An unprecedented spontaneous reactivity between diazonium salts and diboronic acid has been unveiled, leading to a versatile arylboronic acid synthesis directly from (hetero)arylamines. This fast reaction (35 min overall) tolerates a wide range of functional groups and is carried out under very mild conditions. The radical nature of the reaction mechanism has been investigated.  相似文献

We report here an efficient method for the synthesis and characterization of the room-temperature ionic liquid 1,3-di-n-butylimidazolium tribromide ([BBIm]Br3) (2) and its application as an efficient reagent and solvent for regioselective bromination of arylamines and phenols under mild conditions. The bromination was carried out in the absence of organic solvents, and in most cases, the only extraction solvent needed was water. The spent 1,3-di-n-butylimidazolium bromide (1) was easily recycled.  相似文献

An efficient, easy-to-handle, and mild substitution reaction approach has been developed for the synthesis of phosphonate derivatives, which are very important in the field of industrial, agricultural, and medicinal chemistry. A large number of nucleophiles, including arylamines, alkylamines, heteroarylamines, primary amines and secondary amines, sulfides, and carbides were attempted to react with α-tosyloxyphosphonate 1. The reaction proceeded under catalyst-free and neat conditions and the corresponding phosphonates 2 were afforded in good yields.  相似文献

A Cu(OAc)2-catalyzed synthesis of 2-arylquinoline N-oxides with easily available arylamines is described. The main features of this reaction are mild reaction conditions, high functional-group tolerance, excellent regioselectivity, and good to excellent yields. This procedure is mild, operationally simple, and constitutes a greener approach to the arylation of quinoline N-oxides.  相似文献

A simple and efficient one‐pot synthesis of tetrahydroacenaphtho[1,2‐b]indolone derivatives via four‐component reaction of 5,5‐dimethylcyclohexane‐1,3‐dione (dimedone), arylamines, acenaphthoquinone, and active methylene compounds under catalyst‐free conditions is described. The reactions were carried out under mild conditions using ethanol as solvent. Advantages of this method include simple experimental and workup procedure, readily available starting materials, and high yields.  相似文献

The synthesis of 3‐aryl‐2‐cyclohexenones is a topic of current interest as they are not only privileged structures in bioactive molecules, but they are also relevant feedstocks for the synthesis of substituted phenols or anilines, which are ubiquitous structural elements both in drug design and medicinal chemistry. A simple and sustainable one‐pot aerobic double dehydrogenative reaction under mild conditions for the introduction of arenes in the β‐position of cyclic ketones has been developed. Starting from the corresponding saturated ketone, this reaction sequence proceeds under relatively low Pd catalyst loading and involves catalytic amounts of electron‐transfer mediators (ETMs) under ambient oxygen pressure.  相似文献

A novel method for the synthesis of diaryl ethers with phenols and arylstannanes under mild conditions is described. This copper-mediated O-arylation is feasible using DMAP in acetonitrile and is complementary to the use of boronic acids as aryl donors. Acid-catalyzed reaction of 1-[(4-chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]-2-ethoxypyrrolidine with phenols leads to the formation of new 1-(arylsulfonyl)pyrrolidines. Copper-catalyzed modified Ullmann coupling reactions creating C–O bonds, including diaryl ethers or phenols, are vital to organic synthesis. Synthesized N-phenyl-2-pyridinecarboxamide and its derivatives were used as ligands in conjunction with catalytic copper sources in the formation of various diaryl ethers and phenols. Various aryl and heteroaryl halides with electron donating and withdrawing groups were reacted with various phenols under mild reaction conditions providing moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis of phenol biaryls by the cross‐couplings of quinone monoacetals (QMAs) and phenols is reported. The Brønsted acid catalytic system in 1,1,1,3,3,3‐hexafluoro‐2‐propanol was found to be particularly efficient for this transformation. This reaction can be extended to the synthesis of various phenol biaryls, including sterically hindered biaryls, with yields ranging from 58 to 90 % under mild reaction conditions and in a highly regiospecific manner.  相似文献

With this protocol, a variety of biaryls and alkenyl phenols were obtained in good to high yields under mild conditions. The synthetic utility of the method was demonstrated by the short synthesis of multi-substituted triphenylenes and three bioactive natural products, honokiol, moracin M, and stemofuran A. A one‐pot Pd‐catalyzed carbonylation of phenols into their corresponding aryl carboxylic acids and esters through the insertion of carbon monoxide has been developed. This procedure offers a direct synthesis of aryl carboxylic acids and esters from inexpensive and abundant starting materials (phenols, SO2F2 and CO) under mild conditions. Assay procedures are described for phenols and arylamines involving oxidative coupling, employing peroxide-peroxidase, to form the highly colored indaniline and indamine dyes, respectively. Alkyl aryl ethers are an important class of compounds in medicinal and agricultural chemistry. Catalytic C(sp3)?O cross‐coupling of alkyl electrophiles with phenols is an unexplored disconnection strategy to the synthesis of alkyl aryl ethers, with the potential to overcome some of the major limitations of existing methods such as C(sp2)?O cross‐coupling and SN2 reactions. Reported here is a tandem photoredox and copper catalysis to achieve decarboxylative C(sp3)?O coupling of alkyl N‐hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) esters with phenols under mild reaction conditions. This method was used to synthesize a diverse set of alkyl aryl ethers using readily available alkyl carboxylic acids, including many natural products and drug molecules. Complementarity in scope and functional‐group tolerance to existing methods was demonstrated.  相似文献

We report a new and fast domino synthesis of aminoalcohols under mild conditions. The free-radical reaction of aliphatic and aromatic amines with alcohol cosolvents is promoted by means of the TiCl(4)-Zn/t-BuOOH system. According to the proposed mechanism, the amine reacts with two molecules of alcohol in an electrophilic-nucleophilic cascade process. This procedure, if compared with the TiCl(3)/t-BuOOH-mediated protocol previously reported, appears to be more selective, of more general applicability and affords the desired products in higher yields. Besides, with the same catalytic system it was possible to promote the reaction of primary arylamines with two molecules of cyclic ether, leading to the formation of a wider range of functionalized aminoalcohols.  相似文献

A procedure for the synthesis of N‐methyl‐arylamines directly from nitroarenes using methanol as green methylating agent was developed. The key to success is the use of a specific catalyst system consisting of palladium acetate and the ligand 1‐[2,6‐bis(isopropyl)phenyl]‐2‐[tert‐butyl(2‐pyridinyl)phosphino]‐1H‐Imidazole ( L1 ). The generality of this protocol is demonstrated in the synthesis of more than 20 N‐methyl‐arylamines under comparably mild conditions. Combining this novel methodology with subsequent coupling processes using the same catalyst allows for efficient diversification of aromatic nitro compounds to a broad variety of amines including drug molecules.  相似文献

A wide range of diaryl ethers are synthesized from the corresponding aryl iodides and phenols through Ullmann type coupling reactions in the presence of a catalytic amount of easily available BINAM-Cu(OTf)2 complex under mild reaction conditions. Less reactive aryl bromides have also been shown to react with phenols under identical reaction conditions to give good yields of the diaryl ethers without increasing the reaction temperature and time.  相似文献

A simple and metal-free method has been developed for the construction of quinoline-2, 4-carboxylates under mild conditions via a molecular iodine-catalyzed three-component tandem reaction of arylamines, ethyl glyoxylate, and α-ketoesters. The present protocol provides a convenient and attractive approach to various quinoline-2, 4-carboxylates in moderate to good yields with excellent functional group tolerance.  相似文献
