Synthesis of 3-fluoro-3, 3-dinitro-1-propanol and some of its esters

Synthesis of peri-annelated heterocyclic systems based on 3-substituted 1-aryl-4,6-dinitro-1H-indazoles

A method for the synthesis of peri-annelated trinuclear heterocycles, including 14-electron heteroaromatic systems, namely, 1H-thiopyrano[4,3,2-cd]indazoles and 1,5-dihydropyrazolo[3,4,5-de]cinnolines, from 3-R-1-aryl-4,6-dinitro-1H-indazoles was developed. The method is based on the high mobility of the NO₂ group in position 4 and consists of either selective nucleophilic substitution of the 4-NO₂ group on treatment with the HSCH₂CO₂Me—K₂CO₃ system followed by intramolecular cyclization of the resulting sulfide (R = CHO) or the corresponding sulfone (R = CN) formed upon its oxidation or direct intramolecular substitution of the 4-NO₂ group (R = CH=NNHPh).     

Cyclic unsaturated compounds communication 49. 3-sec-butylidene-1-sec-butyl-1-cyclopentene

HZSM-5分子筛合成三聚甲醛

采用HZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂,研究了三聚甲醛合成过程中甲醛溶液浓度、反应温度和催化剂用量对甲醛转化率,三聚甲醛选择性,时空产率和副产物的时空产率影响,考察了不同硅铝比对三聚甲醛合成的影响。     

Condensation of 2, 2 -dinitro-1, 3-peopanediol with hydrazineacetic acid esters

Conclusions The condensation of 2, 2-dinitro-1, 3-propanediol with pyrazineacetic acid esters leads to the formation of the esters of 4, 4-dinitropyrazolidine-2-acetic acid, which are spontaneously converted to the esters of 4-nitropyrazole-1-acetic acid.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 10, pp. 2333–2334, October, 1972.     

Cyclic derivatives of 3-fluoro-3,3-dinitro-1-aminopropane

Synthetic utilization of polynitroaromatic compounds. 2. Synthesis Of 4,6-dinitro-1,2-benzisothiazol-3-ones and 4,6-dinitro-1, 2-benzisothiazoles from 2-benzylthio-4,6-dinitrobenzamides

Cyclization of 2-benzylthio-4,6-dinitrobenzamides to 4,6-dinitro-1, 2-benzisothiazol-3-ones was achieved using SO(2)Cl(2) in CH(2)Cl(2) at room temperature. Alkylation of these heterocycles proceeded in a nonregioselective manner to yield a mixture of corresponding O- and N-alkylated products. Oxidation of 4,6-dinitro-1,2-benzisothiazoles (50% H(2)O(2) in AcOH) afforded the corresponding S-oxides and S, S-dioxides, depending on oxidation conditions. Unexpectedly, oxidation of a 3-methoxy derivative resulted in ring opening with the formation of the corresponding sulfamide. Chlorination of these 4,6-dinitro-1,2-benzisothiazol-3-ones (PCl(5)-POCl(3)) gave the expected 3-chloroisothiazoles.     

Synthesis and some properties of 1, 3, 5-trinitrocyclohexane
