The pentafluorooxotellurate compound ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) has been synthesized from the reaction of ReO(2)F(3) with B(OTeF(5))(3) and structurally characterized in solution by (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy. The NMR and vibrational spectroscopic findings are consistent with a trigonal bipyramidal arrangement in which the oxygen atoms and an OTeF(5) group occupy the equatorial plane. The (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectra show that the axial and equatorial OTeF(5) groups of ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) are fluxional and are consistent with intramolecular exchange by means of a pseudorotation. The Lewis acid behavior of ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) is demonstrated by reaction with OTeF(5)(-). The resulting cis-ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(4)(-) anion was characterized as the tetramethylammonium salt in solution by (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P&onemacr;, with a = 13.175(7) ?, b = 13.811(5) ?, c = 15.38(1) ?, alpha = 72.36(5)(o), beta = 68.17(5)(o), gamma = 84.05(4)(o), V = 2476(2) ?(3), D(calc) = 3.345 g cm(-)(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0547. The coordination sphere about Re(VII) in cis-ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(4)(-) is a pseudooctahedron in which the Re-O double bond oxygens are cis to one another.  相似文献

Osmium dioxide tetrafluoride, cis-OsO(2)F(4), reacts with the strong fluoride ion acceptors AsF(5) and SbF(5) in anhydrous HF and SbF(5) solutions to form orange salts. Raman spectra are consistent with the formation of the fluorine-bridged diosmium cation F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+), as the AsF(6)(-) and Sb(2)F(11)(-) salts, respectively. The (19)F NMR spectra of the salts in HF solution are exchange-averaged singlets occurring at higher frequency than those of the fluorine environments of cis-OsO(2)F(4). The F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+)Sb(2)F(11)(-) salt crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Imma. At -107 degrees C, a = 12.838(3) ?, b = 10.667(2) ?, c = 11.323(2) ?, V = 1550.7(8) ?(3), and Z = 4. Refinement converged with R = 0.0469 [R(w) = 0.0500]. The crystal structure consists of discrete fluorine-bridged F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) and Sb(2)F(11)(-) ions in which the fluorine bridge of the F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) cation is trans to an oxygen atom (Os-O 1.676 ?) of each OsO(2)F(3) group. The angle at the bridge is 155.2(8) degrees with a bridging Os---F(b) distance of 2.086(3) ?. Two terminal fluorine atoms (Os-F 1.821 ?) are cis to the two oxygen atoms (Os-O 1.750 ?), and two terminal fluorine atoms of the OsO(2)F(3) group are trans to one another (1.813 ?). The OsO(2)F(3)(+) cation was characterized by (19)F NMR and by Raman spectroscopy in neat SbF(5) solution but was not isolable in the solid state. The NMR and Raman spectroscopic findings are consistent with a trigonal bipyramidal cation in which the oxygen atoms and a fluorine atom occupy the equatorial plane and two fluorine atoms are in axial positions. Density functional theory calculations show that the crystallographic structure of F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) is the energy-minimized structure and the energy-minimized structures of the OsO(2)F(3)(+) cation and ReO(2)F(3) are trigonal bipyramidal having C(2)(v)() point symmetry. Attempts to prepare the OsOF(5)(+) cation by oxidative fluorination of cis-OsO(2)F(4) with KrF(+)AsF(6)(-) in anhydrous HF proved unsuccessful.  相似文献

The fluoride ion donor properties of TcO2F3 and ReO2F3 toward AsF5, SbF5, and XeO2F2 have been investigated, leading to the formation of TcO2F3.PnF5 and ReO2F3.PnF5 (Pn = As, Sb) and TcO2F3.XeO2F2, which were characterized in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. TcO2F3.SbF5 crystallizes in the monoclinic system P2(1)/n, with a = 7.366(2) A, b = 10.441(2) A, c = 9.398(2) A, beta = 93.32(3) degrees, V = 721.6(3) A3, and Z = 4 at 24 degrees C, R1 = 0.0649, and wR2 = 0.1112. ReO2F3.SbF5 crystallizes in the monoclinic system P2(1)/c, with a = 5.479(1) A, b = 10.040(2) A, c = 12.426(2) A, beta = 99.01(3) degrees, V = 675.1(2) A3, and Z = 4 at -50 degrees C, R1 = 0.0533, and wR2 = 0.1158. TcO2F3.XeO2F2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system Cmc2(1), with a = 7.895(2) A, b = 16.204(3) A, c = 5.198(1) A, beta = 90 degrees, V = 665.0(2) A3, and Z = 4 at 24 degrees C, R1 = 0.0402, and wR2 = 0.0822. The structures of TcO2F3.SbF5 and ReO2F3.SbF5 consist of infinite chains of alternating MO2F4 and SbF6 units in which the bridging fluorine atoms on the antimony are trans to each other. The structure of TcO2F3.XeO2F2 comprises two distinct fluorine-bridged chains, one of TcO2F3 and the other of XeO2F2 bridged by long Tc-F...Xe contacts. The oxygen atoms of the group 7 metals in the three structures are cis to each other and to two terminal fluorine atoms and trans to the bridging fluorine atoms. The 19F NMR and Raman spectra of TcO2F3.PnF5 and ReO2F3.PnF5 in SbF5 and PnF5-acidified HF solvents are consistent with dissociation of the adducts into cis-MO2F2(HF)2+ cations and PnF6- anions. The energy-minimized geometries of the free MO2F2+ cations and their HF adducts, cis-MO2F2(HF)2+, have been calculated by local density functional theory (LDFT), and the calculated vibrational frequencies have been used as an aid in the assignment of the Raman spectra of the solid MO2F3.PnF5 adducts and their PnF5-acidified HF solutions. In contrast, ReO2F3.SbF5 ionizes in SO2ClF solvent to give the novel Re2O4F5+ cation and Sb2F11- anion. The 19F NMR spectrum of the cation is consistent with two ReO2F2 units joined by a fluorine bridge in which the oxygen atoms are assumed to lie in the equatorial plane. The [ReO2F2(CH3CN)2][SbF6] salt was formed upon dissolution of ReO2F3.SbF5 in CH3CN and was characterized by 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR and Raman spectroscopies. The ReO2F2(CH3CN)2+ cation is a pseudooctahedral cis-dioxo arrangement in which the CH3CN ligands are trans to the oxygens and the fluorines are trans to each other.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and structural characterization of [UO(2)(ReO(4))(DPPMO(2))(2)][ReO(4)] and [UO(2)(Cl)(DPPMO(2))(2)][Cl] (where DPPMO(2) = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane dioxide). In both complexes, the linear uranyl dication is coordinated to two bidentate DPPMO(2) ligands in the equatorial plane with one coordinated and one non-coordinated anion (either perrhenate or chloride). We have also prepared the pertechnetate analogue, and, through (31)P and (99)Tc NMR, we have shown that the cation, [UO(2)(TcO(4))(DPPMO(2))(2)](+), is stable in solution.  相似文献

Air-stable rhenium(V) oxo complexes are formed when [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)] is treated with N-heterocyclic carbenes of the 1,3-dialkyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene type, L(R) (R = Me, Et, i-Pr). Complexes of the compositions [ReO(2)(L(R))(4)](+), [ReOCl(L(R))(4)](2+), or [ReO(OMe)(L(R))(4)](2+) can be isolated depending on the alkyl substituents at the nitrogen atoms of the ligands and the reaction conditions applied. Despite the steric overcrowding of the equatorial coordination spheres of the metal atoms by each of the four carbene ligands, stable complexes with six-coordinate rhenium atoms are obtained. Steric demands of the alkyl groups allow control of the stability of the mono-oxo intermediates. Air-stable cationic complexes of the compositions [ReOCl(L(Me))(4)](2+), [ReOCl(L(Et))(4)](2+), and [ReO(OMe)(L(Me))(4)](2+) have been isolated, whereas reactions of [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)] or other rhenium(V) precursors with the more bulky 1,3-diisopropyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene (L(i)(-)(Pr)) directly yield the dioxo complex [ReO(2)(L(i)(-)(Pr))(4)](+). X-ray structures of [ReO(2)(L(i)(-)(Pr))(4)][ReO(4)], [ReO(2)(L(i)(-)(Pr))(4)][PF(6)], [ReO(2)(L(Me))(4)][ReO(4)](0.45)[PF(6)](0.55), [ReO(MeOH)(L(Me))(4)][PF(6)](2), and [ReOCl(L(Et))(4)][PF(6)](2) show that the equatorial coordination spheres of the rhenium atoms are essentially planar irrespective of the steric demands of the individual carbene ligands.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(diphenylphosphinomethyl)aniline, H(2)L(2), with (NBu(4))[ReOCl(4)] yield different oxo rhenium(V) complexes depending on the conditions applied. This comprises monomeric compounds such as [ReOCl(3)(H(2)L(2))] (1), [ReOCl(2)(OMe)(H(2)L(2))] (2), or [ReO(2)(H(2)L(2))(2)]Cl (5) as well as the dimeric μ-oxo complex [{ReOCl(2)(H(2)L(2))}(2)]O] (3) and the oxo-bridged trimer [{ReOCl(H(2)L(2))}O](3) (4). The latter compound represents the first example of a hitherto unknown trinuclear, cyclic oxo(V) core. [{ReOCl(H(2)L(2))}O](3) contains a tensed 6-membered metallacycle, which readily undergoes rearrangements and reactions with additional ligands. Compounds of the compositions 5 and [ReO(2)(H(2)L(2))(H(2)L(1))]Cl (6) were isolated either from the decomposition of 4 in CH(2)Cl(2)/n-pentane or from reactions with 2-(diphenylphosphino)aniline, H(2)L(1).  相似文献

The new [N(CH(3))(4)][WSF(5)] salt was synthesized by two preparative methods: (a) by reaction of WSF(4) with [N(CH(3))(4)][F] in CH(3)CN and (b) directly from WF(6) using the new sulfide-transfer reagent [N(CH(3))(4)][SSi(CH(3))(3)]. The [N(CH(3))(4)][WSF(5)] salt was characterized by Raman, IR, and (19)F NMR spectroscopy and [N(CH(3))(4)][WSF(5)]·CH(3)CN by X-ray crystallography. The reaction of WSF(4) with half an aliquot of [N(CH(3))(4)][F] yielded [N(CH(3))(4)][W(2)S(2)F(9)], which was characterized by Raman and (19)F NMR spectroscopy and by X-ray crystallography. The WSF(5)(-) and W(2)S(2)F(9)(-) anions were studied by density functional theory calculations. The novel [W(2)OSF(9)](-) anion was observed by (19)F NMR spectroscopy in a CH(3)CN solution of WOF(4) and WSF(5)(-), as well as CH(3)CN solutions of WSF(4) and WOF(5)(-).  相似文献

In noncoordinating solvents, meso-cinchomeronimide appended Zn(II) porphyrin 2 forms a cyclic trimer, while diporphyrins 7 exhibit high-fidelity self-sorting assembling to form discrete cyclic trimer, tetramer, and pentamer with large association constants from 7(in-in), 7(in)(-)(out), and 7(out-out), respectively, through almost perfect discrimination of enantiomeric and conformational differences of the meso-cinchomeronimide substituents. In the latter self-sorting processes, the dihedral angles dictated by the two pyridyl nitrogen atoms control the size of the aggregates; the trimer from 7(in-in), the tetarmer from 7(in)(-)(out), and the pentamer from 7(out-out). Cyclic structures of (2)(3) and (R-7(out-out))(5) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The thermally unstable compound [Hg[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)] was obtained from the reaction of mercury cyanide and bis(pentafluorophenyl)phosphane in DMF solution and characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. The thermally stable trinuclear compounds [Hg[(mu-P(CF(3))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)] and [Hg[(mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)] are isolated and completely characterized. The higher order NMR spectra exhibiting multinuclear satellite systems have been sufficiently analyzed. [Hg[(mu-P(CF(3))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)].2DMF crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2366.2(3) pm, b = 1046.9(1) pm, c = 104.0(1) pm, and beta = 104.01(1) degrees. Structural, NMR spectroscopic, and vibrational data prove a weak coordination of the two DMF molecules. Structural, vibrational, and NMR spectroscopic evidence is given for a successive weakening of the pi back-bonding effect of the W-P bond in the order [W(CO)(5)PH(R(f))(2)], [Hg[(mu-P(R(f))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)], and [W[P(R(f))(2)](CO)(5)](-) with R(f) = C(6)F(5) and CF(3). The pi back-bonding effect of the W-C bonds increases vice versa.  相似文献

A new route to low-valent technetium complexes containing multiple acetonitrile ligands has been developed. The reduction of TcCl(4)(PPh(3))(2) with zinc metal dust in acetonitrile results in the formation of [Tc(CH(3)CN)(4)(PPh(3))(2)][Zn(2)Cl(6)](1/2). The hexafluorophosphate salt of the analogous Tc(II) cation can be prepared via chemical oxidation of the Tc(I) species, and the Tc(I) cation can be regenerated via chemical reduction. The compounds have been characterized in the solid state via single-crystal X-ray crystallography, and in solution via a combination of spectroscopic techniques and cyclic voltammetry. The structural parameters found in the two complexes are similar to each other; however, the difference in oxidation state is reflected, as expected, in the spectroscopic results. The electrochemical data, obtained from cyclic voltammograms of Tc(CH(3)CN)(4)(PPh(3))(2)](PF(6))(n)() (n = 1,2), mirror the synthetic results in that both compounds possess a reversible redox couple at -0.55 V versus ferrocene, which has been assigned to the Tc(II)/Tc(I) couple.  相似文献

Rhenium and technetium are known for their useful applications in nuclear medicine with similar properties. In this study, new diamido dipyridino (N(4)) water-soluble ligands (2-C(5)H(4)NCH(2)NHCO)(2)CH(2), 1 (L(1)H2), (2-C(5)H(4)NNHNHCO)(2)CH(2), 2, and [2-C(5)H(4)N(+)(O)(-)CH(2)NHCO](2)CH(2), 3, were synthesized. Reaction of L(1)H2 with ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2) resulted in the novel six-coordinated rhenium(V) complex, trans-ReO(L(1))(OEt), 4. The complex was characterized by spectroscopic methods, and its X-ray crystallographic analysis revealed that rhenium is coordinated to four nitrogen atoms of the ligand and to two oxygen atoms from the deprotonated ethanol and the oxo group respectively in a distorted octahedral geometry. In solution, complex 4 was transformed to a new complex 5, which was proved to be the dinuclear complex mu-oxo [ReO(L(1))](2)O. Reaction of 1 with [n-Bu(4)N][ReOCl(4)] resulted in the neutral complex 6, trans-[ReO(L(1))]Cl. Similarly, when ligand 1 was reacted with [n-Bu(4)N][(99g)TcOCl(4)], the neutral trans-[(99)TcO(L(1))]Cl complex 7 was formed, which upon dissolution transformed into a cationic complex 8, trans-[(99)TcO(L(1))(OH(2))](+)Cl(-). The single-crystal X-ray structure of 8 reveals that the coordination sphere about technetium is a distorted octahedron with four nitrogen atoms in the equitorial plane, while doubly bonded oxygen and coordinated water occupy the apical positions. Further dissolution of 8 resulted in the formation of dinuclear mu-oxo [TcO(L(1))](2)O, 9. This study shows that Tc and Re have similar metal core structures in solution for diamido dipyridino systems, besides similarity in geometrical structure, proved by the X-ray structures on the same ligands.  相似文献

The trioxo [ReO(3){SO(3)C(pz)(3)}] (1) (pz = pyrazolyl) and oxo [ReOCl{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}(PPh(3))]Cl (2) compounds with tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate were obtained by treatment of Re(2)O(7) or [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)], respectively, with Li[SO(3)C(pz)(3)], whereas [ReCl(3){HC(pz)(3)}] (3), [ReCl(3){HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3)}] (4) and [ReCl(4){eta(2)-HC(pz)(3)}] (5) were prepared by reaction of [ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2)] (3,4) or [ReCl(4)(NCMe)(2)] (5) with hydrotris(pyrazolyl)methane HC(pz)(3) (3,5) or hydrotris(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane HC(3,5-Me(2)pz)(3) (4). [ReO{SO(3)C(pz)(3)}{OC(CH(3))(2)pz}][ReO(4)] 6, with a chelated pyrazolyl-alkoxide, was derived from an unprecedented ketone-pyrazolyl coupling on reaction of crude 1 with acetone. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopies, FAB-MS spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry and, in the case of 5 and 6, also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical E(L) Lever parameter has been estimated, for the first time, for the SO(3)C(pz)(3)(-) and oxo ligands allowing the measurement of their electron-donor character and comparison with other ligands. Compounds 1, 2 and 6 appear to be the first tris(pyrazolyl)methanesulfonate complexes of rhenium to be reported.  相似文献

The crystallization of 3‐[4′‐(diethylboryl)phenyl]pyridine ( 1 ), which formed a mixture of oligomers in solution with the cyclic trimer as a major component, in acetone at 0 °C afforded a cyclic tetramer that co‐crystallized with solvent molecules. Similarly, solutions of compound 1 in toluene at 10 °C and in benzene at 8 °C furnished the cyclic tetramer with the incorporation of toluene and benzene molecules, respectively, thus suggesting that the cyclic tetramer was the minor component. 13C CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy of precipitates of compound 1 suggested that precipitation from acetone and toluene each afforded mixtures of the cyclic trimer and the cyclic tetramer, whereas precipitation from benzene exclusively furnished the cyclic tetramer. Therefore, it appeared that crystallization readily shifted the equilibrium towards the cyclic tetramer in benzene. The thermodynamic parameters for the equilibrium between these two oligomers in [D6]benzene, as determined from a van′t Hoff plot, were ΔH°=?8.8 kcal mol?1 and ΔS°=?23.7 cal mol?1 K?1, which were coincident with previously reported calculations and observations.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of low to intermediate oxidation state rhenium complexes containing a bifunctional ligand has been developed. Reaction of [ReO(4)](-) with substituted phenylhydrazines and triphenylphosphine in acetonitrile in the presence of HCl allows the isolation of [ReCl(2)(NNC(6)H(4)-4-R)(NCCH(3))(PPh(3))(2)] (where R = OCH(3), Cl, or CO(2)CH(3)). The substituted hydrazine acts as both a reductant and source of a monodentate diazenide ligand. The compounds have all been characterized in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and in the solution state by NMR, electrospray mass spectrometry, and HPLC. Cyclic voltammetry measurements show that the mono-diazenide complexes undergo a reversible oxidation.  相似文献

A family of highly stable (poly)perfluoroalkylated metallic nitride cluster fullerenes was prepared in high-temperature reactions and characterized by spectroscopic (MS, (19)F NMR, UV-vis/NIR, ESR), structural and electrochemical methods. For two new compounds, Sc(3)N@C(80)(CF(3))(10) and Sc(3)N@C(80)(CF(3))(12,) single crystal X-ray structures are determined. Addition pattern guidelines for endohedral fullerene derivatives with bulky functional groups are formulated as a result of experimental ((19)F NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction) studies and exhaustive quantum chemical calculations of the structures of Sc(3)N@C(80)(CF(3))(n) (n = 2-16). Electrochemical studies revealed that Sc(3)N@C(80)(CF(3))(n) derivatives are easier to reduce than Sc(3)N@C(80), the shift of E(1/2) potentials ranging from +0.11 V (n = 2) to +0.42 V (n = 10). Stable radical anions of Sc(3)N@C(80)(CF(3))(n) were generated in solution and characterized by ESR spectroscopy, revealing their (45)Sc hyperfine structure. Facile further functionalizations via cycloadditions or radical additions were achieved for trifluoromethylated Sc(3)N@C(80) making them attractive versatile platforms for the design of molecular and supramolecular materials of fundamental and practical importance.  相似文献

In the superacidic HF/SbF(5) system, methyl trifluoromethyl ether forms at -78 degrees C the new tertiary oxonium salt [(CH(3))(2)OCF(3)](+)[Sb(2)F(11)](-), which was characterized by Raman and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and its crystal structure. The same oxonium salt was also obtained by methylation of CH(3)OCF(3) with CH(3)F and SbF(5) in HF solution at -30 to -10 degrees C. Replacement of one methyl group in the trimethyloxonium cation by the bulkier and more electronegative trifluoromethyl group increases the remaining O-CH(3) bond lengths by 0.037(1) A and the sum of the C-O-C bond angles by about 4.5 degrees. Methylation of CH(3)OCF(CF(3))(2) with CH(3)F in HF/SbF(5) solution at -30 degrees C produces [(CH(3))(2)OCF(CF(3))(2)](+)[Sb(2)F(11)](-). The observed structure and vibrational and NMR spectra were confirmed by theoretical studies at the B3LYP/6-311++G(2d,2p) and the MP2/6-311++G(2d,p) levels.  相似文献

A series of thorium(IV) perrhenato- and pertechnetato-complexes with P[double bond, length as m-dash]O donor ligands have been prepared and characterised both in the solid state and in solution. Isostructural complexes of general formula [Th(MO(4))(4)(L)(4)], where M = Re or Tc and L = triethylphosphate (TEP) (2 and 7), tri-iso-butylphosphate (TiBP) (3 and 8) and tri-n-butylphosphine oxide (TBPO) (4 and 9) have been prepared from the novel starting materials [Th(ReO(4))(4)] x 4H(2)O (1) and [Th(TcO(4))(4)] x 4H(2)O (6). The reaction of or with triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO) in MeOH has also led to the synthesis of [Th(MO(4))(3)(TPPO)(3)(OCH(3))(HOCH(3))] (M = Re (5) or Tc (10)). While the structural characterisation of 4 and 9 has been previously described, we report for the first time the structural characterisation of 2 and 5, with a partial structural refinement of 3. Vibrational spectroscopic analysis confirms that the Tc complexes not characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction are indeed isostructural with the perrhenate complexes with the same P[double bond, length as m-dash]O donor ligand. In all cases, monodentate coordination of the Group 7 tetraoxo anion is observed. (31)P NMR spectroscopy indicates that in all the phosphine oxide-based complexes there is one dominant solution species. For the phosphate based systems, the presence of pertechnetate appears to inhibit P[double bond, length as m-dash]O donor ligand complexation in solution, whereas a significant proportion of each phosphate remains coordinated to Th(IV) when perrhenate is present as the counter ligand. These results give some indication as to the mechanism of pertechnetate co-extraction with tetravalent cations in the presence of tri-n-butyl phosphate in the Plutonium and Uranium Recovery by Extraction (PUREX) process.  相似文献

We report herein the synthesis and full characterization of the donor-free Lewis superacids Al(OR(F))(3) with OR(F) = OC(CF(3))(3) (1) and OC(C(5)F(10))C(6)F(5) (2), the stabilization of 1 as adducts with the very weak Lewis bases PhF, 1,2-F(2)C(6)H(4), and SO(2), as well as the internal C-F activation pathway of 1 leading to Al(2)(F)(OR(F))(5) (4) and trimeric [FAl(OR(F))(2)](3) (5, OR(F) = OC(CF(3))(3)). Insights have been gained from NMR studies, single-crystal structure determinations, and DFT calculations. The usefulness of these Lewis acids for halide abstractions has been demonstrated by reactions with trityl chloride (NMR; crystal structures). The trityl salts allow the introduction of new, heteroleptic weakly coordinating [Cl-Al(OR(F))(3)](-) anions, for example, by hydride or alkyl abstraction reactions.  相似文献

Convenient methods to prepare solvated rhenium oxochlorides are described; these compounds should serve as useful starting materials for rhenium chemistry. Treatment of perrhenic acid, HReO(4), with chlorotrimethylsilane or with thionyl chloride, followed by addition of tetrahydrofuran, forms the new oxochloride complexes ReO(3)Cl(THF)(2) and ReOCl(4)(THF), respectively. Small amounts of two dinuclear oxochlorides, which evidently resulted from adventitious hydrolysis, were also isolated: Re(2)O(3)Cl(6)L(2), where L = THF or H(2)O. All four compounds were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The rhenium(vii) complex ReO(3)Cl(THF)(2) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry in which the three oxo ligands are in a facial arrangement; the rhenium(vi) complex ReOCl(4)(THF) adopts a trans octahedral structure. The two dinuclear rhenium(vi) compounds both have a single, nearly linear, bridging oxo group; on each Re center, the three terminal chlorides adopt a mer arrangement, and the terminal oxo and the coordinated Lewis base are mutually trans. The water ligand in the aqua complex is hydrogen bonded to nearby THF molecules. IR data are given.  相似文献
