LB膜诱导下草酸钙晶体的生物矿化研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
草酸钙(CaC2O4)结石是生物体内异常矿化形成的产物,是泌尿系结石的主要组成部分犤1犦。它形成于泌尿系统中尿路表皮细胞上犤2犦。磷脂的Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)膜是生物细胞膜的简化模拟体系犤3犦。用磷脂LB膜作为模板来研究CaC2O4晶体的形成过程,比在水溶液中更能接近CaC2O4结石在生物体内细胞膜表面形成的真实情况,将有助于对尿路结石的形成及防治的研究犤4犦。尿大分子硫酸软骨素A(C4S)存在于尿液中,但不存在于CaC2O4结石中。在结石病人尿液中C4S的含量明显低于正常人尿液中的含量,因此推测其在体内…  相似文献

研究了不同亚相表面胆红素(BR)单分子膜和LB膜的性质,讨论了胆红素分子在有序分子膜中的堆积密度、分子伸展和金属离子配位。在气-水界面,BR与金属离子的配位导致BR单分子截面积、崩溃压和可见紫外光谱的变化。原子力显微镜表明BR-Cu单分子膜的厚渡为1.23 nm。  相似文献

Stable lipid film was made by casting dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and rutin onto the surface of a glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The electrochemical behavior of rutin in the DPPC film was studied. The modified electrode coated with rutin gave quasi-reversible reduction-oxidation peak on cyclic voltammogram in the phosphate buffer (pH 7.4). The peak current did not decrease apparently after stored at 4°C for 8 hours in refrigerator. This model of biological membrane was used to investigate the oxidation of dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) by rutin. Rutin in the film acts as a mediator. The modified electrode shows a great enhancement and the anodic peak potential was reduced by about 220 mV in the oxidation of 5×10−3 mol L−1 NADH compared with that obtained at a bare glassy carbon electrode.  相似文献

本文表明聚苯胺(PAn)薄膜修饰电极对水溶液中的抗坏血酸(AH_2)在较宽的pH范围和较宽的浓度范围内均有良好的电催化氧化作用, 为EC平行催化过程。利用旋转圆盘电极(RDE)进行了催化过程动力学分析, 求出了催化反应动力学参数。在抗坏血酸浓度10~(-2)~10~(-6) mol·L~(-1)范围内, 催化峰电流与AH_2浓度均成良好的线性关系, 且PAn薄膜修饰电极具有很好的稳定性, 有应用分析抗坏血酸的意义。  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of p‐tert‐butyl‐sulfonylcalix[4]arene (SCA) has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that there is an irreversible electrochemical oxidative wave when the potential ranges from 0.9 to 1.9 V versus saturated calomel electrode (SCE) in CH2Cl2 at a glassy carbon electrode. The kinetic parameters of the andic wave, such as α,n, ks, D and the diffusion activation energy (Ed), were discussed. In addition, the interaction of SCA with metal ions at the water‐air interface was also discussed by Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) techniques. The results confirm that the selectivity of SCA as ligand for Pb2+ in monomolecular film is very high by complexation action, which provide the foundation that LB film of SCA modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as voltammetric sensor to detect trace amounts of Pb2+.  相似文献

A sensitive voltammetric method is developed for the determination of diazinon, an organophosphorus pesticide, using a Nafion®-coated glassy carbon electrode as an enrichment film. The analysis of diazinon in aqueous solutions using sensitive instrumental methods has gained importance. Investigation of the electrochemical behavior of diazinon on a Nafion®-coated glassy carbon electrode reveals the presence of a specific oxidation peak of analytical significance. The experimental parameters, such as pH, film thickness, preconcentration potential, preconcentration time, and square-wave voltammetric parameters were optimized. Using this method, a linear calibration curve for diazinon was obtained up to 5 M range in pH 1 citrate buffer solution with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 75 nM.  相似文献

Cobalt hydroxide film modified electrode was prepared by depositing cobalt hydroxide on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface in an alkaline aqueous solution and then characterized by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of resorcin on the film modified electrode was investigated. The results show that cobalt hydroxide films in alkaline solutions have good electrocatalytical activity towards the oxidation of resorcin. The recovery of resorcin from sample ranged from 95.2 to 103.4% and the oxidation peak currents were directly proportional to the resorcin concentration from 5.0 × 10−6 to 1.05 × 10−4 M with correlation coefficient of 0.9986. A detection limit of 1.0 × 10−7 M for resorcin was estimated. Various factors affecting the electrocatalytical activity of cobalt hydroxide film were investigated in detail. Real water samples were analyzed and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

The effect of various deposition techniques, electrode materials and posttreatment with tetrabutylammonium and tetrabutylphosphonium salts on the electrochemical behavior and stability of various Prussian blue (PB) modified electrodes, namely PB modified glassy carbon electrodes, silicate‐film supported PB modified glassy carbon electrodes, PB‐doped silicate glassy carbon electrodes, PB modified carbon ceramic electrodes using electrochemical deposition and PB modified carbon ceramic electrodes using chemical deposition is reported. Cyclic voltammetry and amperometric measurements of hydrogen peroxide were performed in a flow injection system while the carrier phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) with a flow rate of 0.8 mL min?1 was propelled into the electrochemical flow through cell housing the PB modified working electrode as well as an Ag|AgCl|0.1 M KCl reference and a Pt auxiliary electrode. The results showed that the deposition procedure, electrode material and posttreatment with additional chemicals can significantly alter the stability and electrochemical behavior of the PB film. Among the studied PB modified electrodes, those based on carbon ceramic electrodes modified with a film of electropolymerized PB showed the best electrochemical stability.  相似文献

A new type of current sensor, Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film of calixarene on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared for determination of mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). An anodic stripping peak was obtained at 0.15 V (vs. SCE) by scanning the potential from ?0.6 to +0.6 V. Compared with a bare GCE, the LB film coated electrode greatly improves the sensitivity of measuring mercury ion. The fabricated electrode in a 0.1 M H2SO4+0.01 M HCl solution shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 0.07–40 μg L?1 and detection limit of 0.04 μg L?1 (ca. 2×10?10 M). The high sensitivity, selectivity, and stability of this LB film modified electrode demonstrates its practical application for a simple, rapid and economical determination of Hg2+ in a water sample.  相似文献

We have developed a sensor for the square wave anodic stripping voltammetric determination of Pb(II). A glassy carbon electrode was modified with a thin film of an antimony/poly(p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid) composite in air-saturated aqueous solution of pH 2.0. Compared to a conventional antimony film electrode, the new one yields a larger stripping signal for Pb(II). The conditions of polymerization, the concentration of Sb(III), the pH value of the sample solution, the deposition potential and time, frequency, potential amplitude, and step increment potential were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, a linear response was observed for Pb(II) in the range of 0.5 to 150.0 μg?L?1. The detection limit for Pb(II) is 0.1 μg?L?1.

The surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified by electropolymerization of p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid (p-ABSA) and the modified electrode was then prepared by in situ depositing antimony and target metal on the poly(p-ABSA) coated glassy carbon electrode. The antimony/poly(p-ABSA) film electrode displays high electrochemical activity in giving a peak current that is proportional to the concentration of Pb(II) in a certain range.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with ferrocenecarboxamide, gold nanoparticles and multiwall carbon nanotubes was constructed and characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of bilirubin (BR) on the modified electrode was investigated and it was found that the modified electrode had an obvious electrocatalytic effect on bilirubin. Compared with a bare GCE, the modified electrode exhibited a marked enhancement in the current response for bilirubin. Amperometry was employed to investigate the electrocatalytical oxidation of bilirubin on the modified electrode. As a result, it exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic response to bilirubin with a response time of less than 5 s, a broad linear range of 1 to 100 μmol L?1, as well as good long-term stability and reproducibility.  相似文献
