研究了半导体隔片光电化学电池(SC-SEP)中光池溶液的pH、暗池溶液的氧化还原电对以及两池中的暗电极对电池的开路电压、光生电压、短路光电流和光伏安特性的影响。对它们的影响机制进行了初步分析。通过合理选择电池体系,SC-SEP的性能可比单隔室的光电化学电池(PEC)优越。  相似文献

The hydrogen peroxide produced during photolysis of melanin pigments has been measured using an oxidase electrode. The photooxidation has been shown to occur via the superoxide intermediate. In the presence of superoxide dismutase the rate of photo-induced production of hydrogen peroxide is increased, reflecting the ability of melanin to scavenge superoxide radicals. Evidence for metal-ion dependent formation of hydroxyl radicals during photooxidation of melanin pigments was obtained using electron spin resonance-spin trapping procedures. Superoxide dismutase increased the rate of formation of hydroxyl radicals in the system. Mechanisms of metal ion-induced production of hydroxyl radicals during photolysis of melanin pigments are discussed.  相似文献

Using 3-methyllumiflavin and tetraacetyliriboflavin as examples, we have shown that the socalled "fully oxidized" flavins can be "superoxidized" at an anodic potential of 1.8 to 1.9 V giving flavin radical cation transients which are rapidly transformed in subsequent chemical reactions. An attack by H2O subsequent to the superoxidation of 3-methyllumiflavin provides a route for the formation of 4a-hydroxy-3-methyllumiflavin radical cation, as evident from the subsequent decomposition to the protonated form of the starting flavin. When 3-methyllumiflavin is superoxidized in the presence of a base, a recycling process occurs, allowing superoxidized flavin to be trapped in a slower, competitive conversion. The relatively more stable trapped product is active in reacting with H2O2 to emit chemiluminescence. Electrochemical oxidation of H2O2 in acetonitrile at 1.30 V in the presence of an oxidized flavin results in a direct protonation of the flavin by H+ generated from the electrolysis of H2O2. Minor reactions presumably provide alternative formations of the 4a-hydroperoxy- and 4a-hydroxy-flavin radical cation transients by the direct addition of HOO. and HO. radicals, which also arise in the oxidation of H2O2, to protonated flavin. Under such conditions the superoxidized flavin radical cation is apparently also formed, either directly or by process(es) such as decomposition of the flavin 4a-adduct radical cations. Subsequent reductions of either the superoxidized flavin or the flavin 4a-adduct radical cations lead to an almost steady level of luminescence.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Abstract— Ultraviolet-B (290–320 nm) radiation is known to impair the antigen-presenting cell (APC) function of Langerhans cells (LC), skin-specific members of the dendritic cell (DC) family. We sought to address mechanisms of this effect, focusing on the role played by hydrogen peroxide. For this purpose, we used a newly established murine DC line, XS52, which resembles epidermal LC in several respects. The APC capacity of XS52 cells, using two different CD4* T cell clones as responders, was inhibited significantly (>50%) by exposure to UV radiation (unfiltered FS20 sunlamps) at relatively small fluences (50–100 J/m2). Ultraviolet radiation also inhibited growth factor-dependent proliferation of XS52 cells. On the other hand, cell surface phenotype was relatively well preserved after irradiation; expression levels of B7-1 and B7-2 were reduced slightly, while other molecules ( e.g. Ia, CD54, CD1 la and CD18) were not affected. With respect to the role played by hydrogen peroxide, pretreatment with purified catalase (900 U/mL) prevented UV-induced inhibition of APC function. Short-term exposure to 3 miM H202 or f-butyl H202 mimicked UV radiation by inhibiting APC function. Finally, intrinsic catalase activity was substantially lower in XS52 cells compared with Pam 212 keratinocytes. These results indicate that the generation of hydrogen peroxide alone is sufficient to produce some, but not all, of the deleterious effects of UV radiation on DC derived from the skin.  相似文献

By the addition of hydrogen peroxide to human saliva, chemiluminescence from Cypridina luciferin analog (CCLA) and oxygen evolution were observed. Chemiluminescence was inhibited by inhibitors of salivary peroxidase, azide and cyanide and by a singlet oxygen quencher, crocin. Deuterium oxide (99.75%) stimulated the initial increase of CCLA by15–50% and the integrated CCLA 2.1-3.6-fold. The result suggest that the generation of singlet oxygen by peroxidase in human saliva depends on hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

废弃生物质在超临界水中转化制氢过程的研究   总被引:14,自引:3,他引:14  
以废弃生物质转化为富氢气体为目的,使用间歇式超临界水反应器,在反应温度773 K~923 K、压力15.5 MPa~34.5 MPa停留时间1 min~30 min和Ca/C摩尔比0~0.56范围内,对木屑在超临界水条件下生成的气体组成及产率进行了考察。实验表明,Ca/C摩尔比和温度对木屑转化的影响较大。当Ca/C摩尔比为0.48时,碳的气体转化率和氢气产率提高了近一倍。温度从773 K提高到923 K,碳的气体转化率由47%提高到76%,氢气产率由4.5 mmol/g上升到6.9 mmol/g。与温度相比,停留时间和压力的影响不大。  相似文献

研究了在H2S碱性溶液中,CdS粉末催化剂存在时,光催化分解H2S释氢和生成硫反应。考察了阴离子表面活性剂——十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对催化剂的表面性质和催化活性的影响。通过模拟该反应体系,用电化学方法测定了单晶CdS电极在上述反应体系中加入SDS(浓度低于临界胶团浓度CMC值)后的平带电位的变化。结果表明:单晶CdS电极的平带电位,由于该体系加入SDS而正移,与n型多晶半导体CdS在加入SDS的H2S碱性溶液中,光催化分解H2S的释氢量减少相一致。并探讨了在该体系中,由于表面活性剂的阴离子与S2-在单晶CdS电极表面上的竞争吸附,而引起单晶CdS电极的平带电位正移。  相似文献

Abstract Zinc phthalolocyanine photosensitized donor-acceptor systems for light energy conversion and for the design of photoelectrochemical molecular devices are presented. Covalently linked phthalocyanine complexes were incorporated in bilayer lipid membranes (BLM) and deposited on SnO2 transparent electrodes. Their photovoltages were measured and compared. It has been found that a more favorable orientation and closer proximity are attained in the diad compounds between the donor (phthalocyanine)-acceptor (anthraquinone) pair than in the reference compound for efficient light-induced charge separation and transfer. The triad compound is the best among all tested compounds. The decrease in the fluorescence yield and lifetime induced by quinones was examined and the apparent electron-transfer rate constants were calculated.  相似文献

本文在AOT/异辛烷反胶束中合成了CdS和ZnS半导体纳米粒子。粒子的荧光量子产率随胶束水含量的增大而减小。这可以归结为水含量增大导致胶粒表面Cd2+或Zn2+离子浓度降低,因为这两种离子在胶粒表面富集有利于形成硫空位,从而增大光生电子-空穴对的发光复合。研究发现,Ag+离子可以有效猝灭CdS和ZnS纳米粒子的荧光发射,该猝灭过程可以用Ag+离子在胶束中的Poisson分布来描述。以溶解在有机相中的pyrene作电子给体,在光激发下可以向CdS粒子注入电子,而和ZnS粒子间没有电荷转移发生,这可以解释为两种半导体的导带边相对于pyrene激发态氧化电位所处的位置不同。Cu2+或Ag+离子在ZnS颗粒表面吸附,可以形成CuxZn1-xS或Ag2xZn1-xS复合粒子,降低ZnS粒子的导带位置,从而使之能够接受来自pyrene激发态的电子。实验结果证实了这种论点。  相似文献

Abstract— Several ozone-biomolecule reactions have previously been shown to generate singlet oxygen in high yields. For some of these orone-biomolecule reactions, we now show that the apparent singlet-oxygen yields determined from measurements of 1270 nm chemiluminescence were artifactually elevated by production of gas-phase singlet oxygen. The gas-phase singlet oxygen results from the reaction of gas-phase ozone with biomolecules near the surface of the solution. Through the use of a flow system that excludes air from the reaction chamber, accurate singlet-oxygen yields can be obtained. The revised singlet-oxygen yields (mol 1O2 per mol O3) for the reactions of ozone with cysteine, reduced glutathione, NADH, NADPH, human albumin, methionine, uric acid and oxidized glutathione are 0.23 ± 0.02, 0.26 ± 0.02, 0.48 ± 0.04, 0.41 ± 0.01, 0.53 ± 0.06, 1.11 ± 0.04, 0.73 ± 0.05 and 0.75 ± 0.01, respectively. These revised singlet-oxygen yields are still substantial.  相似文献

Laser photolysis techniques have been used to measure the reactivity of benzophenone triplet (3BZP) toward various fatty acids and two glycerides in benzene solution. Eight compounds varying both in number and in the configuration of olefinic bonds have been examined. It has been found that the rate constant for hydrogen abstraction from these compounds by 3BZP may be related to the number of secondary, allylic and doubly allylic hydrogens in each molecule by the equation: kH = [0.023[H sec] + 0.112[H allylic] + 1.78[H doubly allylic]] x 10(7) M-1s-1  相似文献

将直流电弧等离子体技术用于甲烷热解制备纳米碳管的过程,并用TEM、ICP-CAS、TGA对所得固相产物进行了分析表征。结果表明,纳米碳管生长在铁质反应器壁面上,直径在20 nm~50 nm之间,具有多种形态,形态较为奇特的有螺旋状纳米碳管和放射状纳米碳管。该方法的特点是可同时副产大量氢气,实现了甲烷裂解制氢与合成纳米碳管两个过程的耦合。  相似文献
