In this study, elastic large deflection analysis of axisymmetric ring-stiffened circular and annular general angle-ply laminated plates subjected to transverse uniform load is studied. Based on first order shear deformation theory (FSDT) and large deflection von-Karman relations, the governing equations are derived. The dynamic relaxation (DR) method in conjunction with the central finite difference discretization technique is used to solve the nonlinear equilibrium equations. A detailed parametric study is carried out to investigate the influences of plate thicknesses, stiffener width, stiffener depth, fiber orientation, stacking sequence and different types of boundary conditions. Also, some linear and nonlinear analysis is provided to consider the effect of nonlinearity on the results.  相似文献

In this article, an analytical solution for buckling of moderately thick functionally graded (FG) sectorial plates is presented. It is assumed that the material properties of the FG plate vary through the thickness of the plate as a power function. The stability equations are derived according to the Mindlin plate theory. By introducing four new functions, the stability equations are decoupled. The decoupled stability equations are solved analytically for both sector and annular sector plates with two simply supported radial edges. Satisfying the edges conditions along the circular edges of the plate, an eigenvalue problem for finding the critical buckling load is obtained. Solving the eigenvalue problem, the numerical results for the critical buckling load and mode shapes are obtained for both sector and annular sector plates. Finally, the effects of boundary conditions, volume fraction, inner to outer radius ratio (annularity) and plate thickness are studied. The results for critical buckling load of functionally graded sectorial plates are reported for the first time and can be used as benchmark.  相似文献

The elastic buckling behavior of rectangular perforated plates was studied by using the finite element method in this study. Circular cutout was chosen at different locations along the principal x-axis of plates subjected to linearly varying loading in order to evaluate the effect of cutout location on the buckling behavior of plates. The results show that the center of a circular hole should not be placed at the end half of the outer panel for all loading patterns. Furthermore, the presence of a circular hole always causes a decrease in the elastic buckling load of plates subjected to bending, even if the circular hole is not in the outer panel.  相似文献

研究可移简支及夹支边界条件下,轴对称压电层合圆板在强电场和机械荷载联合作用下的非线性变形.考虑电致伸缩的非线性压电效应及几何非线性的影响,导出轴对称压电层合圆板的控制方程.通过调整坐标轴的位置对控制方程进行简化,得到关于挠度和径向力的4阶非线性控制方程.再通过简单的积分并引入无量刚变量将控制方程等价地化为2阶非线性耦合微分方程组.利用幂级数法得到可移简支及夹支边界条件下强电场和均布荷载共同作用时的挠度、径向力及径向位移的幂级数精确解.通过对双、单压电晶片执行器的数值计算及分析,得到电场、外载对于位移、径向力的影响关系.  相似文献

Assuming the material properties varying with an exponential law both in the thick- ness and radial directions,axisymmetric bending of two-directional functionally graded circular and annular plates is studied using the semi-analytical numerical method in this paper.The de- flections and stresses of the plates are presented.Numerical results show the well accuracy and convergence of the method.Compared with the finite element method,the semi-analytical nu- merical method is with great advantage in the computational efficiency.Moreover,study on ax- isymmetric bending of two-directional functionally graded annular plate shows that such plates have better performance than those made of isotropic homogeneous materials or one-directional functionally graded materials.Two-directional functionally graded material is a potential alter- native to the one-directional functionally graded material.And the integrated design of materials and structures can really be achieved in two-directional functionally graded materials.  相似文献

基于一阶剪切变形板理论,推导了功能梯度材料圆形板在边界面内均布压力作用下的轴对称屈曲方程。在推导过程中,忽略了前屈曲耦合变形。利用一阶板理论与经典板理论屈曲方程之间在数学形式上的相似性,得到了一阶板理论下功能梯度材料圆板与经典板理论下均匀圆板临界屈曲载荷之间的解析关系。利用这个解析关系,可以直接从已有的较为简单的经典理论的结果,获得一阶板理论下功能梯度材料板的临界屈曲载荷。  相似文献

Buckling analysis of the functionally graded viscoelastic circular plates has not been carried out so far. In the present paper, a series solution is developed for buckling analysis of radially graded FG viscoelastic circular plates with variable thickness resting on two-parameter elastic foundations, based on Mindlin's plate theory. The complex modulus approach in combination with the elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle is employed to obtain the solution for various edge conditions. A comprehensive sensitivity analysis is carried out to evaluate effects of various parameters on the buckling load. Results reveal that the viscoelastic behavior of the materials may postpone the buckling occurrence and the stiffness reduction due to the section variations may be compensated by the graded material properties.  相似文献

Analytical solutions using various hypotheses are obtained for the problem of buckling of an annular circular plate of a shape memory alloy in the forward or reverse thermoelastic phase transformations under uniform radial compression. It is established that, despite the axial symmetry of the body geometry, loads, and boundary conditions, the minimum critical loads for annular plates correspond to nonaxisymmetric buckling modes, in contrast to continuous plates.  相似文献

基于经典板理论,研究了功能梯度材料圆板的轴对称弯曲、屈曲和自由振动解与相应的均匀材料圆板解之间的转换关系.通过消去拉-弯耦合项得到了以挠度函数表示的功能梯度圆板的弯曲、屈曲和自由振动控制方程.分析功能梯度圆板与均匀圆板的控制方程之间的相似性,得到了功能梯度材料圆板与均匀圆板的解之间解的相似转换关系,在假定FGM圆板的材料性质沿厚分别以幂函数和指数函数的度变规律后,给出了相应的转换系数的解析表达式.该系数集中反映了功能梯度圆板的材料非均匀性.在已知均匀材料圆板轴对称解的条件下,可将功能梯度材料圆板轴对称问题的求解转化为相似转换系数的计算问题.这一方法可为非均匀板的求解提供了十分便捷有效的途径,而且便于工程应用.  相似文献

A three-dimensional free vibration analysis of circular and annular plates is presented via the Chebyshev–Ritz method. The solution procedure is based on the linear, small strain, three-dimensional elasticity theory. Selecting Chebyshev polynomials which can be expressed in terms of cosine functions as the admissible functions, a convenient governing eigenvalue equation can be derived through the Ritz method. According to the geometric properties of circular and annular plates, the vibration is divided into three distinct categories: axisymmetric vibration, torsional vibration and circumferential vibration. Each vibration category can be further subdivided into the antisymmetric and symmetric ones in the thickness direction. Convergence and comparison study demonstrated the high accuracy and efficiency of the present method. The present approach shows a distinct advantage over some other Ritz solutions in that stable numerical operation can be guaranteed even when a large number of admissible functions is employed. Therefore, not only lower-order but also higher-order eigenfrequencies can be obtained by using sufficient terms of the Chebyshev polynomials. Finally, some valuable results for annular plates with one or both edges clamped are given and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Based on von Karman's plate theory, the axisymmetric thermal buckling and post-buckling of the functionally graded material(FGM) circular plates with inplane elastic restraints under transversely non-uniform temperature rise are studied. The properties of the FGM media are varied through the thickness based on a simple power law. The governing equations are numerically solved by a shooting method. The results of the critical buckling temperature, post-buckling equilibrium paths, and configurations for the in-plane elastically restrained plates are presented. The effects of the in-plane elastic restraints, material property gradient, and temperature variation on the responses of thermal buckling and post-buckling are examined in detail.  相似文献

Orthotropic circular annular plates have a lot of applications in engineering such as space structures and rotary machines. In this paper, frequency equations for the in-plane vibration of the orthotropic circular annular plate for general boundary conditions were derived. To obtain the frequency equation, first the equation of motion for the circular annular plate in the cylindrical coordinate is derived by using the stress-strain- displacement expressions. Helmholtz decomposition is used to uncouple the equations of motion. The wave equation is obtained by assumption a harmonic solution for the uncoupled equations. Using the separation of the variables leads to the general wave equation solution and the in-plane displacements in the r and θ directions. Finally, boundary conditions are exerted and the natural frequency is derived for general boundary conditions. The obtained results are validated by comparing with the previously reported and those from finite element analysis.  相似文献

U型波纹管是现代管道系统中最常见的一种位移补偿器 ,它由环板和具有正、负Gauss曲率的半圆环壳组成 ,在管道所传输的介质的压力作用下会发生屈曲。其中环向屈曲最为复杂 ,精确的理论分析非常困难 ,有限元分析也不多见。作者在分析前人工作的基础上 ,以圆环壳段为单元 (特定的旋转壳段单元 ,能自动退化成环板单元 ) ,限于弹性范围和线性化特征值问题 ,对介质压力作用下U型波纹管及其相关结构 (圆环板、圆环壳、半圆环壳 )的环向屈曲问题进行了分析。考虑了结构屈曲前的弯曲 ,计及压力的二次势能 ,导出的应力刚度矩阵和载荷刚度矩阵是非对称的。全部工作分为三部分 :(Ⅰ )基本方程 ,环板的屈曲 ;(Ⅱ )圆环壳、半圆环壳的屈曲 ;(Ⅲ )波纹管平面失稳的机理。本文为第一部分 ,除推导公式外 ,对不同边界和不同内外径之比的环板在径向均匀压力作用下的环向屈曲进行了计算 (轴对称的径向屈曲作为特例得到 ) ,给出了前屈曲应力分布、临界载荷及相应的屈曲模态 ,并将临界压力的值与前人基于vonK偄rm偄n大挠度板的精确解进行了比较 ,吻合良好。  相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical study of the elastic instability of a uniformly compressed, thin, circular annular plate with axisymmetric initial deflection. The dynamic version of the nonlinear Marguerre plate theory is used, and the linear free vibration problems around the axisymmetric finite deformation of the plate are solved by a finite difference method. By examining the frequency spectrum with various asymmetric modes, the critical compressive load under which the axisymmetric additional deformation of the plate becomes unstable due to the bifurcation buckling is determined, which is found to depend severely on the magnitude of the axisymmetric initial deflection.  相似文献

Axisymmetric buckling of polar-orthotropic quasi-heterogeneous laminated annular plates are studied. A closed type solution is obtained for the case of two particular ratios of inner and outer pressures in terms of first and second kind Bessel functions of fractional order and Lommel functions. Two ratios of pressures are chosen in such a way as to represent a solution of the second order differentia] equation for the stress resultant function when only one of the fundamental solutions is left. The general procedure presented herein is valid for symmetrically laminated plates as well as for plates composed of materials with proportional properties. Numerous examples are shown indicating the effect of plates' heterogeneity on their elastic stability.  相似文献

A mathematical formulation is given of nonlinear axisymmetric buckling problems for plates and shells in the two-phase zones of austenite-to-martensite transformation. Numerical solutions of the direct-and inverse-transformation problems are used to construct hysteresis loops for thermomechanically cycled, pressure-loaded circular plates and shallow spherical domes of titanium nickelide (NiTi) alloy. It is shown that dynamic instability of the dome deformation process can occur during transformation under loads notably lower than the upper critical values for the isothermal states of the material outside the transformation zone.
