Eight novel lanthanide complexes: {Ln(TDA)1.5(H2O)2}n (Ln = Pr(1a), Nd(2a)) and {Ln(TDA)(Ac)(H2O)}n (Ln = Pr(1), Nd(2), Eu(3), Gd(4), Tb(5), Dy(6); TDA = Thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid anion) have been constructed by hydrothermal reaction. Structural analyses reveal that complexes 1a and 2a belong to the space group C2/c, exhibiting three-dimensional (3D) frameworks. Complexes 1-6 with P21/c space group were prepared in the presence of excessive ammonium acetate, giving rise to interesting 3D frameworks different from those of 1a and 2a. Magnetic property studies of 4-6 reveal the weak antiferromagnetic interaction exists between adjacent Gd3+ in 4. The complex 6 displays rather rare slow magnetization relaxation behavior in 3D frameworks.  相似文献

Determination of amines in biological samples as markers of exposure to the amines or the corresponding isocyanates is an important tool for industrial exposure assessment. In this study, a liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for determination of amines in biological samples as perfluorofatty amides derivatives is presented. The method enables determination of diamines such as methylene diamine (MDA), toluene diamine (TDA), naphthalene diamine (NDA), hexamethylene diamine (HDA), isophorone diamine (IPDA), methylenedi(cyclohexylamine)(HMDA) and 4,4'-methylene-(2-chloroaniline)(MOCA) in human urine and plasma. The work-up procedure included hydrolysis of the biological samples with 3 M H(2)SO(4) at 100 degrees C for 16 h and extraction of the amines into toluene, where derivatisation of the amines with perfluorofatty acid anhydride was performed. Following removal of excess reagent and the acid formed and an exchange of solvent, the derivatives were analysed using gradient elution with an acetonitrile/water mobile phase composition and electrospray ionisation (ESI) with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) of [M - H](-)-->[M - H - 120](-) or [119](-). Several perfluorofatty acid anhydrides were evaluated as derivatisation reagents, but the LC chromatographic properties of the pentafluoropropionic acid anhydride (PFPA) derivatives were favourable. Quantification of amine-PFPA derivatives was performed using deuterium labelled amine-PFPA derivatives as internals standards with good precision and linearity in the investigated range of 0-20 ng ml(-1) urine. The instrumental detection limits for the amine-PFPA derivatives were 0.2-3 fmol for MRM of [M - H](-)-->[119](-) and 0.3-8 fmol for [M - H](-)-->[M - H - 120](-). In 10 urine and 6 plasma samples from workers exposed to isocyanates, determination of TDA and MDA as PFPA derivatives was performed using LC-MS/MS and a reference GC-MS method. No significant difference between the two methods was observed.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了首例含过渡金属铬的夹心型钼磷酸盐〔H3N(CH2)6NH3〕2H3{Cr〔Mo6O15(HPO4)(H2PO4)3〕2}·4H2O超分子化合物,用单晶X-射线测定其晶体结构,该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1。晶胞参数a=12.156(2),b=12.809(3),c=13.530(3),α=102.46(3)°,β=93.67(3)°,γ=93.46(3)°.V=2046.9(7)3,Z=1,Mr=2768.69,Dc=2.246g/cm3,F(000)=1337,μ=2.162mm-1,全矩阵最小二乘法修正至R=0.0666,wR=0.1745,独立可观测点数为7142。化合物是分别由质子化的1,6-己二胺、水和{Cr〔Mo6O15(HPO4)(H2PO4)3〕2}7-阴离子构成,而{Cr〔Mo6O15(HPO4)(H2PO4)3〕2}7-是由2个〔Mo6P4〕与Cr3+形成了6配位的夹心型阴离子  相似文献

The reactions of SbCl3 and HgCl2 with 2-(3-pyridyl)benzimidazole (PyBIm) in solution acidified with HCl have been investigated. The PyBIm ligands are protonated into 2-(3-pyridinio)benzimidazolium (H2PyBIm) cations and the corresponding metal ions are bonded with chloride atoms into coordination anions, forming two new coordination compounds, namely, (H2PyBIm)(SbCl5) 1 and (H2PyBIm)2(Hg2Cl8) 2. Both compounds were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 5.7030(7), b = 9.0625(11), c = 16.5929(18) , α = 91.808(7), β = 93.234(6), γ = 99.216(7)o, C12H11N3SbCl5, Mr = 496.24, V = 844.44(17) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.952 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.419 mm-1, F(000) = 480, the final R = 0.0496 and wR = 0.1382 for 3433 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Crystal data for 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.8061(5), b = 15.8127(9), c = 12.2435(9) , β = 91.955(4)o, C24H22N6Hg2Cl8, Mr = 1079.26, V = 1510.40(17) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.373 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 10.889 mm-1, F(000) = 1008, the final R = 0.0293 and wR = 0.0562 for 2854 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the antimony(III) is five-coordinated, exhibiting a slightly distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry; while in 2, a dimeric [Hg2Cl8]4-anion consists of two trigonal bipyramids sharing two common edges. The organic cations and coordination anions are connected into a one-dimensional belt and a two-dimensional sheet through N-H···Cl hydrogen bonding interactions in compounds 1 and 2, respectively; both are further aggregated into 3D frameworks by strong π-π contacts.  相似文献

The title compound [In(H2ip)(pdc)(H2O)] (H3ip = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, H2pdc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.830(8), b = 6.488(4), c = 17.632(10) , β = 92.510(10)°, C15H10InNO10, Mr = 479.06, V = 1580.6(15) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.013 g/cm3, F(000) = 944, μ = 1.557 mm-1, the final R = 0.0413 and wR = 0.0793 for 2950 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The In(III) ion is seven-coordinated in a slightly distorted penta-bipyramidal geometry. The mixed ligands connect the In(III) ions into 21 helical chains along the [010] direction, and the hydrogen bonds assemble the chains into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

A new manganese compound [Mn8(tmp)2(Htmp)4((CH3)3CCO2)4(py)2Cl2]·2py (1·2py, H3tmp = 1,1,1-tri(hydroxymethyl)propane, py = pyramid) has been synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 13.378(5), b = 14.334(5), c = 15.012(6) , α = 107.637(5), β = 95.635(3), γ = 92.825(4)°, V = 2720.7(17) 3, Z = 1, C76H124N4O26Cl2Mn8, Mr = 2022.23, Dc = 1.234 Mg/m3, μ = 1.007 mm-1, F(000) = 1052, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0755 and wR = 0.2163 for all 6463 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the core of 1 contains a [Mn8] mixed-valence rod-like unit consisting of six edge-sharing triangles (Mn3), each of which is bridged by a μ3-oxygen atom.  相似文献

采用水热方法,在120℃温度下选用5-溴间苯二甲酸(H2BIPA)和2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)与CuCl2·2H2O分别在NaOH与H2BIPA的物质的量之比为2∶1和3∶1时反应,得到了1个具有零维单核铜结构的配合物[Cu(BIPA)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)2]·H2O(1)和1个一维链状配位聚合物[Cu3(μ3-BIPA)2(μ-OH)2(2,2′-bipy)2]n(2),并对其结构和磁性质进行了研究。结构分析结果表明2个配合物均属于单斜晶系,分别为P21/c和P21/n空间群。配合物1具有零维单核铜结构,而且这些单核铜单元通过O-H…O氢键作用进一步形成了二维层。而配合物2具有基于三核铜单元的一维链结构。这些一维链通过链间的π-π相互作用进一步形成了二维层。2个配合物的结构差异是由反应中NaOH与H2BIPA的物质的量之比不同造成的。研究表明,配合物2的三核铜单元中相邻铜离子间存在反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

A new cobalt compound, {[Co(H2btec)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)3]·H2O}n (1, H4btec =1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and X-ray powder diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 7.230(3), b = 11.626(5), c =14.001(6) (A), α = 108.12(0)°, β= 95.85(0)°, V= 1095.33(157)(A)3, C20H20CoN2O12, Mr= 539.31,Z=2, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3,μ = 0.855 mm-1, F(000) = 554, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1042 for 3883 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The title compound features a discrete molecular structure, which is connected with each other through extensive O-H…O hydrogen bonds into an intricate 3D supramolecular network. Additionally, two different patterns of π-π stacking interactions further consolidate the framework.  相似文献

The title compound {Cu2(pdc)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)(3H2O}2 1 (H2pdc = pyridine-2,6- dicarboxylic acid, also known as dipicolinic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.2278(3), b = 10.6259(4), c = 17.7614(6)A, α= 79.5990(10), β = 83.6300(10), γ = 71.8280(10)o, V = 1272.60(8)A3, C48H44Cu4N8O24, Mr = 1371.07, Z = 1, Dc = 1.789 g/cm3, μ = 1.747 mm-1, F(000) = 696, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1137 for 3938 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). There are two kinds of Cu coordination environments, and each central copper(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geo- metry. Four copper(II) atoms are linked by four pdc and two 4,4′-bipy ligands to form an annular rectangle structure. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions involving carboxylate O atoms as well as coordinated and free water molecules lead to the formation of a three-dimensional network struc- ture.  相似文献

以2,6-二(5-甲基-1H-吡唑-3-基)吡啶(简写为H2L)为第一配体,以均苯四甲酸和乙酸为第二配体,合成了2个新的配位超分子化合物[Ni(H2L)2]·(Me O-H2BTA)2(1)和Mn(H2L)(Ac)2(2)(H4BTA∶均苯四甲酸,HAc∶乙酸),并由元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱以及X射线单晶衍射等对其进行了表征,分析了其光谱及结构特征。晶体结构分析表明,化合物1属于正交晶系,Pbcn空间群,a=0.95747(8)nm,b=1.99273(13)nm,c=2.50175(13)nm,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,V=4.773 3(6)nm3,Z=4;化合物2属于单斜晶系,Cc空间群,a=1.11300(13)nm,b=2.0239(2)nm,c=0.97308(12)nm,α=90°,β=118.555(16)°,γ=90°,V=1.9253(4)nm3,Z=4。  相似文献

By use of a new ligand containing both salicylic acid moiety and salicylaldehyde Schiff base moiety, 5-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid (H3L), a linear trinuclear Mn(II) complex was prepared. This complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 12.0196(7), b = 13.7440(13), c = 15.7554(14) , α = 111.529(3), β = 96.691(2), γ = 94.802(2)o, C96H100Mn3N6O32, Mr = 2014.64, V = 2382.0(3) 3, Z = 1, μ = 0.478, Dc = 1.404 g/cm3, F(000) = 1049, R = 0.0554 and wR = 0.1610 for 8973 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The complex consists of a trinuclear cluster and two solvate ethanol molecules. Three linearly disposed Mn atoms, with an inversion center on the central one, are bridged by six carboxylate groups from six bulky mono-anionic ligands (H2L–), and the octahedral coordination spheres for each of the metal centers are thus formed, with the aid of additional ligation of two small molecules (ethanol and water) to both ends. A supramolecular compound, [Co(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)4][trans-1,4-chdc] (compound 1) (2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine, 1,4-chdcH2=1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid), was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectrometry, TG analysis, and elemental analyses. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that [Co(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)4]2 units and adjacent 1,4-chdc2- formed a single layer by hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions along the ac-plane, and two symmetry-related single layers interacted with each other by hydrogen bonding, resulting in a double layer, which further formed a 3-D structure by π-π stacking. The most attractive structural feature of compound 1 is that 1,4-chdc2- possesses only trans-conformation although there are both cis- and trans-conformations in the raw material.  相似文献

[Ni3O(TBPLA)(H2O)](ClO4)4(H2O)6 [TBPLA=(S)-1,1′,1″-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3,5-triyl)-tris(methylene)-tris-(pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate)] was found to possibly display multiferroic property (the coexistence of ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism). The magnetic property of this compound was studied and no magnetic hysteresis loop was found probably due to an intrinsic fluctuation for the magnetic exchange energy.  相似文献
