Room temperature Pd(0)/Ad3P-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides with bis(pinacolato)diboron are described. The Pd(0)/Ad3P catalyst, generated from Ad3P-coordinated acetanilide-based palladacycle complex, proved to be an efficient catalyst system for the Miyaura borylation reactions of a variety of aryl chlorides with bis(pinacolato)diboron. The mild reaction condition, the easy availability of the catalyst and good coupling yields make these reactions potentially useful in organic synthesis.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The efficient addition of bis(pinacolato)diboron to alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with a copper-diphosphine catalyst has been carried out. A dramatic rate acceleration of the reaction was realized by adding alcohol additives. With use of this procedure, a variety of alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds including conjugated substrates at the acid oxidation level such as esters and nitriles were reacted to give to the corresponding beta-boryl carbonyl compounds in high yields.  相似文献

A series of functional metallophthalocyanines have been synthesized to study their role as a catalyst towards the reductive dechlorination of atrazine using sodium borohydride as a mild reducing agent. The cobalt(II) phthalocyanine bearing nitro groups at the peripheral position is the most efficient catalyst with exceptionally high catalytic activity in comparison to other functional cobalt(II) phthalocyanines.  相似文献

Cis-alkenes are ubiquitous in biological molecules, which makes it greatly significant to develop efficient methods toward construction of cis-olefins. Herein, we reported a facile semi-hydrogenation of alkynes to cis-alkenes in an efficient way with cuprous bromide/tributylphosphine as the catalyst and bis(pinacolato)diboron/methanol as the hydrogen donor. The method features convenient and facile reaction conditions, wide substrate scope, high yields, and high stereoselectivity.  相似文献

Highly regioselective and efficient borylation of a variety of porphyrins has been achieved by reaction with bis(pinacolato)diboron through C? H bond activation under iridium catalysis on the basis of the synthetic protocol developed by Miyaura, Hartwig, and Smith. A boryl group can be selectively introduced at sterically uncongested positions in the peripheral aryl groups of porphyrin substrates whose peripheral β‐positions are sterically hindered. Curiously, β substituents adjacent to the aryl group to be borylated have unexpectedly large effects on the regioselectivity, because the iridium catalyst can discriminate between subtle steric differences. Chemoselective borylation was also achieved for several functionalized porphyrins. This borylation protocol can be applied to various monomeric and oligomeric functional porphyrins, hence offering an efficient route to elaborate multiporphyrin‐based molecular constructs.  相似文献

This transformation has efficiently afforded a series of novel lithium cyclic boracarbonate ion pair compounds in high yields from readily available starting materials. This protocol has not only provided a new catalytic process for the utilization of CO2, but it has also constituted a novel route for the efficient synthesis of a new class of lithium borate compounds that might be of interest as potential electrolyte candidates for lithium ion batteries.  相似文献

Tricyclohexylphosphine-cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine complexes were found to be very efficient catalysts for the one-pot borylation/Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides with bis(pinacolato)diboron. Typically, using 0.5–1.0 mol% of catalyst in the presence of 3.0 equivalents of K2CO3 as base in dioxane at 100 °C provided the corresponding symmetrical biaryls in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The catalytic activity and stability of anionic cobalt(II) porphyrin complexes: 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(2,6-dichloro-3-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrinatocobalt(II), 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(2,4,6-trimethyl-3,5disulfonatophenyl)porphyrinatocobalt(II) and the cationic cobalt(II) porphyrin: 5,10,15,20-tetrakis[4-(diethylmethylammonio)phenyl]porphyrinatocobalt(II) tertraiodide have been investigated in the oxidation of 2-mercaptoethanol by dioxygen. All complexes were efficient catalysts for the auto-oxidation of 2-mercaptoethanol. The cationic cobalt(II) porphyrin has been found to be the most reactive catalyst. The rate of auto-oxidation of 2-mercaptoethanol catalysed by 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(2,4,6-trimethyl-3,5disulfonatophenyl)porphyrinatocobalt(II) has been found to increase with increasing the pH from 7 to 9 then decreased at higher pH. The rate constants of auto-oxidation reaction showed linear dependence on catalyst concentration and saturation kinetics in both 2-mercaptoethanol concentrations and dioxygen pressure. Anionic cobalt(II) porphyrin complexes showed higher stability than the cationic catalyst in repeat oxidation reactions. Immobilizing the anionic catalysts on ion exchange resin and supporting the cationic catalyst on clay mineral montmorillonite improved their stabilities towards oxidation.  相似文献

本文报道了惰性对称内炔烃硼氢化反应,高效合成系列硼酸酯化合物。以氮杂环卡宾氯化亚铜催化联硼酸频哪醇酯与对称内炔烃发生反应,生成烯基铜试剂,再经甲醇质子化,高效合成了构型单一的顺式烯基硼酸酯,产物经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、HRMS表征。系统考察了反应各项参数,讨论了反应可能的历程。本研究的炔烃硼氢化方法简便高效,催化剂稳定,无需使用膦配体,环境友好。  相似文献

A new heterogeneous cobalt catalyst has been synthesized by immobilizing Co species onto a nitrogen-rich porous organic polymer (Co@imine-POP). The heterogeneous catalyst synthesized was efficient in Heck and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions in green media under mild reaction conditions without inert air and phase transfer agents. This phosphine-, copper-, and palladium-free catalyst was stable under the reaction conditions and could be reused for at least eight successive runs without a discernible decrease in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Borylative allyl–allyl coupling using allenes, bis(pinacolato)diboron, and allyl phosphates has been developed in the presence of a copper catalyst bearing an N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand. [reaction: see text] With use of 1 mol % of Cr catalyst 5, surprisingly efficient Cr-mediated couplings of aldehydes with various types of nucleophiles have been realized. The catalyst set of Cr catalyst 5 and Ni catalyst 4 is used for alkenylation, alkynylation, and arylation, whereas the catalyst set of Cr catalyst 5 and CoPc (cobalt phthalocyanine) is used for 2-haloallylation, alkylation, and propargylation. Only the Cr catalyst 5 is required for allylation. The reaction rates in DME and THF have been found significantly faster than that in MeCN.  相似文献

The enantioselective borylative dearomatization of a heteroaromatic compound has been achieved using a copper(I) catalyst and a diboron reagent. This reaction involves the regio‐ and enantioselective addition of active borylcopper(I) species to indole‐2‐carboxylates, followed by the diastereoselective protonation of the resulting copper(I) enolate to give the corresponding chiral indolines, which bear consecutive stereogenic centers.  相似文献

A series of ladder type π-conjugated diboron complexes 1-4 have been designed and synthesized by a very simple synthetic procedure. Single crystals of complex 3 were grown and the molecular structure determined by X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that this type of diboron ladder has a rather planar skeleton. All complexes possess very high melting points (275-383 °C) and decomposition temperatures (T(d5): 343-400 °C), indicative of their high thermal stabilities. The electrochemical and photophysical properties as well as theoretical calculations were investigated, suggesting the possibility of these boron complexes as efficient emitters in optoelectronics.  相似文献
