Neural models based on multilayered perceptrons for computing the resonant frequency of rectangular microstrip antennas with thin and thick substrates are presented. Eleven learning algorithms, Levenberg-Marquardt, conjugate gradient of Fletcher-Reeves, conjugate gradient of Powell-Beale, bayesian regularization, scaled conjugate gradient, Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno, resilient backpropagation, conjugate of Polak-Ribiére, backpropagation with adaptive learning rate, one-step secant, and backpropagation with momentum, are used to train the multilayered perceptrons. The resonant frequency results obtained by using neural models are in very good agreement with the experimental results available in the literature. When the performances of neural models are compared with each other, the best result is obtained from the multilayered perceptrons trained by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.  相似文献

利用二次量子化方法研究了由相同面心立方结构(100)材料构成的铁磁性双层薄膜中的自旋波,重点讨论了低能量体模的波形演化情况.结果表明,面心立方晶格能量较低的体模在薄膜A-A型铁磁材料传播过程中波形完全相同,传播行为也完全相同;并且随着能量的增加,体模波长在两层铁磁薄膜材料中逐渐缩短,波速逐渐减小.  相似文献

We fabricate organic thin films using the copolymer of methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate (PMMA- GMA) as a gate dielectric with a simple top-contact structure. Copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) TFTs are fabricated and the influences of annealing on the performance are studied. The mobilities increase from 2.5 × 10^3 cm^2/Vs to 4.2 × 10^3 cm^2/Vs and threshold voltages decrease from -18 V to -10 V after annealing. The good performances of the devices approach those obtained with inorganic gate dielectric materials such as silicon dioxide under the same technical conditions. It is fully proven that PMMA-GMA is a competitive candidate as an excellent gate insulation layer.  相似文献

The evolution of a magnetic domain structure induced by temperature and magnetic field is reported in silicondoped yttrium iron garnet(YIG) films with perpendicular anisotropy.During a cooling-down procedure from300 K to 7K,a 20%change in the domain width is observed,with the long tails of the stripes being shortened and the twisting stripes being straightened.Under the influence of the stray field of a barium ferrite,the garnet presents an interesting domain structure,which shows an appearance of branching protrusions.The intrinsic mechanisms in these two processes are also discussed.  相似文献

采用光度法以及椭圆偏振法测量技术对掺有贵金属或过渡金属元素的SnO2薄膜以及在不同Po2/PAr比条件下制备的VOx系列的薄膜进行了系统的光学气敏特性测试。比较了各种薄膜对SO2气体的光学气敏特性,发现在一定条件下制备的SnO2/Pd、VOx薄膜对SO2气体在可见光区有很好的灵敏性,SnO2/Zr薄膜对SO2气体在近红外区有很好的的灵敏性。定性地用光学能隙的变化和自由载流子浓度的变化说明了薄膜在吸附气体后的光学性质的变化。  相似文献

Optical rectification (OR) effect in the isotropic thin film consisting of chiral molecules with a tripod-like structure is investigated. The expressions of static-electric polarization in the isotropic chiral thin films and the relations between the OR and microscopic parameters of chiral medium are obtained by theoretical derivation. A simple method for determining the absorption coefficient of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin in human blood is proposed. The method is based on a variation of the complex propagation constant of guided wave in a thin-film optical waveguide. On the waveguide layer, a serial multi-channel sample chamber is constructed to vary the interaction length between the evanescent field and the sample, and the dependence of the sensor response on the interaction length is investigated for various concentrations of two hemoglobins. The response of this sensor is linearly proportional to the interaction length and the concentration of the two hemoglobins. The attenuation constant due to the evanescent field absorption between the channels is experimentally obtained with the designed sensor, and the absorption coefficient is determined by the proposed method. The determined absorption coefficients coincided with those obtained by conventional transmission measurement.  相似文献

设计了基于CdSe/ZnS核壳量子点薄膜发光谱温变特性的温度传感器。在30~160℃温度范围内,CdSe/ZnS核壳量子点的光致荧光(PL)谱随温度呈现规律性变化。温度升高时,PL谱自参考峰值强度减小、峰值波长增大、半峰全宽增大;而且PL谱自参考峰值强度、峰值波长和半峰全宽温变特性分别非常符合一次、一次和二次拟合函数关系,其对应的相关性指数R2均达到96.6%以上;PL谱峰值波长温变灵敏度达到0.06 nm/℃,分辨率约为0.1℃。同时,采用PL谱自参考峰值强度比单纯的PL谱峰值强度更具有温度测量稳定性和精确性。  相似文献

制备了两种不同结构的蓝色发光器件。其中阻挡层结构的器件为:ITO/CuPc/NPB/TPBi/Alq/MgAg;夹心型结构的器件为:ITO/CuPc/NPB/DPVBi:perylene/Alq/MgAg。两种器件的发射光谱分别为NPB和perylene的特征光谱,最高亮度和最大效率分别为3700cd/cm^2、6123cd/cm^2和0.781m/W,0.831m/W。然而,两种器件稳定性差异较大。用能级结构图分析了两种器件的发光特性和稳定性差异的原因。  相似文献
