A novel ion-pair palladium(Ⅱ) compound,(NO2BzPy)2[Pd(dmit)2](NO2BzPy+ = 1-(4-nitrobenzyl)pyridinium,dmit2-= 2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4,5-bis(thiolate)),was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure determination.This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 10.4463(11),b = 8.5627(9),c = 20.017(2) ,β = 97.7730(10)°,V = 1774.1(3) 3,Z = 2,C30H22N4O4S10Pd,Mr = 929.52,Dc = 1.740 g/cm3,μ = 1.155 mm-1,S = 1.006,F(000) = 936,R = 0.0354 and wR = 0.0675.The most intriguing general structural feature of the compound is the completely segregated columnar stacks of anions and cations.There exist hydrogen-bonding interactions within the cation column.  相似文献

A new metal-organic complex Mn2(cbba)4(phen)2 (Hcbba = 2-(4'-chlorine-benzoyl)-benzoic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 12.154(5), b = 18.166(7), c =31.197(13) (A°), V = 6887(5) (A°)3, C80H48C14Mn2N4O12, Mr= 1508.90, Dc = 1.455 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) =0.591 mm-1, F(000) = 3080, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0408 and wR = 0.0873 for 4033 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the manganese atom is six-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from three different cbba ligands and two nitrogen atoms from phen ligands, showing a distorted octahedral geometry. Furthermore, it exhibits a 3D supramolecular network through π-π interactions.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) complex, [Zn(L)2(H2O)2], where H2L = N-(2-hydroxy-l-naphthylidene)-L-serine, has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 13.669(2), b = 6.4657(9), c =31.463(5) (A), β = 98.010(2)°, V = 2753.6(7) (A)3, Z = 8, Mr = 358.64, Dc = 1.730 g/cm3, F(000) =1472,μ(MoKa) = 1.814 mm-1, the final R = 0.0355 and wR = 0.0706. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom adopts a square-pyramidal geometry coordinated by the tridentate ligand and two water molecules.Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the complex molecules into a two-dimensional layer.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu2(NO3)2(IM-1'-MeBzlm)2(dca)2] (IM-1'-MeBzlm = 2-{2'-[(1'-methyl)benzimidazolyl]}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimi-dazoline-1-oxyl, dca = dicyanamide anion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinie, space group P1, with a =9.440(5), b = 10.124(6), c = 11.603(7)(A°), α= 102.904(7),β = 94.033(6), γ= 104.299(7)°,C34H40Cu2N16O8, Mr= 927.90, V= 1038.2(10) (A°)3, Z = 1, Dc=1.484 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.093 mm-1,F(000) = 478, R = 0.0609 and wR = 0.1512 for 2889 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two dicyanamides to form a centrosymmetric Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) dinuclear entity. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry and IM-1'-MeBzlm ligand coordinates to the metal ion with the κ2 N(1'-MeBzlm), O(IM) mode to avoid steric hindrance with the methyl group in the complex. Meanwhile, the molecules are linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, leading to a 1-D chain structure. Moreover, such chains are further linked by π-π stacking interactions to form a 2-D network structure. Magnetic measurement demonstrates that the intramolecular exchange couplings between Cu(Ⅱ) ion and the IM-1'-MeBzlm are ferromagnetic with J = 12.46 cm-1, where the spin Hamitonian is defined as H= -2JS1S2 within the complex.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Co(2-pya)2(4,4'-bipy)]2n·[(4,4'- bipy)0.5· H2O]2n(2-pya = 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in tetragonal, space group I41/a with a = b = 22.719(2), c = 10.710(2) A, V = 5527.8(14) A3, C54H46N10Co2O10, Mr = 1112.87, Dc = 1.337 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.665 mm-1, F(000) = 2296, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1096 for 1261 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). It exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure constructed by mixed ligands of 2-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine.  相似文献

A new Sr(Ⅱ) complex, [Sr(Hsip)(H2O)](1, NaH2sip = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium), has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction of Sr CO3 and NaH2sip at 120 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, elemental analysis and FT-IR. Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 has a 3D architecture, and there is only one crystallographically independent Sr(Ⅱ) ion in 1. The coordination geometry of Sr(Ⅱ) is a distorted tetragonal anti-prism. The whole Hsip2- ligand performs a μ6-coordination model. In the solid state, complex 1 shows luminescence with the maximum emission intensity at 417 nm upon excitation at 320 nm. Thermal stability of complex 1 was also investigated.  相似文献

The copper( Ⅱ ) complex, [Cu(oxpn)Cu(tmen)2](ClO4)2 was synthesized, where oxpn is N, N' -bis ( 3-aminopropyl) oxamido and tmen is N, N, N' N' -tetram-ethylethylenediamine. The crystal is triclinic, space group P 1, a=1-2349(2), b = 1.3093(2), c=1. 3855(2) nm, α=61-88(1), β=69.49(1), γ=57.91(1)°? V = 1. 6589 nm3, Z = 2. Both copper( Ⅱ ) ions are in a square pyramidal coordination environment , and linked by oxamido bridge. The distance between them is 0. 526 nm. Variable temperature (4. 2-300 K) magnetic susceptibility data for this complex show that there exists a relatively large antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the two copper( Ⅱ ) ions with a J value of-740. 40 cm-1.  相似文献

The compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P~(-)1 with α=7.376(3),b=9.990(4),c=11.950(5)(A),α=75.217(5),β=78.052(5),γ=70.655(5)°,V=796.0(5)(A)~3,C_(34)H_(26)Mn_2N_(6O)O_(10),M_r=788.49,D_c= 1.645 g/cm~3,μ(MoKa) = 0.866 mm~(-1),F(000)=235,Z=1,the final R=0.0425 and wR=0.0700 for 1971 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the crystal structure,the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different PDC ligands,one aqua ligand,and three nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipy and PDC ligands,giving a distorted octahedral geometry. It exhibits a three-dimensional supramolecular network defined by O-H…O hydrogen-bonding interactions.  相似文献

The title complex Zn(HL)(NCS)2 (C14H18N4OS2Zn, Mr = 387.81, HL = N-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)-salicylaldimine) has been synthesized by the reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with the Schiff base N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-salicylaldimine derived from the condensation reaction of 3-dimethylamino-1-propylamine with salicyladehyde. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 9.8360(8), b = 14.930(1), c = 12.277(1) (A), β= 101.455(2)°, V= 1767.0(3) (A)3,Z = 4, F(000) = 800, Dc = 1.458 g/cm3 and μ(MoKα) = 1.631 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.1065 for 2681 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). Crystal analyses revealed that the Zn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of two NCS-, and an oxygen atom as well as a nitrogen atom of amine from the neutral Schiff base ligand of N-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)-salicylaldimine to give a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of copper(Ⅱ) dimeric complex of S-methyl-B-N-(pyridine N-oxide-2-ylmethylidene) dithiocarbazate with acetonitrile, [CuL (CH3CN)]2 (ClO4)2, was determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystalizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/n, a= 7. 685(2), 6=20.160(6), c= 10. 847(5) A ,B = 107.89(3), Z=2,Dc=1.788 g/cm3, F(000) = 835. 8, u= 18. 17 cm-1(Moka,R= 0. 057.Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion in the complex is surrounded by a distorted square pyramidal. The basal plane is comprised of S, N and O atoms of one ligand together with a N atom of the solvent--acetonitrile, while the axial position is occupied by the S atom of the other ligand. The bond length of Cu-S(bridging) is 3. 038A . and Cu-Cu distance is 3. 700A.  相似文献

A novel binuclear complex ([Cu2(μ2-shed)(hshed)]·(ClO4)·H2O, h2shed = N-salicylidene-N′-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.511(10), b =15.750(12), c = 14.281(12) (A), β = 100.564(14)°, C22H31ClN4O9Cu2, Mr = 658.04, V= 2766(4) (A)3, Z =4, Dc = 1.580 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.689 mm-1, F(000) = 1352, the final R = 0.0528 and wR = 0.1433 for 4880 independent reflections with Rint = 0.0577. The complex is a binuclear copper compound,and two Cu(Ⅱ ) ions in the binuclear cation are in different coordination environments. The Cu(1) ion adopts a distorted square pyramidal geometry (τ = 0.22) with four donor atoms (N2O2) of the ligand in the basal plane, and one hydroxyl oxygen atom with protonated form occupying the apical position.The Cu(2) ion assumes the geometry of a distorted square plane with four donor atoms (N2O2) of the ligand. The Cu…Cu separation is 3.103 (A). In addition, N-H…O and C-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions link these binuclear cations into a quasi one-dimensional chain along the a axis.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N?-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1 with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) , α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19) 3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm–1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two Natoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1)  and Cd(1)…Cd(1B) of 5.852(1). In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A new 4-chlorobenzoic acid bridge Co(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ- H2O)] (HL = 4-chlorobenzoic acid) has been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.537(5), b = 16.212(3),c = 15.306(3)(A), β= 124.37(3)°, V = 4616.1(16) (A)3, Mr = 1070.45, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 1.012 mm-1, F(000) = 2176, the final R = 0.0338 and Wr = 0.0810. The title complex is composed of dinuclear [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ-H2O)] molecules. Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A novel crystal with the molecular formula [Pd(DCA)(bipy)]2 [Pd(bipy)Cl2 ]·6.75H2O was formed by PdCl2 with disodium demethylcantharate (Na2 (DCA),DCA2= 7-oxa-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-bicarboxylate) and 2,2-bipyidine (bipy) through the hydrothermal method.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,which is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a=13.6818(7),b=14.8426(8),c=15.0043(8),α=97.319(3),β=92.521(3),γ=105.776(2)°,V=2898.4(3) 3,Dc=1.545 g·cm-3,Z=1,F(000)=1420,S=0.852,the final R=0.0525 and wR=0.1777 for 13634 observer reflections (I>2σ(I)).The binding reaction of the complex with ct-DNA and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicated that the complex binds to ct-DNA via the partial intercalation.The binding constant K A of the complex interaction with BSA was 3.98×10 5 L·mol-1 and one binding site would be formed.The antiproliferative activity of the complex against human hepatoma cells (SMMC7721) in vitro is much higher than that of Na 2 (DCA).  相似文献

合成了N,N'-双(4-氯苄基)-1,2-丙二胺铜(Ⅱ)配合物[ CuCl( C17 H20C12N2)2]·(NH4)·Cl2,通过元素分析和IR光谱对其进行了表征,并通过X射线单晶衍射确定了其晶体结构.晶体结构分析表明,该晶体属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.35222(16) nm,b=1.37899(17) nm,c=1.39806(19) nm;α=60.954(1)°,β=87.502(2)°,γ=65.970(1)°,V=2.0424(4) nm3,Dc=1.357 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=862,R1=0.0925,wR2=0.2668[ Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ)],S=1.001.配合物的金属中心与来自2个配体的4个氮原子和1个末端氯原子配位,形成了轻微扭曲的四方锥几何构型,扭曲指数τ=0.04(1).抗菌实验结果显示,配合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金色葡萄球菌均表现出良好的抑菌作用.采用荧光光谱研究了不同温度下配合物与牛血清白蛋白( BSA)的相瓦作用,结果表明,配合物对BSA的荧光猝灭属于静态猝灭.计算了不同温度下配合物与BSA间的结合常数(Ka)、结合位点(n≈1)及相关热力学参数(△H>0,△S>0,△G<0),结果表明,二者主要靠疏水作用力结合.依据F(o)ster的非辐射能量转移理论,求得给体(BSA)与受体(配合物)间的距离r=2.56 nm,说明配合物与BSA之间可能发生了非辐射能量转移.  相似文献

A novel Cu(Ⅱ) complex has been prepared by means of self-assembly of CuCl2,1-hexylimidazole L and oxalic acid(H2OX) in the presence of triethylamine,and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis.In complex 1,1-D polymer chains are formed through pentacoordinated Cu(Ⅱ),oxalate and bridging chlorine atoms.In the crystal packing of 1,the imidazole ring head-to-tail π-π stacking interactions exist between 1-D polymer chains and extend the 1-D polymer chains into 2-D supramolecular layers.The fluorescence emission spectra of L and 1 were described.  相似文献
