The bubble–bubble interaction(BBI) is attractive in most cases, but also could be repulsive. In the present study,three specific mechanisms of repulsive BBI are given. The great contribution to the repulsive BBI is derived from the large radius of the bubble catching the rebound point of the other bubble. For "elastic" bubble and "inelastic" bubble, with the increase of the phase shift between two bubbles, the BBI changes from attractive to repulsive, and the repulsion can be maintained. For both "elastic" bubbles, the BBI alternates between attractive interaction and repulsive interaction along the direction where the ambient radius of one of bubbles increases. For stimulating bubble and stimulated bubble, the BBI can be repulsive. Its property depends on the ambient radii of bubbles. In addition, the distribution of the radiation forces in ambient radius space shows that the BBI is sensitive to the size of bubble and is complex because the bubbles are not of the same size in an ultrasonic field. Finally, as the distance increases or decreases monotonically with time, the absolute value of the BBI decreases or increases, correspondingly. The BBI can oscillate not only in strength but also in polarity when the distance fluctuates with time.  相似文献

利用Lagrange方程得到了次Bjerknes力作用下气泡的体积振动方程,并探讨了次Bjerknes力作用下不同参数对气泡体积振动振幅和振动初相位的影响,研究了振动初相位差为π和0的气泡对在液体中形成的散射声场特征.结果表明:次Bjerknes作用力下,相邻气泡半径、气泡间距、多方指数均能影响气泡的体积振动振幅,气泡对的均衡半径、气泡间距和驱动频率则对气泡振动初相位产生明显影响;相距很近、相位相差为π的两个气泡的散射声压与气泡体积振动振幅、气泡间距、驱动频率和振动初相位有关,随声场距离成反比减小,与声场位置有关,其平均散射声功率是单个孤立气泡的1/6(kd_(12))~2半径相同、相距很近、相位相同的两个6气泡的散射声压与气泡振动初相位、体积振动振幅、气泡间距、驱动频率有关,随声场距离成反比减小,其平均散射声功率是单个孤立气泡的4倍.  相似文献

The transport of bubbles to a neighboring surface is very important in surface chemistry, bioengineering, and ultrasonic cleaning, etc. This paper proposes a multi-bubble transport method by using an acoustic standing wave field and establishes a model that explains the multi-bubble translation by expressing the balance between Bjerknes forces and hydrodynamic forces on a bubble in a liquid medium. Results indicated that the influence of primary Bjerknes force, secondary Bjerknes force, and buoyancy force on the bubble translation depends on the position of the target bubble in the acoustic field. Moreover, it was found that increasing the size of a bubble or pressure amplitude can accelerate the bubble motion and enhance the bubble-bubble interaction. The secondary Bjerknes force between two bubbles can switch from an attractive one when they oscillate in phase to a repulsive one when the bubble oscillations are out of phase. These findings provide an insight into the multi-bubble translation near a surface and can be applied to future bubble motion control studies, especially in drug delivery, sonoporation, and ultrasonic cleaning.  相似文献

The pulsations and translations of cavitation bubbles obey combined ordinary differential equations, and their nonlinearities are studied by the bifurcation diagram and the phase diagram in a strong ultrasonic field. Bubble pulsation can change regularly or irregularly with changing driving pressure in the time domain. The bifurcation diagrams of the pulsation versus driving pressure show that the pulsations and translations of bubbles have nonlinear characteristics, and the nonlinear translations of bubbles can disorder the pulsations for certain parameters. Disorder of the pulsation can also be caused by nonlinear pulsation itself. In addition, the phase diagrams also show that the nonlinear translations make a large contribution to the pulsations. The same result can also be obtained when the ambient radii of two bubbles are different.  相似文献

A model of cavitation bubbles is derived in liquid confined in an elastic sealed vessel driven by ultrasound. In this model, an assumption that the pressure acting on the sealed vessel due to bubble pulsations is proportional to total volume change of bubbles is made. Numerical simulations are carried out for a single bubble and for bubbles. The results show that the pulsation of a single bubble can be suppressed to a large extent in sealed vessel, and that of two matched bubbles with same ambient radius can be further suppressed. However, when two mismatched bubbles have the same ambient radii, an interesting breathing phenomenon takes place, where one bubble pulsates inversely with the other one. Due to this breathing phenomenon the suppression effect becomes weak, so the maximum radii of two mismatched bubbles can be larger than that of a single bubble or that of two matched bubbles in sealed vessel. Besides that, for two mismatched bubbles with different ambient radii, the small one in sealed vessel under some certain parameters can pulsate as strong as or even stronger than that of a single bubble in an open vessel.  相似文献

Acoustic phase conjugation is studied in a sandy marine sediment that contains air bubbles in its fluid fraction. The considered phase conjugation is a four-wave nonlinear parametric sound interaction caused by nonlinear bubble oscillations which are known to be dominant in acoustic nonlinear interactions in three-phase marine sediments. Two various mechanisms of phase conjugation are studied. One of them is based on the stimulated Raman-type sound scattering on resonance bubble oscillations. The other is associated with sound interactions with bubble oscillations whose frequencies are far from resonance bubble frequencies. Nonlinear equations to solve the phase conjugation problem are derived, expressions for acoustic wave amplitudes with a conjugate wave front are obtained and compared for various frequencies of the excited bubble oscillations.  相似文献

单个气泡的声衰减的实验结果可以用热传导粘滞和辐射损失来解释,但对于气泡层中(这里有许多气泡)的实验来说,上述机理却不能解释。因为根据这些机理算得的理论值比实验值小很多,这一问题三十多年来尚未解决。本文考虑气泡之间的声相互作用,算得的相互作用场和原始入射场有90°的相位差,这等效于在每个气泡上附加了一项阻力,从而使其阻尼增大很多。应用本文理论与上述实验结果比较,两者符合得很好。本文理论也指出,声相互作用并不改变气泡的共振频率,只是使其共振曲线展宽。当声波频率低于共振频率时,气泡的伴振质量增大,劲度减小。当频率高于共振频率时,情况则相反。 关键词:  相似文献

The pulsation of ultrasonic cavitation bubbles at various dissolved-air concentration in a sonochemical reaction field of standing-wave type is investigated experimentally by laser-light scattering. When a thin light sheet, finer than half the wavelength of sound, is introduced into the cavitation bubbles at an antinode of sound pressure, the scattered light intensity oscillates. The peak-to-trough light intensity is correlated with the number of bubbles that contribute to the sonochemical reaction. It is shown that as the dissolved air concentration becomes higher, the weighted center of the spatial distribution of the peak-to-trough intensity tends to shift towards the liquid surface. At higher concentration of the dissolved air, a great deal of bubbles with size distribution generated due to coalescence between bubbles disturbs sound propagation to change the sound phase easily. A standing wave to trap tiny oscillating bubbles is established only at the side which is nearer to the liquid surface. Also at higher concentration, liquid flow induced by drag motion of bubbles by the action of radiation force becomes apparent and position-unstable region of bubble is enlarged from the side of sound source towards the liquid surface. Therefore, the position of oscillating bubbles active for sonochemical reaction is limited at the side which is nearer to the liquid surface at higher concentration of the dissolved air.  相似文献

探索方波驱动下双气泡的脉动规律,能够促进方波在声空化工程中的实际应用。本文通过数值求解双气泡耦合方程组,研究了方波驱动下双气泡的动力学行为,得到了多种条件下不同时刻两个气泡半径的数值,并以此计算出气泡间的次Bjerknes力。研究表明,增大驱动频率会使得两个气泡膨胀时能达到的最大半径和次Bjerknes力减小。当两个气泡的平衡半径不同时,其中一个气泡的剧烈收缩会使得另一个气泡产生一个振动方向相反的声脉冲。随着两个气泡平衡半径差距的增加,气泡收缩的时间间隔增大。此外,当驱动声压幅值逐渐增大时,气泡脉动规律也会发生很大的变化。  相似文献

Based on the modification of the radial pulsation equation of an individual bubble, an effective medium method (EMM) is presented for studying propagation of linear and nonlinear longitudinal acoustic waves in viscoelastic medium permeated with air bubbles. A classical theory developed previously by Gaunaurd (Gaunaurd GC and \"{U}berall H, {\em J. Acoust. Soc. Am}., 1978; 63: 1699--1711) is employed to verify the EMM under linear approximation by comparing the dynamic (i.e. frequency-dependent) effective parameters, and an excellent agreement is obtained. The propagation of longitudinal waves is hereby studied in detail. The results illustrate that the nonlinear pulsation of bubbles serves as the source of second harmonic wave and the sound energy has the tendency to be transferred to second harmonic wave. Therefore the sound attenuation and acoustic nonlinearity of the viscoelastic matrix are remarkably enhanced due to the system's resonance induced by the existence of bubbles.  相似文献

研究了含气泡液体中单个气泡在驱动声场一定情况下的振动过程. 让每次驱动声场作用的时间特别短, 使气泡半径发生微小变化后再将其变化反馈到气泡群对驱动声场的散射作用中去, 从而可以得到某单个气泡周围受气泡散射影响后的声场, 接着再让气泡在该声场作用下做短时振动, 如此反复. 通过这样的方法, 研究了液体中单个气泡的振动情况并对其半径变化进行了数值模拟, 结果发现, 在液体中含有大量气泡的情况下, 某单个气泡的振动过程明显区别于液体中只有一个气泡的情况. 由于大量气泡和驱动声场的相互作用, 使气泡半径的变化存在多种不同的振动情况, 在不同的气泡大小和含量的情况下, 半径变化过程分别表现为: 在平衡位置附近振荡的过程; 周期性的空化过程; 一次空化过程后保持某一大小振荡的过程; 增长后维持某一大小振荡的过程等. 所以, 对于含气泡液体中气泡振动的研究, 在驱动声场一定的情况下, 必须考虑气泡含量的因素. 关键词: 含气泡液体 超声空化 散射 数值模拟  相似文献

Results of an experimental investigation of the two-phase wall shear stress averaged over the tube perimeter and the pulsation of wall shear stress in a stimulated ascendant flow with monodisperse bubbles with an average diameter of 1.2 and 2.2 mm are presented. Regimes with various hydrodynamic parameters such as high shear stress on the wall, low and negative wall shear stress, a high level of shear stress pulsation on the wall, and possible decrease in this level of pulsation are found. An increase in the void gas fraction results in a monotonic increase of perturbation of the single-phase flow. The dependences of the ratio of two-phase and single-phase wall shear stresses for two average bubble diameters seem to be qualitatively similar. The analysis of data revealed a complex dependence of the shear stress pulsation on the bubble diameter. The averaged flow characteristics quantitatively change upon the decrease in the bubble diameter. A further decrease in the average bubble diameter at the same void gas fraction will probably increase the heat-and mass-transfer characteristics of the flow. 基于波动方程给出了计及可压缩性的边界积分方程. 以此为基础,求解行波驱动下非球状空泡的运动规律及其运动稳定性,并分析比较了行波频率、幅值以及初相位对空泡运动特性的影响. 研究结果表明:较高的行波频率与较低的幅值是空泡稳定运动的充分条件. 在一定幅值和频率的行波驱动下,空泡将在收缩阶段末期形成与行波传播方向相同的高速射流;计及流场可压缩性后,空泡脉动一次的时间减短,幅度减弱,射流顶点速度以及空泡内部压力的峰值随之减小;随着行波频率的增大或是幅值的降低,空泡脉动幅度与射流强度逐渐减弱;行波初相位的变化使空泡的初始运动状态随之改变,并影响非球状变形时的射流强度. 关键词: 可压缩 空泡 行波 运动特性  相似文献

液态金属中气泡行为是磁流体力学的重要方面。为对磁场条件下导电流体中气泡动力学行为作全面理解,基于磁流体动力学方法建立了磁场条件下导电流体中气泡径向振动的无量纲化动力学方程,数值研究了磁场对导电流体中气泡径向非线性振动稳定性、泡内温度、泡内气压及液体空化阈值的影响。结果显示:磁场增强了气泡非线性振动的稳定性,随着磁场增强且当作用在泡上的电磁力与惯性力数量级可比时,气泡运动为稳定的周期性振动;同时,磁场引起泡内温度、泡内压力及液体空化阈值变化。研究表明,可用磁场调节和控制液态金属中气泡的运动使其满足工程应用需求。   相似文献

Acoustic cavitation occurs in ultrasonic treatment causing various phenomena such as chemical synthesis, chemical decomposition, and emulsification. Nonlinear oscillations of cavitation bubbles are assumed to be responsible for these phenomena, and the neighboring bubbles may interact each other. In the present study, we numerically investigated the dynamic behavior of cavitation bubbles in multi-bubble systems. The results reveal that the oscillation amplitude of a cavitation bubble surrounded by other bubbles in a multi-bubble system becomes larger compared with that in the single-bubble case. It is found that this is caused by an acoustic wake effect, which reduces the pressure near a bubble surrounded by other bubbles and increases the time delay between the bubble contraction/expansion cycles and sound pressure oscillations. A new parameter, called “cover ratio” is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the variation in the bubble oscillation amplitude, the time delay, and the maximum bubble radius.  相似文献

Using an appropriate approximation, we have formulated the interacting equation of multi-bubble motion for a system of a single bubble and a spherical bubble cluster. The behavior of the bubbles is observed in coupled and uncoupled states. The oscillation of bubbles inside the cluster is in a coupled state. The numerical simulation demonstrates that the secondary Bjerknes force can be influenced by the number density, initial radius, distance, driving frequency, and amplitude of ultrasound. However, if a bubble approaches a bubble cluster of the same initial radii, coupled oscillation would be induced and a repulsive force is evoked, which may be the reason why the bubble cluster can exist steadily. With the increment of the number density of the bubble cluster, a secondary Bjerknes force acting on the bubbles inside the cluster decreases due to the strong suppression of the coupled bubbles. It is shown that there may be an optimal number density for a bubble cluster which can generate an optimal cavitation effect in liquid for a stable driving ultrasound.  相似文献

A new system of dynamical equations was obtained by using the perturbation and potential flow theory to couple the pulsation and surface deformation of the second-order Legendre polynomials (P2) of three bubbles in a line. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model were verified by simulating the radial oscillations, surface deformation with P2, and shape evolution of three bubbles. The spherical radial pulsation and surface deformation of the three bubbles exhibit periodic behavior. The maximum secondary Bjerknes forces (SBFs) on the three bubbles are found not to depend on the system’s resonance frequency. Within a stable region, the SBFs of the three bubbles increase with increasing sound pressure amplitude but decrease with increasing distance between the bubbles. The primary Bjerknes force (PBF) on a bubble is significantly higher than the SBF on it.  相似文献

采用三维照相法对垂直圆管内稀疏层流泡状流充分发展段的相分布进行了实验研究。得到了8个流动工况下均匀尺寸气泡形成的泡状流的空泡率分布以及6个流动工况下非均匀尺寸气泡形成的泡状流的总体和大、小气泡组各自的空泡率分布.实验结果表明当气泡组的平均直径小于约3.5mm时,其空泡率分布在管壁附近出现尖峰;当气泡组的平均直径大于约 3.5 mm时,其空泡率分布的尖峰移向管中心;气泡尺寸对泡状流的相分布有重要影响.  相似文献

基于气泡边界层理论,引入黏性修正,采用边界积分法,考虑黏性效应和表面张力在单气泡以及双气泡耦合作用过程中的影响.首先将建立的数值模型与Rayleigh-Plesset的解析解进行对比,发现二者符合良好,验证了数值模型的有效性;在此基础上,建立考虑流体弱黏性效应的双气泡耦合模型,研究流体黏性和表面张力作用下,气泡表面变形、射流速度、流场能量转换等物理量的变化规律;最后研究雷诺数和韦伯数对于气泡脉动特性的影响规律.结果表明,流体黏性会抑制气泡脉动和气泡射流发展,降低气泡半径和射流速度;表面张力不改变气泡脉动幅值,但缩短了脉动周期,提升气泡势能.  相似文献

考虑了非球形气泡在声场中的形状振动,推导了非球形气泡和球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力方程,数值模拟了声场中非球形气泡和球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力和两个球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力,并对非球形气泡和球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力的影响因素进行了分析讨论.研究结果表明:当驱动声压振幅大于非球形气泡的Black阈值且又能使得非球形气泡稳定振动时,在第一个声驱动周期内,非球形气泡和球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力和两个球形气泡的次Bjerknes力方向差异较大,在大小上是两个球形气泡次Bjerkens力的数倍,且有着更长的作用距离.非球形气泡和球形气泡之间的次Bjerknes力取决于非球形气泡的形状模态、两个气泡初始半径的比值、驱动声压振幅、气泡间距和两个气泡的相对位置.  相似文献
