A Pd-catalyzed coupling-type reaction of aldehydes and organoboronic acids was achieved in the presence of P(1-nap)3, using Cs2CO3 in toluene, providing diaryl ketones with yields ranged from moderate to excellent. The efficiency of this reaction was demonstrated by the compatibility with nitro, cyano, trifluoromethyl, fluoro and chloro groups. Moreover, the rigorous exclusion of air/moisture is not required in these transformations.  相似文献

The cross-coupling reaction of triarylbismuths with acid chlorides using a catalytic amount of PdCl2/PPh3 afforded the corresponding ketones in high yields. The reactions of aromatic and aliphatic acid chlorides occurred with atom efficiency, as 3 equiv of acid chlorides coupled effectively with 1 equiv of triarylbismuths to yield 3 equiv of the corresponding diaryl and alkyl aryl ketones.  相似文献

Phthalocyanines (Pc) were conjugated with peptide moieties to improve their target selectivity for potential use as fluorescence and/or positron emission tomography (PET) probes in medical imaging. Three synthetic methods based on palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions (Sonogashira, Buchwald-Hartwig, and Suzuki-Miyaura) were investigated. Using these methods, a series of peptides monofunctionalized with Pc at the N/C-terminal position or on a phenylalanine side chain was obtained in good yields and characterized.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] meso-Aryloxy- and alkoxy-substituted porphyrins were conveniently synthesized by direct reactions of meso-halogenated porphyrins with alcohols via palladium-catalyzed C-O cross-coupling reactions. Using a combination of palladium precursor Pd(OAc)(2) or Pd(2)(dba)(3) and phosphine ligand DPEphos or Xantphos allowed both 5-bromo-10,20-diarylporphyrin and 5,15-dibromo-10,20-diarylporphyrin, as well as their zinc complexes, to be effectively coupled with a variety of alcohols to give the corresponding mono- and bis-substituted meso-aryloxy/alkoxyporphyrins in moderate to high yields under mild conditions.  相似文献

9,10-Dichlorooctafluoroanthracene (1) reacts with aryl boronic acids and terminal alkynes under palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling conditions to afford 9,10-diaryloctafluoroanthracenes (2a-e) and 9,10-dialkynyloctafluoroanthracenes (6a,b), respectively. Optical spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry indicate that octafluoro-9,10-di(thiophen-2-yl)anthracene (2d) exhibits donor-acceptor character and a LUMO energy level of -3.27 eV relative to vacuum. A functionalized 5-bromothiophen-2-yl derivative (2e) was obtained in high yield by bromination of 2d with NBS. X-ray crystallographic analysis of octafluoro-9,10-bis[(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]anthracene (6a) reveals a solid-state structure that mimics the packing of columnar liquid crystals, with a pi stacking distance of 3.39 A between the octafluoroanthracene cores. In addition, octafluoro-9,10-bis(mesitylethynyl)anthracene (6b) displays a LUMO energy level of -3.50 eV, which approaches the value of -3.65 eV measured for perfluoropentacene, making 9,10-dialkynyloctafluoroanthracenes a promising new class of n-type organic materials.  相似文献

cis-Oligo(phenylenevinylene)s (OPVs) are synthesized by Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of arylboronic acids with (Z)-bromoalkenes in over 96% geometrical purity. On the other hand, trans-oligo(phenylenevinylene)s can be synthesized by Hiyama coupling of aryl iodide with (E)-alkenylsilanes in almost perfect purities. An efficient procedure for regio- and stereoselective synthesis of a series of conjugated enynes by a simple Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of unactivated ethylenes and ethynyl bromide has been developed. The reaction proceeds smoothly in DMF to give the corresponding products in good to excellent yields. The protocol can tolerate a broad range of functional groups on the substrates.  相似文献

An efficient Pd-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of sterically crowded 4-chlorocoumarin derivatives with air- and moisture-stable potassium organotrifluoroborates is developed. This methodology has been used to generate a series of novel alkyl, aryl, and vinyl substituted coumarin derivatives in good to excellent yields. The twisted conformation of the vinyl groups in the X-ray crystal structures of (2-oxo-4-vinyl-2H-chromen-3-yl)methyl acetate (2) and (2-oxo-4-vinyl-2H-chromen-3-yl)methyl 2,2,2-trichloroacetimidate (3), along with the atropisomerism of 3-(hydroxymethyl)-4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (1d), are evidence of the steric crowding in these adducts.  相似文献

The synthesis of unsymmetrical diaryl ketones via the Fukuyama coupling of thioesters and organozinc reagents is described. Typically, the synthesis of diaryl ketones using this methodology provides low yields. The simple complex, Pd(dba)(2), was found to convert a variety of aryl thioesters to diaryl ketones in good yields.  相似文献

A series of diaryl ketones have been synthesized in good yields (40-78%) through the catalyst-free reaction of trimethylarylstannanes with aroyl chlorides in chlorobenzene as solvent. In addition, an attractive feature is that these reactions are completely regioselective making possible the synthesis of diarylketones which are not usually available under the influence of the directing forces of the substituents present in the aromatic ring. Also, the reaction conditions are mild enough to be applied to acid sensitive molecules.  相似文献

Unsaturated malonyl esters underwent Pd-catalyzed intramolecular allylic alkylation to give 4-vinyl-substituted gamma-lactones. In contrast to the formerly studied cyclization of malonamides, this reaction could be achieved only with a substrate incorporating a suitably positioned silicon moiety, which directs the ionization toward the desired eta(3)-allylpalladium complex. The resulting 4-[dimethyl-(2-thienyl)silylvinyl]lactone could be subsequently engaged into Hiyama couplings with various iodoarenes, to give the corresponding 4-(alpha-styryl)-gamma-lactones. The use of a specifically substituted iodoarene generated an advanced tetracyclic lactone intermediate incorporating rings A-D of lignans belonging to the podophyllotoxin family. Subsequent electrophilic aromatic substitution with a variety of electron-rich arenes afforded the target picropodophyllin analogs.  相似文献

5-Pyridyl- and 5-aryl-2-furaldehydes are prepared from furaldehyde diethyl acetal in a four-step, one-pot procedure:(i) deprotonation; (2) Li to Zn transmetalation; (3) Pd-mediated cross-coupling; (4) aldehyde deprotection. Bulky arylstannanes and bulky aroyl chlorides are good reaction partners for the synthesis of two-, three-, and even four-ortho-substituted benzophenones, in good to excellent isolated yields (47-91%). Three simple and direct routes, with differential advantages, are proposed: (i) a catalyst-free protocol, in o-dichlorobenzene (ODCB) at 180 °C; (ii) a room temperature protocol, using AlCl(3) (0.5 equiv), in dichloromethane (DCM); and (iii) a solvent-free, indium-promoted procedure. A study on the addition of trineophyltin hydride (1) to alkynones under free radical (AIBN and Et3B) and palladium-catalyzed [(PPh3)2PdCl2] conditions is reported. The results obtained indicate that the addition of 1 to eight ynones catalyzed by bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) chloride led in all cases to addition products in very high yields (80-96%). These additions take place with excellent regio- and stereochemistry, leading to the alpha adducts as major products in seven out of the eight cases studied. Also the E adducts, resulting from a syn attack, were the only (seven cases) or the predominant (one case) products. The radical hydrostannations initiated by AIBN of ynones 2-5 with 1 led to addition products in good yields (60-88%); with the more hindered ketones 6 and 7-9 the yields obtained were lower. The radical additions initiated by triethylboron to ynones 2-6 follow a similar pattern but with lower yields; no addition products in the hydrostannation of ynones 7-9 were detected. The new acyl-substituted vinylstannanes, owing to their greater stability compared with that of their tributyl- and trimethylstannyl analogues, can be purified by column chromatography using neutral alumina (in all cases) or silica gel 60 (in most cases) as adsorbents. Full 1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR data are given.  相似文献
