The difluoromethyl-containing Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines were synthesized in good yields by a one-pot cyclocondensation of ethyl difluoroacetoacetate (EDFAA), a variety of aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate under solvent and catalyst free conditions. The comparison of reaction conditions and products was made among the different 1,3-carbonyl substrates (ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl difluoroacetoacetate and ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate) for the Hantzsch reaction.  相似文献

Cerium ammonium nitrate (CAN) catalyzed the three-component domino reaction between aromatic amines, α,β-unsaturated aldehydes, and ethyl acetoacetate, providing an efficient new entry into 1,4-dihydropyridines. This new reaction requires very mild reaction conditions, has water as the only side product and is complementary to the classical Hantzsch synthesis in that it is well suited to the preparation of N-aryl-5,6-unsubstituted dihydropyridines. Experiments in the presence of a radical trap suggest that a one-electron oxidative mechanism can be excluded and that CAN acts as a Lewis acid.  相似文献

A new method for multi-component synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives (1,4-DHPs) in the presence of meglumine supported on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs@meglumine) as a new heterogeneous, highly efficient and reusable catalyst was investigated. The reaction was performed under ultrasonic irradiation in EtOH at room temperature. A new, highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst, short reaction times, high to excellent yield of products, and safe and clean conditions are the advantages of the presented method.  相似文献

An easy,safe,solvent free and effective method for the synthesis of pyrazole-substituted chalcones has been achieved by grinding pyrazole aldehydes and acetophenones in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200) in high yield within short span of time.All reactions were carried out just by grinding the two reactants in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200). An efficient synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridines using lanthanum oxide as a catalyst from aldehydes,β-ketoester and ammonium acetate without solvent under the irradiation of microwave is described.Compared with the classical Hantzsch reaction,this new method has the advantage of good yield(90-98%) and short reaction time(40-80 s).  相似文献

An efficient one-pot synthesis of spiro[indoline-3,4′-pyrazolo[3,4-e][1,4]thiazepine] dione derivatives via three-component reaction of 5-amino-3-methylpyrazole, isatin, and thioacid is described. This new protocol produces novel heptacyclic spirooxindole derivatives in good yields in comparison to conventional pentacyclic compounds. This method proceeds through a 3-(5-aminopyrazol-3-yl)-3-hydroxy-2-oxindoline intermediate (Baylis-Hillman type adduct), unlike 3-indolylimine (the intermediate like Shiff-Bases) as in conventional methods. The structure of one representative compound has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Synthesis of five 4-aryl substituted 1,4-dihydropyridines was developed following condensation of multi component reaction strategy using yttrium triflate as a catalyst. The absorption and fluorescence properties of structurally related 4-aryl 1,4-dihydropyridines in different solvents of varied polarities was investigated. The absorption maxima of these compounds follow no order of solvent polarity and nature of substitution. The spectral characteristics are solvent and compound specific. Fluorophores with electron withdrawing group have larger fluorescence quantum yields and greater solvatochromism than the compounds with electron donating groups. Protic solvents yielded higher fluorescence quantum efficiency. The chemical shift of the proton attached to C-4 and the carbonyl stretching frequency of bis acetyl groups at 3 and 5-positions exhibited a linear relationship with Hammett's para substituent constants while no such relationship exists between the latter and electronic absorption maxima, fluorescence emission maxima, fluorescence quantum efficiency and Stokes shift.  相似文献

Summary. In continuation of previous work some novel 3,5-diacetyl-1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized and their photochemical behavior was studied under oxygen and argon atmosphere. Oxidation of the dihydropyridine ring and formation of pyridine derivatives was the result of the reaction. The presence of oxygen affects not only on the rate of oxidation, but also the formation of some unidentified by-products was observed on irradiation under this atmosphere.  相似文献

It has been shown that chemical oxidation of the methyl ester of 3,4,5-trimethoxycarbonyl-1,2,6-trimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine to the pyridinium salt, requiring forcing experimental conditions, may be replaced by electrochemical oxidation. Using indium (III) triflate as a mild Lewis acid catalyst, the Friedel Crafts alkylation of o-hydroxy bisbenzylic alcohols with aromatic/heteroaromatic arenes under solvent free conditions was achieved to give the corresponding unsymmetrical triarylmethanes in high yields (up to 80% yield). Calculation of the different green metrics for the above reaction revealed it to have high atom economy (94–96%), high reaction mass efficiency (66–77%) and high carbon efficiency (70–80%). The Lewis acid was found to be air and moisture tolerant. The protocol was found to be operationally simple and can be carried out in an “open-flask” leaving behind water as the sole by product. Gratifyingly the Lewis acid catalyst could be recycled and reused up to 5 catalytic cycles without compromising much on the yield thus further highlighting the importance of the protocol.  相似文献

A green and efficient methodology has been developed for the direct conversion of aryl aldehydes to the corresponding tert-butyl peresters. The reaction has been carried out in absence of any solvent and the sunlight is used as the green source of energy. In this reaction tetrabutylammonium iodide (TBAI) acts as the mild organo catalyst and tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) serve as the source of tert-butyl group.  相似文献

The asymmetric domino three-component Knoevanagel-Diels-Alder addition (ATCDA) reaction, as an important methodology, has been utilized to construct complex product from ordinary starting materials. In this report, many typical organoamine catalysts were investigated to achieve highly efficient asymmetric three-component reaction of enones 2, aldehydes 3 and Meldrum’s acid 4. Various pharmacological multi-substituted spiro[5,5]undecane-1,5,9-triones promoted by 9-amino-9-deoxy-epi-quinine 1 g in one-pot, were obtained in moderate to good yields (up to 81%) with excellent diastereo-(>99:1 dr) and enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee). Meanwhile, based on the controlled experiments and analytical data, a reasonable mechanism of dual-activity for this reaction has been proposed.  相似文献
