The muon spectra from the decays ofW-andZ-bosons, produced ine + e ?W + W ?,e + e ?Zγ,e + e ?ZZ ande + e ?ZH reactions have been obtained (H is the Higgs boson). It has been shown (in terms of Glashow-Weinberg-Salam theory) that the main source of muons are thee + e ?Zγ ande + e ?W + W ? processes (over theW-boson production threshold). The contribution of thee + e ?ZZ ande + e ?ZH reactions to the inclusive muon spectra is small. It has been also shown, that it is possible to distinguish contributions of thee + e ?Zγ ande + e ?W + W ? reactions if the decay muons move at a small angle to the initial electron momentum.  相似文献

The decaysK +???? + e + e ?,K S???? 0 e + e ? andK L???? 0 e + e ? are reinvestigated within the framework of chiral perturbation theory. The counterterms induced by strong, electromagnetic and weak interactions are determined assuming the resonance exchange. The weak deformation model, the factorization model and the largeN c limit are used to create a weak Lagrangian. It is found that the results of the first two approaches depend on theH 1 coupling, defined in the effective chiral Lagrangian of theO(p 4) order. The set of parameters used in the extended Nambu and Jona-Lasinio model can accommodeteK +???? + e + e ? decay rate within the factorization approach. The CP violatingK L???? 0 e + e ? decay rate is discussed.  相似文献

The potential energy curves (PECs) of 5 Ω states generated from the 18 Λ-S states (X 1 Σ +, A1Σ?, 11 Δ, 11 Π, 21Σ+, 21 Π, a 3 Σ +, 13 Δ, 13 Π, 13Σ?, 23Σ+, 23 Π, 15Σ+, 15 Π 25 Π, 15Σ?, 25Σ+ and 15 Δ) of PO+ cation are studied for the first time for internuclear separations from about 0.08 to 1.0 nm. Of these Λ-S states, only the 25Σ+ and 15 Δ are the replusive ones. The a 3 Σ +, 23Σ+, 15Σ?, 23 Π, 13 Δ, 25Σ+ , and 15 Δ are the inverted states with the spin-orbit coupling effect included. The 11 Π, 13 Π, 15 Π and 23 Π states possess the double well. The 15Σ?, 21 Π and 25 Π states and the second wells of 11 Π, 13 Π, 23 Π and 15 Π states are the rather weakly bound states. The PEC calculations are performed by the CASSCF method, which is followed by the icMRCI approach with Davidson correction in combination with the aug-cc-pV6Z basis set. Core-valence correlation and scalar relativistic corrections are included at the same time. The spin-orbit coupling effect is accounted for. All the PECs are extrapolated to the complete basis set limit. The spectroscopic parameters are evaluated for all the Λ-S and Ω bound states, and compared with the measurements and other theoretical results. Fair agreement is found between the present spectroscopic parameters and the measurements. The vibrational properties are evaluated for the weakly bound states. The effect of spin-orbit coupling on the spectroscopic parameters is discussed. The results reported in this paper can be expected to be reliable predicted ones.  相似文献

The π? pe + e ? n and π+ ne + e ? p reaction cross sections are calculated below and in the vicinity of the vector-meson (?0,ω) production threshold. These processes are largely responsible for the emission of e +e? pairs in pion-nucleus reactions and contribute to the dilepton spectra observed in relativistic heavy ion collisions. They are dominated by the decay of low-lying baryon resonances into vector-meson-nucleon channels. The vector mesons materialize subsequently into e + e? pairs. Using πN→?0 N and πN→ωN, amplitudes calculated in the center of mass energy interval 1.4 < √s<1.8 GeV, we compute the π? pe + e ? n and π+ ne + e ? p reaction cross sections in these kinematics. Below the vector-meson production threshold, the π0?ω interference in the e + e? channel appears largely destructive for the π? pe + e ? n cross section and constructive for the π+ ne + e ? p cross section. The pion beam and the HADES detector at GSI offer a unique possibility to measure these effects. Such data would provide strong constraints on the coupling of vector-meson-nucleon channels to low-lying baryon resonances.  相似文献

The production of multipion events by e+e? annihilation has been measured at centre of mass energies 915,990 and 1076 MeV. Both channels e+e?π+π?πo and e+e?π+π?π+π? have been analysed. An energy threshold effect analysed. An energy threshold effect around 919 MeV (mω + mπo) has been evidenced for the π+π?πoπo channel and the cross section is consistent with the quasi two-body process e+e?ωπo. The cross section for π+π?π+π? is lower by an order of magnitude and increases with the energy.  相似文献

A2Δ, B2Σ? and C2Σ+ states of CH were excited in discharges through flowing C2H2 and C2H4 and in flames of C2H2. The rotational distributions in these states were determined from the measured integrated intensities of rotational lines for bands of A2ΔX2Π, B2Σ?X2Π and C2Σ+X2Π. The A2Δ state exhibits a non-Maxwellian distribution while the B2Σ? and C2Σ+ states show Maxwellian distributions. The non-Maxwellian distribution of the A2Δ state and the different rotational distributions in the three states are discussed.  相似文献

The reactionsΣ v p→π+ n,K + Λ,K + 0 andΣ v n→π+ n were studied at invariant hadronic masses around 2.2. GeV forQ 2=0.06, 0.28, 0.70, and 1.35 GeV2. The main results are: At small |t| the π+ production is dominated by longitudinally polarized photons and can be described by one pion exchange. At low |t| the transverse (π+ n) cross section drops steeply withQ 2, but remains roughly constant forQ 2≧0.5 GeV2. For |t?≧0.8 GeV2, (π+ n/dt) is almost independent ofQ 2. The integrated cross section (π+ n) shows a similarQ 2-dependence asσ tot (γ v p) forQ 2≧0.28 GeV2. The ratioσ- p)/σ+ n) atQ 2=0.70 and 1.35 GeV2 for |t|≧0.6 GeV2 is smaller than in photoproduction and close to 1/4. The ratioσ(K + 0 decreases steeply withQ 2 following roughly the predictions of the quark-parton model.  相似文献

The backward production of the B(1235) meson is studied in the reaction K?pΣ?π+ω. This reaction is observed in the final state Σ?π+π+π?π0. A π+ω mass enhancement is visible in the region of the B meson for events with small |u|K?Σ?) squared four-momentum transfer. The properties of the enhancement agree with those of the B meson. The cross section for K?pΣ?B+ at 4.15 GeVc incident K? momentum is (3.2 ± 0.5) μb. The backward production of the B meson is compared with similar baryon exchange productions of the A1 and C(Q1) axial vector mesons observed in the same experiment.  相似文献

The conversion decays φηe+e and ηγe+e were studied by the SND detector using φ-meson production in e+e-annihilation at VEPP-2M collider. The branching ratios of these decays were measured: Br(φηe+e)=(1.19±0.19±0.07)×10−4 and Br(ηγe+e)=(5.15±0.62±0.39)×10−3. The isotope shift in the Mg l transitionsλλ 5167, 5172 and 5183Å (3s3p 3 P-3s4s 3 S) andλ 5528 Å (3s3p 1 P 3s4d 1 D) has been measured for the isotopes24Mg,25Mg and26Mg. The hyperfine structure of theλ 5167 Å line has been studied and theA andB factors for the 3s4s 3 S 1 level in25Mg determined. The reaction γγ → 2π+ 2π 2π0 has been studied using the ARGUS detector at the e+e storage ring DORIS II at DESY. Production of ω mesons is observed and, in particular, the reaction γγωω is seen for the first time. The cross section for γγωω has an enhancement at ∼ 1.9 GeV/c2 of about 10 nb. The cross sections for γγ → 2π+ 2π 2π0 and γγωπ+ π π0 are also given.  相似文献

A (Kππ)+ mass enhancement is observed in the reactions K?p → Ξ ?Ko+π+πo? when events with a small (K?Ξ?) four momentum transfer squared are selected. The signal is also visible in the reaction K?p → Ξ?π++ neutrals. The enhancement, centered at 1.28 GeV, is seen to decay preferentially into K? with spin-parity JP = 1+. The cross section for K?p→ Ξ?C+(1.28) with C+ → K? at 4.15 GeV/c incident K? momentum is (6.2 ± 0.6) μb.  相似文献

The 230Th(α, α'2n)228Th reaction at Eα = 56 MeV was used to investigate states of moderately high spin in 228Th. Conversion electron and e?-γ coincidence measurements were carried out, where the electrons were detected with an iron-free orange spectrometer. The ground state and low-lying Kπ = 0? rotational bands were observed up to Iπ = 14+ and 13?, respectively. The data are interpreted in terms of an ω-expansion for the ground-state rotational band, and an octupole vibrational band distorted by the Coriolis coupling to the Kπ ? 1? excitations for the Kπ = 0? band.  相似文献

The data on the reactionse + e ?π + π ?, 2π +2π ?,π + π ? π 0 π 0 andγp + γ ? p, 2γ +2γ ? p,γ + γ ? γ 0 γ 0 p are analysed. It is found that to obtain a consistent picture it is necessary to postulate two vector resonances with masses of 1.465±0.025 GeV and 1.700±0.025 GeV with widths of 0.235±0.025 GeV and 0.220±0.025 GeV respectively. A key feature in correlating all the data is the importance of off-diagonal terms in the photoproduction of states withJ p =1? and a contribution from states withJ P ≠1?. The results are compatible with thep-wave ππ scattering amplitude.  相似文献

The 4p 64d?(4p 65p + 4p 64f + 4p 54d 2) transitions in the spectra of In XIII-Sn XIV and the 4p 64d 2?(4p 64d5p + 4p 64d4f + 4p 54d 3) transitions in the spectra of In XII-Sn XIII are investigated. About 150 spectral lines in the wavelength range 120–160 Å, which is important for projection vacuum UV lithography, have been classified for the first time. The fine structure intervals of the ground state 4p 64d 2 D and the energies of eight levels of the 4p 65p, 4p 64f, and 4p 54d 2 configurations are measured in each spectrum of In XIII and Sn XIV. The energies of all levels of the ground configuration 4p 64d 2 and the energies of 35 levels of the interacting configurations (4p 65p + 4p 64f + 4p 54d 3) are determined in the spectra of In XII and Sn XIII. The resonant transitions 4p 6 1 S 0?4p 54d 1 P 1 in the spectra of In XIV and Sn XV are also identified. The semiempirical parameters of the configurations under study determined by mean-square fitting of measured level energies are in agreement along both isoelectronic and isonuclear sequences of the spectra.  相似文献

Ground state energies of atomic three-body systems like negatively charged hydrogen, normal helium, positively charged-lithium, beryllium, carbon, oxygen, neon and negatively charged exotic- muonium and positronium atoms have been calculated adopting hyperspherical harmonics expansion method. Calculation of matrix elements of two body interactions needed in the hyperspherical harmonics expansion method for a three body system is greatly simplified by expanding the bra- and ket-vector states in the hyperspherical harmonics (HH) basis states appropriate for the partition corresponding to the interacting pair. This involves the Raynal–Revai coefficients (RRC), which are the transformation coefficients between the HH bases corresponding to the two partitions. Use of RRC become particularly essential for the numerical solution of three-body Schr?dinger equation where the two-body potentials are other than Coulomb or harmonic. However in the present work the technique is used for two electron atoms 1H?(p + e ? e ?), D?(d + e ? e ?), Mu?(μ + e ? e ?),4He(4 He 2+ e ? e ?),6Li(6 Li 3+ e ? e ?),10Be(10 Be 4+ e ? e ?),12C(12 C 6+ e ? e ?),16O(16 O 8+ e ? e ?) etc. and the exotic positronium negative ion Ps ?(e + e ? e ?) where the interactions are purely Coulomb. The relative convergence in ground state binding energy with increasing K max for 20Ne has been demonstrated as a representative case. The calculated energies at K max ?=?28 using RRC’s have been compared with those obtained by a straight forward manner in some representative cases to demonstrate the appropriateness of the use of RRC. The extrapolated energies have also been compared with those found in the literature. The calculated binding energies agree within the computational error.  相似文献

The e + e ? → ω, ρ → π0 e + e ? processes have been investigated in the experiments with Spherical Neutral Detector at the VEPP-2M e + e ? collider. The measurements provide the probability ?(ω → π0 e + e ?) = (0.761 ± 0.053 ± 0.064) × 10?3 of the ω → π0 e + e g- conversion decay and the upper limit ?(ρ → π0 e + e ?) < 1.2 × 10?5 (at 90% CL) for the ρ → π0 e + e ? decay. The results are presented for the charge asymmetry of the Dalitz plot parameters g, h, and k measured for K ±π ± π 0 π 0 decays. The experiment has been carried out in the 35-GeV/c kaon beams at the IHEP accelerator. The g, h, and k parameters appear to be identical for K + and K ? decays within the experimental uncertainty. In particular, a value of (0.2 ± 1.9) × 10?3 is obtained for the charge asymmetry A g = (g + ? g ?)/(g + + g ?) of the Dalitz plot slope.  相似文献

The gauge model of weak interactions is proposed and μ±?e? transitions predicted by the model are discussed. Estimates are given for μ±→e? transitions on hadrons like K+π?μ+e+ with Γ (K+π?μ+e+) ? 10?11Γ(K+ and μ? capture on nuclei with W(μ?→e+) ? 10?12W(μ?ν).
