The reaction of 1-allyl-4-methylquinolinium bromide with 2-dicyanomethyleneindan-1,3-dione in the presence of a two-fold excess of triethylamine affords 1-allyl-4-[2-cyano-2-(indan-1,3-dione-2-ylidene) ethylidene]-1,4-dihydrogtiinoline, a representative of a new class of merocyanines. The structure of this compound has been established by X-ray structural analysis. A substantial intramolecular charge transfer and a hydrogen bond between the vinyl hydrogen atom and the indandione oxygen atom have been found.Dedeased in 1995Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A one-step procedure was developed for the synthesis of 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-4H-pyrano[3,2-b]indoles involving the three-component reaction of 1-acetylindol-3(2H)-one with aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in ethanol in the presence of triethylamine as the catalyst. Substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles, which were prepared based on ethyl esters of substituted 4-(pyridin-2-ylthio)- or 4-(1,4-dihydropyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetic acids and hydrazine hydrate, were used in the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. A new coumarin derivative, 3-(4-(anthracen-10-yl)phenyl)-benzo[5,6]coumarin, was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, element analysis and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The dihedral angle of benzo[5,6]coumarin ring and phenyl group is 36.15°, and the dihedral angle of phenyl group and anthracene skeleton is 89.37°. The UV–vis absorption and photoluminescence of the compound were discussed. The result shown that the compound exhibits high fluorescence quantum yield (ΦF), large Stokes shift and green emission (508 nm). The molecular structure of the compound was optimized using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP/6-31G(d) level, and the HOMO and LUMO levels of the compound were deduced. 相似文献

Novel 1-benzyl-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes 3a to 3e were synthesized via Vilsmeier-Haack reaction of the appropriate 1-benzyl-2-(1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylidene)hydrazines, derived from 4-fluoroacetophenone 1 with substituted 2-benzylhydrazines 2a to 2e . The base catalyzed condensation of 1-benzyl-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes 3a to 3e with 1-(4-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)ethanone 4 gave (E)-3-(1-benzyl-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-(4-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-ones 5a to 5e . On cyclization with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)/I2, compounds 5a to 5e gave 2-(1-benzyl-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-7-fluoro-4H-chromen-4-ones 6a to 6e . Structures of all novel compounds were confirmed by infrared (IR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR), and mass spectral data. Acid-catalyzed reaction of 6,10a-dihydroxy-3,4a,7,9-tetra(tert-butyl)-1,2,4a,10a-tetrahydrodibenzo-[b,e][1,4]dioxine-1,2-dione with 4-chloro-2,7,8-trimethylquinoline gave previously unknown 3,6,8-tri-tert-butyl-3-[2-tert-butyl-5-(4-chloro-7,8-dimethylquinolin-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-3-oxopenta-1,4-dien-1-yl]-5-hydroxy-1,4-benzodioxin-2-one whose structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The present work reports the synthesis of novel 2-(4-(4-substitutedphenylsulfonyl) piperazin-1-yl) quinolone-3-carbaldehyde derivatives, namely, 2-(4-tosylpiperazin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde (4a), 2-(4-(4-nitrophenylsulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde (4b) and 2-(4-(4-tert-butylphenylsulfonyl) piperazin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde (4c). These compounds have been characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and LCMS. Further, the structures of compounds 4b and 4c have been elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The asymmetric unit of 4b contains two molecules (A and B) and that of 4c contains one. The piperazine ring in both the molecules 4b and 4c has chair conformation and the aldehyde group is twisted with respect to the quinoline group, respectively, by 13.3 (3)°, 18.2 (3)° and 11.2 (3)° in Molecule A & B of 4b and 4c due to the bulky piperazinyl group present in the ortho position. The crystal structures of both features interactions of the type C-H…O, C-H…πaryl and πaryl… πaryl, leading to a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture in 4b and a one-dimensional (1D) architecture in 4c. The various intermolecular interactions exhibited in 4b and 4c are well supported by Hirshfeld surface and fingerprint plots analysis. Further, the three compounds were evaluated for their in-silico antimicrobial activity. In-silico molecular docking studies were carried out in order to know the binding modes of the synthesized compounds with DNA Gyrase A and N-myristoyltranferase as target proteins for antibacterial and antifungal docking studies, respectively. 相似文献

6-Amino-2-(p-aminophenyl)-4-phenylquinazoline (I), a monomer for the preparation of polymers, has been synthesized and studied by x-ray diffraction.
