By means of the generalized direct method, a relationship is constructed between the new solutions and the old ones of the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation. Based on the relationship, a new solution is obtained by using a given solution of the equation. The symmetry is also obtained for the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation. By using the equivalent vector of the symmetry, we construct a seven-dimensional symmetry algebra and get the optimal system of group-invariant solutions. To every case of the optimal system, the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation is reduced and some solutions to the reduced equations are obtained. Furthermore, some new explicit solutions are found for the (3+ 1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation.  相似文献

By applying a direct symmetry method, we get the symmetry of the asymmetric Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov equation (ANNV). Taking the special case, we have a finite-dimensional symmetry. By using the equivalent vector of the symmetry, we construct an eight-dimensional symmetry algebra and get the optimal system of group-invariant solutions. To every case of the optimal system, we reduce the ANNV equation and obtain some solutions to the reduced equations. Furthermore, we find some new explicit solutions of the ANNV equation. At last, we give the conservation laws of the ANNV equation.  相似文献

In this paper, first, we employ classic Lie symmetry groups approach to obtain the Lie symmetry groups, of the well-known (2+1)-dimensional Generalized Sasa-Satsuma (GSS) equation. Second, based on a modified direct method proposed by Lou [J.Phys.A: Math. Gen. 38 (2005) L129], more general symmetry groups are obtained and the relationship between the new solution and known solution is set up. At the same time, the Lie symmetry groups obtained are only special cases of the more general symmetry groups. At last, some exact solutions of GSS equations are constructed by the relationship obtained in the paper between the new solution and known solution.  相似文献

In this paper, the Lie symmetry algebra of the coupled Kadomtsev--Petviashvili (cKP) equation is obtained by the classical Lie group method and this algebra is shown to have a Kac--Moody--Virasoro loop algebra structure. Then the general symmetry groups of the cKP equation is also obtained by the symmetry group direct method which is proposed by Lou et al。 From the general symmetry groups, the Lie symmetry group can be recovered and a group of discrete transformations can be derived simultaneously. Lastly, from a known simple solution of the cKP equation, we can easily obtain two new solutions by the general symmetry groups.  相似文献

In this paper, the modified CK's direct method to find symmetry groups of nonlinear partial differential equation is extended to (2+1)-dimensional variable coeffficient canonical generalized KP (VCCGKP) equation. As a result, symmetry groups, Lie point symmetry group and Lie symmetry for the VCCGKP equation are obtained. In fact, the Lie point symmetry group coincides with that obtained by the standard Lie group approach. Applying the given Lie symmetry, we obtain five types of similarity reductions and a lot of new exact solutions, including hyperbolic function solutions, triangular periodic solutions, Jacobi elliptic function solutions and rational solutions, for the VCCGKP equation.  相似文献

In this paper, we use the classical Lie group symmetry method to get the Lie point symmetries of the (2+1)-dimensional hyperbolic nonlinear Schr6dinger (HNLS) equation and reduce the (2+1)-dimensional HNLS equation to some (1 + 1 )-dimensional partial differential systems. Finally, many exact travelling solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional HNLS equation are obtained by the classical Lie symmetry reduced method.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the symmetry method, the relationships between new explicit solutions and old ones of the (2+1)-dimensional Kaup-Kupershmidt (KK) equation are presented. We successfully obtain more general exact travelling wave solutions for (2+ 1)-dimensional KK equation by the symmetry method and the (G1/G)-expansion method. Consequently, we find some new solutions of (2+1)-dimensional KK equation, including similarity solutions, solitary wave solutions, and periodic solutions.  相似文献

By means of the classical method, we investigate the (3+1)-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation. The symmetry group of the (3+1)-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation is studied first and the theorem of group invariant solutions is constructed. Then using the associated vector fields of the obtained symmetry, we give the one-, two-, and three-parameter optimal systems of group-invariant solutions. Based on the optimal system, we derive the reductions and some new solutions of the (3+1)-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation.  相似文献

Starting from Lie symmetry theory and combining with the approximate symmetry method, and using the package LieSYMGRP proposed by us, we restudy the perturbed Kuramoto-Sivashinsky (KS) equation. The approximate symmetry reduction and the infinite series symmetry reduction solutions of the perturbed KS equation are constructed. Specially, if selecting the tanh-type travelling wave solution as initial approximate, we not only obtain the general formula of the physical approximate similarity solutions, but also obtain several new explicit solutions of the given equation, which are first reported here.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the classical Lie symmetry approach, Lie point symmetries and reductions of one Blaszak- Marciniak (BM) four-field lattice equation are obtained. Two kinds of exact solutions of a rational form and an exponential form are given. Moreover, we show that the equation has a sequence of generalized symmetries and conservation laws of polynomial form, which further confirms the integrability of the BM system.  相似文献

The nonlocal symmetry of the generalized fifth order KdV equation(FOKdV) is first obtained by using the related Lax pair and then localizing it in a new enlarged system by introducing some new variables. On this basis, new Ba¨cklund transformation is obtained through Lie's first theorem. Furthermore, the general form of Lie point symmetry for the enlarged FOKdV system is found and new interaction solutions for the generalized FOKdV equation are explored by using a symmetry reduction method.  相似文献

Starting from a weak Lax pair, the general Lie point symmetry group of the Konopelchenko-Dubrovsky equation is obtained by using the general direct method. And the corresponding Lie algebra structure is proved to be a Kac-Moody-Virasoro type.Furthermore,a new multi-soliton solution for the Konopelchenko-Dubrovsky equation is also given from this symmetry group and a known solution.  相似文献

The residual symmetry of the generalized Kaup-Kupershmidt(gKK) equation is obtained from the truncated Painlevé expansion and localized to a Lie point symmetry in a prolonged system. New symmetry reduction solutions of the prolonged system are given by using the standard Lie symmetry method. Furthermore, the g KK equation is proved to integrable in the sense of owning consistent Riccati expansion and some new B¨acklund transformations are given based on this property, from which interaction solutions between soliton and periodic waves are given.  相似文献

Applying the Lie group method to the differential-difference equation, the Lie point symmetry of Blaszak- Marciniak four-field Lattice equation is obtained. Using the obtained symmetry, the similarity reduction equations of Blaszak-Marciniak four-field Lattice equation are derived. Solving the reduction, we get the solution of Blaszak-Marciniak four-field Lattice equation which not only recovers one of the solutions obtained by Ma and Hu [J. Math. Phys. 40 (1999) 6071] but also has the singularity when we choose the arbitrary constants accurately.  相似文献

Applying the classical Lie symmetry approach to the barotropic and quasi-geostrophic potential vorticity equation without forcing and dissipation on a β-plane channel, we find a new symmetry, which is not presented in a previous work [F. Huang, Commun. Theor. Phys. (Beijing, China) 42 (2004) 903]. A general finite transformation group is obtained based on the full Lie point symmetry, Furthermore, two new types of similarity reduction solutions are obtained.  相似文献

With the aid of symbolic computation, we present the symmetry transformations of the (2+ 1)-dimensional Caudrey-Dodd-Gibbon-Kotera-Sawada equation with Lou's direct method that is based on Lax pairs. Moreover, with the symmetry transformations we obtain the Lie point symmetries of the CDGKS equation, and reduce the equation with the obtained symmetries. As a result, three independent reductions are presented and some group-invariant solutions of the equation are given.  相似文献

Based on the symbolic computation system Maple, the infinite-dimensional symmetry group of the (2+1)- dimensional Sawada-Kotera equation is found by the classical Lie group method and the characterization of the group properties is given. The symmetry groups are used to perform the symmetry reduction. Moreover, with Lou's direct method that is based on Lax pairs, we obtain the symmetry transformations of the Sawada-Kotera and Konopelchenko Dubrovsky equations, respectively.  相似文献

By Lie symmetry method, the Lie point symmetries and its Kac Moody-Virasoro (KMV) symmetry algebra of (2+1)-dimensional dispersive long-wave equation (DLWE) are obtained, and the finite transformation of DLWE is given by symmetry group direct method, which can recover Lie point symmetries. Then KMV symmetry algebra of DLWE with arbitrary order invariant is also obtained. On basis of this algebra the group invariant solutions and similarity reductions are also derived.  相似文献
