Enthalpy probe measurements were taken of the converging plasma plume in a triple torch plasma reactor and related to substrate heat flux measurements. Results show excellent entrainment of process gases injected into the converging plasma plume by way of the central injection probe. At lower pressures (40 kPa), the plasma volume is equivalent to at least a 3 cm diameter, 4 cm long cylinder, with relatively uniform temperature, velocity, and substrate heat flux profiles when compared to a typical dc arc jet. Converging plasma plume size, substrate heat flux, and enthalpy profiles are also shown to be a strong function of applied system power. Substrate heat flux measurements show smaller radial gradients than enthalpy probe measurements, because of the high radial velocity component of gases above the substrate boundary layer. Enthalpy probe measurements were also conducted for diamond deposition conditions and approximate temperature and velocity profiles obtained. Problems with the uniform gas mixture assumption prohibited more accurate measurements. Reproducibility of enthalpy measurement results was shown with an average standard deviation of 11.8% for the velocity and 7.6% for the temperature measurements.  相似文献

Emissions from Si, SiH, H, Ar, and Ar+ are investigated for a free supersonic jet of a mixture of monosilane 5% (or 10%) with argon; the jet is activated by electron- beam plasma, and all the emissions are measured as a function of pressure, temperature in the gas source, the nozzle-to-electron beam distance, and the beam current. It is found that for certain parameters a process initiates which inhibits radiation of the spectral lines of Si, SiH, and H, and stimulates radiation of some spectral lines of argon atoms. It is shown that these anomalies are connected with a condensation process in the jet and, apparently, they are caused by electron-induced fluorescence of monosilane-containing clusters. The mechanisms for abnormal emissions of argon atoms and electron-excited fragments of monosilane molecule are suggested.  相似文献

In this paper the formation mechanism of iron macro-spheres in a plasma medium is dealt with, including the conditions under which such spheres are formed. The geometry of the spheres referred to above depends on the main technological parameters involved in the production of pores. Argon DC plasma jets in stable laminar flow were generated at atmospheric pressure with a specially designed torch under carefully balanced generating conditions. Compared with turbulent jets of short length with expanded radial appearance and high working noise, the laminar jet could be 550 mm in length with almost unchanged diameter along the whole length and very low noise. At gas feeding rate of 120 cm3/s, the jet length increases with increasing arc current in the range of 70–200 A, and thermal efficiency decreases slightly at first and then leveled off. With increasing gas flow rate, thermal efficiency of the laminar jets increases and could reach about 40%, when the arc current is kept at 200 A. Gauge pressure distributions of the jets impinging on a flat plate were measured. The maximum gauge pressure value of a laminar jet at low gas feeding rate is much lower than that of a turbulent jet. The low pressure acting on the material surface is favorable for surface cladding of metals, whereas the high pressure associated with turbulent jets will break down the melt pool.  相似文献

Gas plasma is an approved technology that generates a plethora of reactive oxygen species, which are actively applied for chronic wound healing. Its particular antimicrobial action has spurred interest in other medical fields, such as periodontitis in dentistry. Recent work has indicated the possibility of performing gas plasma-mediated biofilm removal on teeth. Teeth frequently contain restoration materials for filling cavities, e.g., resin-based composites. However, it is unknown if such materials are altered upon gas plasma exposure. To this end, we generated a new in-house workflow for three commonly used resin-based composites following gas plasma treatment and incubated the material with human HaCaT keratinocytes in vitro. Cytotoxicity was investigated by metabolic activity analysis, flow cytometry, and quantitative high-content fluorescence imaging. The inflammatory consequences were assessed using quantitative analysis of 13 different chemokines and cytokines in the culture supernatants. Hydrogen peroxide served as the control condition. A modest but significant cytotoxic effect was observed in the metabolic activity and viability after plasma treatment for all three composites. This was only partially treatment time-dependent and the composites alone affected the cells to some extent, as evident by differential secretion profiles of VEGF, for example. Gas plasma composite modification markedly elevated the secretion of IL6, IL8, IL18, and CCL2, with the latter showing the highest correlation with treatment time (Pearson’s r > 0.95). Cell culture media incubated with gas plasma-treated composite chips and added to cells thereafter could not replicate the effects, pointing to the potential that surface modifications elicited the findings. In conclusion, our data suggest that gas plasma treatment modifies composite material surfaces to a certain extent, leading to measurable but overall modest biological effects.  相似文献

A special bi-anode plasma torch that can change the anode arc root position without changing working gas flow rate has been developed to investigate the effect of anode arc root position on the behavior of the plasma jet. It has two nozzle-shaped anodes at different axial distances from the cathode tip. The arc root can be formed at anodes either close to the cathode tip (anode I) or far away from it (anode II) to obtain different attachment positions and arc voltages. The characteristics of pure argon plasma jets operated in different anode modes were measured in the field free region by using an emalpy probe, and the thermal efficiency of the torch was determined by measuring the temperature differences between cooling water flowing in and out of the torch. The results show that compared with the normal arc operated in anode I mode, the elongated arc operated in anode II mode significantly reduced the plasma energy loss inside the torch, resulting in a higher temperature and a higher velocity of the plasma jet in the field free region.  相似文献

The direct and indirect bactericidal effects of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) cold atmospheric-pressure microplasma in an air and plasma jet generated in an argon-oxygen gas mixture was investigated on Staphylococcus aureus and Cutibacterium acnes. An AC power supply was used to generate plasma at relatively low discharge voltages (0.9–2.4 kV) and frequency (27–30 kHz). Cultured bacteria were cultivated at a serial dilution of 10−5, then exposed to direct microplasma treatment and indirect treatment through plasma-activated water (PAW). The obtained results revealed that these methods of bacterial inactivation showed a 2 and 1 log reduction in the number of survived CFU/mL with direct treatment being the most effective means of treatment at just 3 min using air. UV–Vis spectroscopy confirmed that an increase in treatment time at 1.2% O2, 98.8% Ar caused a decrease in O2 concentration in the water as well as a decrease in absorbance of the peaks at 210 nm, which are attributed NO2 and NO3 concentration in the water, termed denitratification and denitritification in the treated water, respectively.  相似文献

As an object of nitrogen plasma operated with an arc current to 200 A, an arc length about 35 mm, we evaluated heating efficiency from arc plasma to the molten copper anode and the water-cooled solid copper anode. The heating efficiency to the molten anode is smaller than that to the solid anode by about 20%. We focused on copper vapor concentration in plasma as a possible cause for a decrease in heating efficiency, and estimated it by means of the Cu and the N spectral line measurement. Simple numerical analysis, taking into consideration measured copper vapor concentration, suggested that an increase in electrical conductivity due to copper vapor, made the plasma temperature change and consequently caused a decrease in thermal conductivity. We concluded that one of the reasons for a decrease in heating efficiency would be caused by copper vapor contamination.  相似文献

 分别采用常规焙烧还原 (C)、常规焙烧与常压高频冷等离子体炬还原相结合 (PR), 以及常压高频冷等离子体炬直接焙烧还原 (PC&;R) 制备了 Ni/γ-Al2O3 催化剂. 通过 X 射线衍射、H2-程序升温脱附、CO2-程序升温脱附、N2 吸附-脱附实验、透射电镜和热重分析等方法对催化剂进行了表征. 并考察了其 CH4/CO2 重整反应活性. 结果表明, 催化剂经等离子体处理后低温活性明显增加. 在得到相同 CH4 和 CO2 转化率情况下, PC&;R 法制备的催化剂与常规催化剂相比, 反应所需温度可以降低 50 oC. PC&;R 催化剂上 Ni 分散度提高了 100%, Ni 粒子粒径降低了 70%, 达到 5 nm, 催化剂的抗积炭性能显著增强. 所得催化剂较高的低温活性和抗积炭性能得益于常压高频冷等离子体炬对催化剂前驱体还原速率快, 处理时间大为缩短, 避免了由于长时间高温焙烧和还原所引起的对载体的烧结和金属 Ni 的团聚.  相似文献

Spectroscopic measurements on copper vapors emitted by the cathode are presented for magnetically rotating arcs in a coaxial copper electrode geometry. The maximum temperature of a 100-A arc column burning in contaminated argon is shown to be lower than 8000 K. A maximum Cu density of 5 × 1021 in m–3 is observed when argon is contaminated with 1% CO, while it is larger than 1022 m–3 with 1% nitrogen contamination. The copper vapors emitted by the cathode explain the low temperatures observed. Cases of surface control of the arc velocity at the cathode and radial losses of copper vapors out of the arc column are observed front specific parameters describing the arc profiles. Evidence is given for a copper ion recombination zone extending 2 mm from the cathode in the nitrogen contamination case.  相似文献

Plasma methods are often employed for the desired wettability and soaking properties of polymeric textiles, but the exact mechanisms involved in plasma–textile interactions are yet to be discovered. This review presents the fundamentals of plasma penetration into textiles and illustrates mechanisms that lead to the appropriate surface finish of fibers inside the textile. The crucial relations are provided, and the different concepts of low-pressure and atmospheric-pressure discharges useful for the modification of textile’s properties are explained. The atmospheric-pressure plasma sustained in the form of numerous stochastical streamers will penetrate textiles of reasonable porosity, so the reactive species useful for the functionalization of fibers deep inside the textile will be created inside the textile. Low-pressure plasmas sustained at reasonable discharge power will not penetrate into the textile, so the depth of the modified textile is limited by the diffusion of reactive species. Since the charged particles neutralize on the textile surface, the neutral species will functionalize the fibers deep inside the textile when low-pressure plasma is chosen for the treatment of textiles.  相似文献

A theoretical approach has been developed to describe the sorption and diffusion processes of low weight molecular gases and vapors in polymers at wide ranges of sorbate concentration. The equation of an S‐shaped gas sorption isotherm in glassy polymer matrix has been derived. The concentration dependence of the sorbate molecule diffusion coefficient has been established. For an S‐shaped sorption isotherm, this dependence is nonmonotonous. The conditions of cluster formation of sorbate molecules have been analyzed within the proposed approach, in which it is possible to determine a correlation between these conditions and parameters of sorption isotherm. The comparison of the experimental and theoretical data provides an assessment of the microscopic characteristics of investigated polymer–vapor systems, such as the distances between vapor molecules in a matrix corresponding to intermolecular repulsion and attraction. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  建立了高效液相色谱法监测人口服辛伐他汀药物后的血药浓度。血样用环己烷-二氯甲烷(体积比为3.5∶1)提取,以洛伐他汀为内标,在237nm波长下检测;色谱柱:LichrospherC18(200mm×4.6mmi.d.,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(体积比为70∶30);流速:1.2mL/min。血药浓度在0.25~50.0μg/L范围内与峰面积和内标峰面积的比值之间线性关系良好,日内及日间相对标准偏差(n=5)分别低于7.94%和8.58%,回收率高于93.3%。方法灵敏、准确、快速,适用于药物动力学和药效学研究。  相似文献

建立了测定人血浆中的双氢青蒿素的液相色谱 -质谱联用法。色谱条件 :AlltimaC18 柱 (2.1×150mm ,5μm ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (体积比85∶15) ;流速 :0.2mL/min ;柱温 :25℃ ;进样量 :20μL。质谱条件 :电喷雾离子源 (ESI) ;用于定量分析的离子分别为m/z307(双氢青蒿素) ,m/z275(蒿甲醚 )。样品用液 -液萃取方法处理。双氢青蒿素的线性范围为5~200μg·L -1,定量下限为5μg·L -1,日内、日间精密度 (RSD)均小于10 % ,萃取回收率在71.5 %~83.2 %之间 (n=5) ,分析方法回收率在98.4 %~101.9 %之间 (n=5)。本法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高 ,适用于双氢青蒿素的药代动力学研究  相似文献

Computational modeling is used to systematically examine many of the sources of statistical variance in particle parameters during thermal plasma spraying. Using the computer program LAVA, a steady-state plasma jet typical of a commercial torch at normal operating conditions, is first developed. Then, assuming a single particle composition(ZrO2) and injection location, real world complexity (e.g., turbulent dispersion, particle size and density, injection velocity, and direction) is introduced ``one phenomenon at a time to distinguish and characterize its effect and enable comparisons of separate effects. Calculations are also performed wherein all phenomena are considered simultaneously to enable further comparisons. Both nonswirling and swirling plasma flow fields are considered. Investigating each phenomenon separately provides valuable insight into particle behavior. For the typical plasma jet and injection conditions considered, particle dispersion in the injection direction is mostsignificantly affected by (in order of decreasing importance): particle size distribution, injection velocity distribution, turbulence, and injection direction distribution or particle density distribution. Only the distribution of injection directions and turbulence affect dispersion normal to the injection direction and are of similar magnitude in this study. With regards to particle velocity and temperature, particle size is clearly the dominant effect.  相似文献

基于甲氧氯普胺对钌联吡啶电化学发光信号的增敏作用, 建立了检测甲氧氯普胺的毛细管电泳电致化学发光新方法. 最佳实验条件为: 检测电位1.18 V, 钌联吡啶浓度5 mmol/L, 检测池磷酸缓冲溶液40 mmol/L (pH 7.2), 分离磷酸缓冲溶液20 mmol/L (pH 6.1), 进样电压12 kV, 进样时间10 s, 分离电压14 kV. 方法的检测限(3σ)为5.0×10-3 mg/L, 线性范围为 0.03~9.52 mg/L, 相关系数为0.9990, 回收率为98.0%~101.7%. 对家犬体内甲氧氯普胺血药浓度的监测发现, 给药1.5 h血药浓度达到最大值, 血药浓度的半衰期约为4 h. 本方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、进样量少等特点, 可用于甲氧氯普胺血药浓度监控和药物动力学研究.  相似文献

采用碱熔法,以移液枪分取试样,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时分析石灰石中铁、铝、钙、镁、硅5种化学成分。在分析过程中对氩气加湿,避免盐析效应的影响,铁、铝、钙、镁、硅的分析谱线分别为259.940,396.152,315.887,279.553,251.611 nm。5种成分在各自的线性范围内均具有良好的线性,线性相关系数在0.990 74~0.999 99之间,方法检出限为0.000 6%~0.005 1%,回收率为95.6%~105.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=6)。该方法检出限低、重现性好,适合于石灰石样品中铁、铝、钙、镁、硅的快速检测。  相似文献

The effects of process parameters such as O2/HMDSN (hexamethyldisilazane) ratio, microwave discharge power and deposition pressure on the growth rate, chemical bonding nature, and refractive index of thin films deposited by microwave plasma from HMDSN with oxygen, have been investigated. The plasma was created in a Microwave Multipolar reactor excited by Distributed Electron Cyclotron Resonance. The films were deposited at room temperature and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy and ellipsometry. Growth rate increased with the discharge power P or the deposition pressure but decreased significantly with increasing O2/HMDSN ratio. A large change in the film composition was observed when the O2/HMDSN ratio was varied: films deposited with only HMDSN precursor are polymer-like but as the O2/HMDSN ratio increased, organic groups decreased. For relative pressure values over 70%, deposited films are SiO2-like with refractive index values close to those found for thermal silicon dioxide.  相似文献
