The complex [Pd(Bipy)2](Bpcc) · 11H2O has been synthesized and characterized (Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridyl, H2Bpcc = 4,4′-biphenylcarboxylic acid). The supramolecular architecture was constructed through hydrogen bonding and π-π-stacking. The Pd atom is four-coordinated and forms a distorted square geometry. The free H2O molecules form 1D infinite zigzag chains of water cluster, while the water cluster and Bpcc2? form an organic-water framework.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer constructed with [Co(3,3′-bpbc)(H2O)3]·H2O(I) (3,3′-bpbc = 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid) is successfully synthesized at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal structure of the complex is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters for complex I are: a = 9.9606(11) Å, b = 9.2552(10) Å, c = 16.0258(17) Å, β = 96.731(0)°, V = 1467.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group P2(1)/n. In the crystal, the cobalt(II) ion adopts a hexa-coordinate environment, and the structure units aggregate together to give birth to infinite 1D chains. The 2D and 3D framework is constructed via intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new transition-metal (TM) complex of the Lindqvist polyanion Na[Cu(1, 3-pda)2]3[HNb6O19] · 3H2O (1, 3-pda = 1, 3-diaminopropane) has been prepared using pre-prepared TBA4[H4Nb6O19] · 7H2O as a precursor and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystal data for the compound: rhombohedral, space group R-3c, a = 14.927(4) Å, b = 14.927(4) Å, c = 36.940(18) Å, γ = 120°, V = 7128(4) Å3, Z = 6. The structural unit of the title compound consists of a polyanion [HNb6O19]7?, a Na+, three [Cu(1, 3-pda)2]2+, and three crystal water molecules. The occupancy of all Cu atoms and water molecules is 0.5. X-ray diffraction indicated that the cations and the polyanion were linked through electrostatic interactions and intermolecular forces.  相似文献

A novel 3-CO3 2– bridging trinuclear copper(II) complex, formulated as {[Cu3(2,2-bpy)6( 3-CO3)]2(ClO4)8 · H2O} (3), has been synthesized by fixation of atmospheric CO2. The X-ray single crystal determination of (3) reveals that each CuII center is penta-coordinated by two 2,2-bipyridine molecules and one oxygen atom of the 3-carbonato anion forming a distorted pyramid.  相似文献

(1.10-Phenanthroline)-tris(4-amidobenzoate)dysprosium, [Dy(p-ABA)3Phen · H2O] · 1.5H2O (where p-ABA = p-amidobenzoate and Phen = 1.10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR spectroscopy, and molar conductance. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. The coordination number of the mononuclear complex is nine. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.4484(13) Å, b = 12.2015(15) Å, c = 14.0170(17) Å; α = 92.800(2)°, β = 102.7220(10)°, γ = 108.880(2)°. Z = 2, d c = 1.617 mg m?3, F(000) = 786. Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

Reaction of [PtMe3(Me2CO)3]BF4 (1) with 3-O-acetyl-1,2;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose in acetone affords [PtMe3L]BF4 (2) (L=3-O-acetyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose). In wet methylene chloride, complex2 transforms to [PtMe3L(H2O)]BF4·H2O (3). Complex3 was characterized by microanalysis and NMR spectroscopy (1H,13C,195Pt). The X-ray structure analysis (monoclinic, P21, a=10.529(3) , b=7.322(2) , c=14.668(4) , Z=2) reveals that 3-O-acetyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose acts as a neutral bidentate ligand which is coordinated via two hydroxyl groups (2O5,6 coordination). The five-membered 1,3,2-dioxaplatina rings exhibit an envelope conformation. A new three-dimensional complex [Tm2(C5H3N(COO)2)3(H2O)3)]·H2O (PDC?=?3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate), has been synthesized and its structure determined by x-ray single crystal diffraction methods. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a?=?14.579(4), b?=?11.193(3), c?=?14.839(5)?Å, β?=?94.009(6)°, U?=?2415.5(13)?Å3. Two independent PDC ligands bridge TmIII ions from different orientations to form a network. Thermogravimetric analyses on compound 1 show its high structural stability to 410°C.  相似文献

A novel metal coordination polymer, {[Cu2(L)2(Phen)2] · 8H2O} n (I), has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(NO3)2 with 2,2′-bipyridyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid (L) and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) at room temperature. The polymer was characterized by IR, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal structural analysis reveals that the center Cu2+ ions have two coordinated types. The Cu(1) atom has the five-coordinate mode, and Cu(2) forms an is octahedron of the six-coordinate mode. Two Cu2+ ions are connected by the O atom of carboxylate group bridges. Complex I contains eight molecules of water clusters and constructed a 1D tape structure.  相似文献

In the complex [Cd2(Bipy)2(L)2(H2O)2] · 9H2O, the center atom Cd(II) presents a seven-coordinated pentagonal bipyramidal geometry with seven coordination bonds, four Cd-N bonds, and three Cd-O bonds. X-ray structural analysis shows that nineteen water molecules formed a large water cluster, the cluster and the composition connected to form 2D plane areolar framework and 3D zigzag networks structure through π-π-stacking and hydrogen bonding. The title complex [Cu(tssb)2]·2[(H3O)Cl]·4H2O (C18H34Cl2CuN2O14S2) (tssb = taurine salicylaldehyde Schiff base) has been synthesized by the reaction of taurine salicylaldehyde Schiff base (tssb) and copper acetate in water-ethanol. Its single-crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic, space group P with a = 0.7407(1), b = 1.3329(3), c = 1.5736(3)nm, α = 103.800(4), β = 95.030(4), γ = 104.416(4)°, Mr = 701.06, V = 1.4433(5) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, μ = 1.153 mm-1 and F(000) = 726. The compound is an infinitely expanding three-dimensional network connected with hydrogen bonds. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms to form a distorted planar coordination compound which adopts anti-configuration because two sulfonic acid groups are positioned diagonally on a plane.  相似文献

An unusual complex, [CpTi(η2-(C,N)-2-ArNH–C6H4C=NAr)Cl2] (Ar?=?2,6- i Pr2C6H3) (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, NMR spectra, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The 13C NMR resonance of the imine carbon atom of 1 at δ?221?ppm is consistent with the η2-(C,N) binding. This was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study of 1. In the complex, Ti atom is five-coordinate with a η2-bound iminoacyl ligand and one Cp ligand occupying the axial position in a distorted square pyramid.  相似文献

Two title complexes, [TbIII(Eg3a)(H2O)2] · 4.5H2O (I) (H3Eg3a = 3-carboxymethyl-6, 9-dioxa-3,12-diazatetradecanedioic acid) and K[TbIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · 5H2O(II) (H4Edta = ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraaceti acid), were prepared and characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses, TGA-DTA-DTG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. For I, the Tb3+ ion is nine-coordinated by an Eg3a ligand and two coordination water molecules, yielding a monocapped square-antiprismatic (MCSAP) conformation. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.237(3), b = 10.018(3), c = 23.580(7) Å, β = 99.021(5)°, V = 2155.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.822 Mg m?3, μ = 3.353 mm?1, F(000) = 1180, R 1 = 0.0445 and wR 2 = 0.1034 for 4262 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). For II, the Tb3+ ion is nine-coordinated by an Edta ligand and three coordinate water molecules also yielding a MCSAP conformation. Complex II crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 19.373(5), b = 35.429(10), c = 12.114(3) Å, V = 8315(4) Å3, Z = 16, ρ = 2.014 Mg m?3, μ = 2.014 mm?1, F(000) = 5024, R 1 = 0.0224 and wR 2 = 0.0557 for 3189 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The potassium cations bridge the coordination spheres yielding many infinite long 1-D zigzag-type chains. The molecular structure of I is more stable than that of II. According to thermal analyses, the collapsing temperatures of crystal structure are 314°C for I and 348°C for II, which indicates that the crystal structure of II is more stable.  相似文献

The novel 18-metallacrown-6 metallamacrocycle, with the formula of [Fe6(amshz)6(C3H7NO)6]·6CH3OH (1), has been synthesized by the self-assembly reaction of iron ions with N-substituted salicylhydrazide ligands. Six Fe(III) ions and six deprotonated N-acetyl-3-methylsalicylhydrazide (amshz3?) ligands construct a planar 18-membered ring based on Fe–N–N–Fe linkage. Due to the coordination, the ligand enforces the stereochemistry of the Fe3+ ions as a propeller shape with alternating …ΔΛΔΛ… configurations. There exists a strong antiferromagnetic exchange interaction with μeff = 12.54 μB at 300 K between the Fe(III) spin 5/2 centers.  相似文献

The trans-[Co(en)2(malH)2]ClO4·H2O complex was prepared by the reaction of sodium hydrogen malonate with [Co(en)2(H2O2](ClO4)3 in the presence of a large concentration of perchlorate ion. It showed a three-band visible spectrum (γγmax 357, 448 and 542.6 nm), diagnostic of a trans-MA4B2 system and gave characteristic IR bands as expected for a trans-bisethylenediamine cobalt(III) complex. The 1H NMR spectrum in DMSO-d6 revealed a broad band at 5.8 ppm assignable to the amino hydrogen and a single band at 2.68 for the ethylene group of the chelate ring. The
group of the hydrogen malonate ion appeared as a sharp singlet at 2.95 ppm and integration showed the presence of two bimalonate groups. The reactive methylene protons were found to be exchangeable. Ion association by counter ions of the complex ion in DMSO-d6 showed no preference among amino protons. This is as expected for trans complexes with D2h-symmetry.  相似文献

The synthesis of the [Cu(H2L)](NO3)2 complex (I) and of a mixed-valent complex [Cu(H2L)Cl]2[CuCl2]Cl·0.5H2O (II), where L is chiral bis(menthane) propylenediaminodioxime. According to the data of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, compounds I and II have ionic structures. In complex cations, the Cu2+ ion coordinates four N atoms of tetradentate chelate ligand, namely, the H2L molecule. The coordination surrounding of the Cu atom in I is a distorted square CuN4, while in II, it is a distorted square pyramid CuN4Cl. The complex anion [CuCl2]? in II has linear structure. The mutual arrangement of oxime groups in H2L corresponds to amphi-configuration of a ligand and therefore, intramolecular hydrogen bond O...H-O are formed in H2L. The complex cations in compound II are joined in dimers through hydrogen bonds Cl...H-O. The values μeff for I and II are equal to 1.82 and 2.82 μB, respectively.  相似文献

A novel compound [Cu2(EDTA)(Py)2(H2O)2]·2H2O was synthesized by the reaction of CuSO4(5H2O with H4EDTA in pyridine/water (V/V = 1/4) solvent, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 1.26974(6), b = 0.67949(3), c = 1.48548(3) nm, β = 91.454(2)o, V = 1.28122(9) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.673 g/cm3, Mr = 645.56, F(000) = 664, μ(MoKα) = 1.729 mm-1, the final R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0832 for 1920 observed reflections (I > 2((I)). The compound is a centrosymmetric binuclear molecule with bridged EDTA group. Each Cu(II) atom is linked to two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of EDTA, one oxygen atom of water and one nitrogen atom of pyridine to form a distorted square pyramidal environment. There exist face-to-face π-π stacking interactions between pyridine rings from neighboring molecule with the interplanar distance of 0.3670 nm and hydrogen bonding between EDTA and water molecules.  相似文献
