A New Copper Coordination Polymer with Magnetic Property Based on 3-(1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl)benzoic Acid

A copper coordination polymer, namely [CuL_2(H_2O)_2]·H_2O 1(HL = 3-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction under 140 oC. The structure of 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in P21/n space group with a = 12.374(5), b = 12.730(5), c = 12.561(5) ?, β = 91.105(9)o, V = 1978.2(14) ?~3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.618 g/cm~3, μ = 1.160 mm~(-1), F(000) = 964, the final R = 0.0449 and w R = 0.1443 with I 2σ(I). Magnetic measurements show that 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic interactions by the analysis of magnetic test data.     

Bis (2,4,6,8-cyclononatetraen-1-yl)methane

Bis (2,4,6,8-cyclononatetraen-1-yl)methanes Bis (2,4,6,8-cyclononatetraen-1-yl)methanes ( 2a–c ) have been prepared by reaction of all-cis-cyclononatetraenide with 1,1-dichlorodimethyl ether as well as with carbenium ion precursors 9b and 9c . The title compounds 2 are attractive precursors of highly delocalised nonafulvenes of type 3 ; however, elimination experiments 2→3 failed so far.

2-(1H-1，2，4-三氮唑)乙酸-稀土配合物的合成与结构

利用柔性含氮配体羧酸2-(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑)乙酸(HL)与稀土氧化物在水热条件下反应得到了2个稀土配位聚合物 [Gd(L)₃H₂O]_n(1)和[Nd(L)₃H₂O]_n(2)。利用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射结构分析等方法对其进行了表征。晶体结构表明2个配合物晶体同属三斜晶系,空间群P1,具有一维链状结构。     

2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)吡啶MnⅡ配合物的合成、结构及荧光性质

采用水热合成法,通过配体[2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)吡啶](2-HTP)与MnSO₄·H₂O中的Mn²⁺离子组装配位,得到一个结构新颖的配合物[Mn(C₇H₅N₄)·(SO₄)·2H₂O](1),对其进行元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射、固体荧光以及热重分析等测试。 结构分析表明,配合物1属于单斜晶系P2₁/n空间群,部分晶胞参数:a=1.16373(12) nm,b=0.79324(9) nm,c=1.40241(15) nm,V=1.1996(2) nm³,Z=4。 在配合物1中,配体2-HTP与Mn²⁺离子以双齿的方式配位,Mn²⁺离子还与两个结晶水分子相连并与SO42-中O原子的桥联作用连接成为一维的链状结构。 此外,配体的芳香环之间还存在弱的π-π空间堆积效应,通过对配合物进行固体荧光测试表明其具有良好的蓝光性质,在477 nm处存在较强的荧光发射峰。     

Investigation on the Ring-Opening Reactions of 3-(1H-1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl)1,5-benzothiazepines with Arylonitrile Oxides

Abstract

Novel ring opening compounds, (Z)-2-((Z)-((E)-1,3-diaryl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)allylidene)amino)aryl N-hydroxybenzimidothioates 4a–r, were obtained from the reaction of 2,4-diaryl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2,5-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepines 3a–f and arylonitrile oxides. The structure of these products has been elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and, in one case, X-ray crystallographic analysis. According to the result, it was presumed that this reaction did not proceeded through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction.

A Convenient Synthesis of Novel 4-(1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl)-2-pyrazolines and Their Derivatives

Abstract

Upon the study of powerful insecticidal and fungicidal properties of 1-phenylcarbamoyl-2-pyrazolines and 1,2,4-triazoles compounds, a variety of novel 4-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-pyrazolines and their derivatives were prepared in good yields. The structures of these compounds were confirmed with ¹H NMR, MS, IR and elemental analyses.     

Structural Diversity and Carbon Dioxide Sorption Selectivity of Zinc(II) Metal-Organic Frameworks Based on Bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane and Terephthalic Acid

A three-component reaction between the 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic (terephthalic) acid (H₂bdc), bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane (btrm) and zinc nitrate was studied, and three new coordination polymers were isolated by a careful selection of the reaction conditions. Coordination polymers {[Zn₃(DMF)(btrm)(bdc)₃]·nDMF}_∞ and {[Zn₃(btrm)(bdc)₃]·nDMF}_∞ containing trinuclear {Zn₃(bdc)₃} secondary building units are joined by btrm auxiliary linkers into three-dimensional metal–organic frameworks. The coordination polymer {[Zn(bdc)(btrm)]∙nDMF}_∞ consists of Zn²⁺ cations joined by bdc²⁻ and btrm linkers into a two-fold interpenetrated network. Upon activation, MOF [Zn₃(btrm)(bdc)₃]_∞ demonstrated CO₂/N₂ adsorption selectivity with an ideal adsorbed solution theory (IAST) factor of 21. All three MOF demonstrated photoluminescence with a maximum near 435–440 nm upon excitation at 330 nm.     

有机锡2-[(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基硫代]苯甲酸酯的合成与生物活性

通过硫代水杨酸与(1-氯甲基)-1,2,4-三唑盐酸盐在碱性条件下的反应, 合成了2-[(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基硫代]苯甲酸. 利用该酸与(R₃Sn)₂O(R=Et, n-Bu, Ph), Cy₃SnOH(Cy为环己基)或Et₂SnO反应, 得到了5个有机锡羧酸酯. 用X射线单晶衍射测定了三正丁基锡2-[(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基硫代]苯甲酸酯的晶体结构. 在该化合物中, 锡为五配位的三角双锥结构. 该化合物通过三唑四位氮原子与锡配位, 形成一维链状配位高分子. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所有的有机锡化合物都表现出了明显的抗真菌活性.

微波作用下合成双(苯并咪唑-2-基)甲烷衍生物

在无溶剂、无催化剂存在条件下, 用微波促进5-取代-1H-苯并咪唑-2-乙酸乙酯和4-取代-1,2-邻苯二胺反应, 合成了取代双(苯并咪唑-2-基)甲烷衍生物, 产率均在80%以上. 产物结构经IR, ¹H NMR, MS等进行了表征.     

(Bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane)silver(I) phosphino complexes: structures and spectroscopic properties of mixed-ligand coordination polymers

Adducts of the ligand bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane (tz(2)(CH(2))) of the form AgX:tz(2)(CH(2)):ER(3):MeCN (1:1:1:x) (X = NO(3), R = Ph, E = P, As, or Sb, x = 1 or 2; X = NO(2), ClO(4), O(3)SCF(3), E = P, R = Ph, x = 0, 1 or 2; X = NO(3), ClO(4), E = P, R = cy, x = 1; X = ClO(4), E = As, R = Ph, x = 2) and AgNO(3):tz(2)(CH(2)):P(o-tolyl)(3) (2:2:1) have been synthesized and characterized in the solid state and in solution by analyses, spectral (IR, far-IR, (1)H and (13)C NMR, ESI MS data) data, and conductivity measurements. In the one-dimensional polymers (characterized by X-ray studies) AgNO(3):tz(2)(CH(2)):PPh(3):CH(3)CN (1:1:1:1), AgClO(4):tz(2)(CH(2)):PPh(3):CH(3)CN (1:1:1:2), AgNO(3):tz(2)(CH(2)):AsPh(3): CH(3)CN (1:1:1:2), and AgNO(3):tz(2)(CH(2)):SbPh(3):CH(3)CN (1:1:1:2), the silver atom can be regarded as four-coordinate, the tz(2)(CH(2)) ligands behaving as bridging groups rather than chelates, with no pair of ligands being dominant, quasi-trans, in their interactions. The AgNO(3):tz(2)(CH(2)):P(o-tolyl)(3) (2:2:1) adduct is a two-dimensional polymer containing two independent silver atoms, one four-coordinated unsymmetrically by a pair of triazolyl rings, one P(o-tolyl)(3), and a unidentate nitrate and the second by a quasi-symmetrical O(2)NO chelate and a pair of equivalent triazolyl rings.
