The ion-beam-assisted etching of silicon in Cl2 environment is considered. The theoretically calculated dependences of silicon etching rate on the flux of Cl2 molecules at different ion current densities are compared with experimentally measured. The composition of the adsorbed layer is determined. It is found that SiCl2 molecules prevail in the adsorbed layer. The reciprocal of relative concentration of SiCl2 molecules in the adsorbed layer linearly depends on the ion-to-neutral flux ratio.  相似文献

对吸附于粗糙金属银表面的分子间能量转移效应的机理进行了研究.采用电磁理论,讨论了金属银表面对分子间能量转移速率的影响.结果表明,当能量供体(D)分子的辐射频率和能量受体(A)分子的吸收频率同时与银表面等离子体激发频率共振时,分子间非辐射的能量转移速率被增强10~3—10~4倍.采用表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)活性表面-银胶,测量了吸附的2,2菁染料单体分子和J聚集体分子的荧光光谱,观察到的J聚集体分子增强的592.4nm的荧光带是通过被加速的分子间能量转移过程而产生的,从而证实了表面增强的分子间能量转移效 关键词:  相似文献

The interaction of CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) with metal-free tetrapyridinoporphyrazine (TPPA) molecules in chloroform has been investigated. It was found that, at QD concentrations lower than ~3 × 10?7 M, QD luminescence is quenched in the presence of TPPA and characteristic changes occur in the absorption and luminescence spectra of TPPA, which reflect the interaction of TPPA molecules with the QD surface. Along with the QD luminescence quenching, sensitized luminescence of TPPA molecules adsorbed on QDs was observed. The luminescence excitation spectra of adsorbed TPPA molecules unambiguously indicate the presence of energy transfer from QDs to TPPA. The efficiency of energy transfer from QDs to TPPA is estimated from the quantum yield of sensitized TPPA luminescence.  相似文献

We have analyzed the possibilities of using the phenomenon of photostimulated luminescence flash for optical diagnosing of energy levels of structural and impurity defects of semiconductor crystals and nanostructures. New data on the spectra of deep localized states associated with adsorbed few-atom clusters Zn n on the surface of ZnS; clusters Cd n , Cu n , and Ag n on the surface of CdS; and clusters Ag n on the surface of AgBr(I) have been presented, as well as results of investigation of photostimulated assembling processes of few-atom clusters on the surface of crystals using this phenomenon. We are the first to show the potential of the luminescence flash technique for studying the mutual arrangement of the levels of dye molecules and the bands of the crystal on the surface of which they are adsorbed, as well as of the spectra of localized states in colloidal CdS semiconductor quantum dots.  相似文献

建立了半导体抽运的高功率掺镱双包层光纤放大器实验系统,对放大器中的频率上转换发光现象进行了理论和实验研究,分析认为实验中由光纤侧面和两端观测到的绿色荧光是处于激发态的Yb2 相互作用,同时湮没而产生的合作荧光.分别对光纤放大器信号端和抽运端输出的荧光谱进行了测量.将实验谱线与理论计算得到的合作发光谱进行了对比分析.研究了信号光和放大自发辐射对上转换发光的影响,根据速率方程推导出荧光强度与抽运功率之问的理论关系表达式,同时通过实验获得了荧光强度与抽运功率的关系曲线.  相似文献

We study the behavior of chiral molecules adsorbed on clean metallic surfaces using a lattice-gas model and Monte Carlo simulation. The aim is to model and simulate the structure (footprints and organization) formed by molecules on the surface as they adsorb. The model, which is applicable to chiral species like S- and R-alanine, or similar, discloses the conditions to generate different ordered phases that have been observed in experiments by other authors.In our model, each enantiomer may adsorb in two different configurations (species) and several effects are taken into account: inhibition, blockage of neighboring adsorptive sites (steric effects) and promotion of sites representing, in some sense, modifications in the surface properties due to molecule-surface interactions. These adsorption rules are inspired by the enantiomeric character of adsorbed species. We perform a systematic study of the different phases formed in order to qualitatively understand the mechanism for the formation of adsorbate structures experimentally found by other authors.  相似文献

We have analyzed regular features of sensitization processes of crystals AgCl, AgCl0.95I0.05, and Zn0.6Cd0.4S to processes of a low-threshold (10?3–10?4 W/cm2) two-quantum excitation of anti-Stokes luminescence by adsorbed molecules and by J and H aggregates of dyes of different classes. The excitation centers of this luminescence are complex and consist of dye molecules and few-atom silver clusters adsorbed nearby. Luminescence-excitation processes involve stages of photoexcitation of adsorbed dye molecules; resonance transfer of electronic excitation energy to adsorbed atoms and few-atom silver clusters, levels of which lie near the middle of the band gap; and their subsequent photoionization.  相似文献

Scattering of electromagnetic waves by an inhomogeneous plasma sphere has been studied theoretically and experimentally. The offset angles of electromagnetic waves caused by the plasma sphere have been observed experimentally. Characteristics of the side-polished thermally expanded core (TEC) fiber have been investigated theoretically and experimentally. The effect of core expanding on the transmission of the side-polished TEC fiber is predicted theoretically and demonstrated experimentally. The side-polished TEC fiber covered with an external medium whose chromatic dispersion is much different from the fiber materials, is applied to a band-edge filter with a high cut-off. The relationship between the expanded core diameter and the performance of the band-edge filter was measured and discussed.  相似文献

Electronic-excitation energy transfer between molecules of Coumarin 7 (donor) and Rhodamine B (acceptor) have been experimentally investigated in one-dimensional photonic crystals based on oxidized mesoporous silicon and in a similar matrix, which does not possess the properties of a photonic crystal. The efficiencies of excitation transfer between donor and acceptor molecules have been determined based on the donor-fluorescence quenching and sensitized acceptor luminescence. It is established that the efficiency of electronic-excitation energy transfer in a photonic crystal increases in comparison with that for porous silicon.  相似文献

Properties of two luminescence centers, which are observed in anthracene-doped fluorene crystal as concentration increases, have been investigated to clarify their origin. Excitation spectra and concentration dependence of absorption spectra were measured and two types of luminescence are attributed to anthracene molecule pair centers with weak and strong interaction. Dipole-dipole interactions between two anthracence molecules of various configurations are estimated and possible configuration for two types of luminescence is proposed.  相似文献

The possibility of the directional enhancement of luminescence at frequencies near the edge of the second photonic bandgap of opal-type photonic crystals has been demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally. The directional patterns of radiation have been simulated by calculating the angular dependences of the density of optical states. The calculation results are compared to the experimental data obtained for the thin-film opals with terbium-containing complexes. Good agreement is achieved after the strong smoothing of the calculated curves; this smoothing is necessary because of the imperfection of the structure of actual samples.  相似文献

For microcrystals of Zn0.6Cd0.4S with adsorbed molecules of a number of organic dyes, we have observed sensitized anti-Stokes luminescence excited by radiation with wavelengths in the range 610–750 nm and flux density 1014–1015 photons/cm2·sec. The positions of the bands in the excitation spectra for such luminescence match those of the absorption spectra for the adsorbed dye molecules, which is evidence in favor of a cooperative mechanism for its appearance. We have shown that enhancement of the anti-Stokes luminescence is possible when silver atoms and few-atom clusters appear on the Zn0.6Cd0.4S surface in addition to the dye molecules. We hypothesize that its excitation in the latter case occurs as a result of two-photon optical transitions. These transitions occur sequentially, with transfer of an electron or the electronic excitation energy from the dye molecules to silver atoms and few-atom clusters adsorbed on the surface of Zn0.6Cd0.4S, creating deep localized states in the bandgap with photoionization energies 1.80–2.00 eV. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 74, No. 5, pp. 617–621, September–October, 2007.  相似文献

The development of amplified luminescence fluxes in powerful InGaAs/AlGaAs laser diode arrays (lasing wavelength 940–960 nm) has been studied experimentally and theoretically at pump levels above the threshold value. Flux density values for amplified luminescence propagation along (1.88⋅109 W/m2) and across (1.21⋅109 W/m2) the laser diode array cavity axis have been evaluated for the threshold pump level at room temperature (293 K). The contribution of the recombination rate induced by the amplified luminescence to the threshold current generation of the laser diode array reaches 7%. It has been shown that the amplified luminescence flux density is increased by 49% as the pump level rises from one to three threshold values.  相似文献

We have studied the property of single-walled ZnO nanotubes with adsorbed water molecules, and theoretically designed a new sensor for detecting water molecules using single-walled ZnO nanotubes using a combination of density functional theory and the non-equilibrium Green's function method. Details of the geometric structures and adsorption energies of the H 2 O molecules on the ZnO nanotube surface have been investigated. Our computational results demonstrate that the formation of hydrogen bonding between the H 2 O molecules and the ZnO nanotube, and adsorption energies of the H 2 O molecules on the ZnO nanotube are larger than the adsorption energies of other gas molecules present in the atmospheric environment. Moreover, the current-voltage curves of the ZnO nanotube with and without H 2 O molecules adsorbed on its surface are calculated, the results of which showed that the H 2 O molecules form stable adsorption configurations that could lead to the decrease in current. These results suggest that the single-walled ZnO nanotubes are able to detect and monitor the presence of H 2 O molecules by applying bias voltages.  相似文献

The dynamics of prices in financial markets has been studied intensively both experimentally (data analysis) and theoretically (models). Nevertheless, a complete stochastic characterization of volatility is still lacking. What is well known is that absolute returns have memory on a long time range, this phenomenon is known as clustering of volatility. In this paper we show that volatility correlations are power-laws with a non-unique scaling exponent. This kind of multiscale phenomenology has some analogies with fully developed turbulence and disordered systems and it is now pointed out for financial series. Starting from historical returns series, we have also derived the volatility distribution, and the results are in agreement with a log-normal shape. In our study, we consider the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), daily composite index closes (January 1966 to June 1998) and the US Dollar/Deutsche Mark (USD-DM) noon buying rates certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (October 1989 to September 1998).
