A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu2(NO3)2(IM-1′-MeBzIm)2(dca)2] (IM-1′-MeBzIm = 2-{2′-[(l′-methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimi-dazoline-1-oxyl, dca = dicyanamide anion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 9.440(5), b = 10.124(6), c = 11.603(7), α = 102.904(7), β = 94.033(6), γ = 104.299(7)°, C34H40Cu2N16O8, Mr = 927.90, V = 1038.2(10) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.484 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.093 mm-1, F(000) = 478, R = 0.0609 and wR = 0.1512 for 2889 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two dicyanamides to form a centrosymmetric Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) dinuclear entity. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry and IM-1′-MeBzIm ligand coordinates to the metal ion with the κ2 N(1′-MeBzIm), O(IM) mode to avoid steric hindrance with the methyl group in the complex. Meanwhile, the molecules are linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, leading to a 1-D chain structure. Moreover, such chains are further linked by π-π stacking interactions to form a 2-D network structure. Magnetic measurement demonstrates that the intramolecular exchange couplings between Cu(Ⅱ) ion and the IM-1′-MeBzIm are ferromagnetic with J = 12.46 cm-1, where the spin Hamitonian is defined as■ = -2J12 within the complex.  相似文献

With N,N′-bis(benzimidazol-2-methyl)amine as the ligand,a novel Cu(Ⅱ) dinuclear complex was synthesized as a mimetic compound of superoxide dismutase(SOD).The complex was characterized with element analysis,UV and IR spectra. The crystal structure was determined by using X-ray diffraction analysis.the crystal structure shows that Cu(Ⅱ) and its coordinated atoms construct distorted octahedron configuration with oxygen atome of (ClO4-)s in the axial directions. The coordinated cations are linked by (ClO4-)s to form nonplanar sheets. All sheets are linked together into three-dimensional network by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The result of the activity assay indicates that the complex does have certain biological activity.  相似文献

A novel complex [Na(NIT-1'-MeBzIm)3]ClO4 (NIT-1'-MeBzIm = 2-{2'-[(1'- methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) has been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray diffraction methods. The title complex crystallizes in trigonal, space group P3 and Z = 2. Crystal data: C45H57ClN12NaO10, Mr = 984.47, a = 13.9411(8), b = 13.9411(8), c = 14.8622(16) A, γ= 120°, V= 2501.5(3) A^3, Dc = 1.307 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.152 mm^-1, F(000) = 1038, R = 0.0637 and wR = 0.1813 for 1957 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the Na(I) ion is six-coordinated with three NIT-1'-MeBzlm radicals. As we know, three radicals coordinating to the Na(I) ion in the main group by a chelate way is the first example. The Na(I) ion resides in a distorted octahedron with a facial configuration. Meanwhile, the intermolecular weak interactions result in a 2-D double layer conformation where the uncoordinated perchlorate anions are inserted in the packing space and take part in the H-bond interactions, and each complex is connected with six neighboring complexes and three perchlorate anions.  相似文献

A new kind of Schiff base HL(HL= 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(p-methylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone with L-Leucine methyl ester) and complexes Ni L′_2·0.75C_2H_5OH·0.25H_2O,Cu L′′2(L′ = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(p-methylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone with L-leucine ethyl,L′′ = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(p-methylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone with L-leucine) have been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction. For HL: crystal structure determination indicates that there are two independent HLs with different conformations in one asymmetric unit. For complex 1: the Ni(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by two carbonyl oxygen atoms from pyrazolone ring, two nitrogen atoms from different HL′ and two oxygen atoms from L-Leucine ethyl ester to form a distorted octahedral geometry. For complex 2: the Cu(Ⅱ) ion is four-coordinated by one carbonyl oxygen atom from the pyrazolone ring, one nitrogen atom from HL′′,and two different carboxylic oxygen atoms from L-leucine with the same conformation to form a distorted quadrilateral geometry.  相似文献

A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2]2·2H2Owas synthesized and characterized, where, TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, and L-Leu=L-leucinate. The complex was crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with two independent molecules in a unit cell. Two Cu(Ⅱ) ions in each complex [Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2] molecule were found to be in different coordination geometries, i.e., Cu2 or Cu4 of a distorted square-pyramidal geometry coordinated with two nitrogens of TATP, the amino nitrogen and one carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu and one oxygen of perchlorate, and Cul or Cu3 with an octahedral geometry coordinated with the above stated similar coordinated atoms, and another carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu coordinating to Cu2 or Cu4. The complex can interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode and cleave pBR322 DNA in the presence of ascorbate.  相似文献

A new complex [Zn(NIT-1′-MeBzlm)Cl2(H2O)] (NIT-1′-MeBzlm = 2-{2′-[(1′- methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4, C15H21Cl2N4O3Zn, Mr = 441.63, a = 7.2225(10), b = 30.849(4), c = 8.8758(13)A, β = 103.904(2)°, V = 1919.6(5)A^3, Dc = 1.528 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 1.579 mm^-1, F(000) = 908, R = 0.0436 and wR = 0.1029 for 2456 observed reflections with I〉 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the Zn(Ⅱ) ion is four-coordinated with a distorted tetrahedron. There also exist H-bonds, π-π piling interactions and weak intermolecular contacts between the NO groups which form a mutual stagger 3-D network configuration. Magnetic investigation reveals that there exists intermolecular antiferro- and ferromagnetic interactions in the title complex.  相似文献

A novel azide-bridged copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cu3(NITpPy)4(N3)6]n (NITpPy = 4-pyridyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazline-3-oxide-1-oxyl), was structurally and magnetically characterized. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a = 7.6932(10), b = 14.5556(19), c = 16.122(2) , α = 108.443(2), β = 95.251(2), γ = 104.236(2)°, V = 1631.7(4) 3, C48H64Cu3N30O8, Mr = 1379.87, Z = 1, Dc = 1.404 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.041 mm-1, F(000) = 713, the R = 0.0510 and wR = 0.1185 for 4285 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked by nitrogen atom of μ1,1 azido ligands to form a Cu-Cu-Cu unit. The units are linked by μ1,3 azido ligands through a bridging style to form a one-dimensional coordination polymer. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data of the complex show ferromagnetic interactions in the complex.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.  相似文献

Three complexes Cu(ppca)2(H2O)2(NO3)2 (1), Cu2(μ-OH)2(ppca)2(H2O)4)·(ClO4)2 (2) and Cu2(μ-CH3COO)4(ppca)2(3) have been synthesized by the reaction of copper(Ⅱ) salts with N-phenyl-4-pyridinecarboxamide (ppca) and characterized. For anions, in complex 1, NO3^- coordinated with copper(Ⅱ), in complex 2 perchlorate anion did not take part in coordination, the copper(Ⅱ) cations were connected by μ-OH to form a dinuclear unit, and complex 3 had a dimeric copper(Ⅱ) carboxylate paddle-wheel core. Noncovalent interactions linked these complexes to form supramolecular networks. Different coordinating modes of anions controlled modes of intennolecular interactions, which resulted in different final structures.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu(PDA)(H2O)2] was synthesized and its structure was determined.Cu(Ⅱ)is five-coordinated in a tetragonal pyramid geometry. The two coordinating water molecules are different and the two Cu-O bond lengths differ by nearly 0.02nm.The whole crystal is linked to form a three-dimensional network by means of hydrogen bonds. The X-band ESR spectrum shows three different g tensors with a well-resolved hyperfine structure in the gz signal, giving the ESR parameters gx=2.05,gy=2.065 and gz=2.29.The covalency of the coordinate bonds and the deviation from tetragonal pyramid geometry for the complex are discussed based on the ESR spectra.  相似文献

Two transition metal dinuclear complexes of [Mn2(OOCC6H4SSC6H4COO)- (Phen)2(H20)]n 1 and [CuE(OOCC6H4S)2(Phen)2] 2 were hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of equivalent metal dichloride with 2,2'-dithiobis(benzoic acid) (HE-DTBB). Structure analysis indicates that each Mn2+ ion in I is coordinated by one chelate phen ligand, one bridging water molecule and three DTBB ligands forming Mn2+ dinuclear units which are further linked into one-dimensional chain by DTBB ligand. Under similar reaction conditions, the 2,2'-dithio- his(benzoic acid) ligand undergoes thiol reduction to form 2-mercaptobenzoic (H-2-MBA) in 2 where two Cu2+ ions are coordinated by phen and MBA ligands only constructing a dinuclear unit.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional dicyanamide bridged zinc(Ⅱ) complex containing nitronyl nitroxide radicals [Zn(NO3)(NIT-1'-MeBzim)(dca)]n·(H2O)n (NIT-1'-MeBzIm = 2-{2'-[(1'-me-thyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoine-1-oxyl-3-oxide, dca = dicyanamide anion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in trielinic, space group P1, with a = 7,428(3), b = 9.839(3), c = 16.708(6) A, а = 93.270(4), β= 101.642(4),γ= 100.632(4)°, C17.5H21N8O5.5Zn, Mr = 496.79, V= 1169.7(7) A3, Dc = 1.411 g/cm3,μ(MoKa) = 1.096 mm-1, Z = 2, F(000) = 512, R = 0.0583 and wR = 0.1663 for 4295 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the zinc(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated with a distorted oetahedral geometry. These units develop as 1D species where dieyanamide ligands bridge zine(Ⅱ) ions. In addition, molecules are linked by π-π piling interactions to form 1-D double-chains. Magnetic investigation indicates that the weak intramoleeular interactions are antiferromagnetic with J = -0.27 cm-1, where the spin Hamitonian is defined as H = -2 ∑ijJijSiS within the complex.  相似文献

The mononuclear complex, Cu(H2SIP-O)(bpy)(H2O) (H4SIP-O = 4-hydroxyl- 5-sulfoisophthalic acid and bpy = 2,2'-dipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(OH)2 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The new ligand 4-hydroxyl-5-sulfoisophthalic acid derived from 5-sulfoisophthalic acid ligand under an in situ hydrothermal condition. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.663(6), c = 11.727(7)A, α = 94.272(4), β = 104.067(7), γ = 97.400(7)°, V= 927.4(9)A^3, Z = 2, C18H14N2O9SCu, Mr= 497.93, Dc= 1.783 g/cm^3,μ = 1.350 mm^-1, F(000) = 506, the final R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1513 for 4180 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from the H2SIP-O^2- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of bpy ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry as well as a water oxygen atom in the apical position to complete a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The mononuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and sulfonate groups to form a one-dimensional double-chain structure. The chains are further held together through extensive π-π stacking interactions between the aromatic rings to form a three- dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A novel discrete dinuclear metaUacyclic copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2L2(H2O)2]·3H2O (1) has been firstly prepared where L is derived from the 1 ; 2 condensation of 2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-diformylhydrazide and acetone during the formation of the complex. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis determines that the complex consists of dinuclear metallacyclic units [Cu2L2(H2O)2] where two metal centers are linked together through two bis(chelating) bridge ligands L to form a bizarre cavity with size 0.9417 nm× 0.4999 nm× 0.6930 nm. Interestingly, the metal coordination also creates hydrogen bond sites that further aggregate these metallacycles into a 3D supramolecular structure with 2D perpendicular hydrophilic tunnels in crystal.  相似文献

A novel binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(paba)Cl] (pabaH = 2-(2-pyridylmethylimine)benzenesulfonic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 6.8165(7), b = 15.3073(16), c = 12.3795(13) A^°, β= 95.0160(10)°, V= 1286.8(2) A^°^3, Mr = 360.26, Dc= 1.860 g/cm^3,μ = 2.074 mm^-1, F(000) = 724, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0252 and wR = 0.0675 for 2395 observed reflections with I 〉 20(I). The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu(Ⅱ) ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the structure extensive hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking stabilize the solid structures, through which the complex builds its 3-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献
