16-(Benzylaminomethyl)lambertianic acid methyl ester reacts with 2-methylprop-2-enoyl chloride to give unsaturated amide which readily undergoes intramolecular [4 + 2]-cycloaddition with formation of terpenoid derivatives of 10-oxa-3-azatricyclo[5.2.1.01,5]decenone. Acetylation of lambertianic acid methyl ester with acetic anhydride occurs preferentially at the 2-position of the furan ring and is accompanied by migration of the exocyclic double bond. Reductive amination of 16-acetyl-15,16-epoxylabda-8(9),13,14-triene and subsequent reaction of the resulting amine with 2-methylprop-2-enoyl chloride give intramolecular cyclization products in high yield without isolation of intermediate furfurylacryloyl derivative. Reactions of methyl 16-(benzylaminomethyl)-15,16-epoxylabda-8(9),13,14- and -8(17),13,14-trien-18-oates with maleic anhydride lead to the formation of the corresponding 10-oxa-3-azatricyclo[5.2.1.01,5]dec-8-ene-6-carboxylic acid derivatives as mixtures of diastereoisomers.  相似文献

Juvenile hormone III (JH-III) controls several aspects of insect development, and analogues of JH-III are widely used as insect control agents. Recent reports suggest that these compounds may also perturb the normal development of crustaceans, and perhaps other aquatic species. In an attempt to prepare more highly degradable (and thus less environmentally persistent) mimics of JH-III, we prepared a series of analogues incorporating vinyl ether functionality. The stability of these compounds in water or warm, moist air was evaluated, revealing two distinct decomposition pathways.  相似文献

Abstract

As a part of our ongoing search for neuroprotective compounds from natural products, two new iridoid glycosides, vibsansuspenside A-B (1-2), along with five known terpenoids (3-7), were isolated from the dry leaves of Viburnum odoratissimum. Their chemical structures were well determined by means of NMR spectroscopic data as well as HRESIMS analysis. All compounds were detected for their neuroprotective effects against H2O2-induced damage in human dopaminergic neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). Among them, compound 3 displayed the most potent neuroprotective ability, and further investigation by Annexin V/PI and Western blot analysis demonstrated that compound 3 could protect SH-SY5Y cells from oxidative damage through inhibiting cell apoptosis.

新型半导体光催化剂钨酸铋是目前研究广泛的光催化剂,但因其电子空穴对易复合的问题,限制了光催化产氢性能。为解决这一问题,采用锂-乙二胺溶液在钨酸铋表面构筑可控氧空位缺陷和金属缺陷。通过材料表征对比了钨酸铋经锂-乙二胺处理前后的变化,并对两者进行了产氢速率测试。钨酸铋在经过锂-乙二胺处理过后产生了氧空位缺陷和降价的金属中心,材料颜色从原先的黄白色转变为黄棕色,增强了光吸收能力。颗粒的主体结构以及物质成分并未发生变化,仍保持花球状颗粒结构,但处理后钨酸铋颗粒表面原先的光滑的片状结构变得粗糙,且方形纳米薄片锋利边缘变光滑,提高了光催化反应面积。这些变化使锂-乙二胺处理后的钨酸铋光催化产氢性能相比未处理之前得到了一定的提升。  相似文献

A mixture of loliolide 1 (> 85%) and paniculatadiol 2 (< 15%) was obtained from the ethyl acetate leaf extract of Pterocarpus indicus by silica gel chromatography, while the air-dried flowers afforded lupeol 3 and phytol esters 4. The structures of 1-4 were determined by NMR spectroscopy. Antimicrobial tests on a mixture of 1 and 2 indicated that it has moderate activity against Candida albicans and low activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Aspergillus niger. It was found inactive against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.  相似文献
