐(4‐carboxyphenoxy)isophthalate (cpoia3−) and 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands. Based on centrosymmetric trinuclear [Co3(phen)2(COO)6] secondary building units (SBUs), the structure of (I) is a three‐dimensional CP with a (3,6)‐connected net and point symbol (42.6)2(44.62.87.102). The positions of four [Co3(phen)2(COO)6] SBUs and four cpoia3− ligands reproduce a Chinese‐knot‐shaped arrangement along the ab plane. (I) has been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) and thermostability analysis. It shows a good thermal stability from room temperature to 673 K. In addition, the temperature dependence of the magnetic properties was measured.  相似文献

Two new ZnII coordination polymers, namely, catena‐poly[[dibromidozinc(II)]‐μ‐[3,6‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenanthrene‐9,10‐dione‐κ2N:N′]], [ZnBr2(C24H14N2O2)]n, (1), and poly[[bromido[μ3‐10‐hydroxy‐3,6‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenanthren‐9‐olato‐κ3N:N′:O9]zinc(II)] hemihydrate], {[ZnBr(C24H15N2O2)]·0.5H2O}n, (2), have been synthesized through hydrothermal reaction of ZnBr2 and a 60° angular phenanthrenedione‐based linker, i.e. 3,6‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenanthrene‐9,10‐dione, in different solvent systems. Single‐crystal analysis reveals that polymer (1) features one‐dimensional zigzag chains connected by weak C—H...π and π–π interactions to form a two‐dimensional network. The two‐dimensional networks are further stacked in an ABAB fashion along the a axis through C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Layers A and B comprise left‐ and right‐handed helical chains, respectively. Coordination polymer (2) displays a wave‐like two‐dimensional layered structure with helical chains. In this compound, there are two opposite helical –Zn–HL– chains [HL is 10‐hydroxy‐3,6‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenanthren‐9‐olate] in adjacent layers. The layers are packed in an ABAB sequence and are further connected through O—H...Br and O—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions to form a three‐dimensional framework. In (1) and (2), the mutidentate L and HL ligands exhibits different coordination modes.  相似文献

With the rapid development of modern industry, water pollution has become an intractable environmental issue facing humans worldwide. In particular, the organic dyes discharged into natural water from dyestuffs, dyeing and the textile industry are the main sources of pollution in wastewater. To eliminate these types of pollutants, degradation of organic contaminants through a photocatalytic technique is an effective methodology. To exploit more crystalline photocatalysts for the degradation of organic dyes, two coordination polymers, namely catena‐poly[[(3,5‐dicarboxybenzene‐1‐carboxylato‐κO 1)silver(I)]‐μ‐trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene‐κ2N :N ′], [Ag(C9H5O6)(C12H10N2)]n or [Ag(H2BTC)(3,4′‐bpe)]n , (I), and poly[[(μ3‐5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O 1,O 1′:O 3:O 3)[μ‐trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene‐κ2N :N′ ]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd(C9H4O6)(C12H10N2)]·H2O}n or {[Cd(HBTC)(3,4′‐bpe)]·H2O}n , (II), have been prepared by the hydrothermal reactions of benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid (H3BTC) and trans‐1‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene (3,4′‐bpe) in the presence of AgNO3 or Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, respectively. These two title compounds have been structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction. In (I), the AgI ions and organic ligands form a one‐dimensional coordination chain, and adjacent coordination chains are connected by Ag…O interactions to give rise to a two‐dimensional supramolecular network. Each two‐dimensional network is entangled with other equivalent networks to generate an infrequent interlocked 2D→3D (2D and 3D are two‐ and three‐dimensional, respectively) supramolecular framework. In (II), the CdII ions are bridged by the HBTC2− and 3,4′‐bpe ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a two‐dimensional coordination network. The thermal stabilities and photocatalytic properties of the title compounds have also been studied.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[dichloridomanganese(II)]‐μ‐1,1‐diphenyl‐3,3′‐[(1R,2R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(azaniumylylidene)]dibut‐1‐en‐1‐olate‐κ2O:O′], [MnCl2(C26H30N2)]n, synthesized by the reaction of the chiral Schiff base ligand 1,1‐diphenyl‐3,3′‐[(1R,2R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(azanediyl)]dibut‐2‐en‐1‐one (L) with MnCl2·4H2O, the asymmetric unit contains one crystallographically unique MnII ion, one unique spacer ligand, L, and two chloride ions. Each MnII ion is four‐coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment by two O atoms from two L ligands and by two chloride ligands. The MnII ions are bridged by L ligands to form a one‐dimensional chain structure along the a axis. The chloride ligands are monodentate (terminal). The ligand is in the zwitterionic enol form and displays intramolecular ionic N+—H...O hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions between pairs of phenyl rings which strengthen the chains.  相似文献
