Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(n)(NH2Me)(3-n)]X(m) (n = 2, m = 0 (1), n = 1, m = 1, X = Cl (2a), n = 0, m = 2, X = OTf (3)) are obtained by reacting [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with MeNH2 (1:2 or 1:8) or with [Ag(NH2Me)2]OTf (1:4), respectively. Complex 2b (n = 1, m = 1, X = ClO 4) is obtained from 2a and NaClO4 x H2O. The reaction of 3 with MeC(O)Ph at 80 degrees C gives [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(NH2Me)]OTf (4), which in turn reacts with RNC to give [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(CNR)]OTf (R = (t)Bu (5), Xy (6)). [Ir(mu-Cl)(COD)]2 reacts with [Ag{N(R)=CMe2}2]X (1:2) to give [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X (R = H, X = ClO4 (7); R = Me, X = OTf (8)). Complexes [Ir(CO)2(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (9) and [IrCl{N(R)=CMe2}(COD)] (R = H (10), Me (11)) are obtained from the appropriate [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X and CO or Me4NCl, respectively. [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 reacts with [Au(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)(mu-Cl)(NH=CMe2)]2(ClO4)2 (12) which in turn reacts with PPh 3 or Me4NCl (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (13) or [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH=CMe2)] (14), respectively. Complex 14 hydrolyzes in a CH2Cl2/Et2O solution to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH3)] (15). The reaction of [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (1:4) gives [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3](ClO4)2 (16a), which reacts with PPNCl (PPN = Ph3=P=N=PPh3) under different reaction conditions to give [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3]XY (X = Cl, Y = ClO4 (16b); X = Y = Cl (16c)). Equimolar amounts of 14 and 16a react to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (17), which in turn reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(H-imam)]Cl (R-imam = N,N'-N(R)=C(Me)CH2C(Me)2NHR (18a)]. Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(R-imam)]ClO4 (R = H (18b), Me (19)) are obtained from 18a and AgClO4 or by refluxing 2b in acetone for 7 h, respectively. They react with AgClO4 and the appropriate neutral ligand or with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 to give [Ir(Cp*)(R-imam)L](ClO4)2 (R = H, L = (t)BuNC (20), XyNC (21); R = Me, L = MeCN (22)) or [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)](ClO4)2 (23a), respectively. The later reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)]Cl(ClO4) (23b). The reaction of 22 with XyNC gives [Ir(Cp*)(Me-imam)(CNXy)](ClO4)2 (24). The structures of complexes 15, 16c and 18b have been solved by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

The in situ reaction of the phosphazane dimer [CIP(mu-N-2-NC5H4)]2 (2) with CuCl in the presence of CsH5N/H2O gives the title complex [(P(mu-N-2-NC5H4))2(mu-O)]2(CuCl x (C5H5N)2)4 (1), containing a tricyclic [(P(mu-N-2-NC5H4))2(mu-O)]2 ligand which is isoelectronic with species of the type [(P(mu-NR))2NR]2.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]aniline with butyllithium, followed by conversion with trimethylsilyl, triphenylsilyl, triphenylgermyl, trimethylstannyl, or tri-n-butylstannyl chloride, gives the corresponding substituted aniline. These compounds were further deprotonated by butyllithium and reacted with germanium, tin, and lead dichlorides, respectively, in both stoichiometric ratios 2:1 and 1:1, providing the target homo- ([2-(Me(2)NCH(2))C(6)H(4)(YR(3))N](2)M) and heteroleptic ([2-(Me(2)NCH(2))C(6)H(4)(YR(3))N]MCl) germylenes and stannylenes, where M = Ge, Sn, Y = Si, Ge, and R = Me, Ph. Unlike all of these cases, the heteroleptic plumbylene can only be obtained with this reaction when the amide is substituted by a trimethylsilyl moiety. Anilines substituted by trimethyltin or tri-n-butyltin moieties gave transmetalation products after the second deprotonation by butyllithium. The trimethyltin-substituted stannylenes could likewise not be obtained by hexamethyldisilazane elimination of (trimethylstannyl)-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]aniline with 0.5 mol equiv of either bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amido]tin or {bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amido]tin chloride}. Products of these reactions are heterocubanes with compositions {[2-(Me(2)NCH(2))C(6)H(4)N]Sn}(4) and [2-(Me(2)NCH(2))C(6)H(4)N](2)(μ(2)-SnMe(2))(2), respectively, and Me(4)Sn or Me(3)SnCl. The structures of trimethylsilyl- and triphenylgermyl-substituted germylenes, stannylenes, and plumbylenes, as well as a number of their precursors, in the crystalline state, were investigated by X-ray diffraction and NMR spectroscopy in solution. Density functional theory methods were used for evaluation of the structures of several compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of M[PtX3(CO)] (M+ = [(C4H9)4N]+, X = Br, Cl) with an excess of Br2 gives the new platinum(IV) salts, [(C4H9)4N]2[Pt2Br10].(Br2)7, 1, and [(C4H9)4N]2[PtBr4Cl2].(Br2)6, 2, which, in the solid state, contain strong Br Br interactions resulting in the formation of polymeric networks; they could provide useful solid storage reservoirs for elemental bromine.  相似文献

The thermally stable silylene Si[(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2] 1 undergoes oxidative addition reactions with the lithium amides LiNRR'(R = SiMe3, R' = But; R = SiMe3, R' = C6H3Me2-2,6; R = R' = Me or R = R' = Pri) to afford the new lithium amides Li(THF)2[N(R)Si(SiMe3){(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2}][R = But2 or R = C6H3Me2-2,6 (3a)] or the new tris(amino)functionalised silyllithiums Li(THF)x[Si{(NCH2But)2C6H4-1,2}NRR'][R = SiMe3, R' = C6H3Me2-2,6, x = 2 (3); R = R'= Me, x = 3 (4) or R = R' = Pri, x = 3 (5)]. Compounds 4 and 5 are stable at ambient temperature but compound 3 is thermally labile and converts into 3a upon heating. The pathway for the formation of 2 and 3 is discussed and the X-ray structures of 2-5 are presented.  相似文献

The reductive reactivity of lanthanide hydride ligands in the [(C5Me5)2LnH]x complexes (Ln = Sm, La, Y) was examined to see if these hydride ligands would react like the actinide hydrides in [(C5Me5)2AnH2]2 (An = U, Th) and [(C5Me5)2UH]2. Each lanthanide hydride complex reduces PhSSPh to make [(C5Me5)2Ln(mu-SPh)]2 in approximately 90% yield. [(C5Me5)2SmH]2 reduces phenazine and anthracene to make [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C12H8N2) and [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C10H14), respectively, but the analogous [(C5Me5)2LaH]x and [(C5Me5)2YH]2 reactions are more complicated. All three lanthanide hydrides reduce C8H8 to make (C5Me5)Ln(C8H8) and (C5Me5)3Ln, a reaction that constitutes another synthetic route to (C5Me5)3Ln complexes. In the reaction of [(C5Me5)2YH]2 with C8H8, two unusual byproducts are obtained. In benzene, a (C5Me5)Y[(eta(5)-C5Me4CH2-C5Me4CH2-eta(3))] complex forms in which two (C5Me5)(1-) rings are linked to make a new type of ansa-allyl-cyclopentadienyl dianion that binds as a pentahapto-trihapto chelate. In cyclohexane, a (C5Me5)2Y(mu-eta(8):eta(1)-C8H7)Y(C5Me5) complex forms in which a (C8H8)(2-) ring is metalated to form a bridging (C8H7)(3-) trianion.  相似文献

The U(III) mixed-sandwich compound [U(eta-C5Me4H)(eta-C8H6{SiiPr3-1,4}2)(THF)] 1 may be prepared by sequential reaction of UI3 with K[C5Me4H] in THF followed by K2[C8H6{SiiPr3-1,4}2]. 1 reacts with carbon monoxide at -30 degrees C and 1 bar pressure in toluene solution to afford the crystallographically characterized dimer [(U(eta-C8H6{SiiPr3-1,4}2)(eta-C5Me4H)]2(mu-eta2: eta2-C4O4) 2, which contains a bridging squarate unit derived from reductive cyclotetramerization of CO. DFT computational studies indicate that addition of a 4th molecule of CO to the model deltate complex [U(eta-COT)(eta-Cp)]2(mu-eta1: eta2-C3O3)] to form the squarate complex [U(eta-COT)(eta-Cp)]2(mu-eta2: eta2-C4O4)] is exothermic by 136 kJ mol-1.  相似文献

Reaction of [(Tp(Me)2)(2)UI] with KNR(2) (R = C(6)H(5), SiMe(3)) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) afforded the monomeric trivalent actinide amide complexes [(Tp(Me)2)(2)U[N(C(6)H(5))(2)]], 1, and [(Tp(Me)2)(2)U[N(SiMe(3))(2)]], 2. The complexes have been fully characterized by spectroscopic methods and their structures were confirmed by X-ray crystallographic studies. In the solid state 1 and 2 exhibit distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometries. The U-NR(2) bond lengths in both complexes are the same but in complex 2 the greater steric demands of the N(SiMe(3))(2) ligand led to elongated U-N(pz) bonds, especially those opposite the amido ligand.  相似文献

N-Trimethylsilyl o-methylphenyldiphenylphosphinimine, (o-MeC6H4)PPh2=NSiMe3 (1), was prepared by reaction of Ph2P(Br)=NSiMe3 with o-methylphenyllithium. Treatment of 1 with LiBun and then Me3SiCl afforded (o-Me3SiCH2C6H4)PPh2=NSiMe3 (2). Lithiations of both 1 and 2 with LiBu(n) in the presence of tmen gave crystalline lithium complexes [Li{CH(R)C6H4(PPh(2=NSiMe3)-.tmen](3, R = H; 4, R = SiMe3). From the mother liquor of 4, traces of the tmen-bridged complex [Li{CH(SiMe3)C6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2}]2(mu-tmen) (5) were obtained. Reaction of 2 with LiBun in Et2O yielded complex [Li{CH(SiMe3)C6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2}.OEt2] (6). Reaction of lithiated with Me2SiCl2 in a 2:1 molar ratio afforded dimethylsilyl-bridged compound Me2Si[CH2C6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2]2 (7). Lithiation of 7 with two equivalents of LiBun in Et2O yielded [Li2{(CHC6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2)2SiMe2}.0.5OEt2](8.0.5OEt2). Treatment of 4 with PhCN formed a lithium enamide complex [Li{N(SiMe3)C(Ph)CHC6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2}.tmen] (9). Reaction of two equivalents of 5 with 1,4-dicyanobenzene gave a dilithium complex [{Li(OEt2)2}2(1,4-{C(N(SiMe3)CHC6H4(PPh2=NSiMe3)-2}2C6H4)] (10). All compounds were characterised by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The structures of compounds 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.  相似文献

The amine hydrogen atoms of the cyclic trimeric silazane [Me(2)SiNH](3) are readily replaced by the H(2)Al. NMe(3) group in a simple aminolyis reaction of [Me(2)SiNH](3) with H(3)Al.NMe(3) to afford the aluminum amides (Me(2)SiNAlH(2).NMe(3))(n)(Me(2)SiNH)(3-n) (1, n = 3; 2, n = 1; 4, n = 2). The monosubstituted amide 2 could not be isolated, because it undergoes condensation to the tricyclic compound 1,1',2,2'-(HAlNMe(3))(2) (3). Contrary to these results the analogous reactions of the more flexible cyclic tetrameric silazane [Me(2)SiNH](4) with H(3)Al.NMe(3) did not give simple aluminum amides, but complicated mixtures were obtained from which the interesting polycyclic species Al(5)C(22)H(73)N(10)Si(8).C(6)H(6) (5) and Al(6)C(22)H(76)N(10)Si(8).1/4 C(6)H(14) (6) could be isolated in low yields. A key step in the formation of 5 and 6 is a low-temperature dehydrosilylation reaction which leads to cleavage of the silazane ring. Compounds 1, 3, and 4 were characterized spectroscopically ((1)H, (13)C, (27)Al NMR and FTIR) and by single crystal X-ray diffraction, whereas 5 and 6 were characterized by X-ray diffraction only. Thermolysis experiments involving 1 and 3 indicate that the onset of Al-N bond formation via dehydrosilylation is accompanied by loss of trimethylamine and formation of larger aggregates, which are stable to further silane elimination to at least 620 degrees C.  相似文献

Green transparent single crystals of alpha-Ca3[Al2N4] (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, No. 14, a = 957.2(3) pm, b = 580.2(3) pm, c = 956.3(5) pm, beta = 111.62(3) degrees; Z = 4) were obtained from reactions of mixtures of the representative metals with nitrogen above temperatures of 1000 degrees C. beta-Ca3[Al2N4] (monoclinic, C2/c, No. 15, a = 1060.6(2) pm, b = 826.0(2) pm, c = 551.7(1) pm, beta = 92.1(1) degrees; Z = 4) was formed as a byproduct of a reaction of calcium with alumina under nitrogen at T = 930 degrees C in form of colorless crystals. Functionalization of the N2 ligand in the side-on bound dinitrogen complex, [(eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2), has been accomplished by addition of terminal alkynes to furnish acetylide zirconocene diazenido complexes, [(eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr(C[triple bond]CR)]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2H2) (R = nBu, tBu, Ph). Characterization of [(eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr(C[triple bond]CCMe3)]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2H2) by X-ray diffraction revealed a side-on bound diazenido ligand in the solid state, while variable-temperature 1H and 15N NMR studies established rapid interconversion between eta1,eta1 and eta2,eta2 hapticity of the [N2H2]2- ligand in solution. Synthesis of alkyl, halide, and triflato zirconocene diazenido complexes, [(eta5-C5Me4H)2ZrX]2(mu2,eta1,eta1-N2H2) (X = Cl, I, OTf, CH2Ph, CH2SiMe3), afforded eta1,eta1 coordination of the [N2H2]2- fragment both in the solid state and in solution, demonstrating that sterically demanding, in some cases pi-donating, ligands can overcome the electronically preferred side-on bonding mode. Unlike [(eta5-C5Me4H)2ZrH]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2H2), the acetylide and alkyl zirconocene diazenido complexes are thermally robust, resisting alpha-migration and N2 cleavage up to temperatures of 115 degrees C. Dinitrogen functionalization with [(eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2) was also accomplished by addition of proton donors. Weak Br?nsted acids such as water and ethanol yield hydrazine and (eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr(OH)2 and (eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr(OEt)2, respectively. Treatment of [(eta5-C5Me4H)2Zr]2(mu2,eta2,eta2-N2) with HNMe2 or H2NNMe2 furnished amido or hydrazido zirconocene diazenido complexes that ultimately produce hydrazine upon protonation with ethanol. These results contrast previous observations with [(eta5-C5Me5)2Zr(eta1-N2)]2(mu2,eta1,eta1-N2) where loss of free dinitrogen is observed upon treatment with weak acids. These studies highlight the importance of cyclopentadienyl substituents on transformations involving coordinated dinitrogen.  相似文献

Treatment of 1,1,4,4-tetramethyl-2,3-diazabutadiene with the alane adduct [AlH3(NMe2Et)] yielded the hydrazine derivative (AlH2)2-(AlH)2(N2iPr2)3 (1) by the hydroalumination of both C N double bonds. Compound 1 has a complicated cage structure formed by three hydrazido groups and four aluminium atoms. As a particularly interesting structural motif it contains a N-N group side-on-coordinated to one aluminium atom through its lone pairs of electrons. Sublimation of 1 gave a heterocubane-type compound (HAlNiPr)4 (2) by the complete cleavage of all N-N bonds, one face of which is bridged by weakly coordinated diisopropyldiazene with a N-N double bond. Repeated sublimation gave the pure, unsupported heterocubane molecule 3. Heating of the rough product of the reaction of alane and diazabutadiene to 90 degrees C in a closed vessel yielded another product Al(AlH2)3(N2iPr2)3 (4), which contains a cyclic chelating ligand formed by three hydrazido groups and three aluminium atoms. This heterocycle coordinates a fourth aluminum atom in the molecular center by close contacts to all six nitrogen atoms. A strongly flattened, distorted octahedral coordination sphere results for the inner metal atom.  相似文献

Several compounds based on the C(1)-symmetric ligands [N(R)C(Ar)NPh]- [abbreviated as B1 (Ar = C(6)H(4)Me-4) or B2 (Ar = Ph), R = SiMe(3)] are reported. They are the crystalline metal benzamidinates [Li(mu:kappa2-B1)(OEt2)](2) (1), [Al(kappa2-B1)2Me] (2), [Al(kappa2-B1)2X] [X = Cl/Me, 1 : 1 (3)], [Sn(kappa2-B1)2] (4), Zr(kappa2-B1)2Cl2 (5), [Zr(kappa2-B1)3Cl] (6), [Na(mu:kappa2-B1)(tmeda)]2 (7), K[B1] (8), Li(B2)(OEt2) (9) and Zr(kappa2-B1)3Cl (10) and the known benzamidine Z-H2NC(C6H4Me-4) = NPh (11). They were prepared by (i) insertion of the nitrile 4-MeC6H4CN (1, 7, 8, 11) or PhCN (9) into the appropriate M-N(R')Ph [R' = R and M = Li (1, 9), Na (7), K (8)] bond and subsequent hydrolysis for 11 [R' = H and M = Li], or (ii) a ligand transfer reaction using the lithium amidinate 1 and Al(Me)2Cl (2, 3), SnCl2 (4) or ZrCl4 (5, 6), or Li(B2) and ZrCl4 (10). The X-ray structures of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6b (i.e..3PhMe) 7, and 11 are presented. Exploratory polymerisation experiments are described, using 2, 5 or 6 as a procatalyst with methylaluminoxane (MAO) (Al : Zr ca. 500 : 1) as promoter. Thus toluene solutions were exposed to C2H4 under ambient conditions; while 2 was unresponsive, 5 and 6 showed modest activity in the formation of polyethylene.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal and molecular structures of the title compounds, [(CH3)2AlNH2]3 1 and [(t-C4H9)2AlNH2]3 2, have been determined in connection with their investigation as possible precursors to aluminum nitride. Both compounds have an (AlN)3 ring-structure with distorted tetrahedral geometries for the ring Al and N atoms. The distortion from tetrahedral geometry is most pronounced for the N atoms where the endocyclic Al-N-Al bond angles average 125.3 for 1 and 134.2 for 2. The (AlN)3 ring in 1 is in a skew-boat conformation with no unusual intra- or intermolecular contacts. Compound 2 on the other hand exhibits an unprecedented planar (AlN)3 ring as required by a crystallographic three-fold symmetry axis. The effects of the Al and N substituents on the (AlN)3 ring size and conformation, as well as on the endocyclic Al-N-Al bond angles, are discussed in the context of the structural results obtained for these and other (AlN)n ring compounds.  相似文献
