Silica-supported polyphosphoric acid (PPA-SiO2) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the multi-component condensation reaction of benzaldehydes, 2-naphthol, and methyl/benzyl carbamate to afford the corresponding N-[α-(β-hydroxy-α-naphthyl)(benzyl)] O-alkyl carbamate derivatives in good to excellent yields. This new approach consistently has the advantage of short reaction time, high conversions, clean reaction profiles, and simple experimental and work-up procedures.  相似文献

Nanomagnetic‐supported sulfonic acid is found to be a powerful and reusable heterogeneous catalyst for the rapid synthesis of α,α′‐bis‐(substituted‐benzylidene)cycloalkanones under conventional heating and solvent free conditions. High yield, simple work up and easy recovery of the catalyst are the most obvious advantages of this procedure.  相似文献

A highly efficient synthetic strategy toward Michael addition of indoles to α,β‐unsaturated esters has been developed using Lewis acid InBr3 as catalyst. The reactions generated 3‐substituted indoles in high yields with excellent regio‐selectivity in the presence of catalytic amount of InBr3 under mild reaction conditions. Sulfonic acid functionalized SBA‐15 (SBA‐Pr‐SO3H) as a new nanoporous solid acid catalyst was applied in the green one‐pot synthesis of spirooxindole‐4H‐pyrans via condensation of isatins, malononitrile or methyl cyanoacetate or ethyl cyanoacetate, and 4‐hydroxycoumarin in water solvent. SBA‐Pr‐SO3H was proved to be an efficient heterogeneous nanoporous solid acid catalyst with a pore size of 6 nm that could be easily handled and removed from the reaction mixture by simple filtration and can be recovered and reused for several times without any loss of activity. The significant merits of present methodology are its simplicity, short reaction time, good yields, and environmentally benign mild reaction condition as water was used as a green solvent.  相似文献

α‐Amino nitriles are synthesized by the three‐component coupling reaction of aldehydes, amines and trimethylsilyl cyanide using FeCl3 as a solid acid catalyst, under solvent‐free conditions in good yields. The catalyst was recovered by simple filtration and was recycled in subsequent reactions.  相似文献

A simple and eco‐friendly method for the preparation of 1,5‐diaryl‐3‐(arylamino)‐1H‐pyrrol‐2(5H)‐ones via the cyclo‐condensation reaction of aldehydes, amines and ethyl pyruvate in the presence of silica supported ferric chloride (SiO2‐FeCl3) as reusable heterogeneous catalyst is described. An efficient and simple method for the synthesis of bis(4‐hydroxycoumarin)methanes has been achieved through a one‐pot condensation of aryl aldehydes and 4‐hydroxycoumarin in the presence of nanoporous solid acid catalyst of SBA‐Pr‐SO3H with pore size of 6 nm. Excellent yields, short reaction times, reusability of the catalyst and simple workup are advantages of this synthetic procedure.  相似文献

NH2SO3H–SiO2/water as a novel catalytic system was used for the synthesis of (α,β‐unsaturated) β‐amino ketones via aza‐Michael reaction at reflux conditions. The methodology was of general applicability and the catalyst exhibited activity up to five cycles. The catalyst was characterized for the first time using FT‐IR, X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic–energy dispersion analytical X‐ray. The stability of the catalyst was evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry and TGA/differential thermal analysis. High efficiency of the catalyst along with its recycling ability and the rather low loading demonstrated in reactions are the merits of the presented protocol. A series of α‐(fluoro‐substituted phenyl)pyridines have been synthesized by means of a palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reaction between fluoro‐substituted phenylboronic acid and 2‐bromopyridine or its derivatives. The reactivities of the phenylboronic acids containing di‐ and tri‐fluoro substituents with α‐pyridyl bromide were investigated in different catalyst systems. Unsuccessful results were observed in the Pd/C and PPh3 catalyst system due to phenylboronic acid containing electron‐withdrawing F atom(s). For the catalyst system of Pd(OAc)2/PPh3, the reactions gave moderate yields of 55% –80%, meanwhile, affording 10% –20% of dimerisation (self‐coupling) by‐products, but trace products were obtained in coupling with 2,4‐difluorophenylboronic acids because of steric hinderance. Pd(PPh3)4 was more reactive for boronic acids with sterically hindering F atom(s), and the coupling reactions gave good yields of 90% and 91% without any self‐coupling by‐product.  相似文献

A practical route for the synthesis of (R)-fluoxetine•HCl (ee=96%) in 56% overall yield was described. The key intermediate (R)-3-chloro-1-phenyl-1-propanol was obtained by the asymmetric reduction of prochiral 3-chloropropiophenone using in-situ generated oxazaborolidine catalyst derived from (S)-α,α-diphenylprolinol. The chiral procatalyst (S)-α,α-diphenylprolinol was recovered quantitatively and recycled. An improved practical synthesis of (S)-α,α-diphenylprolinol was also discussed.  相似文献

The one‐pot three‐component synthesis of a variety of α‐aminonitriles has been studied using a catalytic amount of a sulfonic acid‐functionalized ordered nanoporous carbon catalyst, CMK‐5‐SO3H, at room temperature under solvent‐free reaction conditions. The heterogeneous catalyst could be readily isolated from the reaction mixture and reused at least ten times without significant loss in activity. A clean, rapid and simple method for the preparation of α‐aminonitriles using the recoverable CMK‐5‐SO3H catalyst is described.  相似文献

A general atom‐economical approach for the synthesis of α‐halomethyl ketones is demonstrated through Ce(SO4)2/acid co‐catalyzed hydration of a wide range of haloalkynes. The reactions are conducted under convenient conditions and provide products with excellent regioselectivity in good to excellent yields, with broad substrate scope. The [4+2] reactions of N‐acyliminium ions, produced from 2‐aryl‐3‐hydroxy‐2,3‐dihydroisoindol‐1‐ones or 5‐hydroxy‐1‐phenyl‐2,5‐dihydro/2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐2‐ones in the presence of BF3OEt2, with α,β‐unsaturated ketones or esters were examined, and the dependence of these reactions on the substituents at double bonds was clarified. For β‐aryl substituted α,β‐unsaturated ketones and esters such as 4‐aryl‐3‐buten‐2‐ones, chalcones and methyl cinnamate, the [4+2] reactions could proceed smoothly at room temperature to afford 6‐acyl‐5,6,6a,11‐tetrahydroisoindolo[2,1‐a]quinolin‐11‐ones and 4‐acyl‐1,3a,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinolin‐ 1‐ones or 4‐acyl‐1,2,3,3a,4,5‐hexahydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinolin‐1‐ones in moderate to high yields; while for simple α,β‐unsaturated ketones and esters such as methyl crotonate and ethyl 3‐methylbut‐2‐enoate, except mesityloxide, the [4+2] reactions were difficult to proceed. The cycloaddition reactions were highly stereoselective, and only one stereoisomer was produced in each reaction.  相似文献

Isatin‐SO3H coated on amino propyl modified magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@APTES@isatin‐SO3H) is found to be a novel, efficient, and reusable magnetic nanocatalyst, and characterized by FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX, VSM, and TGA analysis. The magnetic nanocatalyst demonstrated outstanding performance in synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidines derivatives via one‐pot three‐component reaction of various aromatic aldehydes 1, malononitrile 2, and barbituric acid 3 under reflux conditions in mixture of H2O:EtOH (1:1) as solvent. Easy workup procedure, short reaction time, high yield, simple preparation and easy recovery of the catalyst, mild reaction conditions are some advantages of this work.  相似文献

An efficient acid‐catalyzed synthesis of some bis, tris, and tetrakis(indolyl)methanes, 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H )‐ones, and 2‐aryl‐1H ‐benzothiazoles is reported using NaY zeolite functionalized by sulfamic acid/Cu(OAc )2 (NaY zeolite‐NHSO3H /Cu(OAc )2) in excellent yield. Hydrolysis reaction of Fe(NO3)3 at a high temperature in the presence of urea as the homogeneous precipitant was studied. With the prepared ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 after high temperature calcination, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the porous ceramic filter balls from Fe(NO3)3 solutions of different concentrations and mechanical stability of the loaded α-Fe2O3 were studied. The product was characterized using XRD and SEM. Adsorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the product in adsorbing NH3-N. It turned out that the specific surface area of the ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 had increased to 36.5387 m2/g from original 4.6127 m2/g. When the concentration of Fe(NO3)3 was 0.40 mol/L, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the ceramic filter balls accounted for 8.4% of the total mass of the adsorbent and α-Fe2O3 was adsorbed on the filter balls very well. The adsorption isotherm of NH3-N on the ceramic filter ball adsorbent loaded with α-Fe2O3 was of Langmuir type. The saturated adsorption capacity was 3.33 mg/L, and the adsorption constant K was 0.1873. NH3-N was adsorbed by α-Fe2O3 more easily, which was a kind of specific adsorption.  相似文献
