The N-Troc (2,2,2-trichloroethoxycarbonyl) groups in glucosamine and muramic acid derivatives were removed by treatment with tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) under mild conditions. The use of Troc protection for the amino group in aminosugars such as glucosamine is increasing the importance for selective and efficient glycosylation, and the cleavage method described here will expand the available opportunities for using the Troc group in the preparation of a variety of glycans. This cleavage is especially advantageous for compounds that are labile or may be decomposed under acidic conditions, strong basic conditions, or reductive conditions.  相似文献

Twelve new trinuclear complexes containing terminal PH2Ph, edge-bridging PHPh and/or capping PPh ligands have been isolated from the reaction of M3(CO)12 (M = Ru or Os) with PH2Ph in refluxing solvents. HRu3(CO)10(PHPh) (IIIa) crystallises in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 8.761(3), b = 11.402(4), c = 22.041(7) Å,β = 98.89(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure was solved by a combination of direct methods and Fourier difference techniques, and refined by blocked-cascade least squares to R = 0.027 for 3676 unique observed intensities. The X-ray analysis shows that one edge of the Ru3 triangle is bridged by a hydride and the PHPh ligand, and that the phosphorus-bound hydrogen atom lies over the metal triangle and the phenyl group away from it. This provides an explanation for the ready formation of the capped species H2Ru3(CO)9(PPh) (Va) on pyrolysis of the edge-bridged complex as opposed to the previously reported conversion of HOs3(CO)10(NHPh) to an orthometallated derivative under similar conditions. An X-ray analysis of H2Ru3(CO)9-(PPh) (Va) confirms the capped geometry. the complex crystallises in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 9.323(4), b = 15.110(6), c = 45.267(15) Å,β = 91.84(3)°, and Z = 12. the structure was solved and refined using the same techniques as described previously. The final residual R is 0.061 for 4839 reflections. Some reactions of Va show that the phosphorous cap is difficult to displace and stabilises the molecule with respect to decomposition to non-cluster species.  相似文献

Nanowires of an iodine containing Pb-Sb-sulfosalt have been synthesized by chemical vapor transport. Their structure was studied using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The lattice parameters show values equal to a=4.9801(4) nm, b=0.41132(8) nm (with two-fold superstructure), c=2.1989(1) nm and β=99.918(6)°. These parameters and the results of a multislice simulation are in good agreement with the mineral pillaite, Cu0.10Pb9.16Sb9.84S22.94Cl1.06O0.5 (space group C2/m, a=4.949(1) nm, b=0.41259(8) nm, c=2.1828(4) nm, and β=99.62(3)°). Microprobe and EDX analyses yielded a chemical composition of Cu0.507(5)Pb8.73(9)Sb8.15(8)I1.6S20.0(2) which is close to natural pillaite but contains no oxygen and iodine instead of chlorine. The structure of the investigated material is based on chains of M-S polyhedra (M=Pb or Sb) typical for the architecture of sulfosalts implying iodine atoms in trigonal prismatic coordination with Pb atoms from the M-S polyhedra of neighboring chains. The [010] superstructure of the specimen was found to be unstable under electron beam irradiation with a rapid decrease of the b lattice parameter from 0.8 to 0.4 nm within 5 min.  相似文献

The stabilities of simple and internally coordinated organozinc-transition metal compounds towards disproportionation have been investigated by the microwave titration technique. Simple alkyl- and aryl-derivatives disproportionate to such an extent as to preclude isolation. Internal coordination was found to stabilize the asymmetric compounds, and several derivatives containing the dimethylaminopropyl group were isolated. The crystal structure of one of them, Me2N(CH2)3-ZnW(Cp)(CO)3, was determined by a single-crystal X-ray study. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, with four molecular units in a cell with parameters a 8.406(1), b 12.179(2) and c 16.642(2) Å. The structure was solved by standard Patterson and Fourier techniques. The refinement, with anisotropic temperature factors for the two heavy atoms, converged at RF = 0.092 (RwF = 0.089) for 1536 observed reflections with I>2.5σ(I). The molecule consists of a central tungsten atom, surrounded in a tetragonal pyramidal fashion by a cyclopentadienyl group in the apical position and three carbon monoxyde molecules and a zinc atom occupying the basal positions. The zinc atom is three-coordinate, being surrounded by the tungsten atom and the chelating dimethylaminopropyl group; there is, however, a short intermolecular contact between zinc and a carbonyl oxygen atom at 2.61(3) Å.  相似文献

A new ruthenium-rhodium mixed-metal cluster HRuRh3(CO)12 and its derivatives HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 have been synthesized and characterized. The following crystal and molecular structures are reported: HRuRh3(CO)12: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a 9.230(4), b 11.790(5), c 17.124(9) Å, β 91.29(4)°, Z = 4; HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2·C6H14: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.777(2), b 14.079(2), c 17.010(2) Å, α 86.99(1), β 76.91(1), γ 72.49(1)°, Z = 2; HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2·CH2Cl2: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.577(7), b 13.729(7), c 16.777(10) Å, α 81.39(4), β 77.84(5), γ 65.56°, Z = 2. The reaction between Rh(CO)4? and (Ru(CO)3Cl2)2 tetrahydrofuran followed by acid treatment yields HRuRh3(CO)12 in high yield. Its structural analysis was complicated by a 80–20% packing disorder. More detailed structural data were obtained from the fully ordered structure of HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2, which is closely related to HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HFeCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2. The phosphines are axially coordinated.  相似文献

The structure of (η3-allyl)carbonylchlorobis(dimethylphenylphosphine)-iridium(III) hexafluorophosphate, [Ir(η3-C3H5)Cl(CO)(P(CH3)2(C6H5))2][PF6], has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data to add support for a proposed mechanism of the oxidative addition of allyl halides to IrX(CO)(PR3)2 (X = halide). The compound crystallizes in space group C52h-P21/c with four formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 11.027(1), b = 12.230(2), c = 19.447(5) Å, and β = 103.16(2)0. Least-squares refinement of the structure has led to a value of the conventional R index (on F) of 0.066 for the 3018 independent reflections having F20>3—(F20). The crystal structure consists of discrete, monomericions. The hexafluorophosphate anion is disordered. The coordination geometry around the iridium atom may be described as octahedral, with the chloro ligand trans to the carbonyl group and each phosphorus atom trans to a terminal carbon of the allyl group. Structural parameters: Ir—P = 2.366(4), 2.347(3);Ir—Cl = 2.389(3); Ir—C(allyl) = 2.28(1), 2.24(1),2.25(1); Ir—C (carbonyl) = 1.85(1) Å; P—Ir—P = 105.7(1); C(terminal)—Ir—C(terminal) = 66.2(8); C—C—C = 125(2)o. The allyl group makes an angle of 126o with the P—Ir—P plane. Correlations between geometric structure and number of d electrons are noted among several M—C3H5-complexes, and are interpreted in the light of theoretical models of the M—C3H5- bond.  相似文献

Two new potassium vanadium phosphates have been prepared and their structures have been determined from analysis of single crystal X-ray data. The two compounds, K3(VO)(V2O3) (PO4)2(HPO4) and K3(VO)(HV2O3)(PO4)2(HPO4), are isostructural, except for the incorporation of an extra hydrogen atom into the nearly identical frameworks. The structures consist of a three-dimensional network of [VO]n chains connected through phosphate groups to a [V2O3] moiety. Magnetic susceptibility experiments indicate that in the case of the di-hydrogen compound, there are no significant magnetic interactions between the three independent vanadium (IV) centers. Crystal data: for K3(VO)(V2O3)(PO4)2 (HPO4), Mr = 620.02, orthorhombic space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 7.023(4) Å, b = 13.309(7) Å, c = 14.294(7) Å, V = 1336(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 5.02%, and Rw = 5.24% for 1238 observed reflections [I > 3σ(I)]; for K3(VO)(HV2O3)(PO4)2(HPO4), Mr = 621.04, orthorhombic space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 6.975(3) Å, b = 13.559(7) Å, c = 14.130(7) Å, V = 1336(1) Å3, Z = 4, R = 6.02%, and Rw = 6.34% for 1465 observed reflections [I > 3σ(I)].  相似文献

Solid-state reaction between SrCO3, Cr2O3 and SrF2 has produced the apatite phase Sr10(CrO4)6F2 and Sr2CrO4 which adopts the K2NiF4-type structure. The reaction outcome was very sensitive to the heating rate with rapid rise times favouring the formation of Sr2CrO4, which has been synthesised at ambient pressure for the first time. Powder X-ray diffraction and electron diffraction confirmed that Sr2CrO4 adopts a body centred tetragonal cell (space group I4/mmm) with lattice parameters a=3.8357(1) Å and c=12.7169(1) Å, while a combination of neutron and X-ray diffraction verified Sr10(CrO4)6F2 is hexagonal (space group P63/m) with lattice parameters a=9.9570(1) Å and c=7.4292(1) Å. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and magnetic measurements were used to characterise the oxidation states of chromium contained within these phases.  相似文献

The molecule consists of an unchanged diphenylcyclopropenethione ligand coordinated via the sulphur atom to an Fe(CO)4 group in the axial position. The CS distance is 165.2(7) pm with an FeSC angle of 111.2(2)°.  相似文献

Crystal structures of Pb(MoO2)2(PO4)2 and Ba(MoO2)2(PO4)2 were determined. Both compounds contain the molybdyl group MoO2. The monoclinic unit-cell parameters are a = 6.353(7), b = 12.289(4), c = 11.800 Å, β = 92°56(6), and Z = 4 for the lead salt and a = 6.383(8), b = 7.142(7), c = 9.953(8) Å, β = 95°46(8), and Z = 2 for the barium salt. P21c is the common space group. The R values are respectively R = 0.027 and R = 0.031 for 1964 and 1714 independent reflections. The frameworks built up by a three-dimensional network of monophosphate PO4 and molybdyl MoO2 groups are similar, characterized mainly by corner-sharing PO4 and MoO6 polyhedra. Two oxygen atoms of each MoO6 group are bonded to the molybdenum atom only as in other molybdyl salts.  相似文献

The structures of two carbonylphosphine complexes of chromium were determined by X-ray analysis. cis-Tricarbonyltriphosphinechromium(0), [(CO)3(PH3)3Cr], crystallizes in space group P21/m with a = 6.90± 0.01, b = 11.29±0.02, c = 6.41±0.01 Å, β = 93.80±0.08°, Z=2. The structure was solved by conventional methods and refined by least squares (R1 = 0.056). The idealized octahedral molecule shows approximate C3v, symmetry. The mean CrP-distance is 2.346±40.003 Å. Pentacarbonylphosphinechromium, [(CO)5(PH3)Cr], crystallizes in spacegroup Pnma with a = 12.23±0.02, b = 11.33±0.02, c = 6.61 ±0.01 Å, Z = 4. Cell dimensions and structural parameters are very similar to those of hexacarbonylchromium(0). In the crystal the PH3 group is disordered over three mutually cis-positions of the coordination octahedron.  相似文献

The crystal structure of (NH4)21[H3Mo57V6(NO)6O183 (H2O)18]·53 H2O a supramolecular heteropoly cluster compound (space group P63/mmcZ=2 final R1=0.1302 (I>2σ(I)) for 1745 unique reflections) was redetermined by single-crystal neutron diffraction studies at 20 K. The X-ray diffraction results reported in 1994 by Müller et al. (Z. Anorg. Allg. Chem. 620 599) are confirmed. Additionally we could localize many hydrogen positions not found so far and establish a phase transition near 240 K. Many of the ammonium ions the ligand and hydrate H2O molecules and the hydroxy group are orientationally disordered even at 20 K. The central cavity of the structure is built up by two twelve-membered rings consisting of six O-H·sdot;·O hydrogen bonds each. These strong hydrogen bonds are obviously decisive for the stability of the cluster. The hydrate H2O molecules are stronger-hydrogen-bond acceptor groups than the oxoligands of the cluster.  相似文献

A new binuclear cadmium(II) complex with neutral ligands, 1,2-diaminobenzene (DMB) and dimethylformamide (DMF), [Cd2(Ph(NH2)2)5(DMFA)4](B10H10)2, was synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 26.198(3) ?, b = 12.742(3) ?, c = 21.658(3) ?, β = 119.985(10)°, Z = 8, space group C2/c. The distorted octahedral environment of Cd is formed by four nitrogen atoms of three DAB molecules and two oxygen atoms of DMF molecules. Three independent DAB molecules perform different functions: one chelates the Cd atom, another is linked to cadmium as a monodentate ligand, and the third one bridges two Cd atoms, thus forming the dimer. The amino groups of the DAB molecules are involved in the N-H⋯O and N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds and in N-H⋯B and N-H⋯H-B specific interactions with the cluster boron anion. Original Russian Text ? E.A. The title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with 4 molecules in the unit cell (cell dimensions: a 9.778(2), b 10.639(2) and c 12.423(4) Å). The structure was solved by means of the heavy atom method. The rhodium atom is linked to both olefinic double bonds. The terpene carbonyl group does not participate in coordination to rhodium. Unlike the endocyclic olefinic group, which is approximately perpendicular to the coordination plane of rhodium, the exocyclic Cz.sbnd;C double bound shows a considerable deviation from this arrangement. The π-complexation of carvone with rhodium proceeds diastereospecifically. The absolute configuration of (+)-carvone is 4S in agreement with the assignment derived by indirect chemical correlation.  相似文献

Ce6Mo10O39 crystallizes in the triclinic system with unit-cell dimensions (from single-crystal data) a = 10.148(5), Å, b = 18.764(6), Å, c = 9.566(5), Å, α = 103.12(7)°, β = 78.07(7)°, γ = 107.69(7)°, and space group P1, z = 2. The structure was solved using direct methods with 3113 countermeasured reflections (Mo radiation), and refined using Fourier and least-squares techniques to a conventional R of 0.039 (ωR = 0.047). Ce6Mo10O39 has a structure that consists of isolated MoO4 tetrahedra together with one corner-shared pair of tetrahedra, linked to irregular eight-coordinate Ce(III) polyhedra. The average MoO distance of 1.77 Å, and average CeO distance of 2.52 Å are in good agreement with previously reported values.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of hexaphenylditin selenide (C6H5)3SnSeSn(G6H5)3 was determined by X-ray diffraction data and was refined to R  0.055. The compound is monoclinic, space group P21, with a  9.950(4), b  18.650(7), c  18.066(6) Å, β  106.81(4)°, Z  4. The two molecules in the asymmetric unit differ slightly in their conformations, both having approximate C2 symmetry. Bond lengths and angles are: SnSe 2.526 (2.521(3) ? 2.538(3)) Å; SnC 2.138 (2.107(16)?2.168(19)) Å; SnSeSn 103.4(1)°, 105.2(1)°. There are only slight angular distortions at the SnSeC3 tetrahedra (SeSnC angles: 104.3(5)?114.8(4)°). The bond data indicate essentially single bonds around the Sn atoms.  相似文献

A kinetic study of the reaction of hydroxide ion with (CO)5MoC(XCH2CH2OH)(C6H5) (X = O for Mo-OR, and X = S for Mo-SR), and (CO)5WC(OCH2CH2OH)(C6H4-Z) (W-OR(Z)) is reported. The results are consistent with a pathway in basic solution that involves rapid deprotonation of the OH group followed by rate-limiting cyclization. The parameter k1KOH for the reaction of W-OR(Z) was determined as a function of the phenyl substituents. They were found to correlate well with the Hammett equation. The dependence of the reactivity on the metal atoms in the complexes M-OR (M = Cr, Mo and W) shows that the reactivity decreases slightly down the group of the Periodic Table, while for M-SR the reactivity increases slightly down the group. A plausible explanation of these results is offered based on electronegativity values of the metal atoms. The much higher ρ(k1KOH) value for W-OR(Z) over W-SR(Z) arises mainly due to the stabilization of the reactant carbene complex by the stronger π-donor effect of oxygen over sulfur.  相似文献

The molecular structure of benzoylmethylidynetricobalt nonacarbonyl, C6H5C(O)CCo3(CO)9, has been determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The sample crystallized from heptane forms as monoclinic prisms of spae group P21/c, with a = 8.836(2), b = 14.097(10), c = 16.514(3), β = 103.37(6) and z = 2. The final R value was 0.053. The structure is regular and normal but does not aid in explaining the interesting properties of this cluster.  相似文献

Reaction of C5H4(SiMe3)2 with Mo(CO)6 yielded [(η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2)Mo(CO)3]2, which on addition of iodine gave [(η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2Mo(CO)3I]. Carbonyl displacement by a range of ligands: [L  P(OMe)3, P(OPri)3,P(O-o-tol)3, PMe3, PMe2Ph, PMePh2, PPh3, P(m-tol)3] gave the new complexes [(η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2 MO(CO)2(L)I]. For all the trans isomer was the dominant, if not exclusive, isomer formed in the reaction. An NOE spectral analysis of [(η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2)Mo(CO)2(L)I] L  PMe2Ph, P(OMe)3] revealed that the L group resided on the sterically uncongested side of the cyclopentadienyl ligand and that the ligand did not access the congested side of the molecule. Quantification of this phenomenon [L  P(OMe)3] was achieved by means of the vertex angle of overlap methodology. This methodology revealed a steric preference with the trans isomer (less congestion of CO than I with an SiMe3 group) being the more stable isomer for L  P(OMe)3.  相似文献

Single crystals of (H3O)[UO2(CH3COO)3] (I) and (NH(C2H5)3)[UO2(CH3COO)3] (II) are synthesized, and their structures are studied by X-ray crystallography. Compound I crystallizes in the tetragonal crystal system with the unit cell parameters a = 13.70640(10) ?, c = 27.5258(5) ?, V = 5171.14(11) ?3, space group I41/a, Z = 16, R = 0.0238. The crystals of compound II are orthorhombic with the parameters a = 13.3685(3) ?, b = 10.6990(3) ?, c = 12.2616(3) ?, V = 1753.77(8) ?3, space group Pna21, Z = 4, R = 0.0228. The uranium-containing structural units of crystals I and II are [UO2(CH3COO)3] island mononuclear groups belonging to the A B301(A = UO22+, B01 = CH3COO) crystal-chemical group of uranyl complexes. [UO2(CH3COO)3] complexes are linked into a three-dimensional framework by electrostatic interactions with the outer-sphere cations and by hydrogen bonds involving the hydrogen atoms of hydroxonium (I) or triethylammonium (II) with the oxygen atoms of the acetato groups.  相似文献
