Two compounds,3-oxo-N-o-tolylbenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (1) and N-(2-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (2),were synthesized from the initial compound benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one (BIT) and characterized by 1 H NMR,IR and elemental analysis,respectively.The single crystals of compounds 1 and 2 were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.The preliminary results of biological activity experiment show that some of the title compounds exhibited a favorable antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

In order to find leading compounds with an excellent fungicidal activity, the title compound 2-( 1,3-dithiolan-2- yl-idene)-1-phenyl-2-( 1,2,4-tfiazol-1-yl) ethanone was synthesized according to the biological isosterism and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, ^1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound exhibits some biological activities.  相似文献

为了提高一枝蒿酮酸的生物活性,以一枝蒿酮酸和3-取代苯基-5-氨甲基-异噁唑为原料,在偶合试剂DCC,HOBt/DMAP的作用下,合成了6个未见文献报道的含异噁唑的一枝蒿酮酸酰胺衍生物3a~3f.所合成的化合物均经过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,ESI-MS等分析方法表征及初步体外抗A(H3N2,H1N1)型和B型流感病毒活性研究.初步实验结果表明:化合物3c同时具有抗A(H3N2)型和B型流感病毒活性,化合物3c和3e表现出比母体化合物强的抗B型流感病毒活性.  相似文献

依据生物电子等排原理,在分子中同时引入吡啶环和1,3,4-噁二唑杂环合成了5-(3-吡啶基或4-吡啶基)-1,3,4-噁二唑2-硫乙酸胺类化合物,用1HNMR,IR,质谱和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.离体试验表明,化合物B1-5小麦赤霉病菌和苹果轮纹病菌的抑制率分别为30%和42%,化合物B1-6对苹果轮纹病菌的抑制率为38%.除草活性实验结果表明,化合物B1-6对油菜和稗草具有较高的抑制作用.  相似文献

利用3-巯基-4-氨基-5-取代-1,2,4-三唑和2-氯甲基-5-取代-苯并咪唑在氢氧化钠溶液中反应,得到17个3-(5-H/CH3-苯并咪唑-2-亚甲硫基)-5-取代-[1,2,4]三唑-4-胺衍生物.所有目标化合物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确定结构;采用溶液法得到化合物3f与Co2+形成的配合物,通过X射线单晶衍射确定结构.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物对小麦芽鞘和绿豆发芽有着较好的生长调节作用;化合物3d,3i对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献

本文合成了1-硫代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷-4-甲撑膦酸酯新化合物11个.发现只有在三乙胺和DMAP同时存在时,1-硫代-1-磷杂-4-羟甲基-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷方可顺利进行磷酰化得到产物.探讨了DMAP的强有效的催化作用机制.生物初筛表明部分化合物对植物生长有调节作用.  相似文献

Two series of olmutinib derivatives containing an acrylamide moiety were designed and synthesized, and their IC50 values against cancer cell lines (A549, H1975, NCI-H460, LO2, and MCF-7) were evaluated. Most of the compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against the five cancer cell lines. The most promising compound, H10, showed not only excellent activity against EGFR kinase but also positive biological activity against PI3K kinase. The structure–activity relationship (SAR) suggested that the introduction of dimethylamine scaffolds with smaller spatial structures was more favorable for antitumor activity. Additionally, the substitution of different acrylamide side chains had different effects on the activity of compounds. Generally, compounds H7 and H10 were confirmed as promising antitumor agents.  相似文献

本文利用1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-二氧杂双环[2,2,2]-4-氯甲酰基辛烷3和硫醇、乙二胺、乙醇胺及一些具有生理活性的杂环化合物反应,合成了13种未见文献报道的化合物4a-n。发现化合物3与8-羟基喹啉作用生成的是水合物。讨论了可能的结构。3与氨作用得到相应的酰胺,合成的化合物均经元素分析、IR和1HNMR证实其结构。本文还研究了部分化合物的MS裂解规律。对部分化合物的生物活性初测表明,化合物4j具有良好的杀菌活性,而无明显的杀虫活性。  相似文献

以4-甲氧基苯甲醛与2-溴-4’-氟苯乙酮为原料,经羟醛缩合脱水、取代反应生成4-甲氧基-4’-(1-哌嗪基)查尔酮(2),再通过酰化反应合成了10个新型含哌嗪的查尔酮衍生物,其结构经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR及HRMS确证。采用MTT法初步测试了目标化合物的体外细胞毒活性,结果表明,化合物3e和4d对肿瘤细胞株Hela和A549均表现出较好的细胞毒活性,可做进一步研究。  相似文献

Three fatty acid esters, (E)-4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)but-3-en-1-yl linoleate (1), (E)-4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)but-3-en-1-yl oleate (2), and (E)-4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)but-3-en-1-yl palmitate (3), originated during storage by the interaction of components in Prasaplai, were synthesized. These three artificial esters were subjected to four biological evaluations. All three compounds were active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H(37)Ra for which compounds 1 and 3 had inhibitory concentration at 200 microg mL(-1) while compound 2 inhibited at 100 microg mL(-1). When all these compounds were subjected to anti-HSV-1 test, compound 2 showed positive activity at 42.6 microg mL(-1) without any cytotoxic activity against human vero cell line while compound 3 had the cytotoxicity to vero cell at IC(50) 38 microg mL(-1). 以大豆苷元为原料合成了强水溶性异黄酮类化合物7,4′-二甲氧基异黄酮-3′-磺酸钠(1)和7,4′-二甲氧基异黄酮-3′-磺酸铜(2).X射线单晶衍射分析表明,化合物1的分子组成为[Na(H2O)2](C17H13O4SO3),Na的配位数为6,且相邻钠离子以7,4′-二甲氧基异黄酮-3′-磺酸根氧原子桥连,与两个磺酸根的3个氧原子和1个S原子组成六元环,六元环通过Na-O配位键彼此稠合,在晶体结构中形成延伸的锯齿状聚合八面体配位钠离子链;这些钠离子链之间又通过配位水与配位水、磺酸根之间的氢键作用自组装成二维结构的超分子离子聚合物.化合物2的分子组成为[Cu(H2O)6](C17H13O4SO3)2·8H2O,Cu(Ⅱ)位于对称中心上.[Cu(H2O)6]2+,C17H13O4SO-3和H2O之间存在多种氢键;并且异黄酮环反平行排列存在π…π的堆积作用.氢键和π…π的堆积作用使化合物2自组装成三维结构的超分子.抗缺氧缺血活性试验结果表明,它们的抗缺氧缺血活性比大豆苷元的高.  相似文献

Pyrimidines and pyrimidine bearing indole derivatives are very important species in organic chemistry due to their wide use as bioactive compounds with a broad range of good biological activities. Due to the wide spread of different species of bacteria and fungi nowadays, in the present work, a novel series of indolyl‐pyrimidines (2–13) were synthesized starting from 3‐chloro‐1H‐indole‐2‐carbaldehyde (1) . Elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectral data elucidated the structure of newly synthesized compounds. All compounds were screened for their in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity, and they demonstrated promising results; all the new compounds synthesized from compound (1) , which allowed reactions with thiourea and ethyl cyanoacetate, gave the target compound (2) , which was used as a precursor for the synthesis of indolylthiazolopyrimidine derivatives (3–8) by reactions with halocarbonyl compounds such as chloroacetone, phancyl bromide, and chloroacetic acid through alkylation of the mercapto group followed by cyclization through a nucleophilic attack. When compound (2) subjected to react with hydrazine hydrate gave 4‐indolyl‐2‐hydrazinopyrimidine (5) , the latter compound, when allowed to react with ethyl chloroacetate or diethyloxalate, gave indolylpyrimidotriazine derivatives (10 , 11) ; in contrast, when the compound reacted with acetic anhydride or formic acid, it gave triazolopyrimidine derivatives (12, 13) .  相似文献

A series of novel substituted thiazide/thiazole compounds were designed by splicing active groups and bioisosterism. The title compounds were synthesized via the cyclization, acylation, and carbamylation. All the compounds were characterized by IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and HRMS. The single crystal of compound 3f was determined by X‐ray crystallography. The biological activity tests indicated that all the compounds showed potential safener activity to the herbicide chlorsulfuron, in which compound 3e showed almost the same level as the commercialized safener AD‐67. The molecular docking results were in good agreement with the bioassay results, which demonstrated that compound 3e might compete with chlorsulfuron in the acetolactate synthase active site, causing the herbicide ineffective in maize.  相似文献

以(R)/(S)-4-苄基-2-噁唑烷酮为手性助剂,采用不对称合成方法制备了18个具有光学活性的2-甲氧羰基-4-氟苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓类化合物9a~9i和14a~14i,经HPLC分析e.e.值较为理想;通过核磁共振谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱表征了其结构,通过单晶X射线衍射法确定化合物9h的相对构型;用抑菌圈法测试了目标化合物对新生隐球菌的抑菌活性.研究结果表明,由S型手性助剂诱导不对称合成的杂卓对新生隐球菌的抑制作用普遍高于由R型手性助剂诱导合成的杂卓及外消旋体.测试了抑菌活性较好的化合物14a~14f的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MFC),发现其对新生隐球菌的MIC和MFC均低于抗真菌药物氟康唑.  相似文献

本文设计并合成了2个新的6-烷氧基-7-乙基-4-羟基-3-喹啉羧酸乙酯化合物.所有化合物的结构均经HRMS,1H NMR,IR和元素分析所证实.对2个化合物进行了抗球虫活性实验,结果表明,化合物6-正十四烷氧基-7-乙基-4-羟基-3-喹啉羧酸乙酯具有抗球虫效果,并有可能作为抗球虫药物使用.目标物制备方法具有合成路线短、产率高、原料易得和总生产成本低的优点.  相似文献
