在客观分析色谱现象的基础上对色谱分离机理的传统解释提出了质疑和否定,并对色谱分离机理作出了新的解释。通过对色谱现象的研究和分析,不仅确定了一条流体运动的基本规律,还对固定相赋予了新的内涵,提出了能量场固定相的设想。由于对色谱分离原理进行了新的解释,因此对色谱现象提出了一个新的定义。  相似文献

针对工业实际对提高防护层防腐、耐磨性能的要求,对化学镀镍磷镀层的方法,镀敷液配方等进行了分析,对其腐蚀率进行了测定,并对镀层性能进行了表征;讨论了影响腐蚀率的若干重要因素;对有关工艺进行了优化,从而在多种基质上获得了抗腐蚀性较好的镍磷镀层,初步研究证明,其性能优于电镀方法所获得的镀层.  相似文献

用反向C18固相萃取小柱对葡萄酒进行了预处理,然后用BSTFA硅烷化试剂对萃取物进行了衍生化处理,用气相色谱/质谱对葡萄酒中顺式、反式白藜芦醇进行了同时测定,建立了定量分析方法.对方法的精密度和回收率进行了测定,方法的相对标准偏差分别为4.48%(顺式)和5.23%(反式).顺式、反式白藜芦醇的平均回收率分别为94.4%和97.6%.并对10种国产葡萄酒和两种进口葡萄酒样品进行了测定.对白藜芦醇的生理活性也进行了实验,初步探讨了白藜芦醇对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)、大肠癌细胞株Lovo细胞和小鼠成纤维株3T3细胞的生长生殖活性的影响,观察了其形态变化.  相似文献

在BrO-3--H+-KMnO4振荡体系的基础上,通过改变反应参数,研究了对体系振荡现象的影响,发现了一些新的现象,如颜色的振荡,无沉淀的高pH值稳态及沉淀的生成等, 并结合我们的实验对现象进行了解释,对前人提出的机理进行了改进,在此基础上绘制了KMnO4的浓度对CSTR的总流量的相图([KMnO4]- Kf).  相似文献

食源性致病菌污染是引起食品安全的主要因素之一,对人类健康构成了严重威胁。万古霉素作为一种对革兰氏阳性菌具有特异性识别功能的小分子,能够修饰在磁性纳米粒子表面,使粒子获得靶向目标菌的能力,结合其他检测方法,可以实现分离检测革兰氏阳性菌的目的。本文对万古霉素功能化的磁珠在革兰氏阳性菌分离检测的研究进展进行了介绍,分析了万古霉素不同修饰方式和检测方法对其检测效果的影响,并对各种方法的检测结果进行了分析比较,最后,提出了万古霉素在食源性致病菌检测中存在的问题,并对其未来应用进行了展望。  相似文献

本文采用热力学与Gouy-chapmann理论相结合的方法, 考察了离子对试剂浓度对反相离子对色谱保留值的影响, 获得了反相离子对色谱ink'与离子对试剂浓度间的近似线性关系。同时考察了溶质疏水性和熔质电荷数对线性关系式中斜率和截距的影响。  相似文献

In this study, we examined the amount-dependent change in morphology for a series of Au/Pt bimetallic nanoparticles synthesized using chemical reduction. The Au/Pt molar ratio was varied from 1/1 to 1/4 to synthesize Pt shell layers with different thicknesses. We have obtained that these bimetallic nanoparticles can form flower-like nanoparticles. Moreover, an extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) analysis was used to demonstrate the structure of Au/Pt bimetallic nanoparticles. The EXAFS results confirmed the formation of a core–shell structure and inter-diffusion between Au and Pt atoms. The composition of the shell layer was found to be Pt-enriched Au/Pt alloy.  相似文献

Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles film used as an efficient electrochemical sensor was prepared by self-assembled Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles on a glassy carbon (GC) substrate using thioglycolic acid as a linker. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the Au-Pt nanoparticles self-assembly film was dense and uniform. Electrochemical experiments revealed that Au-Pt bimetallic nanoparticles film/GC electrode showed high electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of nitric oxide.  相似文献

Gold, Au/Ag, Au/Pt and Au/Pd bimetallic nanoparticles with varying mol fractions were synthesized in ethylene glycol and glycerol, using the microwave technique in the presence of a stabilizer poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP). It was found that bimetallic colloids of Au/Ag, Au/Pd and Au/Pt form an alloy either on co-reduction of respective metal ions or on mixing individual sols.  相似文献

Poly(N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrolidone) protected Pt‐core bimetallic Pt/Au‐shell (Pt@Pt/Au) nanoparticles were prepared by multi‐step reduction of HAuCl4 and H2PtCl6 alternately by hydrogen adsorbed on platinum atom. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and x‐ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize Pt@Pt/Au nanoparticles. Poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)-protected Pt/Au bimetallic nanoparticles were obtained by reducing the mixture of HAuCl4 and H2PtCl6 with sodium borohydride. UV-vis spectra, transmission electronic microscopy and X-my diffraction reveal that the prepared bimetallic nanoparticles are of alloy structure.  相似文献

Here, we describe the chemiresistive sensing of some volatile organic compounds with a novel film of chemically synthesized Au–Pt bimetallic nanoparticles (NPs) stabilized with 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid. The chemiresistive sensing properties were measured over a concentration range of 1.4–250 mg L?1 for methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetone vapours and the responses were compared with Au and Pt monometallic nanoparticles. It is observed that the sensitivity of bimetallic nanoparticles is increased about 60 % in exposure to methanol and ethanol vapours, but there are no changes in the sensitivity to the other tested vapours. In addition, the detection limit is improved about 80–100 % for all tested vapours in bimetallic nanoparticles compared to AuNPs and 20–30 % compared to PtNPs.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to study Pt/Au clusters of different size, structure, and composition as well as their interactions with a CO molecule. Among the Pt/Au isomers studied here, the planar structure is the most stable structure in many Pt compositions, although three-dimensional structures become more stable with increasing Pt composition. Furthermore, structures with the Pt atoms surrounded by Au atoms are more stable among homotops. However, these conclusions will be altered if ligands are attached to the Pt/Au bimetallic clusters, as evidenced from the results of CO adsorption. When both Au and Pt sites are exposed, CO adsorption at the Pt site is stronger. If only a Au site is available for CO adsorption, the strongest adsorption occurs at approximately 25% Pt composition, which may correlate with the experimentally observed reactivity of the core-shell structured Pt/Au nanoparticles.  相似文献

We report on thermodynamic modeling and computer simulations on the electrochemical generation of metallic and bimetallic nanoparticles (NPs) by means of quenched molecular dynamics (QMD). The present results suggest that the spontaneous formation of core-shell NPs depends on several factors, i.e. size and shape of the core, chemical composition of the system, and under-/oversaturation conditions. Homo- and heteroatomic prototypical systems were considered. The former systems were Au and Pt. The latter were Ag(core)/Au(shell), Pt(core)/Au(shell), Au(core)/Ag(shell) and Au(core)/Pt(shell).  相似文献

通过在不锈钢针灸针(AN)表面依次电沉积金(Au)纳米颗粒和铂(Pt)纳米颗粒,基于它们在AN表面的协同作用,实现了一种用于非酶葡萄糖检测的电化学生物传感器。首先,通过扫描电子显微镜对其功能界面(Pt/Au/AN)进行表征,结果显示类似卷心菜的纳米材料均匀致密地分布在AN表面。然后,通过循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法对Pt/Au/AN电极的电化学特性进行了研究。结果表明,与Au/AN或Pt/AN电极相比,Pt/Au/AN电极对葡萄糖氧化表现出优越的电催化活性。这表明双金属Pt/Au的接触界面是葡萄糖氧化的重要电催化位点。在pH7.4的模拟生理介质中,制得传感器的线性范围为0.1~35 mmol·L-1,检测限为0.0763 mmol·L-1,对葡萄糖的检测表现出较高的灵敏度和良好的抗干扰性能、稳定性。此外,该传感器已成功用于人体血清葡萄糖的检测。  相似文献
