提出了采用双环形载荷导线和两透明电极系统实现冷分子静电囚禁的可控制静电双阱的新方案,计算了带电圆导线和带电板所产生的静电场分布,从几个方面分析了这个囚禁方案的优点. 提出了一种有效的冷分子装载方法,并研究了双阱到单阱的演化过程. 研究表明,该可控制静电双阱方案不仅方便装载与操控弱场搜寻态的极性冷分子,而且在分子物质波的干涉、纠缠、冷碰撞,甚至进行双阱分子BEC研究等分子光学领域中有着广阔的应用前景. 关键词: 极性冷分子 静电囚禁 可控制静电双阱 分子光学  相似文献

In this paper,we investigate the quantum entanglement in a two-dimensional ion trap system.we discuss the quantum entanglement between the ion and phonons by using reduced entropy,and that between two degrees of freedom of the vibrational motion along x and y directions by using quantum relative entropy.We discuss also the influence of initial state of the system on the quantum entanglement and the relation between two entanglements in the trapped ion system.  相似文献

We investigate the coherent feedback loop scheme to improve the quantum correlations transfer from optical to mechanical degrees of freedom in a double cavity optomechanical system. We use the Duan criterion to determine the separability of the two-mode mechanical states. The logarithmic negativity is employed to quantify the amount of the entanglement between mechanical modes in steady and dynamical regimes. We show that the entanglement can be significantly enhanced by a coherent feedback using a suitable tuning of the reflectivity parameter of the beam splitter located in each cavity. We also show that this enhancement is influenced by the temperature, the light squeezing parameter and the gain of the parameter amplifier. The entanglement dynamics in presence of the coherent feedback loop is also analyzed.  相似文献

We study the effect of feedback control on the entanglement evolution of two spins in a dissipative cavity governed by the Lindblad master equation. By numerically solving the master equation, we show that the entanglement can be controlled by the feedback based on the quantum jumps of the field in a leaking cavity. With the feedback added to the spins, the stable states with high degree of entanglement can be obtained in absence of the spontaneous decay of the spins, and the entanglement can also be generated for a period in presence of spontaneous decay of the spins. All the controlled entangled states are closely related to the initial states.  相似文献

We demonstrate the strong dependence of the entanglement dynamics of two distinguishable qubits in a trap on the relative phase of the pulses used for excitation. We show that the population and entanglement exhibits collapses and full revivals when the initial distribution of phonons is a coherent state.  相似文献

We provide a model to investigate feedback control of entanglement. It consists of two distant (two-level) atoms which interact through a radiation field and becomes entangled. We then show the possibility to stabilize such entanglement against atomic decay by means of a feedback action.  相似文献

We consider the system consisting of two qubits collectively damped,with the output being unit-efficiency measured and subsequently fedback to control the system state. Our primary goal in this paper is (i) to solve the feedback-modified master equation, (ii) to demonstrate the ability of feedback control based on the solutions, and (iii) to pick out different steady states by choosing different driving strengths and feedback strengths tocounteract the effects of both damping and the measurement back-action on the system. We further investigate some properties of the equilibrium steady state, its distribution probability and entanglement vs. the driving and feedback amplitudes. We find that in our feedback model feedback plays a negative role in producing entanglement.  相似文献

For both cases with and without interactions, bipartite entanglement of two fermions from a Fermi gas in a trap is investigated. We show how the entanglement depends on the locations of the two fermions and the total particle number of the Fermi gas. Fermions at the edge of trap have longer entanglement distance (beyond it, the entanglement disappears) than those in the center. We derive a lower limitation to the average overlapping for two entangled fermions in the BCS ground state, it is shown to be , a function of Cooper pair number Q and the total number of occupied energy levels M.  相似文献

We investigate quantum control of the dissipation of entanglement under environmental decoherence. We show by means of a simple two-qubit model that standard control methods – coherent or openloop control – will not in general prevent entanglement loss induced by a Markovian environment. However, we propose a control method utilizing a Wiseman–Milburn feedback/measurement control scheme which will effectively negate environmental entanglement dissipation.  相似文献

The evolution of entanglement decoherence is investigated for a coupled superconducting qubit under non-Markovian environment by utilizing a commensal entanglement degree. The results show that, owing to the memory feedback effect of environment, the entanglement degree of the coupled qubits at the thermal equilibrium always monotonously tends to zero so that entanglement sudden death occurs briefly in the non-Markovian process. Different from the Markovian process, stronger the dissipation is, faster the entanglement sudden death is. We find that, furthermore, the interaction between the qubits results generally in reduction of entanglement degree in the quantum system. With some special initial states or initial phase angles, however, the influence of the interaction between qubits on the system entanglement degree can be avoided.  相似文献

We compute the pair entanglement between two interacting bosons in a two-dimensional (2D) isotropic harmonic trap. The interaction potential is modelled by a 2D regularized pseudopotential. By analytically decomposing the wave function into the single particle basis, we show the dependency of the pair entanglement on the scattering length. Our results turn out to be in good agreements with earlier results using a quasi-2D geometry.  相似文献

We propose an effective scheme for the entanglement concentration of a four-particle state via entanglement swapping in an ion trap. Taking the maximally entangled state after concentration as a quantum channel, we can faithfully and determinatively teleport quantum entangled states from Alice to Bob without the joint Bell-state measurement. In the process of constructing the quantum channel, we adopt entanglement swapping to avoid the decrease of entanglement during the distribution of particles. Thus our scheme provides a new prospect for quantum teleportation over a longer distance. Furthermore, the success probability of our scheme is 1.0.  相似文献

The two atoms in the ion trap are entangled by the interaction with an external excited atom. The evolution of the entanglement is analytically derived without the decoherence. Considering the spontaneous decay from the environment, the evolution of the entanglement is similar to the damping Rabi oscillation. The generation of entanglement is induced by the dipole-dipole type interaction of atoms. It is found that the entanglement of two trapped atoms is robust with the uniform interaction with the external atom. The collective spontaneous emission from the coupling between the atoms may enhance the entanglement.  相似文献

We study the possibility of enhancing the stationary entanglement achievable with two-qubit dissipating into a common environment by means of feedback. The coherent control of single-photon emitters as, e.g., single ions or atoms, is a crucial element for mapping quantum information between light and matter. The possibility of generating entanglement between a photon and the emitter system provides an interface between matter-based quantum memories and photonic quantum communication channels, which is the essential resource for quantum repeaters and other future quantum information applications. To generate entangled atom-photon states, in our experiment, we store a single 87Rb atom in an optical dipole trap. The single-atom/single-photon character is confirmed by the observation of photon antibunching in the detected fluorescence light. The spectral properties of single photons emitted by the atom allowed us to determine the mean kinetic energy of the atom corresponding to 105 μK. We describe a single-atom state analysis method which allowed us to characterize the entanglement between the atom and a single photon emitted in the spontaneous decay. We obtain an entanglement fidelity of 89% that clearly shows the high degree of entanglement in our system and potential for further applications in quantum communication.  相似文献

Optical traps are useful for studying the effects of forces on single molecules. Feedback-based force clamps are often used to maintain a constant load, but the response time of the feedback limits bandwidth and can introduce instability. We developed a novel force clamp that operates without feedback, taking advantage of the anharmonic region of the trapping potential where the differential stiffness vanishes. We demonstrate the utility of such a force clamp by measuring the unfolding of DNA hairpins and the effect of trap stiffness on opening distance and transition rates.  相似文献

The dynamic evolutions of the discord and entanglement of two atoms immersed in two independent Lorentzian reservoirs at zero and finite temperatures have been investigated by using the time-convolutionless master-equation method.Our results show that,nonzero temperature can induce the entanglement sudden death and accelerate the decays of discord and entanglement.The discord and the entanglement have different robustness for different initial states and their robustness may change under certain conditions.When both the non-Markovian effect and detuning are present simultaneously,due to the memory and feedback effect of non-Markovian reservoirs,the discord and entanglement can be effectively protected even at nonzero temperature by increasing the non-Markovian effect and the detuning.  相似文献

The protocol of controlling both total photon number and phase difference is based on the cascade structure of cavities placed in an optical closed loop, quantum nondemolition measurement with cross-Kerr interactions, and Lyapunov stability for feedback design.  相似文献
