采用激光拉曼光谱技术获得了甲苯的振动拉曼光谱,结合群论方法及退偏度测量,指认了其中16条振动谱线,为有机混合物中对甲苯的识别提供了依据.选择甲苯全对称环呼吸振动(1008.8cm-1)为检测谱线,对不同浓度的甲苯/四氯化碳样品进行了分析.研究结果表明:在200.1~2.61g/L浓度范围内,甲苯/四氯化碳振动拉曼光谱强度比与甲苯浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.997.为甲苯的定量分析提供了一种有效的研究方法.  相似文献

激光拉曼光谱法无损鉴别人参及其伪品   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用激光拉曼光谱技术并结合二阶导数拉曼光谱,对人参及其拟伪品峨参、北沙参、桔梗进行了鉴别。人参及其伪品均在拉曼光谱中出现了1 460,1 130,1 086,942,483cm-1等拉曼振动峰,根据这些拉曼位移可以判断出在人参及其伪品中都含有糖类物质。北沙参的拉曼谱图中出现了不同于其他三种药材的2 206cm-1的拉曼特征峰。峨参中出现了1 050和1 869cm-1相对应的链状酯类化合物的拉曼振动峰。桔梗中出现了1 227,600,691cm-1等明显不同于其他三种药材的拉曼振动峰。利用这些拉曼振动峰的差异可将人参及其伪品进行很好的区分。再利用二阶导数拉曼光谱图对人参及其伪品的鉴别结果进行进一步的补充说明。此鉴别方法与常规的光谱法相比具有更直接、快速,并且具有不破坏样品的原性质的特点。  相似文献

Densely packed hafnium tungstate blocks were synthesized by rapid solidification with a CO2 laser. It is shown that the optimum synthesis conditions for HfW2O8 are around 700 W laser power and 1 mm/s scan speed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation shows that the blocks consist of oriented nano‐threads/rods that grew horizontally on the surface region and vertically in the interior. The orientations of the nanostructures are governed by the heat transfer directions on the surface and in the interior. Raman spectroscopic and X‐ray diffraction studies show that the samples solidified in the cubic structure with minor contents of the orthorhombic phase. This is explained by a compressive stress induced during the rapid solidification process due to a sudden drop of temperature of the molten pool to the ambient. The stress is estimated to be about 0.6 GPa by comparison with high‐pressure Raman study. Some specific Raman bands appear in the samples synthesized with the laser synthetic route but not in the sample by solid‐state reaction. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The effect of visible and infrared irradiation on the structure of single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) is still an insufficiently resolved subject. In this paper, we report a detailed study of two types of SWCNT thin films treated by pulsed laser irradiation and dynamic and isothermal oxidation, respectively. Raman features of treated films were investigated by 532, 633 and 780 nm excitation lines, respectively. It was established that the 532 nm excitation laser line probes the surface of SWCNT films, while the two others probe the bulk of SWCNT films. It was found that during Raman measurements, one type of SWCNTs warms up significantly while the other type does not change temperature. Raman analysis of SWCNTs probed with 532 nm showed that effects of high power laser irradiation on two types of SWCNTs are completely different. Major effects are decomposition, debundlation and photooxidation. It was found that debundlation and removal of defective carbon are much more pronounced in one type of SWCNTs treated with dynamic oxidation. Dynamic oxidation affects mostly thinner SWCNTs that easily burn in air. The only significant effects of isothermal oxidation are the increase of defective amorphous carbon in the first type of SWCNTs and the decrease of D band and debundlation in the second type. Cobalt and bismuth molybdates catalysts prepared by three different methods (coprecipitation, mechanical mixing and dispersion in n-pentane), have been studied by Laser Raman spectroscopy before and after testing the catalysts in the selective oxidation of isobutene to methacrolein. Raman bands ascribed to the component phases are observed in the spectra before test, while a phase transformation is detected after test.  相似文献

Semimetal bismuth (Bi) is known to possess a wide range of peculiar properties, owing to its unique electronic band structure. Its electronic band can easily be distorted by structural changes, and thereby undergo transitions between semimetal to either semiconductor or metal states. Utilising a focused laser beam, one can easily introduce structural defects, along with phase changes, oxidation, and morphological modifications. Confocal Raman microscopy indicated that the as-fabricated Bi droplets inhibit the Raman signal from the underlying silicon (Si) substrate. After a laser flash heating step, the intensity of Si optical phonons was strongly enhanced at the positions of Bi droplets, and exceeding the intensity from the bare Si substrate. Thus, such laser irradiating step on the Bi droplets induces an optical phase change. The optical phase change was detected as going from inhibition to strong enhancement of the underlying Si substrate Raman signal. From the observed Bi optical phonon modes (Eg and A1g), alterations in the Raman peaks due to laser exposure indicated that the ordered crystallinity in pristine Bi droplets became deteriorated. The effects of atomic displacements and loss of structural order in Bi droplets impacts its dielectric response. The observed Si Raman signal enhancement is similar to the surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect typically known for noble metals.  相似文献

用激光拉曼光谱对几种常见盐水溶液进行测定 ,并采用了两种不同的方法对数据进行分析 ,结果表明强度比值法对Na2 CO3、NaHCO3、Na2 SO4 等具有强拉曼特征峰的盐水溶液适用 ,而频移参数法对NaCl溶液效果较好。同时观察到 ,当水溶液中盐度越大时 ,水拉曼峰的不对称性越明显。  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy was used to study the radiation damage of fluorapatite single crystals and sinters. Krypton and iodine ion irradiations were performed at high energies (∼1 MeV amu−1) for fluences ranging between 1 × 1011 and 5 × 1013 cm−2. Evolution of the symmetric stretching mode of the PO43− tetrahedral building blocks (strongest Raman mode observed at 965 cm−1) versus ion fluence was investigated. After irradiation, this peak decreases in intensity and a second broader peak appears at lower wavenumber. The well‐resolved peak has been assigned to the crystalline phase, and the broader one to the amorphous phase. The integrated intensity ratios of these two peaks versus fluence are in good agreement with the damage fractions determined by X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Fits of the amorphous fraction versus fluence show that the amorphization mechanisms is dominated by a single‐impact process for iodine ions and by a double‐impact process for krypton ions in the case of single crystals and sinters. For both irradiations, complete amorphization could not be obtained. The amorphous fraction saturates at a maximum value of 88% for sinters and 72% for single crystals. This is attributed to a recrystallization effect which is more important in single crystals than in sinters. For both types of samples, the crystalline peak shifts slightly to a lower wavenumber with fluence, and then shifts back to its initial value for an amorphous fraction larger than 60%. This feature is attributed to a stress relaxation, as shown in the XRD data, which is accompanied by a decrease of the crystalline peak full‐width at half‐maximum. 利用波长为785 nm的激光束构建光镊拉曼光谱系统,俘获悬浮在生理盐水中的人和三种动物(家猪、大鼠、家兔)的单个血小板,激发并收集其拉曼光谱。单个血小板的平均拉曼光谱信号清楚地反映了血小板的生化组成特点,人血小板的拉曼光谱与三种动物的明显不同,1 524 cm-1是人类血小板所特有的拉曼信号峰,而1 157 cm-1在人类中显著高于三种动物的,人类血小板的平均I1 157/ I1 003为0.795,而家猪、大鼠、家兔的分别为0.532,0.502,0.485。多元统计分析结果显示,不同物种血小板的拉曼信号落入不同的空间,可以判别区分。上述结果表明,单个血小板的拉曼光谱基本反映了血小板的主要组成成分,结合多元统计分析可以用于辨别不同的物种的血小板,光镊拉曼光谱系统是实时研究细胞生理、生化变化的快速简便而有效的工具。  相似文献

为实现对有机物混合物的快速、无损检测,提出一种基于激光拉曼光谱技术的二维分析方法。研究结果表明,采用532 nm波长激光作为激发光源,观测到236.2,348.9,449.4,513.6 cm-1四条振动拉曼谱线,且这些谱线的强度比为6.4∶1.7∶9.4∶1.0,可确定四氯乙烯的存在。观测到707.5,1 087.9,1 175.8, 3 078.6 cm-1四条振动拉曼谱线,其强度比为9.6∶6.4∶1.0∶3.9,可确定氯苯的存在。即通过综合分析特征谱线及若干特征谱线的强度比,可快速判断有机混合溶液中某种物质的存在。在定量分析方面,采用多光谱分析结合最小二乘法拟合提高了测量的可靠性,所测样品浓度的准确率为98.4%。本研究为有机物混合物成分识别和浓度探测提供了一套可行的光谱测量方法,有着十分重要的应用前景。  相似文献

Porous carbon dendrite has been prepared by irradiating graphite targets with 532 nm, 10 ns laser pulses. The prepared samples were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The measurement results show that carbon dendrite structures with cluster diameter of 10 nm were obtained on the irradiated target surface in an inert gas atmosphere. The evolution of target surface morphology induced by different laser intensities was investigated. The formation mechanism of the dendrite structure has been discussed in detail. The laser intensity plays an important role in the formation of the nanostructures and there exists an optimum intensity to prepare the carbon dendrite.  相似文献

光谱技术应用于海底极端环境下多参数、多相态、无接触探测已成为深海化学传感器发展的一个重要方向,尤其是水下激光拉曼光谱技术和水下激光诱导击穿光谱技术正成为目前研究开发的热点。该工作旨在探索一项水下激光诱导击穿光谱与激光拉曼光谱(LIBS-LRS)联合探测技术,以实现LIBS和拉曼两种检测技术在检测系统上的整合,在信息获取上的互补。在实验室搭建了一套LIBS-LRS联合探测装置,该装置对于拉曼和LIBS采用同样的激发光源、光谱仪和探测器,前置光路分为两部分:拉曼光路和LIBS光路,分别收集Na_2SO_4溶液的拉曼信号和LIBS信号。前置光路收集的拉曼和LIBS信号由Y型光纤导入光谱仪,分别在面阵CCD不同区域进行探测。利用该装置对配置的Na_2SO_4溶液进行探测,同时获得了Na元素的LIBS信号和SO~(2-)_4拉曼信号。另外,随着激光能量的提高,在532nm脉冲激光能量超过3.6mJ时,在拉曼光路同时获得了Na元素的LIBS信号和SO~(2-)_4拉曼信号,这样采用同一光路即可实现两种光谱技术的联合,然而实验发现,随着激光能量的增加,激光在溶液中击穿产生的轫致辐射造成了光谱探测基线整体的抬升,对拉曼光谱弱信号的探测是不利的。实验结果初步证明了在拉曼和LIBS在水下联合探测的可行性。  相似文献

We present the experimental demonstration of a novel, efficient, and vibrational selective technique to prepare population in vibrational level v″ = 1 using the stimulated Raman pumping. Photoacoustic Raman signal has been studied in non-radiative transitions in the molecule H2 (v″ = 0) and (v″ = 1). The population fraction in the v″ = 1 level can be estimated by using combined photoacoustic Raman spectroscopy with stimulated Raman pumping for the first time.  相似文献

The surface damage experiments of gallium arsenide (GaAs) single crystal irradiated by 1.06 and 0.53 μm nanosecond irradiations are carried out with fundamental and frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser, respectively. The surface damage thresholds for both wavelengths are experimentally determined and the damaged morphologies and elementary component are analyzed with electron probe microanalyzer (EPM). It is found that the components of Ga and As almost keep constant in our experiments when the irradiated fluence is just around the surface damage threshold and no oxygen is found at all. The theoretical calculations on temperature rise for both wavelengths are carried out using the purely thermal model. It is shown that for irradiation with photon energy above the corresponding band gap the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results; however, for that with photon energy just below the band gap, the experimental results cannot be effectively explained by the purely thermal heating mechanism. Combining with the experiment of multi-shot damage from references we finally conclude that the damage by laser irradiation with photon energy below the band gap should be explained by the micro-defect accumulation and consequently enhanced absorption heating mechanism.  相似文献

The use of Raman and anti-stokes Raman spectroscopy to investigate the effect of exposure to high power laser radiation on the crystalline phases of TiO2 has been investigated. Measurement of the changes, over several time integrals, in the Raman and anti-stokes Raman of TiO2 spectra with exposure to laser radiation is reported. Raman and anti-stokes Raman provide detail on both the structure and the kinetic process of changes in crystalline phases in the titania material. The effect of laser exposure resulted in the generation of increasing amounts of the rutile crystalline phase from the anatase crystalline phase during exposure. The Raman spectra displayed bands at 144 cm−1 (A1g), 197 cm−1 (Eg), 398 cm−1 (B1g), 515 cm−1 (A1g), and 640 cm−1 (Eg) assigned to anatase which were replaced by bands at 143 cm−1 (B1g), 235 cm−1 (2 phonon process), 448 cm−1 (Eg) and 612 cm−1 (A1g) which were assigned to rutile. This indicated that laser irradiation of TiO2 changes the crystalline phase from anatase to rutile. Raman and anti-stokes Raman are highly sensitive to the crystalline forms of TiO2 and allow characterisation of the effect of laser irradiation upon TiO2. This technique would also be applicable as an in situ method for monitoring changes during the laser irradiation process.  相似文献

缅甸是商业性翡翠主要产地,危地马拉、俄罗斯也有翡翠产出。不同产地的翡翠价值差异较大,其他产地的翡翠冒充缅甸翡翠以获取价格上涨。迫切需要一种可靠方法来确定地理起源,翡翠的产地研究具有重要的宝石学意义,目前主要在翡翠生成时代、矿物组合、硬玉组分含量等方面探讨不同产地翡翠,缺乏快速有效鉴别产地的方法,以缅甸、俄罗斯、危地马拉翡翠为研究对象,对不同产地翡翠样品的激光拉曼光谱特征研究发现:缅甸翡翠矿物为硬玉、绿辉石、透闪石;危地马拉翡翠矿物相对复杂,为硬玉、绿辉石、绿泥石、榍石;俄罗斯翡翠矿物为硬玉、钠长石、绿辉石。对比不同产地硬玉矿物拉曼特征发现,缅甸翡翠硬玉矿物分别在1 037,988,697,372和201 cm-1等处显示硬玉的典型光谱特征。在1 020,679,369和216 cm-1处附近显示为绿辉石特征拉曼峰,在215,332,394,680和1 073 cm-1 处有明显透闪石吸收峰,为翡翠中的次生矿物。危地马拉翡翠硬玉矿物多叠加680和218 cm-1拉曼峰值,为绿辉石特征的峰值,还含有603,537和306 cm-1附近绿泥石特征拉曼光谱峰值,表明危地马拉翡翠硬玉矿物多被Fe,Mg和Ca元素的类质同像替换,形成硬玉-绿辉石固溶体矿物,硬玉矿物表面检测出603,537和306 cm-1绿泥石特征拉曼光谱峰值,硬玉矿物表面发生绿泥石蚀变。俄罗斯翡翠硬玉拉曼峰值,多叠加1 100,507,473和164 cm-1附近钠长石特征拉曼峰值,俄罗斯翡翠硬玉颗粒普遍被钠长石交代,表面多分布灰绿色网脉,显示1 025,669,366和219 cm-1绿辉石矿物拉曼峰值。  相似文献

 对于10个周期的AlAs/GaAs超晶格和25个周期的GaAs/Ga0.92In0.08As超晶格,在室温下进行0.28 MeV的Zn+注入,注入剂量为5×1013~5×1014 cm-2。通过拉曼光谱测量,定量地分析了由于离子注入所引起的晶格内应变。实验结果表明:在所选用的注入剂量下,由于离子注入引起的应变小于体材料GaAs的最大非驰豫应变值0.038,说明该注入条件下,注入区的结晶态仍然保持得比较好。在较高注入剂量下应变达到饱和,说明缺陷的产生和复合达到了平衡,从而形成了均衡的应变场分布。  相似文献

激光拉曼光谱技术是基于拉曼散射理论的检测技术,具有快速、无损、样品无需预处理等优点。运用激光拉曼光谱技术对苯的25种不同浓度的样品进行了研究,结果表明,在184.8g/L~0.264g/L浓度范围内,苯的振动拉曼光谱强度与其浓度呈线性关系,利用最小二乘法拟合得到线性相关系数R=0.99626,检出限为0.223g/L。  相似文献

用212维粒子模拟分析了前向Raman散射对激光尾流场加速电子的影响.前向Raman散射使脉冲长度在传播方向上被拉长,脉冲后沿变陡,产生的尾流场相速度明显减小,而且超热电子的最大动能明显小于理论估计值.此外激光频率整体向低频移动.  相似文献
