以Nd(NO3).6H2O和NH2C6H4COOH为原料,经[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]的自组装,得到了具有三维网络结构的配位聚合物[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]n。该聚合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,a=0.98069(5)nm,b=2.2736(2)nm,c=0.98254(8)nm,β=100.053(5)°,V=2.1571(3)nm^3,Z=4。最后的一致性因子R=0.038。磁性研究表明,该化合物在低温下表现出反铁磁性质。测定了化合物的UV-vis-NIR和IR光谱,进行了分析和指认。  相似文献

Two novel 3-D coordination polymers with different Cu(II) subunits as nodes and mixed bridging ligands as linkers, namely [Cu(5)(μ(3)-OH)(2)(1,3-bip)(2)(CH(3)O-ip)(4)](n) (1) and {[Cu(4)(1,3-btp)(2)(CH(3)O-p)(4)(H(2)O)(2)]·2H(2)O}(n) (2) (CH(3)O-H(2)ip = 5-methoxyisophthalate, 1,3-bip = 1,3-bis(imidazol)propane, 1,3-btp = 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane), were prepared under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 exhibits a CsCl-type network with [Cu(5)(μ(3)-OH)(2)](8+) clusters acting as nodes, which represents the first 3-D network based on pentanuclear Cu(II) clusters. Complex 2 features a 3-D pillared-layer network with (4,6)-connected (4(4).6(2))(4(4).6(8).8(3))-fsc topology, which is a rare example of homometallic coordination polymers constructed by alternate binuclear metal clusters and single metal centres. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements show dominant ferromagnetic interactions in the pentanuclear clusters of 1 and strong antiferromagnetic interactions in the dinuclear paddle-wheel units of 2.  相似文献

The reaction of M(S2O6) (M = Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II)) with 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide (bpdo) results in the formation of novel 3D, 2D, and mononuclear complexes. Complex 1, {[Cu(H2O)(bpdo)2](S2O6)(H2O)}n, is a 2-D wavelike polymer with the Cu(II) ion located on a 2-fold axis and having a distorted square-pyramidal coordination sphere. With Co(II) and Ni(II), 3-D complexes, {[M(bpdo)3](S2O6)(C2H5OH)7}n [M = Co(II) (2), Ni(II) (3)], were obtained. The metal atoms are situated on centers of symmetry and have octahedral environments coordinated to six bpdo molecules. The same reaction in aqueous solution with a metal/ligand ratio of 1:1 results in the formation of mononuclear complexes, {[M(bpdo)(H2O)5](SO4)(H2O)2} [M = Co(II) (4), Ni(II) (5)], accompanied by the decomposition of the dithionate anions S2O6(2-) to sulfate anions SO4(2-).  相似文献

The nanoporous coordination polymer [Cu(pyrimidin-2-olate-N1,N3)2]n (1C) of the sodalite zeotype sorbs a variety of metal nitrates [M(NO3)m, M = Na+, K+, Rb+, Tl+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Pb2+, La3+, Nd3+, Gd3+, Er3+] from H2O/MeOH solutions, with a concomitant structural change to a layered [Cu(pyrimidin-2-olate-N1,N3)2]n.[M(NO3)m]n/2 (MNO3@1L) coordination framework. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that the layers are based on Cu4(pyrimidin-2-olate-N1,N3)4 square grids of copper(II) ions bridged by N1,N3 exobidentate ligands, displaying a structural motif of the metallacalix[4]arene type in pinched cone conformation. The interlayer space is occupied by the guest metal nitrates, each metal being coordinated by (at least) the four oxygen atoms of a metallacalix[4]arene. Magnetic measurements on the MNO3@1L series denoted a weak ferromagnetic ordering taking place below the Néel temperatures (typically close to 35 K), arising from spin-canting phenomena of the antiferromagnetically coupled copper centers. When M = Nd3+, Gd3+, or Er3+, additional magnetic ordering is observed at lower temperatures, which, on the basis of static and dynamic magnetic susceptibility measurements, can be attributed to copper- lanthanide interactions.  相似文献

Six new metal-organic coordination networks based on linking unit 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (L(1)) or 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (L(3)) and inorganic Cu(II), Cd(II), and Co(II) salts have been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. Using L(1) to react with three different Cu(II) salts, Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O, Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O, and CuSO(4).5H(2)O, respectively, two different one-dimensional (1-D) coordination polymers, [[Cu(2)L(1)(mu-OAc)(4)](CHCl(3))(2)](n) (1) [triclinic, space group P1, a = 7.416(3) A, b = 8.207(3) A, c = 14.137(5) A, alpha = 100.333(7) degrees, beta = 105.013(6) degrees, gamma = 94.547(6) degrees, Z = 1] and [[CuL(1)(NO(3))(2)](CHCl(3))(0.5)](n) (2) [monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 28.070(8) A, b = 9.289(3) A, c = 15.235(4) A, beta = 113.537(5) degrees, Z = 8], and a chiral 3-D open framework, [[CuL(1)(H(2)O)(SO(4))](H(2)O)(2)](n) (3) [orthorhombic, space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 5.509(2) A, b = 10.545(4) A, c = 29.399(11) A, Z = 4], were obtained. Reaction of L(1) and Cd(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O or Co(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O, in the presence of NH(4)SCN, yielded another 3-D open framework, [[CdL(1)(NCS)(2)](CH(3)OH)(1.5)](n) (4) [monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 28.408(10) A, b = 9.997(5) A, c = 7.358(4) A, beta = 99.013(8) degrees, Z = 4], or a 2-D network, [[Co(L(1)())(2)(NCS)(2)](H(2)O)(2.5)](n) (5) [orthorhombic, space group Pnna, a = 22.210(5) A, b = 12.899(3) A, c = 20.232(4) A, Z = 4]. When L(1) was replaced by L(3) to react with Co(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O and NH(4)SCN, another 2-D coordination polymer, [Co(L(3))(2)(NCS)(2)](n) (6) [monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 8.120(3) A, b = 9.829(4) A, c = 17.453(6) A, beta = 103.307(6) degrees, Z = 2], was constructed. These results indicate that the nature of the ligands, metal centers, or counteranions plays the critical role in construction of these novel coordination polymers. The interesting porous natures of two 3-D open frameworks 3 and 4 were investigated by TGA and XPRD techniques, and the magnetic properties of the Cu(II) and Co(II) complexes were studied by variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility and magnetization measurements.  相似文献

A series of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) based upon the ligand 2,6-diphenyl-1,4-dibenzoic acid [Ph2C6H2(CO2H)2]infinity have been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The networks exhibit a variety of topologies and coordination modes at the metal center. The reaction of the ligand with cobalt(II) nitrate or zinc(II) nitrate in methanol/pyridine results in the formation of isostructural 1-D chains [(Ph2C6H2(CO2)2)M(py)2(MeOH)]infinity, where M = Zn, Co; however, in the presence of ethanol and triethylamine, Zn(NO3)2 reacts to form a 2-D clay-like network, [(Ph2C6H2(CO2)2)Zn(EtOH)2]infinity. 2-D networks are also formed in similar reactions with copper(II) nitrate or silver(I) nitrate to give [(Ph2C6H2(CO2)(CO2H))2Cu(py)2]infinity, [(Ph2C6H2(CO2)CO2H))2Cu(py)4.2H2O](infinity), and [(Ph2C6H2(CO2)2)Ag2]infinity, respectively. The hydrogen-bonded chains formed by the ligand alone and with 4,4'-dipyridyl are also described.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer constructed from 3-nitro- benzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n·2nH2O, has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.1252(8), b = 20.706(3), c = 8.8067(11) , β = 95.608(2)°, V = 1111.6(2) 3, Mr = 751.12, Dc = 2.244 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, μ = 2.011 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0262 and wR = 0.0692 for 2338 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the title compound presents a 1-D chain-like structure constructed by dimer units, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n, through two carboxylate oxygen atoms. The fluorescence of the title compound has been also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

A novel 3-D coordination polymer with trimeric copper (I) unit, [Cu(3)(CN)(IN)(2)](n)(IN = isonicotinate), was hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O with isonicotinic and terephthalic acids. The structure was characterized to be a twofold interpenetrated 3-D coordination network polymer with two-coordinated copper(I). It has a powder SHG efficiency about that of KDP.  相似文献

Discrete dinuclear and polymeric heterometallic copper(II)-lanthanide(III) complexes have been synthesized upon variation of pH and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Reactions of the ligand Htza (tetrazole-1-acetic acid) with copper(II) and lanthanide(III) salts gave dinuclear [CuLn(tza)4(H2O)5Cl] complexes at the low pH of 3.5 and 2D heterometallic coordination polymers with high-nuclearity [{Cu2(OH)2}2{Cu12Ln6(mu3-OH)24(Cl)(1/2)(NO3)(1/2)(tza)12(H2O)18}](NO3)(9).8H2O (Ln = Gd or Nd) at a higher pH of 6.6. The acidity of the reaction solution can cause drastic changes in the structures of the products. In the dinuclear complexes, each pair of adjacent dinuclear molecules is linked through hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions, and the whole structure is a hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional cubic net. In the coordination polymers, the connecting nodes are [Cu12Ln6] units, which are interconnected by [Cu2O2] units into two-dimensional structures. Magnetic studies exhibit the existence of weak exchange interactions between the Cu(II) and Ln(III) ions bridged by carboxylate and hydroxy ligands.  相似文献

The microwave-mediated self-assembly of [W(V)(CN)(8)](3-) with Cu(II) in the presence of pyrazole ligand resulted in the formation of three novel assemblies: Cu(II)(2)(Hpyr)(5)(H(2)O)[W(V)(CN)(8)](NO(3))·H(2)O (1), {Cu(II)(5)(Hpyr)(18)[W(V)(CN)(8)](4)}·[Cu(II)(Hpyr)(4)(H(2)O)(2)]·9H(2)O (2), and Cu(II)(4)(Hpyr)(10)(H(2)O)[W(V)(CN)(8)](2)(HCOO)(2)·4.5H(2)O (3) (Hpyr =1H-pyrazole). Single-crystal X-ray structure of 1 consists of cyanido-bridged 1-D chains of vertex-sharing squares topology. The structure of 2 reveals 2-D hybrid inorganic layer topology with large coordination spaces occupied by {Cu(Hpyr)(2)(H(2)O)(4)}(2+) ions. Compound 3 contains two types of cyanido-bridged 1-D chains of vertex-sharing squares linked together by formate ions in two directions forming hybrid inorganic-organic 3-D framework (I(1)O(2)). The magnetic measurements for 1-3 reveal a weak ferromagnetic coupling through Cu(II)-NC-W(V) bridges.  相似文献

Coordination complexes of the ligand H3L [1,3-bis(3-oxo-3-phenylpropionyl)-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzene] with Cu(II) are reported. Clusters showing various nuclearities or modes of supramolecular organization have been prepared by slightly changing the reaction conditions and have been crystallographically characterized. The reaction of H3L with one equivalent of Cu(OAc)2 in DMF yields the dinuclear complex [Cu2(HL)2(dmf)2] (1). Reaction in MeOH of H3L with an increased amount of metal, in the form of Cu(NO3)2, and excess strong base (nBu4NOH) affords the cluster [Cu8(L)2(OMe)8(NO3)2] (2). Complex 2 is a dimer of two linear [Cu4] arrays bridged by methoxide ligands, where the polynucleating ligand is fully deprotonated. The [Cu4]2 clusters are linked to each other by NO3- bridges to form one-dimensional coordination polymers. The link between [Cu8] units and their relative spatial positioning can be modified by changing the anion of the Cu(II) salt, as demonstrated by the synthesis of the cluster polymers [Cu8(L)2(OMe)8Cl2] (3) and [Cu8(L)(OMe)7.86Br2.14] (4), where only NO3- has been replaced by Cl- or Br-, respectively. Similarly, when ClO4- is used, compound [Cu8(L)2(OMe)8(ClO4)2(MeOH)4] (5) can be isolated. It contains independent [Cu8] units. A slight change in the stoichiometry of the reaction leading to 2 affords the related complex catena-[Cu4(L)(OMe)3(NO3)2(H2O)0.36] (6). This polymer contains essentially the same [Cu4] moiety as 2, albeit organized in a completely different arrangement. Each [Cu4] unit in 6 is linked by OMe- ligands to two such equivalent groups to form an infinite chain. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal weak antiferromagnetic exchange between Cu(II) centers in 1 (J = -0.73 cm(-1)) and strong antiferromagnetic coupling within [Cu4] chains in 2, 5, and 6 (most negative J values of -113.8 and -177.3 cm(-1) for 2 and 6, respectively).  相似文献

The addition of pyridine-2-carbaldehyde 4N-methylthiosemicarbazone (C8H10N4S) to an aqueous solution of copper(II) nitrate yields [[Cu(C8H9N4S)(NO3)]2] (1). This complex consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear entities containing square-pyramidal copper(II) ions bridged through the sulfur thioamide atoms. The oxidation of 1 with KBrO3 or KIO3 gives rise to a compound with formula [[Cu(C8H8N4O)(H2O)2(SO4)]2]*2H2O (2) (C8H8N4O = 2-methylamino-5-pyridin-2-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazole). The structure of 2 is made up of centrosymmetric dimers where the copper(II) ions exhibit a distorted octahedral coordination and are connected by the oxadiazole moiety. The metal ions in 2 can be removed by addition of K4[Fe(CN)6], and then the oxadiazole ligand can be isolated and recrystallized as (C8H8N4O)*3H2O (3).  相似文献

New coordination polymers [Ce(C5H4NCOO)3(H2O)2] · 0.5C6H4N2 · 1.5H2O, [Ln(C5H4N-COO)3(H2O)2] (Ln = Ce, Pr) and [Ho(C5H4NCOO)2(H2O)4]NO3, and the tetranuclear complex [Ho4(OH)4(C5H4NCOO)6(H2O)8](NO3)2 · 3.5C6H4N2 · 5H2O were prepared by heating aqueous solutions of lanthanide(III) nitrates with 4-cyanopyridine under conditions of hydro-thermal synthesis. X-ray diffraction study demonstrated that the lanthanide atoms in the coordination polymers are bridged in chains through coordination to the carboxyl group of isonicotinic acid. The metal atoms in the tetranuclear complex are bound in pairs by six bidentate isonicotinate ligands.  相似文献

A Ge(7) germanate, [Ni(H(2)O)(μ-C(2)H(6)NO)(2)Ge(7)O(14)(C(2)H(7)NO)]·C(2)H(5)OH (1), was prepared by the solvothermal method using ethanolamine (C(2)H(7)NO) as solvent, ligand, and structure-directing agent. Compound 1 shows an unusual GeO framework fused with transition metal complex. The 2-D layers of Ge(7) clusters are linked by a [Ni(H(2)O)(μ-C(2)H(6)NO)(2)] moiety, forming a 3-D architecture. The preparation and structure of 1 are discussed in comparison with the Ge(9) germanates decorated with metal ethylenediamine complexes. The hydroxyl group of the ethanolamine plays an important role in formation of the 3-D structure, in which the ligand ethanolamine is coordinated directly onto the Ge cluster by the hydroxyl group. It is a new type of germanates incorporated with a TM complex bridge. The proton on the flexible amine side can be exchanged by alkali metal ions.  相似文献

The reaction of diglycolic acid, O(CH2CO2H)2, with Cu(NO3)2·2H2O and lanthanoid nitrate hydrate produces a series of novel Ln–Cu mixed metal complexes, [Ln2Cu3{O(CH2CO2)2}6]·nH2O (Ln=La, Nd, n=9; Ln=Er, n=6), which have been characterized by elemental analysis, i.r. spectroscopy, magnetic measurements and X-ray crystallography. The Ln3+ and Cu2+ ions are connected by the carboxylate groups of the ligands, resulting in the formation of a complicated network.  相似文献

Three novel 3D pillared-layer heterometallic lanthanide-transition-metal (hetero-Ln-TM) compounds, namely, Ln2Cu7I6(ina)7(H2O)6.H2O [ina=isonicotinic acid; Ln=Ce (1), Sm (2)] and Er4(OH)4Cu5I4(ina)6(na)(2,5-pdc).0.3H2O (3; na=nicotinic acid, 2,5-pdc=2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid), have been obtained by incorporating different metal clusters as building blocks under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural and consist of two distinct building units of dimeric [Ln2(ina)6] cores and inorganic 2D [Cu8I7]nn+ layers based on the [Cu3I3] and [Cu4I3]+ clusters. Compound 3 is constructed from decanuclear [Cu10I8]2+ clusters and inorganic 1D [Er4(OH)4]n8n+ cluster chain-based layers, which represent the first example of a 3D hetero-Ln-TM constructed by the combination of two distinct types of metal cluster units of a 1D [Er4(OH)4]n8n+ cluster polymer and a transition-metal cluster. It is interesting that decarboxylation occurred in the ortho position and 2,5-pdc2- was partially transformed into na- under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1-3 represent good examples of using different metal cluster units to construct fascinating 3D hetero-Ln-TM frameworks.  相似文献

The long, rigid ligands 1,4-bis[(3-pyridyl)ethynyl]benzene (L1) and 1,4-bis[(4-pyridyl)ethynyl]benzene (L2) were used in the synthesis of 10 new organic-inorganic coordination frameworks, each of them adopting different structural motifs. Synthesis, single-crystal X-ray structure determination, and spectroscopic and thermogravimetric analyses are presented. The reactions between M(NO3)2 x xH2O; M = Cd(II), Cu(II), and Co(II); x = 3-6 and Cu(hfac)2 x H2O [hfac = bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonato)] with L1 afforded the following one-dimensional zigzag chain structures: [Cd(C20H12N2)0.5(NO3)(CH3OH)]n (1, monoclinic, C2/c; a = 7.586(1) A, b = 23.222(1) A, c = 13.572(1) A, beta = 92.824(1), Z = 4); [{Cu(C20H12N2)(NO3)2(CH3OH)} x CH3OH]n (2, orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1); a = 8.589(1) A, b = 15.766(1) A, c = 17.501(1) A, Z = 4); [Co(C20H12N2)2(NO3)2(H2O)2] (5, triclinic, P1; a = 7.493(1) A, b = 8.948(1) A, c = 14.854(1) A, alpha = 100.427(1), beta = 97.324(1), gamma = 110.901(1), Z = 1); [Cu(C20H12N2)(hfac)2]n (4, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 18.828(1) A, b = 14.671(1) A, c = 13.427(1) A, beta = 90.447(1) degrees, Z = 4). In addition to the dinuclear coordination complex 5, all other polymeric structures (1-4) from L1 are composed of interpenetrating 2D and 3D cross-linked zigzag chains via hydrogen-bonding interactions. The reactions between M(NO3)2 x xH2O; M = Cd(II), Cu(II), and Co(II); x = 3-6 and Cu(hfac)2 x H2O [hfac = bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonato)] and L2 were dependent on the nature of the metal center and resulted in the formation of four different interpenetrating and noninterpenetrating compounds (6-10): [Co(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2]n (6, triclinic, P; a = 14.172(1) A, b = 15.795(1) A, c = 18.072(1) A, alpha = 115.380(1), beta = 101.319(1), gamma = 93.427(2), Z = 4), which consists of T-shaped building blocks assembled into three-dimensional interpenetrating polycatenated ladders; [Cd(C20H12N2)2(NO3)2]n (7, monoclinic, I2/a; a = 11.371(1) A, b = 20.311(2) A, c = 15.240(2) A, beta = 100.201(2) degrees, Z = 4), which adopts a two-dimensional noninterpenetrating square-grid motif; [Cu(C20H12N2)(hfac)2]n (8, monoclinic, I2/a; a = 11.371(1) A, b = 20.311(2) A, c = 15.240(2) A, beta = 100.201(2) degrees, Z = 4), composed of three sets of distinct one-dimensional linear chains; [Cu(C20H12N2)(EtOH)(NO3)2] [Cu(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2] x 2EtOH (9, triclinic, P; a = 12.248(2) A, b = 13.711(3) A, c = 18.257(4) A, alpha = 108.078(4) degrees, beta = 97.890(4) degrees, gamma = 103.139(5) degrees, Z = 2) and [Cu(C20H12N2)(MeOH)(NO3)2] [Cu(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2] x 2MeOH (10, triclinic, P; a = 12.136(1) A, b = 13.738(2) A, c = 17.563(3) A, alpha = 107.663(3) degrees, beta = 94.805(4) degrees, gamma = 104.021(4) degrees, Z = 2). The structure of the title compound presents a 1-D chain-like structure constructed by dimer units, [Cd2(CsH3NO6)2(H2O)4]n, through two carboxylate oxygen atoms. From the reaction between a dinuclear paddle-wheel carboxylate, namely [Cu2mu-(O2CCH2C4H3S)4] (1), and the flexible ligand 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (BPP) a neutral 2-D coordination polymer [[Cu2(O2CCH2C4H3S)4mu-(BPP)2]]n (2) was obtained. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by means of elemental analysis, thermal analysis (TG/DSC), vibrational spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The crystal structure of 2 reveals that each Cu(II) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from different BPP ligands and two 3-thiopheneacetate groups within a distorted square planar geometry in a trans-[N, N, O, O] arrangement. The BPP ligand adopts a TG conformation bridging two copper centers giving rise to a 1-D sinusoidal polymeric chain along the crystallographic c axis. Adjacent 1-D chains are extended into a 2-D coordination network through pairs of monatomic carboxylate bridges in direction of the b axis. This bridging mode affords centrosymmetric dimeric units Cu2O2, and therefore, the copper ions are involved in a CuN2O2O' chromophore displaying a (4 + 1) square pyramidal coordination in the resultant 2-D polymeric network. The polycrystalline X-band EPR spectrum of 2 at room temperature is characteristic of a triplet state with nonnegligible zero-field splitting in agreement with the crystal structure.
