本研究设计了一种可吸入超声的喇曼光谱样品池,对丙酮的激光喇光曼谱的检测表明,超声空化降低了喇曼光谱的强度,我们认为,超声空化减少了激光光路上参与散射的丙酮分子数是光谱强度降低的主要原因。  相似文献

利用1064nm的Nd∶YAG激光抽运振荡腔内的硝酸钡晶体,获得高效率、窄脉冲的喇曼激光输出.硝酸钡晶体由水溶液降温法生长,长度为48 mm.喇曼振荡腔由对抽运光、一阶、二阶斯托克斯光有不同反射率的双色平面镜构成.当抽运光功率达到4.5 W时,获得最高的一阶斯托克斯喇曼激光功率为1.48 W,相应的转换效率为32.9%,并测得斜率效率为40%.由于受激喇曼散射的作用,喇曼脉冲光由抽运脉冲光的19.8 ns压缩为2.4 ns,获得的喇曼激光脉冲波形具有的“上升沿陡峭、下降沿缓慢”的特性,对其形成过程作了定性分析.测得喇曼激光的波长为1 198.5 nm,半峰全宽(FWHM)为1.2 nm.  相似文献

橘黄色波段固体激光器在基于荧光探测的生物医学诊断和显示等众多方面有着广泛的实际应用. 报道了利用532 nm的Nd∶YAG倍频激光抽运外置喇曼腔内的硝酸钡晶体,获得高效率的599 nm橘黄色喇曼激光的实验结果.对外置喇曼腔实验装置和运转参量进行了优化,喇曼振荡腔由对二阶斯托克斯光有最优化反射率的腔镜构成,对实验中所得到的二阶斯托克斯喇曼激光脉宽压缩及出现双尖峰的现象进行了分析.当抽运光功率达到4.1 W时,获得二阶斯托克斯喇曼激光功率为710 mW,输出光中心波长为599.38 nm,半峰全宽(FWHM)为1.1 nm,激光器最大光光转换效率为17.5%,斜率效率为24.8%.  相似文献

报道一种改进的受激喇曼光声光谱实验方法 (PhotoacousticRamanSpectroscopy ,PARS) ,该方法的主要特点是将两束激光以反向传播的方式重合 ,从而不仅克服了通常的实验方法 (两束激光通过双色镜片重合 )在测量小喇曼位移方面的限制 ,也使实验的操作更加简单 .在实验中 ,以CH4 分子为研究对象 ,一束波长为 5 3 2 .1nm的激光作为泵浦光 ,另一束可调谐激光作为探测光 (Stokes光 ) ,两束光相向作用于光声池内 ,在 62 5~ 64 2nm和 5 73~ 5 89nm得到了CH4 分子ν1 、ν2 和ν3模的PARS光谱 ,其结果与前人利用自发喇曼散射技术 (ORS)一致 ,其中喇曼活性较弱且喇曼位移较小的ν2 模的PARS光谱是新得到的  相似文献

报道了LD抽运的自喇曼c切Nd∶YVO4调Q腔内倍频黄光激光器.Nd∶YVO4晶体同时作为激光介质和喇曼晶体,通过声光调Q技术,产生了1178.7nm的喇曼激光,经过KTP腔内倍频,输出589.4nm黄光.测量了平均输出功率随抽运功率和脉冲重复率的变化.典型的1066.7nm基频光、1178.7nm喇曼光和589.4nm倍频光的脉冲宽度分别为24.9ns、11.2ns和6.8ns.在脉冲重复率为15kHz,抽运功率为7.56W时,产生了平均功率为151mW的589.4nm光的输出.  相似文献

A novel chaotic oscillator in wavelength domain by using a tunable fibre laser is proposed. The generator of chaos in wavelength is composed of fibre Bragg grating (FBG) with hybrid delayed feedback loop which induces wavelength nonlinearity. The dynamical regime of wavelength is ruled by a differential difference equation. The mode-hop behavior and the power characteristics of a laser diode with wavelength-selective optical feedback are experimentally investigated. The feedback is provided by external volume holographic gratings, also called ‘Bragg mirrors’, at normal incidence. We demonstrate that a Bragg mirror forces a laser diode to operate only within a narrow wavelength range, and that the emission wavelength of the laser diode is stabilized against variations of the injection current. Moreover, we present periodic undulations of the power characteristics of the laser, depending on the driving current. They can be qualitatively explained with a simple model which takes into account that the threshold gain in the laser system strongly depends on the wavelength.  相似文献

We have built an accurate wavelength meter based on a Michelson interferometer characterized by a high stability velocity moving system. The unknown wavelength is determined from the Doppler frequency shifts of the output beams of the Michelson interferometer. The reference laser is a frequency stabilized helium-neon laser. A counting resolution of 2.6 × 10−9 for an integration time of 30 s has been obtained. The apparatus has been used to determine the wavelength of a second frequency stabilized helium-neon laser and the result has been compared to those given by two different methods: frequency beating in regards to the national reference and using a commercially available scanning-Michelson wavemeter. Taking into account the statistical errors, we achieved a relative accuracy on the unknown wavelength of 6.4 × 10−8 at 1σ.  相似文献

We report an all-fiber actively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser, where the linear laser cavity mirrors are composed of two fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). The laser oscillation wavelength could be tuned by this pair of temperature controlled FBGs. The Q-switching is achieved by an all-fiber phase modulation device. Using this system, we could obtain stable Q-switched laser pulses output, which could be optimized by tuning the reflection wavelengths of the two FBGs to be adjacent to each other. Instead of being modulated by the FBG filter in high-speed oscillation, this fiber laser system is operating in the Q-switched regime using an all-fiber phase modulator, producing a more stable laser output spectrum.  相似文献

Subpicosecond pulses at a fixed wavelength produced with a low-Q cavity dye laser pumped by a single, nanosecond laser (Q-switched Nd:YAG) are converted into tunable high-power sub-100 femtosecond pulses by generation, spectral selection, amplification and compression of a supercontinuum. The tunable, chirped, high-energy pulses obtained are compressed with a prism pair. Energies up to 50 J in sub-100 fs pulses were obtained in the 540 to 650 nm range using 40 mJ of the Nd: YAG-laser pumping pulses at 532 nm. The whole sub-100 fs system including the low-Q dye laser uses only one Nd:YAG laser as a pump source.  相似文献

Design and performance characteristics of a tunable dye laser system for sum frequency mixing (SFM) in a BBO crystal are presented. The system is composed of two tunable pulsed dye lasers pumped synchronously by the second harmonic of a commercial Nd:YAG laser. The radiation produced by the first dye laser is frequency doubled by second-harmonic generation (SHG) in KDP and subsequently mixed by SFM in BBO with the light of the second dye laser. The interest was focussed on generation of tunable laser radiation below 205 nm with high output power and long-time wavelength stability. High conversion efficiencies enable output energies of 100 J (20 kW) at 196 nm using only moderate Nd:YAG pump energies of 67 mJ. Altogether, a laser system with very good specifications for analytical application in the near VUV spectral region is reported.  相似文献

Plasma-mediated ablations of brain tissue have been performed using picosecond laser pulses obtained from a Nd:YLF oscillator/regenerative amplifier system. The laser pulses had a pulse duration of 35 ps at a wavelength of 1.053 µm. The pulse energy varied from 90 µJ to 550 µJ at a repetition rate of 400 Hz. The energy density at the ablation threshold was measured to be 20 J/cm2. Comparisons have been made to 19 ps laser pulses at 1.68 µm and 2.92 µm from an OPG/OPA system and to microsecond pulse trains at 2.94 µm from a free running Er:YAG laser. Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were performed to judge the depth and the quality of the ablated cavities. No thermal damage was induced by either of the picosecond laser systems. The Er:YAG laser, on the other hand, showed 20 µm wide lateral damage zones due to the longer pulse durations and the higher pulse energies.  相似文献

A novel multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser operating in C-band is proposed and successfully demonstrated. The wavelength interval between the wavelengths is about 0.22 nm. The 3 dB bandwidth of the laser is about 0.012 nm, and the output power reaches 4.8 mW. By using a high birefringence fiber ring mirror (HiBi-FLM) and a tunable FBG, the laser realizes switchable and tunable characteristic. The mode hopping can be effectively prevented. Moreover, this laser can improve wavelength stability significantly by taking advantage of an un-pumped Er3+-doped fiber at the standing-wave section. The laser can operate in stable narrow-line-width with single-, dual-wavelength, and unstable triple-wavelength output at room temperature.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate a wavelength-tunable erbium-doped fiber laser that is composed of a ring cavity and a single-mode fiber Sagnac interferometer in a new and simple arrangement. We find that the fiber laser output wavelength is tunable by adjusting the filter effect of the Sagnac fiber loop through a fiber polarization controller set there. The quasi-single-wavelength continuously tunable laser outputs could be achieved within some wavelength range. The multi-wavelength laser outputs could also be observed under some appropriate settings of the polarization controller. A theoretical demonstration of the wavelength tunability about the transmission-type Sagnac loop filter has also been achieved using the Jones calculus theory.  相似文献
