A rhodium‐catalyzed asymmetric synthesis of silicon‐stereogenic dibenzosiloles has been developed through a [2+2+2] cycloaddition of silicon‐containing prochiral triynes with internal alkynes. High yields and enantioselectivities have been achieved by employing an axially chiral monophosphine ligand, and the present catalysis is also applicable to the asymmetric synthesis of a germanium‐stereogenic dibenzogermole. Preliminary studies on the optical properties of these compounds are also described. 相似文献

It has been established that a cationic rhodium(I)/SEGPHOS complex catalyzes the [2+2+2] cycloaddition of biphenyl‐linked 1,7‐diynes with 1,4‐naphthoquinone and anthracene‐1,4‐dione. Conveniently, spontaneous aromatization proceeded upon removal of the rhodium complex by passing the reaction mixture through an alumina column, to give the corresponding dibenzotetracenediones and dibenzopentacenediones, respectively, in good yields. The obtained dibenzotetracenedione could be readily transformed into the corresponding dibenzotetracene in good yield. This dibenzotetracene showed blue fluorescence with a good quantum yield, which was significantly higher than those of tetracene, tetrabenzotetracene, and hexabenzotetracene. 相似文献

A palladium‐catalyzed asymmetric [4+2] cycloaddition of 2‐methylidenetrimethylene carbonate with alkenes derived from pyrazolones, indandione, or barbiturate has been successfully developed, affording pharmacologically interesting chiral tetrahydropyran‐fused spirocyclic scaffolds. The target compounds were generated in good to excellent yields and with high enantioselectivity (up to 99 % ee). Furthermore, this cycloaddition reaction could be efficiently scaled up, and several synthetic transformations were accomplished for the construction of other useful chiral spiropyrazolone and spiroindandione derivatives. 相似文献

It has been established that cationic rhodium(I)/axially chiral biaryl bis(phosphine) complexes catalyze the asymmetric [2+2+2] cycloaddition of 1,6‐enynes with electron‐rich functionalized alkenes, enamides, and vinyl carboxylates, to produce the corresponding protected cyclohexenylamines and cyclohexenols. Interestingly, regioselectivity depends on structures of substrates. The present cycloaddition was successfully applied to the enantioselective total synthesis of (?)‐porosadienone by using the amide moiety as a leaving group. 相似文献

A novel method for the catalytic asymmetric dearomatization by visible‐light‐activated [2+2] photocycloaddition with benzofurans and one example of a benzothiophene is reported, thereby providing chiral tricyclic structures with up to four stereocenters including quaternary stereocenters. The benzofurans and the benzothiophene are functionalized at the 2‐position with a chelating N‐acylpyrazole moiety which permits the coordination of a visible‐light‐activatable chiral‐at‐rhodium Lewis acid catalyst. Computational molecular modeling revealed the origin of the unusual regioselectivity and identified the heteroatom in the heterocycle to be key for the regiocontrol. 相似文献

Unlike the comprehensive development of tandem multi-metallic catalysis, bimetallic synergistic catalysis has been challenging to achieve high stereoselectivity with the generation of multi-stereogenic centers. Herein, an efficient synergistic catalysis for the diastereo- and enantioselective synthesis of multi-substituted tetrahydrofuran derivatives has been developed. Under mild reaction conditions, a series of target molecules with three consecutive stereocenters were synthesized by a palladium(0)/rhodium(III) bimetal-catalyzed asymmetric decarboxylative [3+2]-cycloaddition of vinylethylene carbonates with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. The corresponding adducts were obtained with moderate to high yields (67 %∼98 %) and excellent stereoselectivities (>20 : 1 d.r., up to 99 % ee). 相似文献

A novel reaction based on synergistic catalysis, combining palladium‐ and organocatalysis has been developed. The palladium catalyst activates vinyl benzoxazinanones via a decarboxylation to undergo a [4+2] cycloaddition with iminium‐ion activated α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes. The reaction is demonstrated to proceed for a number of combinations of vinyl benzoxazinanones reacting with α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes, providing highly substituted vinyl tetrahydroquinolines in good to high yields, and excellent enantio‐ and diastereoselectivities (>98 % ee and >20:1 d.r.). The palladium catalyst used in the synergistic catalysis can be re‐used in a one‐pot sequential coupling reaction with an aromatic boronic acid forming the coupling product in 95 % yield, >20:1 d.r. and 99 % ee. 相似文献

It has been established that a cationic rhodium(I)/H8‐binap complex catalyzes the [3+2+2] cycloaddition of 1,6‐diynes with cyclopropylideneacetamides to produce cycloheptadiene derivatives through cleavage of cyclopropane rings. In contrast, a cationic rhodium(I)/(S)‐binap complex catalyzes the enantioselective [2+2+2] cycloaddition of terminal alkynes, acetylenedicarboxylates, and cyclopropylideneacetamides to produce spiro‐cyclohexadiene derivatives which retain the cyclopropane rings. 相似文献

The [2+2+2] intermolecular carbocyclization reactions between 1,6‐enynes and alkynes catalyzed by [RuCl(cod)(Cp*)] (cod=1,5‐cyclooctadiene, Cp*=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) are reported to provide bicyclohexa‐1,3‐dienes. The presented reaction conditions are compatible with internal and terminal alkynes and the chemo‐ and regioselectivity issues are controlled by the presence of substituents at the propargyl carbon center of the alkyne(s) partner(s). 相似文献
