A rapid method was developed to determine both types of vitamins in Rhodiola imbricata root for the accurate quantification of free vitamin forms. Rapid resolution liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (RRLC–MS/MS) with electrospray ionization (ESI) source operating in multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) mode was optimized for the sequential analysis of nine water-soluble vitamins (B1, B2, two B3 vitamins, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12) and six fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, D2, D3, K1, and K2). Both types of vitamins were separated by ion-suppression reversed-phase liquid chromatography with gradient elution within 30 min and detected in positive ion mode. Deviations in the intra- and inter-day precision were always below 0.6% and 0.3% for recoveries and retention time. Intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation (RSD) values of retention time for water- and fat-soluble vitamin were ranged between 0.02–0.20% and 0.01–0.15%, respectively. The mean recoveries were ranged between 88.95 and 107.07%. Sensitivity and specificity of this method allowed the limits of detection (LOD) and limits of quantitation (LOQ) of the analytes at ppb levels. The linear range was achieved for fat- and water-soluble vitamins at 100–1000 ppb and 10–100 ppb. Vitamin B-complex and vitamin E were detected as the principle vitamins in the root of this adaptogen which would be of great interest to develop novel foods from the Indian trans-Himalaya.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a multi-residue method for the determination of 36 emerging organic pollutants (26 biocides, 5 UV-filters and 5 benzothiazoles) in raw and treated wastewater, activated sludge and surface water using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). The target analytes were enriched from water samples adjusted to pH 6 by solid-phase extraction (SPE) on Oasis HLB 200 mg cartridges and eluted with a mixture of methanol and acetone (60/40, v/v). Extraction of freeze-dried sludge samples was accomplished by pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) using a mixture of methanol and water (50/50, v/v) as extraction solvent followed by SPE. LC–tandem MS detection was compared using electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) in positive and negative ionization mode. ESI exhibited strong ion suppression for most target analytes, while APCI was generally less susceptible to ion suppression but partially leading to ion enhancement of up to a factor of 10. In general, matrix effects could be compensated using stable isotope-labeled surrogate standards, indicated by relative recoveries ranging from 70% to 130%. In wastewater, activated sludge and surface water up to 33 analytes were detected. Maximum concentrations up to 5.1 and 3.9 μg L−1 were found in raw wastewater for the water-soluble UV-filters benzophenone-4 (BZP-4) and phenylbenz-imidazole sulfonic acid (PBSA), respectively. For the first time, the anti-dandruff climbazole was detected in raw wastewater and in activated sludge with concentrations as high as 1.4 μg L−1 and 1.2 μg g TSS−1, respectively. Activated sludge is obviously a sink for four benzothiazoles and two isothiazolones, as concentrations were detected in activated sludge between 120 ng g TSS−1 (2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, OIT) to 330 ng g TSS−1 (benzothiazole-2-sulfonic acid, BTSA).  相似文献

In this paper, the chromatographic behavior of some water-soluble vitamins was studied on a new p-tert-butyl-calix[8]arene-bonded silica gel stationary phase (CABS, 5 μm particle size, the bonded amount 0.071 mmol g−1) by using vitamin standards as probes for HPLC. The comparative study of the separation of these compounds was done by using CABS and ODS as stationary phases under the same chromatographic conditions. The better separation of six vitamins including: B1, B2, B6, B12, C, and nicotinic acid (B5), on CABS can be achieved by using isocratic mode with methanol-phosphate buffer (25:75, (v/v)) as mobile phase within 20 min. The results show that the calix[8]arene-bonded phase exhibits high selectivity for water-soluble vitamins. We found that the elution order of B2 (12.08 min) and B12 (16.42 min) on CABS was very different from that of B12 (7.76 min) and B2 (18.47 min) on ODS, which indicate that different retention mechanisms exist in the chromatographic processes of the two stationary phases. According to the chromatographic data, it can be concluded that various chromatographic retention mechanisms are responsible for the separation of above compounds on CABS, such as hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bonding interaction, and π-π interaction. The new packing has two advantages over ODS. On one hand, the polar and ionized analytes, such as C and B5, exhibited stronger affinities to CABS because of hydrogen bonding interaction. On the other hand, the retention of B2 and B12 became shorter on CABS with weaker hydrophobicity in comparison with ODS. The new material exhibits the promising application in the separation of water-soluble vitamins.  相似文献

An improved and simplified analytical method which offers rapid, accurate determination and identification of phenolic compounds in honey samples is reported. The honey samples were diluted by acidified water (pH 2), and analyzed by HPLC–ESI-MS/MS. Simultaneously determination of phenolic acids and flavonoids was carried out by a liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Comparison between atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and electrospray ionization (ESI) was performed by analysis of standards. Fragmentation of analytes for subsequent selective Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) analysis was investigated in negative mode. Sample preparation without separation of sugars and clean-up procedure, followed by fast chromatographic separation using a narrow-bore column C18 (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 3 μm) allowed the analysis to be completed in a short run time. LODs were ranged between 1 and 15 ng L−1 for p-coumaric acid and naringenin, respectively. The method was applied for determination of phenolic acids and flavonoids in honey samples from different botanical origin.  相似文献

Analysis of 11 polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), tetrabromobisphenol A bis 2,3-dibromopropylether (TBBPA-bis), tetrachlorobisphenol A (TCBPA), tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and hexabromocyclododecanes (HBCDs) was optimized by ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) operating in negative ion (NI) mode. Electrospray ionization (ESI), atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) sources were tested and for PBDEs APCI gave higher sensitivity than APPI while for TBBPA-bis APCI and APPI showed similar performance. ESI was the best option for TCBPA, TBBPA and HBCDs. Detection limits were between 20 and 59 fg for the compounds analyzed by ESI, 0.10 and 0.72 pg for PBDEs and 6 pg for TBBPA-bis. The matrix effect of sewage sludge extract was also tested showing negligible ion suppression for APCI and an increase of the background level of all investigated pollutants leading to a worsening of the limits of quantification by a factor between 1.2 and 3.3. The UPLC-APCI/MS/MS method for PBDEs, after pressurized liquid extraction (PLE), was validated by comparison with the concentration values from the NIST 1944 standard reference material. The advantages of the methods include low detection limits, PBDE congeners specificity using selected multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) transitions, and the absence of thermal degradation of higher PBDE congeners, especially BDE-209. The methods were applied for the determination of the above reported flame retardants in sewage sludge in order to get more information about the degradation on PBDEs (in particular BDE-209) during municipal wastewater treatments.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method with electrospray ionization (UPLC–ESI–MS/MS) for analysis of B-group vitamins in honey has been presented. Aim of this study is the characterization of different types of Turkish honeys according to B-group vitamins. Vitamins were determined in 17 different types of Turkish honey samples by UPLC–ESI–MS/MS. Heather honey samples were distinguished among the studied honeys with the richest vitamin content with 286.10?mg/kg, and it is followed by sunflower honey and thyme honey with the total vitamin contents of 206.01 and 163.27?mg/kg, respectively. The presence of vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide, B3N and nicotinic acid, B3H), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), and vitamin B9 (folic acid) was detected in all the honey samples analyzed. Moreover, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) was observed in most of them. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and vitamin B7 (biotine) were not detected in the studied honey samples. Turkish honey samples showed efficacious vitamin content for the consumers.  相似文献

This work reports a rapid, reliable and sensitive multi-residue method for the simultaneous determination of six resorcylic acid lactones in bovine milk by ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS). The resorcylic acid lactones were extracted, purified, and concentrated from milk samples in one step using a solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge that contained a polymeric mixed-mode anion-exchange sorbent. The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column utilizing a gradient elution profile. Each LC run was completed in 3.5 min. The analytes were detected by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) using electrospray ionization (ESI) negative mode. Mean recoveries from fortified samples ranged from 92.6% to 112.5%, with relative standard deviations lower than 11.4%. Using 5 mL bovine milk, the limits of detection and quantification for resorcylic acid lactones were in the ranges of 0.01–0.05 and 0.05–0.2 μg/L, respectively. The application of this newly developed method was demonstrated by analyzing bovine milk samples from markets.  相似文献

Vitamins B2 and B6 serve as cofactors in enzymatic reactions involved in tryptophan and homocysteine metabolism. Plasma concentrations of these vitamins and amino acids are related to smoking and inflammation, and correlate with other markers of immune activation. Large‐scale studies of these relations have been hampered by lack of suitable analytical methods. The assay described includes riboflavin, five vitamin B6 forms (pyridoxal 5′‐phosphate, pyridoxal, 4‐pyridoxic acid, pyridoxine and pyridoxamine), tryptophan and six tryptophan metabolites (kynurenine, kynurenic acid, anthranilic acid, 3‐hydroxykynurenine, xanthurenic acid and 3‐hydroxyanthranilic acid), cystathionine, neopterin and cotinine. Trichloroacetic acid containing 13 isotope‐labelled internal standards was added to 60 µL of plasma, the mixture was centrifuged, and the resulting supernatant used for analysis. The analytes were separated within 5 min on a stable‐bond C8 column by a gradient‐type mobile phase containing acetonitrile, heptafluorobutyric acid and high concentration (650 mmol/L) of acetic acid, and detected using electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS/MS). The mobile phase ensured sufficient separation and high ionization efficiency of all analytes. Recoveries were 75–123% and within‐day and between‐day coefficients of variance (CVs) were 2.5–9.5% and 5.4–16.9%, respectively. Limits of detection ranged from 0.05 to 7 nmol/L. The method enables quantification of endogenous plasma concentrations of 16 analytes related to B‐vitamin status and inflammation, and may prove useful in large‐scale epidemiological studies. Capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry (CE/MS) is predominantly carried out using electrospray ionization (ESI). Recently, atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI) have become available for CE/MS. With the VUV lamp turned off, the APPI source may also be used for CE/MS by thermospray ionization (TSI). In the present study the suitability of ESI, APCI, APPI and TSI for drug impurity profiling by CE/MS in the positive ion mode is evaluated. The drugs carbachol, lidocaine and proguanil and their potential impurities were used as test compounds, representing different molecular polarities. A background electrolyte of 100 mM acetic acid (pH 4.5) provided baseline separation of nearly all impurities from the respective drugs. APPI yielded both even‐ and odd‐electron ions, whereas the other ionization techniques produced even‐electron ions only. In‐source fragmentation was more pronounced with APCI and APPI than with ESI and TSI, which was most obvious for proguanil and its impurities. In general, ESI and TSI appeared the most efficient ionization techniques for impurities that are charged in solution achieving detection limits of 100 ng/mL (full‐scan mode). APPI and APCI showed a lower efficiency, but allowed ionization of low and high polarity analytes, although quaternary ammonium compounds (e.g. carbachol) could not be detected. Largely neutral compounds, such as the lidocaine impurity 2,6‐dimethylaniline, could not be detected by TSI, and yielded similar detection limits (500 ng/mL) for ESI, APPI and APCI. In many cases, impurity detection at the 0.1% (w/w) level was possible when 1 mg/mL of parent drug was injected with at least one of the CE/MS systems. Overall, the tested CE/MS systems provide complementary information as illustrated by the detection and identification of an unknown impurity in carbachol. Fast liquid chromatography coupled to triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was employed for the determination of six UV filters in seawater. The separation of the analytes was achieved in less than 5 min; polarity switching was used as four of the analytes were ionized in positive mode and the remaining two in negative mode. Two ionization sources were employed and compared: atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) gave better results than electrospray ionization (ESI) for all analytes, with higher reproducibility and lower detection limits. Therefore APCI was chosen for the determination of the analytes in seawater samples using stir bar sorptive extraction-liquid desorption (SBSE-LD).Quantitative analysis was performed in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode; fragmentation pathways of the analytes with regard to the formation of the MRM ions were also proposed. For the analysis of seawater samples, calibration curves were drawn using SBSE in spiked seawater. All figures of merit of the method were satisfactory; limits of detection were particularly low for the four analytes ionized in positive mode, being in the range 8-31 ng/L. The method was applied to the determination of the six UV filters in seawater samples from Liguria, Italy. Only benzophenone-3 (BP-3) and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate (EHMC) were measured in the analyzed samples; some of the remaining analytes were also detected but always below the limit of quantitation.  相似文献

In multi-analyte procedures, sufficient separation is important to avoid interferences, particularly when using liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) because of possible ion suppression or enhancement. However, even using ultra-high-performance LC, baseline separation is not always possible. For development and validation of an LC/MS/MS approach for quantification of 140 antidepressants, benzodiazepines, neuroleptics, beta-blockers, oral antidiabetics, and analytes measured in the context of brain death diagnosis in plasma, the extent of ion suppression or enhancement of co-eluting analytes within and between the drug classes was investigated using atmospheric-pressure chemical ionization (APCI) or electrospray ionization (ESI). Within the drug classes, five analytes showed ion enhancement of over 25% and six analytes ion suppression of over 25% using APCI and 16 analytes ion suppression of over 25% using ESI. Between the drug classes, two analytes showed ion suppression of over 25% using APCI. Using ESI, one analyte showed ion enhancement of over 25% and five analytes ion suppression of over 25%. These effects may influence the drug quantification using calibrators made in presence of overlapping and thus interfering analytes. Ion suppression/enhancement effects induced by co-eluting drugs of different classes present in the patient sample may also lead to false measurements using class-specific calibrators made in absence of overlapping and thus interfering analytes. In conclusion, ion suppression and enhancement tests are essential during method development and validation in LC/MS/MS multi-analyte procedures, with special regards to co-eluting analytes.  相似文献

RP-HPLC determination of water-soluble vitamins in honey   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The assessment and validation of reliable analytical methods for the determination of vitamins in sugar-based matrices (e.g. honey) are still scarcely explored fields of research. This study proposes and fully validates a simple and fast RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of five water-soluble vitamins (vitamin B2, riboflavin; vitamin B3, nicotinic acid; vitamin B5, pantothenic acid; vitamin B9, folic acid; and vitamin C, ascorbic acid) in honey. The method provides low detection and quantification limits, very good linearity in a large concentration interval, very good precision, and the absence of any bias. It has been successfully applied to 28 honey samples (mainly from Sardinia, Italy) of 12 different botanical origins. While the overall amount of the analytes in the samples is quite low (always below 40 mg kg−1), we have observed a marked dependence of some of their concentrations (i.e. vitamin B3 and vitamin B5) and the botanical origin of the honey. This insight might lead to important characterization features for this food item.  相似文献

A fast, robust and highly sensitive analysis method for determination of trace levels of organophosphate ester (OPE) flame retardants and plasticizers in lipid-rich samples was presently developed, and based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry coupled to a positive atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source (UHPLC-MS/MS-APCI(+)). The target OPEs in the sample were extracted from the biota samples, such as egg and liver, by ultrasonic extraction, and cleaned up further by dispersive solid phase extraction (d-ESP). As a result, background contamination was largely reduced. Different dispersive ESP sorbents were tested and primary secondary amine (PSA) bonded silica sorbents showed the best recoveries for these target OPEs. The recoveries obtained were in the range 54–113% (RSD 17%), with method limits of quantification (MLOQs) ranging between 0.06 and 0.29 ng/g in egg, and 0.05 and 0.50 ng/g w.w. in liver sample. The matrix effects (MEs) associated with using APCI(+) and ESI(+) sources were investigated. APCI(+) showed much less ion suppression than ESI(+) for the determination of these OPEs. For egg and liver samples, the APCI(+) ME values ranged from 40% to 94%, while ESI(+) ME values ranged from 0% to 36%. Although APCI(+) was used for the determination of OPEs, the ionization mechanism might mainly be a thermospray ionization process. This UHPLC-MS/MS-APCI(+) method showed good response linearity for calibration (R2 > 0.99). The proposed method was applied to real environmental bird egg and fish samples, where several OPE were quantifiable and different OPE patterns was observed between samples.  相似文献

Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI)-mass spectrometry (MS) and electrospray ionization (ESI)-MS can cover the analysis of analytes from low to high polarities. Thus, an ion source that possesses these two ionization functions is useful. Atmospheric surface-assisted ionization (ASAI), which can be used to ionize polar and nonpolar analytes in vapor, liquid, and solid forms, was demonstrated in this study. The ionization of analytes through APCI or ESI was induced from the surface of a metal substrate such as a titanium slab. ASAI is a contactless approach operated at atmospheric pressure. No electric contacts nor any voltages were required to be applied on the metal substrate during ionization. When placing samples with high vapor pressure in condensed phase underneath a titanium slab close to the inlet of the mass spectrometer, analytes can be readily ionized and detected by the mass spectrometer. Furthermore, a sample droplet (~2 μL) containing high-polarity analytes, including polar organics and biomolecules, was ionized using the titanium slab. One titanium slab is sufficient to induce the ionization of analytes occurring in front of a mass spectrometer applied with a high voltage. Moreover, this ionization method can be used to detect high volatile or polar analytes through APCI-like or ESI-like processes, respectively.  相似文献

The applicability of three different ionization techniques: atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI), atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and electrospray ionization (ESI) was tested for the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis of five target pharmaceuticals (cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, bezafibrate, enalapril and orlistat) in wastewater samples. Performance was compared both by flow injection analysis (FIA) and on-column analysis in deionized water and wastewater samples. A column switching technique for the on-line extraction and analysis of water samples was used. For both FIA and on-column analysis, signal intensity and signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio of the target analytes in the three sources were studied. Limits of detection and matrix effects during the analysis of wastewater samples were also investigated. ESI generated significantly larger peak areas and higher S/N ratios than APCI and APPI in FIA and in on-column analysis. ESI was proved to be the most suitable ionization method as it enabled the detection of the five target compounds, whereas APCI and APPI ionized only four compounds.  相似文献

A fast and highly sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic/ion-trap mass spectrometric method (LC/MS) has been developed for simultaneous determination of ethynylestradiol (EE2), gestodene (GES), levonorgestrel (LNG), cyproterone acetate (CPA) and desogestrel (DES). Among three types of sorbents tested (C8, C18 and phenyl) from two suppliers, the best separation was achieved on reverse phase Zorbax SB-Phenyl column using aqueous methanol as a mobile phase. A linear gradient profile from 70 up to 100% (v/v) in 7th min, kept constant at 100% up to 10th min and followed by a negative gradient to 70% of methanol up to 12th min was used for elution. Applicability of electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and influence of the mobile phase composition, its flow rate, capillary/vaporizer temperature of API source and in-source fragmentor voltage ionization are discussed. The on-column limits of quantification (10 S/N) were 300 pg of EE2, 14 pg of GES and LNG, 4 pg of CPA and 960 pg of DES per injection (1 μL) using APCI with data collection in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The analytical performance of the method was evaluated using the determination of EE2, GES, LNG, CPA and DES in contraceptives and river water samples.  相似文献

The capabilities of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and electrospray ionization (ESI) methods for quantitative analysis of polar and ionic compounds in petroleum fractions have been examined. The requirements of the analysis for sensitivity, linear dynamic range, and structural characterization have been discussed. ESI was found to be approximately two orders of magnitude more sensitive than APCI and is most suitable for the detection of analytes in weak concentrations. Equivalent relative linear dynamic ranges were observed by the two methods (at least three orders of magnitude). For the relatively high analyte concentrations examined here (e.g., 1-100 ppm or higher), the absolute area counts increased linearly with the analyte amount only in APCI, making this method more attractive for quantitative liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) applications. Nevertheless, a wider range of ionic compounds can be detected by ESI than by APCI.  相似文献

ESI and APCI ionization techniques in both negative and positive ion modes were evaluated for simultaneous LC-MS analysis of the four tocopherol homologues (alpha, beta, gamma and delta). The ESI and APCI ionization of tocopherols in positive ion mode was not efficient and proceeded via two competitive mechanisms, with the formation of protonated pseudo-molecular ions and molecular ions, which adversely influenced the repeatability of MS signal. Ionization in negative ion mode in both ESI and APCI was more efficient as it only produced target deprotonated pseudo-molecular ions. The APCI in negative ion mode showed larger linearity range, lower detection limits and was less sensitive to the differences in chemical structure of analytes and nature of applied solvents than negative ion ESI. Negative ion APCI was, therefore, chosen for the development of LC-MS method for simultaneous determination of the four tocopherols in foods. A baseline separation of the tocopherols was achieved on novel pentafluorophenyl silica-based column Fluophase PFP. The use of methanol-water (95:5, v/v) as a mobile phase was preferable to the use of acetonitrile-water due to considerable gain in MS signal. The limits of quantifications were 9 ng/mL for alpha-tocopherol, 8 ng/mL for beta- and gamma- and 7.5 ng/mL for delta-tocopherol when 2 microL was injected. This method was successfully applied to determination of tocopherols in sunflower oil and milk.  相似文献

The purpose of the present work was to evaluate the synergistic effect of ionization type, sample preparation technique, and bio-fluid on the presence of matrix effect in quantitative liquid chromatography (LC)-MS/MS analysis of illicit drugs by post-column infusion experiments with morphine (10-microg/mL solution). Three bio-fluids (urine, oral fluid, and plasma) were pretreated with four sample preparation procedures [direct injection, dilution, protein precipitation, solid-phase extraction (SPE)] and analyzed by both LC-electrospray ionization (ESI)-MS/MS and LC-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI)-MS/MS. Our results indicated that both ionization types showed matrix effect, but ESI was more susceptible than APCI. Sample preparation could reduce (clean up) or magnify (pre-concentrate) matrix effect. Residual matrix components were specific to each bio-fluid and interfered at different time points in the chromatogram. We evaluated matrix effect in an early stage of method development and combined optimal ionization type and sample preparation technique for each bio-fluid. Simple dilution of urine was sufficient to allow for the analysis of the analytes of interest by LC-APCI-MS/MS. Acetonitrile protein precipitation provided both sample clean up and concentration for oral fluid analysis, while SPE was necessary for extensive clean up of plasma prior to LC-APCI-MS/MS.  相似文献

Folic acid (FA) plays a vital role in central metabolism, including the one carbon cycle, nucleotide, and amino acid biosynthesis. The development of sensitive, accurate analytical methods to measure FA intermediates in tissues is critical to understand their biological roles in diverse physiological and pathological contexts. Here, we developed a highly sensitive method for the simultaneous quantification of FA intermediates in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans as a model to dissect metabolic networks. The method was further validated by analyzing the worm folate pool upon RNAi knockdown of the dihydrofolate reductase gene dhfr‐1. Comparative mass spectrometry behavior of the FA analogs using two different ion sources, electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI), revealed ESI‐MS/MS to be more sensitive, but APCI‐MS provided more detailed structure inferences, which can elucidate chemical investigation and synthesis of FA analogs. Finally, we report on the use of in vitro oxidation coupled with high‐resolution mass spectrometry as a tool to discover new endogenous FA derivatives in the nematode.  相似文献
