Synthesis and characterization of α-{3-[2-hydroxy-3-(N-methyl-N-hydroxy-ethylamino)propoxy]propyl}-ω-butylpolydimethylsiloxanes.

α-{3-[2-hydroxy-3-(N-methyl-N-hydroxyethylamino)propoxy]propyl}-ω-butylpolydimethylsiloxanes Ⅲ with various moleculax weights were prepared by epoxy addition of α-[3-(2,3-epoxy-propoxy)propyl]-ω-butylpolydimethylsiloxanes Ⅱ and Nmethylmonoethanolamine.At each step.the outcome compounds were characterized through FT-IR and NMR spectra,the results showed that each step was successfully carried out and objective products were achieved.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4,4′-(4-(1-Naphthyl)-4-phenyl- 1,3-butadienylidene)-bis[N,N-diethylbenzenamine]

The title compound (C40H42N2) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-(1-naphthyl)-1-phenyl-3-chloropropylene and bis(4-(diethylamino) phenyl)methanone, and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 17.047(3), b = 10.807(2), c = 1&494(4) (A), β = 105.727(4)°, V=3279.4(11) A3, Mr = 550.76, Z = 4, Dc = 1.115 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.085 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0625 and wR = 0.1384 for 2276 observed reflections (I ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis reveals that the butadiene fragment adopts a planar cisiod conformation and makes a dihedral angel of 69.4(2)° with the naphthalene ring.     

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Copoly(aryl ether ketone) Containing 4,4′-Biphenyl-bis[4-phthalazin-1(2H)-one] moiety

A new monomer of 4,4′-biphenyl-bis[4-phthalazin-1(2H)-one] was synthesized from biphenly and phthalic anhydride,and a novel copoly(aryl ether ketone)(PPEK) was synthesized from 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propane(BPA),4,4′-biphenyl-bis-[4-phthalazin-1(2H)pne],4,4′-difluorodiphenylketone(DFK).The monomer and copolymer were characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR.DSC and TGA were used to the novel polymer.     

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Some New 2-(Alkoxy carbonyl alkyl)-6-bromo-3,4-dihydro-3-(α-methyl benzyl)-2-oxo- benzo[e] [2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphinine] Derivatives

Synthesis of some new 2-(alkoxy carbonyl alkyl)-6-bromo-3,4-dihydro-3-(α-methyl benzyl)-2-oxo-3-benzo- [e][2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphinine] derivatives was accomplished through a two step process, which involves the condensation of 2-[(α-methylbenzyl amino)methyl]-4-bromophenol (1) with phosphorus oxychloride in equimolar quantities in the presence of triethylamine in dry toluene in 50—55 ℃ producing the corresponding intermediate (2), and subsequent reaction with the amino acid alkyl ester in dry tetrahydrofuran in the presence of triethylamine at different temperatures. They exhibited significant antibacterial and fungal activity.

报道了1-(2-苯并咪唑)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(PIPAPT)的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,于pH 11.0 Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲体系中,试剂与镉(Ⅱ)形成4∶1的橘红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于523 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.19×105L.mol-1.cm-1。镉质量浓度在0~0.7μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法可用于水中微量镉的测定。

Compounds 4a, 4b were diazotized to afford the corresponding diazonium salts 5a, 5b, which were reacted with some active methylene compounds 6a-6h to give the corresponding pyrido[2′,3′ ： 3,4]pyrazole[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines 7-14.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Quantum Chemistry of Tris[（2-methyl- 2-phenyl）propyl] （2,4-dinitro-phenolato）tin

The tris[(2-methyl-2-phenyl)propyl](2,4-dinitro-phenolato)tin was synthesized by the reaction of bis[tri(2-methyl-2-phenyl)propyltin] oxide with 2,4-dinitrophenol. The compound was characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 0.9649(0), b = 1.0087(8), c = 3.4867(4) nm, β = 90.965(7) , Z = 4, V = 3.3933(7) nm3, Dc = 1.369 Mg·m-3, (MoKa) = 0.796 mm-1, F(000) = 1440, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0821. The tin atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The 2D network structure of the complex is formed by hydrogen bonds and π-π effects. The stabilities, orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals of the complexes have been investigated with the aid of G98W software.
