Cyclization of 2-[(4-chloroanilino)methyl]phenol (1) with thiophosphoryl chloride afforded 2-chloro-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3,2λ5-benzoxazaphosphinine-2-thione (2). Reaction of 2 with various heterocyclic amines (3) in the presence of Et3N/NaH gave 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-nitrogen heterocyclic substituted-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3,2λ5-benzoxaza-phosphinine-2-thiones (4). Further reaction of 4 with the N-sodium salt of amino heterocyclics in the presence of HCl at 50-60 °C opened the benzoxazaphosphinine ring chemoselectively at the endocyclic P-O bond and yielded 2-[4-chloro(heterocyclic substituted-phosphorothioyl)anilino]methylphenols 5-13.  相似文献

Triethylphosphite induced reductive cyclisation of 1-(2-nitrophenyl)-3,5-di(2-thienyl)pyrazole 6 afforded the expected 1,3-di(2-thienyl)pyrazolo[1,2-a]benzotriazole 7 (14%) together with an unexpected product which was shown to be a 2-(2-thienyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c]quinoxaline 8 derivative (27%). A mechanism for the extrusion of sulfur during the transformation of heterocycle 6 into product 8 is proposed.  相似文献

A series of N-(p-X-phenyl)-N′-(p-toluenesulfonyl)1,2-ethylenediamines compounds, TsN(H)CH2CH2N(H)PhX, were synthesized by the uncatalyzed ring opening reaction of N-tosylaziridine with p-X-aniline derivatives in pure water at 50 °C. No solvolysis product was observed and the only side product was that of a subsequent ring opening reactions of N-tosylaziridine with the product anilines leading to substituted diethylenetriamines, XPhN(CH2CH2NTs)2.  相似文献

Intramolecular nucleophilic opening of the oxirane ring in tert-butyl 6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-7-oxa-3-azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane-3-carboxylate by the action of excess potassium hydroxide in 75% aqueous dimethyl sulfoxide at 110–120°C gave tert-butyl (3aR,7aS)-3a-hydroxyhexahydrofuro[2,3-c]pyridine-6(2H)-carboxylate whose treatment with POCl3 resulted in elimination of water molecule and tert-butoxycarbonyl group with formation of 2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydrofuro[2,3-c]pyridine hydrochloride. The latter reacted with electrophiles (acetic anhydride, methanesulfonyl chloride, and benzaldehyde in combination with sodium triacetoxyhydridoborate) in the presence of triethylamine, yielding the corresponding N-substituted 2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydrofuro[ 2,3-c]pyridine derivatives.  相似文献

A novel 1,4-N→O migration of a disubstituted phenyl ring was observed during N-methylation of a bicalutamide derivative, (2S)-2-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-(4-fluorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionamide, in the presence of CsF-Celite/acetonitrile and desilylation of (2S)-2-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-(4-fluorophenoxy)-2,N-dimethylpropionamide in tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride/THF. Both NMR and X-ray analysis confirmed the structure of the 1,4-N→O disubstituted phenyl ring migrated product.  相似文献

Nine novel sulfate-type hybrid surfactants, CmF2m+1C6H4CH(OSO3Na)CnH2n+1 (FmPHnOS: m=4, 6, 8; n=3, 5, 7; C6H4: p-phenylene), with a benzene ring in their molecules were synthesized. Alkanoyl chlorides were allowed to react with iodobenzene in the presence of aluminum chloride to give the corresponding aromatic ketones. The reaction of the ketones with perfluoroalkyl iodides yielded 1-[4-(perfluoroalkyl)phenyl]-1-alkanones as intermediates. The intermediates were allowed to react with methanol in tetrahydrofuran in the presence of sodium borohydride to yield 1-[4-(perfluoroalkyl)phenyl]-1-alkanols. The desired hybrid surfactants were obtained by the reaction of 1-[4-(perfluoroalkyl)phenyl-1-alkanols with sulfur trioxide/pyridine complex in pyridine and by the subsequent neutralization of the products with sodium hydroxide solution. When compared with the conventional hybrid surfactants, CmF2m+1C6H4COCH(SO3Na)CnH2n+1 (FmHnS: m=4, 6; n=2, 4, 6; C6H4: p-phenylene), the new hybrid surfactants thus synthesized were found to have a comparable ability to lower the surface tension of water and a high hydrophilicity. The cmc of FmPHnOS obeyed Kleven’s rule and their occupied areas per molecule increased with increasing m and n with the values between 0.66 and 1.05 nm2. The aggregation number for FmPHnOS micelles ranged from 6 to 45 and the hydrodynamic radius of the micelles was in the range of 1.4-3.1 nm.  相似文献

Twelve-membered cyclic cis- and trans-β-lactams 1b and 2b and the corresponding cyclic cis- and trans-β-amino acid enantiomers, 1a, 1c and 2a, 2c were prepared through the CAL-B-catalysed enantioselective ring cleavage of racemic cis-13-azabicyclo[10.2.0]tetradecan-14-one, (±)-1, and trans-13-azabicyclo[10.2.0]tetradecan-14-one, (±)-2. High enantioselectivities (E >200) were observed for the ring opening of both the cis- and trans-β-lactams when the Lipolase-catalysed reactions were performed with 0.5 equiv of H2O in i-Pr2O at 70 °C. The resolved β-lactams 1b and 2b (yield ⩾47%) and β-amino acids 1a and 2a (yield ⩾32%) could be easily separated.  相似文献

A novel four-step synthesis to the pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazocine ring system is described. 1H-Pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde was alkylated with ethyl or methyl bromoacetate and the resulting ethyl or methyl (2-formyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)acetates oxidised with potassium permanganate to the corresponding 1-[(2-ethoxy or methoxy)-2-oxoethyl]-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acids. The latter was converted into their acid chlorides by reaction with thionyl chloride and without isolation transformed into the respective methyl 2-({[1-(2-ethoxy or methoxy-2-oxoethyl)-1H-pyrrol-2-yl]carbonyl}amino)benzoates by reaction with methyl anthranilate. Dieckmann condensation of methyl 2-({[1-(2-methoxy-2-oxoethyl)-1H-pyrrol-2-yl]carbonyl}amino)benzoate provided the pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazocine.  相似文献

The acid-catalysed ring opening of a number of substituted nopinones to give 4-(2-propyl)cyclohex-2-enones is described. In an application of this reaction use has been made of pinane chirality in the synthesis of R-o-mentha-2,4-diene (13) by fluorosulfonic acid-catalysed rupture of cis-verbanone (8) to (4S,5R)- and (4R,5R)-5-methyl-4(2-propyl)cyclohex-2-enone (9 and 10) followed by reduction-elimination.  相似文献

Ethyl 3-furfuryl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazoline-2-carboxylate extremely readily undergoes hydrolysis in acid, alkaline, or neutral medium with formation of 2-(2-ethoxy-1,2-dioxoethylamino)-N-furfurylbenzamide. The reaction of ethyl 3-furfuryl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazoline-2-carboxylate with phenylmagnesium bromide yields N-furfuryl-2-(2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenyl-1-oxoethylamino)benzamide as a result of hydrolytic cleavage of the quinazoline ring.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-bromo-6-lithiopyridine with trialkylboranes affords 5-alkyl-5-dialkylboryl-2-(Z), 4(E)- pentadienenitriles by stereospecific alkylative cleavage of the pyridine ring. These intermediary vinylboranes are versatile reagents for the preparation of 5-alkyl-2(Z), 4(E)-pentadienenitriles, 5,5-dialkyl-4-pentenenitriles and 5,5-dialkyl-2,4-pentadienenitriles.  相似文献

Eleven-membered carbocycles were synthesized from six-membered compounds fitted with a β-(hydroxymethyl)allylsilane unit via the title reaction. Namely, trans- and cis-(E)-2-(trimethylsilylmethyl)-3-(2-vinylcyclohex-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-ol were treated with Tf2O in CH2Cl2 in the presence of 2,6-lutidine to afford (1E)-3-methylenecycloundeca-1,6-diene in good yield. The geometry of the product was shown to depend upon the trans- and cis-substitution pattern on the cyclohexane ring of the substrates; i.e. trans-isomer afforded (6E)-product exclusively and cis-isomer afforded the mixture of (6E)- and (6Z)-product in 1:2 ratio. The (Z)-substrate with respect to allylsilane moiety afforded the same ring expansion product, however, the yield was lower than the reaction with the (E)-substrate. The substrates bearing t-butyl or benzyloxy substituents on the cyclohexane ring also afforded the product analogously, indicating that the reaction depends upon the conformation of the substrate. On the other hand, the substrate bearing isopropenyl group instead of a simple vinyl group did not afford the ring expansion product but produced bicyclo[5.4.0]undecane via the ene reaction.  相似文献

A new thermal ring cleavage of 3-pyridyl nitrenes for the formation of 4-isocyanobut-2-enenitrile products is reported. Thermolysis of 4-(thien-3-yl)-3-pyridyl azide 1 and 3-azido-4-(1-TIPS-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)pyridine 5 afforded two new isonitrile-nitrile products by ring cleavage; 4-isocyano-2-(thiophen-3-yl)but-2-enenitrile (3, 27%) and 4-isocyano-2-(1-TIPS-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)but-2-enenitrile (7, 20%), in addition to our previously reported pyrido[3,4-b]thienopyrrole (2, 29%) and pyrido[3,4-b]pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrrole (6, 71%) products. Minor amounts of 2-(thien-3-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (4, 6%), formed by ring contraction, were also isolated after thermolysis of azide 1. Isonitriles 3 and 7 underwent degradation into amine 3b and formamide 7a by acidic hydrolysis. The nature and chemistry of compounds 3, 4 and 7 were investigated.  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structure of (2β,3β,14α,20R,5′R)-14,20-dihydroxy-20-(3′-isopropylisoxazolin-5′-yl)-2,3-isopropylidenedioxy-5β-pregn-7-en-6-one and (2β,3β,14α,20R,5′R)-20-hydroxy-20-(3′-methylisoxazolin-5′-yl)-14-trimethylsilyloxy-2,3-isopropylidenedioxy-5β-pregn-7-en-6-one was investigated by XRD analysis. Compounds crystallize in the orthorhombic [space group P212121; a 1.751(2), b 12.146(2), c 19.660(4) Å] and hexagonal [space group P61; a 14.138(3), b 14.138(3), c 27.597(7) Å] crystal systems, respectively. These compounds, which resulted from the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of isobutyronitrile oxide or acetonitrile oxide to the corresponding steroid olefin, have 5′R-stereochemistry of the formed chiral center. The conformation of the side chain of molecules is stable due to the intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Utility and limitation of the title reaction was studied. When (E)-3-(4-t-butyl- and 4-phenylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)-2-(trimethylsilylmethyl)prop-2-en-1-ols were treated with Ms2O or MsCl, 3-t-butyl- and 3-phenyl-8-methylbicyclo[4.3.0]nona-1(6),7-dienes were obtained, respectively. The corresponding (Z)-isomer afforded a complex mixture, among which an elimination product was detected. (E)-4-(4-t-Butylcyclohexylidene)-2-(trimethylsilylmethyl)but-2-en-1-ol afforded only elimination product.  相似文献

Quantum yields for the photoreactions of 1-(2-naphthoyl)aziridine (NAz) to N-(2-chloroethyl)-2-naphthamide (CENA), N-(2-bromoethyl)-2-naphthamide (BENA) and 2-(2-naphthyl)-2-oxazoline (NOz) in various chloroalkanes and bromoalkanes were determined together with the yields for the fluorescence emission and intersystem crossing of NAz. The quantum yields for both CENA formation in chloroalkanes and NOz formation in bromoalkanes increased, whereas the quantum yield for fluorescence emission decreased, with increased halogen substitution in the solvent molecule. The influence of haloalkane solvents on the quantum yield for intersystem crossing was relatively small. The Stern-Volmer plot for quenching of the CENA or BENA formation by 1,3-pentadiene first increased rapidly and then asymptotically approached a straight line. A reaction mechanism via both the lowest excited singlet and triplet states of NAz accounts for the formation of both CENA and BENA.  相似文献
