INTRODUCTION Chitosan is a hydrolyzed derivative of chitin and belongs to a family of linear unbranched polysaccharides which contain large amounts of 1,4-linked-2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D-glucan residues. 研究了壳聚糖涂层亲和层析介质的制备工艺。采用合适的涂层条件,壳聚糖在玻璃珠上一次涂层量可达34mg/g介质。采用二氯化物交联剂可提高壳聚糖涂层介质的稳定性。当pH>4.3时,交联壳聚糖涂层介质对Cu2+的吸附容量达13.6mgCu2+/g壳聚糖。在本介质的膨胀床中,最大液体流速可达1m/h。  相似文献

The present investigation describes a novel method for preparing spherical chitosan particles based on crosslinking with epichlorohydrin.Certain amount of pre-crosslinking agent was added to form chitosan gels by traditional inverse phase suspension polymerization.Then the gels were crosslinked by epichlorohydrin at basic condition to obtain chitosan beads.The effects of reaction conditions,such as crosslinking time,the amount of crosslinking agent and the NaOH concentration,on the physical properties of the chitosan beads were investigated.The beads were found to have more amino groups in the polymer chains than the beads crosslinked by glutaraldehyde.The capacity for copper ions in as high as 40mg/g,The beads have good mechanical strength and can be reused.  相似文献

以壳聚糖为原料,利用Mannich反应原理,在壳聚糖分子的氨基上引入具有还原性能的亚磷酸基团,制备出新型还原性壳聚糖吸附剂RCA,并考察其对Cr(VI)的还原吸附效果。研究结果表明,当反应温度为80℃,戊二醛用量为45.0%,亚磷酸用量为30.0%,反应时间为2h时,制得的还原性壳聚糖吸附剂对Cr(VI)的还原吸附率为94.8%。此外,该吸附剂具有较强的耐酸碱能力和抗氧化能力。红外光谱分析和元素分析结果表明,壳聚糖分子上已成功引入亚磷酸基团。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体 ,采用固液联合致孔方式 ,通过一步悬浮聚合制备了一种新型双孔高分子球形载体 .经化学修饰后 ,得到含二乙胺羟丙基的阴离子交换剂 (介质A) .优化了制备条件 .并与用相同方法制备的但仅含有机溶剂致孔剂的介质B进行了比较 .介质A和B均具有较高的静态吸附容量和机械强度 .由于介质A内含有流动相可以对流通过的大孔 ,因此其动态吸附容量远高于介质B ,并且在较高的流速下表现出较好的色谱流动性能  相似文献

本文以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体,三聚异氰尿酸三烯丙酯和二乙烯基苯为交联剂,甲苯和正庚烷为有机致孔剂,用原位聚合的方法合成新水性高分子载体。胺化反应后,得到含二乙胺基羟丙基的阴离子交换剂(树脂A)。研究了不同的合成配比对该树脂吸附牛血清白蛋白行为的影响,从而获得一个较佳的合成配方。在此基础上,采用固体颗粒与有机溶剂联合致孔模式,以硫酸钠颗粒为固体致孔剂,制备新型双孔离子交换剂(树脂B)。比较了两种树脂的孔结构及其对牛血清蛋白的吸附行为。结果表明,树脂A和树脂B均具有较高的吸附容量和较好的机械性能。由于树脂B内含有流动相可以对流通过的大孔结构,因此同时还具有相对较好的吸附动力学性能。  相似文献

以壳聚糖为原料,经羟丙基氯化、胺基化,制备了一种新型胺基壳聚糖树脂,研究了该树脂对胆红素的吸附性能。结果表明:胺基壳聚糖树脂的胺基含量比壳聚糖高,该树脂对游离胆红素的吸附在3h基本达到平衡,吸附量随着胺基含量增加而增加,树脂的吸附性能受温度、离子强度影响。胺基壳聚糖树脂对血清白蛋白结合胆红素的吸附量大于壳聚糖,但低于对游离胆红素的吸附。  相似文献

综述了近年来以壳聚糖和壳聚糖衍生物为原料的金属离子吸附剂的研究进展.重点介绍了壳聚糖及其衍生物的交联和功能化反应,以及交联后的树脂对多种金属离子的吸附情况.常用的交联剂包括戊二醛、甲醛及环氧氟丙烷,(聚)乙二醇双缩水甘油醚等,壳聚糖树脂的功能化主要包括向其中引入冠醚、羧甲基等功能团,其中羧甲基化是最常用最有效的方法.另外,还介绍了金属离子模板壳聚糖树脂以及基于壳聚糖衍生物的蛇笼树脂的合成。  相似文献

通过在交联聚乙烯醇水凝胶上固载牛磺酸合成了新型低密度脂蛋白吸附剂,体外吸附结果表明,该类吸附剂对低密度脂蛋白的吸附选择性与吸附率不仅与交联聚乙烯醇载体本身的交联度和牛磺酸的固载量有关,而且还受到不同病人血清及吸附剂的颗粒直径等因素的影响.该类吸附剂对血清总蛋白的影响较小.  相似文献

A water-compatible phenolic hydroxyl modified polystyrene adsorbent (AM-1) foradsorbing and removing phenolic compounds from aqueous solutions was prepared by covalent bonding of phenolic hydroxyl groups to the surface of porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene beads, this resin can be used directly without wetting process. A comparison of the sorption properties of the new resin and Amberlite XAD-4 toward four phenolic compounds, phenol, p-cresol, p-chlorophenol,and p-nitrophenol was made. The capacities of equilibrium adsorption of AM-l for all four phenolic compounds increased around 20% over that of Amberlite XAD-4, which may be contributed to phenol hydroxyl group on the surface and the unusual pore distributior. At their dilute solution, the equilibrium adsorption capacities of AM-1 for phenol increased about 62% over that of Amberlite X4D-4, while equilibrium adsorption capacities of the other three phenolic compounds increased 4-35%, suggesting an advantage of AM-I over Amberlite XAD-4 in the collection of phenol.Freundlich isotherm equations and isosteric adsorption enthalpies for the four phenolic compounds indicate a physical adsorption process on the Amberlite XAD-4 and AM-I resins. Column studies for phenol show that AM-1 resin has excellent adsorption and desorption performance.  相似文献

首次尝试以马尾松为原料的木质素制备低成本重金属吸附剂,采用N2物理吸附和红外漫反射技术对其结构和表面化学进行了表征,研究了pH值,温度对其吸附水溶液中Pb2 的影响,并与麦草木质素和商业活性炭进行了对比,探讨了它吸附重金属离子的吸附机理以及结构和表面化学对重金属离子吸附的影响。结果表明,马尾松木质素吸附剂对水溶液中Pb2 的吸附机理主要是化学吸附,其表面的功能基有利于吸附水溶液中Pb2 ,尽管商业活性炭的比表面积是马尾松碱木素的200多倍,在相同的实验条件下,所制备的马尾松碱木素对Pb2 的单位比表面积平衡吸附量却是商业活性炭的1000多倍。  相似文献

以壳聚糖为包裹材料包埋自制的磁流体 ,制备了具有核 壳结构的磁性毫微粒 ,并偶联色素配基CibacronBlue 3GA(偶联量 1 4 .5μmol/mL)得到了一种新型亲和磁性毫微粒 .结果表明 ,所得亲和磁性微球具有较窄的粒径分布、形状规整 .以牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)和溶菌酶 (Lys)为目标蛋白 ,考察了该亲和磁性毫微粒的吸附性能 ,发现其对BSA和Lys的吸附量分别为 4和 2 8mg/g,吸附行为满足Langmuir吸附等温式 ,且对时间依赖性小而对溶液离子强度敏感 .  相似文献

The adsorption of phenol and nitrophenols on hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent wasstudied as a function of the solution concentration and temperature. Adsorption isotherms of phenoland nitrophenols on hypercrosslinked resin were determined. These isotherms were modeledaccording to the Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The isotherms for phenol and nitrophenols onhypercrosslinked resin were assigned as L curves. Thermodynamic parameters were calculated for allphenol and nitrophenols. The kinetics experiment results showed that the adsorption rates were of thefirst-order kinetics. The rate constants at 303K were calculated.  相似文献
