微动现象广泛存在于工程结构中,近年来越来越受到科研工作者的重视.为了对微动磨损进行深入研究,本文根据微动摩擦系统中摩擦副间的特点,针对微动磨损过程,提出不对称双势阱模型,建立了其中粒子的运动方程;利用非平衡统计思想建立了理论模型,得到了计算磨损率的新方法.以金属材料Mg和Fe组成的摩擦副系统为例进行了计算分析,得出磨损率随磨损时间和势阱宽度的变化,进一步分析了载荷正压力变化对磨损率的影响.计算分析结果表明,在其他条件均不变的情况下,材料磨损率随磨损时间的增大而减小,且随着摩擦副系统中势阱宽度和载荷正压力的减小,磨损率也呈减小趋势.最后,通过与试验结果比较,验证了该理论模型的适用性.  相似文献

Simple and fast rail wear measurement method based on structured light   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this paper, a fast and accurate rail wear measurement method based on simple equipments is presented. The inner rail profile is measured by a line structured light vision sensor. Using the centers of the big and small circle from the rail waist profile as control points, the measured rail profile is registered to the reference profile. The rail wear, including the vertical and horizontal rail wear, is computed by comparing the registered measured profile with the reference profile. The method has three key contributions: (1) the rail waist light stripe center points in the images are located fast and accurately by first tracking the region containing the rail waist light stripe using the Kalman filter and then computing the sub-pixel precision image coordinates by Hessian matrix at pixels. (2) The rail waist profile is segmented automatically into arcs of big and small circles by thresholding the normal angle curve of the measured rail waist profile. The centers of the two circles are used as control points for registering the measured rail profile to the reference profile. (3) The fast location of rail wear points in the images is realized by projecting the rail wear constraint points to the image, which simplifies the problem of computing rail wear from 2d image processing to 1d searching along the line segment connecting two rail wear constraint points. Experiments show that the proposed method can achieve 500 fps measurement frequency. At a train speed of 350 km/h, the interval between two consecutive measurements is about 190 mm. The system is tested on a real running train, and the measurement results are compared with those rail wear measured manually by special gage. The RMS errors of vertical and horizontal rail wears are 0.34 and 0.30 mm, respectively.  相似文献

In order to enhance the thermal energy storage efficiency of phase change materials, in this paper, expanded graphite (EG), multi-layer graphene nanoplatelet (MGN), graphite powder (GP) and multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) as the effective heat transfer promoters in different mass fraction (0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5 wt.%) were added into the paraffin. The chemical properties, latent heat capacities, thermal conductivities and heat storage performances of paraffin and the composites were investigated. The results showed that the addition of EG, MGN, GP and MWCNT could increase the thermal conductivity of paraffin. At 20 °C, the thermal conductivity of the paraffin was increased by 61.04%, 51.2%, 12.18% and 10.22% with 2.5 wt.% EG, MGN, GP and MWCNT, respectively. In addition, with the same mass fraction, the heat storage and release time of the composite were 56.03% and 54.26%, respectively, shorter than that of paraffin when the additive was EG.  相似文献

The advantageous properties of terahertz (THz) waves, such as permeability through objects that are opaque for visible light and the energy spectrum in the microelectron‐volt range that are important in materials research, allow their potential use in various applications of sensing and imaging. However, since the THz region is located between the electronic and photonic bands, even the basic components such as detectors and sources have not been fully developed, unlike in other frequency regions. THz technology also has the problem of low imaging resolution, which results from a considerably longer wavelength than that of the visible light. However, the utilization of nanostructured electronic devices has recently opened up new horizons for THz sensing and imaging. This paper provides an overview of the THz detector and imaging techniques and tracks their recent progress. Specifically, two cutting‐edge techniques, namely, frequency‐selective THz‐photon detection and integrated near‐field THz imaging, are discussed in detail. Finally, the studies of superconductors and semiconductors with high‐resolution THz imaging are described.  相似文献

Effects of rare earth and tantalum on graphite-like carbon coatings   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The graphite-like carbon (GLC) coating with low friction and good wear resistance is appreciable to make further improvement. Ce, Y and Ta are doped into GLC by using mosaic in the target of magnetron sputtering process. The result shows that yttrium composed in chromium interlayer can increase the bonding strength and refine the microstructure of the GLC coating. For the surface layer of GLC, incorporation of Ta improves wear resistance and deposition rate, in the mean time the friction coefficient is decreased. As the modifications of interlayer and top layer are composed together to form complex GLC coating, the specific wear rate is reduced and the hardness, bonding strength and anti corrosion behavior are improved.  相似文献

Activated carbon (AC) has been widely used in water treatment because of its rich pore structure, large specific surface area, simple production process, low preparation cost and wide source of raw materials. In this paper, the regeneration efficiency of low-frequency ultrasonic pretreatment (40 kHz, 115Μw/cm3) on biological activated carbon (BAC) is investigated, and its principle is discussed. The results show that the micro-jet and micro-liquid flow with high temperature and pressure produced by micro-bubble rupture during ultrasonic cavitation play an important role in the regeneration of activated carbon. And optimum ultrasonic treatment time is determined (5 min). In addition, the preparation of cu-loaded activated carbon by ultrasound-microwave method is investigated to pretreat wastewater produced in paracetamol production. The results show that Cu and Cu oxides can be loaded on activated carbon surface by ultrasonic-microwave pretreatment. Finally, the pretreatments of activated carbon by physical, chemical and physical–chemical method are investigated. The effects of the above different pretreatment methods on the structure and adsorption properties of activated carbon are compared and evaluated  相似文献

Microscale graphite (Gr) and nanoscale multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were chosen to modify the organic phase change material (PCM) of myristic acid (MA). The Gr/MA and MWCNTs/MA composite PCMs were prepared by adding the carbon materials at different mass fractions into MA. The experimental results indicated that both Gr and MWCNTs could enhance the thermal conductivity of MA. For the 3?wt% loading, the solid thermal conductivity of MA increased by 37.42% with Gr and 62.26% with MWCNTs. The FT-IR spectra showed that the reactions between carbon materials and MA were physical. The DSC results illustrated that the phase change latent heats of the composite PCMs decreased gradually with the additives increasing. Gr and MWCNTs strengthened the thermal stability of MA. The heat release rates of the composite PCMs accelerated. Three hundred thermal cycles of the chosen composite PCMs revealed that the prepared composite PCMs presented good thermal cycling stability.  相似文献

Abstract

The process of ordering of different carbon materials in the presence of solvent metal Mn60-Ni40 under the pressure of 3.9 GPa and temperature of 1250–1370° C was studied. The rearrangment of imperfect materials structure into the graphite one occurred through an intermediate layer modification together with diamond formation, the intensity of the latter being significantly higher on carbon materials having the most imperfect structure.  相似文献

Dopants and defects are important in semiconductor and magnetic devices. Strategies for controlling doping and defects have been the focus of semiconductor physics research during the past decades and remain critical even today. Co-doping is a promising strategy that can be used for effectively tuning the dopant populations, electronic properties, and magnetic properties. It can enhance the solubility of dopants and improve the stability of desired defects. During the past 20 years, significant experimental and theoretical efforts have been devoted to studying the characteristics of co-doping. In this article, we first review the historical development of co-doping. Then, we review a variety of research performed on co-doping, based on the compensating nature of co-dopants. Finally, we review the effects of contamination and surfactants that can explain the general mechanisms of co-doping.  相似文献

在假设导轨为半无限长固体导体及电枢表面磨损主要是熔化磨损条件下,基于固体接触面导热原理,推导出电枢和导轨温度分布方程,提出了电枢平均磨损率计算方法。利用此方法分析了驱动电流、电枢和导轨材料匹配和接触面积参数对电枢平均磨损率影响。将平均磨损率计算结果与Stefani和Parker的实验结果进行对比,二者吻合较好,从而为建立电磁轨道炮磨损率与转捩之间的关系提供理论支持。  相似文献

The influence of deposition temperature and concentration of NaNO2 in the phosphating bath on the surface morphology and coverage of iron-phosphate coatings on low carbon steel was investigated. The phosphate coatings were chemically deposited on steel from phosphate bath at different temperatures (30-70 °C) and with the addition of different amounts of accelerator, NaNO2 (0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 g dm−3). The morphology of phosphate coatings was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The composition of iron-phosphate coatings was determined using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Surface coverage was evaluated by the voltammetric anodic dissolution (VAD) technique.It was shown that the increase in temperature of the NaNO2-free phosphating bath up to 70 °C caused an increase in surface coverage. The addition of NaNO2 in the phosphating bath significantly increased the surface coverage of phosphate coatings deposited at temperatures lower than 50 °C. The phosphate crystals were of laminated and needle-like structures for deposits obtained at temperatures lower than 50 °C, while at higher temperatures needle-like structure was transformed to laminated structure. The increase in NaNO2 concentration in the phosphating bath from 0.1 to 1.0 g dm−3 did not significantly increase the surface coverage, but decreased the crystals size, consequently favouring the phosphate nucleation and better packing of the crystals.  相似文献

Linear carbon chains as new one-dimensional (1D) nanomaterials attract attention for the predicted outstanding properties. However, the high reactivity of linear carbon chains hampers further experimental research. To date, different methods have been developed to synthesize new materials containing linear carbon chains. Among them, the arc-discharge method is a practical way to prepare both finite and infinite linear carbon chains. This review provides a brief discussion of the recent progress in the techniques to prepare carbon chain-based materials and then focuses on the arc-discharge method. The configuration of apparatus, optimal conditions, and the corresponding mechanism of arc-discharge method to prepare long linear carbon chain inside multi-walled carbon nanotubes are summarized in detail. The characterization techniques are introduced to evaluate the quality of products. Moreover, remaining challenges and perspectives are presented for further investigation of long linear carbon chains.  相似文献

Tribological efficiency of industrial applications involving boundary lubrication regime can be improved to an appreciable extent by the deposition of hard coatings on interacting surfaces. Among such coatings, diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings are considered to be one of the most suitable ones for the said role. DLC coatings possess a unique combination of physical, chemical, and material properties due to which they can help in minimizing friction-induced energy and material losses even under starved lubrication conditions. Since commercial lubricants are optimized for steel surfaces, therefore, a lot of experimental investigations were carried out to analyze the tribological compatibility of these lubricants with various DLC coatings. However, there is still a lack of understanding about how DLC coatings interact with conventional lubricant additives. Some researchers reported tribologically beneficial interactions between DLC coatings and formulated lubricants while others observed no such behavior. To address these inconsistencies, there is a need to rearrange the published data in a more apprehensible and organized manner with a special emphasis on the mechanisms responsible for a particular tribological behavior. In this way, it can be determined whether synergistic or antagonistic correlation exists between a particular DLC-lubricant combination and research on DLC coatings can be continued in a logical way. In this article, most widely investigated non-doped DLC coatings (ta-C, a-C:H, a-C, and ta-C:H) are tribologically analyzed. Average values of friction and wear coefficients are calculated for various DLC-lubricant combinations using already published data and compared to quantify the effectiveness of a particular lubricant additive in enhancing tribological characteristics of symmetrical non-doped DLC contacts. Moreover, tribological performance parameters of non-doped DLC coatings are compared with those of doped-DLC coatings to understand differences in their tribological behavior in combination with additives.  相似文献

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (NTs) and single-walled carbon nanotubes modified (NTms) by the room-temperature ionic liquid (IL) 1-octyl, 3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([OMIM]BF4) were added in a 1 wt.% to polystyrene (PS) and processed by compression or injection moulding to obtain PS + NT and PS + NTm, respectively. Friction coefficients and abrasive wear from penetration depth, residual depth and viscoelastic recovery were determined under multiple scratching. The effect of the moulding process, the additives and the sliding direction was studied. Compression moulded PS shows a transition to more severe damage after a critical number of successive passes. Addition of NTs or NTms to compression moulded PS induces a strain hardening effect and reduces friction, residual depth and viscoelastic recovery. Strain hardening is also observed in injection moulded PS with sliding in the longitudinal and random directions, but not in the transverse direction. The scratch resistance of PS + NTm depends on sliding direction. The lowest friction coefficient and residual depth values, and the highest viscoelastic recovery were found for injection moulded PS + NTm, in the sliding direction parallel to injection flow. Mechanisms of surface damage are discussed upon scanning electron microscopy (SEM), focused ion beam-field emission scanning electron microscopy (FIB-FESEM), 3D surface topography, surface roughness and profilometry observations.  相似文献

TiC reinforced composite coating on γ-TiAl alloy was successfully fabricated by laser surface alloying with carbon. The fine TiC reinforcing phase had a gradient distribution in the coating, and its growth morphology of TiC in laser surface alloyed coating was in unique faceted platelet-like. Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were deposited on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) using a radiofrequency plasma chemical vapour deposition method. Prior to DLC coating, the PTFE substrates were modified with O2 and N2 plasma to enhance the adhesion strength of the DLC film to the substrate. The effect of the plasma pre-treatment on the chemical composition and the surface energy of the plasma pre-treated PTFE surface was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and static water contact angle measurement, respectively. A pull-out test and a ball-on-disc test were carried out to evaluate the adhesion strength and the wear properties of the DLC-coated PTFE.In the N2 plasma pre-treatment, the XPS result indicated that defluorination and the nitrogen grafting occurred on the plasma pre-treated PTFE surface, and the water contact angle decreased with increasing the plasma pre-treatment time. In the O2 plasma pre-treatment, no grafting of the oxygen occurred, and the water contact angle slightly increased with the treatment time. In the pull-out test, the adhesion strength of the DLC film to the PTFE substrate was improved with the plasma pre-treatment to the PTFE substrate, and N2 plasma pre-treatment was more effective than the O2 plasma pre-treatment. In the ball-on-disc test, the DLC film with the N2 plasma pre-treatment showed good wear resistance, compared with that with O2 plasma pre-treatment.  相似文献
