用元素分析、色-质谱、裂解气相色谱和顺磁共振等方法研究了经乙烯等离子体处理的云母表面化学结构及处理过程。结果表明,云母颗粒表面形成了厚数十埃的等离子体聚乙烯膜,其化学结构与反应体系中无云母时得到的等离子体聚乙烯膜相同。通过扫描电镜观察到云母片表面的聚合膜具有规则的海星状花样,随处理时间的延长花样按比例长大。水与云母表面的接触角数据说明,乙烯等离子体处理使云母表面的疏水性提高到聚乙烯的水平,比氩气等离子体、硅烷偶联剂及钛酸酯偶联剂处理的效果均更为显著。  相似文献

Summary. The polyamide 12 foil with sufficient surface and adhesive properties to other substrates can be prepared by discharge plasma modification. For improvement of bonding and printing of polymer a surface barrier discharge plasma in N2 and O2 as well as a radio-frequency discharge plasma in air has been studied. A significant increase in surface energy of the polymer as well as in strength of adhesive joint to more polar polymer was found. The chemical changes of PA 12 modified by plasma were analyzed using fourier transform infra red – attenuated total reflection (FTIR–ATR) spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements. The observed changes of surface properties of the polymer due to aging were not important.  相似文献

单个分子实验有很重要的意义,一方面,对于非均相体系,单个分子实验可得到分子性质分布信息;另一方面,对于均相和非均相体系,单个分子轨迹直接记录了分子性质的涨落,包含了丰富的动力学信息.在诸多单个分子检测技术中,单分子光学检测技术具有快速、无损、可探测到凝聚相内部单个分子的能力.进行单分子检测的关键是消除拉曼和瑞利散射以及杂质荧光等背景的干扰,利用共焦、近场和隐失场激发减少激发体积和检测体积,可以降低背底,提高信噪比.本实验利用共焦荧光显微镜观测单个罗丹明标记的磷脂分子在亲水玻璃表面的扩散、脱附,及其荧光闪烁的行为.实验表明,除由表面的平均力场阻碍分子运动外,还有一些特殊位点会造成长时间的特异性吸附,并得到特异性吸附的分子的脱附速率,(5.9±0.2)s-1.用穿越时间分布函数测得分子在表面的扩散速率为(3.3±0.1)×10-8 cm2•s-1,与分子在磷脂膜中的扩散速率相当.观测到了一些吸附的分子出现了荧光闪烁的现象,并对其产生原因进行了一些分析.  相似文献

利用空气介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维进行表面改性处理研究以提高纤维表面的润湿和粘结性能.分别研究了等离子体处理时间及电压对UHMWPE纤维拉伸断裂强力、接触角、表面形貌、表面化学成分和粘结性能等的影响规律.SEM分析结果表明,空气DBD等离子体处理后UHMWPE纤维表面出现垂直于纤维轴向分布的凹坑和裂纹,使得纤维表面粗糙度显著增加.XPS分析表明空气DBD处理后纤维表面碳元素含量显著下降;同时氧元素和氮元素的含量均较处理前增加,但氧元素含量增加的幅度显著高于氮元素.XPS分峰结果表明等离子体处理后UHMWPE纤维纤维表面C—O/C—N基团含量显著增加,同时出现了C O和O—C O这2种新的含氧官能团.同时,接触角及和与环氧树脂之间的界面剪切力(IFSS)测试结果表明DBD等离子体处理后UHMWPE纤维表面润湿性能和粘结力均产生显著提高,且随着等离子体处理时间或电压的增加,UHMWPE纤维的表面润湿性能和粘结力均呈现先上升后下降的趋势.空气DBD等离子体处理对UHMWPE纤维的力学性能影响较小,当处理电压低于200 V,处理时间小于100 s,纤维强力下降比率小于5.2%.  相似文献

固体表面的亲水/疏水性质与表面分子与水之间的固/液界面相互作用自由能以及水介质中表面分子与空气之间的固/(液)/气界面相互作用自由能密切相关.水介质中固体表面与水之间存在范德华引力或疏水引力,与气泡之间存在范德华斥力、疏水引力以及静电斥力.在Lifshitz-范德华(LW)相互作用自由能、Lewis酸-碱(AB)相互作用自由能以及静电(EL)相互作用自由能3者之中,AB相互作用自由能比其它两者要大2~3个数量级以上.与固体表面能Lewis酸-碱分量相关的亲水指数√r_s~++√r_s~-可以成为衡量固体表面亲水/疏水性质的重要判据,水介质中固体表面疏水的必要条件是√r_s~++√r_s~-<5mJ~(1/2)/m,指数大于或接近5mJ~(1/2)/m的表面必然是亲水的.  相似文献

Treatment of H2S and NH3 using the non-thermal plasma (NTP) methods was investigated. Two NTP systems were used in this study, one consisting of a multi-cell plate-to-wire reactor (PTW), and the other consisting of an ozonization chamber and the multi-cell PTW reactor. Each cell of the PTW reactor had a sheet of copper foil embedded in dielectric layers as its high voltage electrode and a wired rack as its gounded electrode. Use of the wired rack type electrode allowed large flow throughput, and promoted intense local electric fields. The experiments showed that under constant energy input, the decomposition efficiency of H2S or NH3 decreased with increasing initial concentration of the gas, and increased with increasing injected ozone and relative humidity. Injection of NH3 into H2S stream did not improve the H2S decomposition efficiency but was necessary for removal of sulfite-containing compounds in the discharge air.  相似文献

We report a study on the treatment of flat glass surfaces by ambient air atmospheric pressure plasma, generated by a dielectric barrier discharge of coplanar arrangement of the electrode system—the diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD). The plasma treatment of glass was performed in both static and dynamic modes. With respect to wettability of the glass surface, treatment in static mode resulted in non-uniform surface properties, whereas dynamic mode provided a fully uniform treatment. A water contact angle measurement was used to determine the efficiency of plasma treatments in dynamic mode and also to investigate a hydrophobic recovery of plasma treated glass surfaces. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements showed a decrease of overall carbon concentrations after plasma treatment. A deconvolution of C1s peak, showed that a short plasma treatment led to decrease of C–C bonds concentration and increases of C–O and O–C=O bond concentrations. An enhancing influence of the glass surface itself on DCSBD diffuse plasma was observed and explained by different discharge onsets and changes in the electric field distribution.  相似文献

Radial cuts of Pedunculate oak (Quercus robur L.) heartwood was activated by Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge (DCSBD) plasma. The plasma treatment resulted in a considerable increase of free surface energy and in the substantial reduction of 50 μl water droplet uptake time. FTIR analysis confirmed the formation of additional polar functional groups on the wood surface due to the plasma treatment. This is consistent with the shift of wood surface pH level towards more acidic values. The energy efficiency of the DCSBD plasma treatment is better comparing to the known volume dielectric barrier discharge treatment method.  相似文献

通过低温等离子体表面改性技术对疏水性聚丙烯酸酯人工晶状体进行表面改性, 并对改性前后材料的表面结构、形貌和光学性能进行了表征. 静态水接触角结果显示, 经过氨等离子体处理后的人工晶状体亲水性效果最好, 同时最佳的改性时间为120 s, 改性功率为150 W. XPS分析结果进一步证实, 经等离子体处理后, 在人工晶状体表面引入了极性基团. 原子显微镜观察结果显示, 改性后材料表面更加凹凸不平, 粗糙度显著增加而透光率变化很小, 但过大功率改性的样品透光率明显下降. 时效性测试结果表明, 人工晶状体在改性14 d后疏水性恢复趋于稳定.  相似文献

NOx are main toxic by-products in the effluent gas whendecomposing volatile organic compounds in air by a packed-bed plasmareactor. Several types of materials such as 13X zeolite, BaTiO3and Pd/Pt catalysts have been selected to be packed in the reactor, andmethane decomposition and NOx by-products in discharged gases areinvestigated at different range of reaction temperature and dischargeenergy density at atmospheric pressure. The ratios of methane decompositionpercentage/NOx concentration are used to assess these packed bedmaterials and reaction conditions. The results show that usingPd/-Al2O3 with lower percentage Pd as packedbed, and discharging with lower discharge density at higher reactiontemperature can reduce NOx output effectively and greatly improveperformance of the reactor.  相似文献

Recent development in dispersion science and technology demands block copolymers with a variable block length and composition. To highlight that purpose, the surface active, associative, colloidal, and thermodynamic behavior of three diblock copolymers having different hydrophilic to hydrophobic ratio is reported here. Using surface tension and light scattering measurements, the micellization and adsorption behavior of polyoxyethylene and polyoxybutylene diblock copolymers of the type EmBn have been analyzed. Critical micelle concentration (CMC) and related thermodynamic parameters like free energy (ΔGmic), enthalpy (ΔHmic), and entropy (ΔSmic) of micellization were calculated from CMC value using the closed association model. Likewise, the surface active parameters, like surface excess concentration (Γ2), area per molecule (A2), and thermodynamic parameters such as free energy (ΔGads), enthalpy (ΔHads), and entropy (ΔSads) of adsorption of polymer at the air/water interface, were also calculated at various temperatures. Static and dynamic light scattering techniques were employed for the determination of the weight-average molar (Mw), association number (Nw), polymer–water interaction (A2), and micellar size in terms of hydrodynamic radii (Rh) of copolymer micelles. The effect of block length and solution temperature on the surface and micellar properties of these copolymers was also investigated.  相似文献

应用真空磁控溅射,溶胶-凝胶方法和电沉积方法分别在玻璃和导电玻璃表面制备了纳米TiO2薄膜,纳米TiO2薄膜的热致亲水性研究表明,这是由于热处理对TiO2薄膜表面的清洁作用除去了吸附的水和有机污染物而产生的。TiO2薄膜的光致亲水性可能也源于紫外光照产生的活性粒子对TiO2薄膜的“光清洁作用”所致。  相似文献

The oxidative degradation of nitrobenzene (NB) induced by gaseous glow discharge plasma in contact with aqueous solution was investigated. The experimental results indicated that NB removal obeyed first-order kinetics under certain applied currents. The major degradation byproducts such as nitrophenols, phenol, 1,3-dinitrobenzene and carboxylic acids have been detected. The distribution of nitrophenols follows the order o- > p- > m- and oxalic, formic and acetic acids are major carboxylic intermediates. The eventual products were nitrate ion and carbon dioxide. During the treatment, a large amount of hydrogen peroxide was produced. Addition of ferrous or ferric ions into the solution greatly enhanced the degradation rate due to Fenton’s reaction. The energy efficiencies of NB removal and hydrogen peroxide formation were compared with those of other discharges. Hydroxyl radicals were shown to be the most likely species responsible for NB degradation  相似文献

The synthesis of hydrophilic and hydrophobic high surface area (up to 1087 m2/cc) silica xerogels at pHs below 2 is demonstrated in this work. High surface area xerogels exhibit extremely fine microstructural features and fast gelation times (less than one hour). Contrary to conventional generalization that xerogels synthesized at low pH are polymeric, it is demonstrated that particulate xerogels can also be synthesized at pHs below 2. These xerogels are synthesized by the addition of large amounts of NH4OH and have relatively lower surface areas. The particulate nature of these xerogels is indicated by their opacity and from their coarse microstructural features as observed by TEM.  相似文献
