A convenient procedure has been developed for the synthesis of cis-and trans-isomeric 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazoles by reaction of the corresponding pyrazoles with β-methylacrolein diethyl acetal and subsequent 1,4-cleavage of the nucleophilic substitution products. The behavior of the title compounds in Diels-Alder reactions with maleic anhydride has been studied. According to the 1H NMR data, 1-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-1H-pyrazole is a mixture of cis and trans isomers. Butadienylpyrazoles having methyl groups in the pyrazole ring do not react with maleic anhydride.  相似文献

3-(3-(tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxy)buta-1,3-dienyl)oxazolidin-2-one was reacted with several electrophilic 2H-azirines to give the expected cycloadducts in moderate to good yields. Treatment of the cycloadducts under acidic conditions gave six-membered ring aminoenones and aziridine derivatives. In the case where anilinium fluoride was used an inversion at the C-2 stereogenic center was observed forming an isomer of the former cycloadduct. The chiral (R)-3-(3-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)buta-1,3-dienyl)-4-phenyloxazolidin-2-one was also reacted with an electrophilic 2H-azirine. The reaction showed no diastereoselectivity, but both diastereoisomers were fully isolated by chromatography.  相似文献

Rhodium-catalyzed double [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)buta-1,3-diyne with tethered diynes provides a straightforward, single-pot procedure for the synthesis of a new class of tropos biaryl diphosphine, NU-BIPHEP. This methodology represents a significant improvement on existing multistep procedures. Enantiopure Lewis acid platinum complexes of these diphosphines are highly efficient catalysts for carbonyl-ene and Diels-Alder reactions, and ruthenium diphosphine-diamine complexes catalyze the asymmetric reduction of ketones to give ee's that rival those obtained with their BINAP counterpart.  相似文献

2,3-Bis(5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyphenyl)buta-1,3-diene was prepared by bromination of (Z)- and (E)-2,3-bis(5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyphenyl)-2-butene followed by treatment with zinc powder in a mixture of CH2Cl2 and acetic acid, which was converted to the corresponding o-terphenyl skeleton by the condensation with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate followed by oxidation with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanobenzoquinone.  相似文献

The reduction of 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanone with sodium tetrahydridoborate gave 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-1-ol and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanol, respectively. Only 1-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one was reduced with baker’s yeast with an appreciable yield. 1-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)propan-2-one and 1-phenyl-2-(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)ethanone reacted with diethyl phosphonate in the presence of potassium fluoride to produce the corresponding diethyl [hydroxy(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)alkyl]phosphonates.  相似文献

Buta-1,3-diene-1,4-diylbis(triphenylphosphonium) iodide reacted with alkanethiols at room temperature in the presence of triethylamine to give [4-(alkylsulfanyl)buta-1,3-diene-1-yl]triphenylphosphonium iodides and triphenylphosphine in high yields. Two presumable reaction mechanisms involving ethynylvinyl intermediate (formed via the Hofmann decomposition of the starting diiodide and the initially formed 1,4-adduct with a thiol) were discussed.  相似文献

Basic hydrolysis of 1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)buta-1, 3-diene dichloride with 10% NaOH gave isomeric 4-diphenylphosphoryl-4-phenylbut-1(2)-enes and 1-diphenylphosphoryl-1-phe-nylbuta-1, 3-diene, the products of anionotropic migration of a phenyl group from the P atom to the α-position. Hydrolysis with Na2CO3 afforded only the diene product. In both cases, triphe-nylphosphine and triphenylphosphine oxide were isolated as secondary products. Dehydro-chlorination of 2-chloro-1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)but-2-ene dibromide with triphenylphosphine was proposed as a new convenient route to 1,4-bis(triphenylphosphonio)buta-1,3-diene dibromide.  相似文献

The azidation of 2,2-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-20-hydroxydammar-24-en-3-one afforded new tetrazole derivatives of natural dipterocarpol, 2-(2-cyanoethyl)-2-[2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)ethyl]-20-hydroxydammar-24-en- 3-ones, 2,2-bis[2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)ethyl]-20-hydroxydammar-24-en-3-one, and 2,2-bis[2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)- ethyl]-3-oxo-25,26,27-trinordammaran-(20S),24-olide. A three-component, four center Ugi reaction of 3-(1-(2-aminophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)propanoic acid with aromatic aldehyde and t-butyl isocyanide has been achieved to produce a novel class of N-tert-butyl-2-(6-oxo-11-phenyl-7,8-dihydrobenzo[b]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,4]diazacine-5(6H)-yl)-2-phenylacetamides in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,4-bis[2-(tributylstannyl)tetrazol-5-yl]benzene with α,ω-dibromoalkanes were carried out in order to synthesise pendant alkyl halide derivatives of the parent bis-tetrazole. This led to the formation of several alkyl halide derivatives, substituted variously at N1 or N2 on the tetrazole ring. The crystal structures of 1,4-bis[(2-(4-bromobutyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (2-N,2-N′), 1,4-bis[(2-(4-bromobutyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (1-N,2-N′) and 1,4-bis[(2-(8-bromooctyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (2-N,2-N′) are reported. Further discussion involves the structure of 1,4-bis[2-(6-bromohexyl)-2H-tetrazol-5-yl]benzene (2-N,2-N′) previously reported.  相似文献

Acid-catalyzed reaction of 6,10a-dihydroxy-3,4a,7,9-tetra(tert-butyl)-1,2,4a,10a-tetrahydrodibenzo-[b,e][1,4]dioxine-1,2-dione with 4-chloro-2,7,8-trimethylquinoline gave previously unknown 3,6,8-tri-tert-butyl-3-[2-tert-butyl-5-(4-chloro-7,8-dimethylquinolin-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-3-oxopenta-1,4-dien-1-yl]-5-hydroxy-1,4-benzodioxin-2-one whose structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The energy and structure parameters of possible isomers of the product in the gas phase and in solution were estimated by PBE0/6-31G** quantum-chemical calculations.  相似文献

Dimethyl or diphenyl branched conjugated polycarbosilane oligomers in solutions, including poly[[1,4-bis(thiophenyl)buta-1,3-diyne]-alt-(dimethylsilane)], poly[[1,4-bis(thiophenyl)buta-1,3-diyne]-alt-(diphenylsilane)], poly[[1,4-bis(phenyl)buta-1,3-diyne]-alt-(dimethylsilane)], and poly[[1,4-bis(phenyl)buta-1,3-diyne]-alt-(diphenylsilane)], were investigated by steady-state and picosecond time-resolved spectroscopies to elucidate the effect of silicon-atom introduction into the π-conjugated copolymer backbone and the substitution of the aromatic phenyl group on the silicon atom. The introduction of silicon atoms into π-conjugated copolymer backbones induces slow decay emission components with lifetimes of about 450 ps in addition to π–π* local excited-state relaxations in the time-resolved fluorescence decay profiles. The diphenyls, which are branched in the silicon atoms, bring about broad, structureless emission bands in the low-frequency region of the steady-state fluorescence spectra. However, such broad bands do not occur in the case of dimethyl branched conjugated polycarbosilane oligomers. The time-resolved and solvent-dependent studies of these bands imply that the excited-state dynamics of diphenyl branched conjugated polycarbosilane oligomers can be related to an intramolecular charge-transfer dynamics through an inductive and (d-p) π-conjugation effect between the π-conjugated backbone and the branched phenyl ring. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. An acid-catalyzed reaction of substituted 2-methyl-7H-12-oxa-3,7-diazapleiadenes with 1,2-benzoquinones leads to 7H-12-oxa-3,7-diazapleiadene-substituted 1,3-tropolones. Molecular structure of 5,7-di(tert-butyl)-2-[9,11-di(tert-butyl)-4-methyl-7H-12-oxa-3,7-diazapleiaden-2-yl]-4-nitro-1,3-tropolone was established by X-ray crystallography. Mononuclear copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes with 1,3-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylideneamino)propan-2-ol (H3L) of the general formula [M(HL)] were obtained and structurally characterized. It was demonstrated that the presence of the tert-butyl groups precludes intermolecular hydrogen bonding in the crystals of the complexes and that their molecules are only linked by hydrophobic interactions.  相似文献

By the XRD analysis the structure was established of 1-(7,8-dimethyl-4-chloroquinolin-2-yl)-2-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-6-oxo-6H-pyran-2-yl]ethane-1,2-dione formed as a result of the oxidation of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-6-[(Z)-2-(quinolin-2-yl)-1-hydroxyethen-1-yl]pyran-2-ones. By the cyclic voltammetry the oxidation of 1-(quinolin-2-yl)-2-(pyran-2-yl)ethane-1,2-dione derivatives was shown to proceed in two stages.  相似文献

The N(1)—N(1), N(2)—N(2), and N(1)—N(2) regioisomers of 1,2-bis[(prop-2-yn-1-yl)-1H-tetrazol-5-yl]ethane were first synthesized by alkylation of 1,2-bis(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)ethane with propargyl bromide. The peculiarities of the crystal structure of 1,2-bis[1-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)-1H-tetrazol-5-yl]ethane were evaluated by X-ray diffraction analysis. This compound is readily underwent Cu-catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition with p-tolyl azide, p-nitrophenyl azide, and benzyl azide to give heterocyclic assembles bearing 1,2,3-triazole and tetrazole cycles. Catalyst-free [3+2] cycloadditions of 1,2-bis[1-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)-1H-tetrazol-5-yl]ethane and the mixtures of the N(1)—N(1), N(2)—N(2), N(1)—N(2) regioisomers with poly(glycidyl azide) oligomers resulted in 1,2,3-triazole cycles and crosslinking of the polymer chains.  相似文献
