The absolute configurations of spongia‐13(16),14‐dien‐3‐one [systematic name: (3bR,5aR,9aR,9bR)‐3b,6,6,9a‐tetramethyl‐4,5,5a,6,8,9,9a,9b,10,11‐decahydrophenanthro[1,2‐c]furan‐7(3bH)‐one], C20H28O2, (I), epispongiadiol [systematic name: (3bR,5aR,6S,7R,9aR,9bR)‐7‐hydroxy‐6‐hydroxymethyl‐3b,6,9a‐trimethyl‐3b,5,5a,6,7,9,9a,9b,10,11‐decahydrophenanthro[1,2‐c]furan‐8(4H)‐one], C20H28O4, (II), and spongiadiol [systematic name: (3bR,5aR,6S,7S,9aR,9bR)‐7‐hydroxy‐6‐hydroxymethyl‐3b,6,9a‐trimethyl‐3b,5,5a,6,7,9,9a,9b,10,11‐decahydrophenanthro[1,2‐c]furan‐8(4H)‐one], C20H28O4, (III), were assigned by analysis of anomalous dispersion data collected at 130 K with Cu Kα radiation. Compounds (II) and (III) are epimers. The equatorial 3‐hydroxyl group on the cyclohexanone ring (A) of (II) is syn with respect to the 4‐hydroxymethyl group, leading to a chair conformation. In contrast, isomer (III), where the 3‐hydroxyl group is anti to the 4‐hydroxymethyl group, is conformationally disordered between a major chair conformer where the OH group is axial and a minor boat conformer where it is equatorial. In compound (I), a carbonyl group is present at position 3 and ring A adopts a distorted‐boat conformation.  相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks.  相似文献

The (+)‐(αS,1S,4R)‐diastereomer of the title structure, C10H16O3, aggregates in the solid as non‐symmetric dimers with disorder in both carboxyl groups [O·O = 2.710 (5) and 2.638 (5) Å]. The two molecules constituting the asymmetric unit pair around a pseudo‐twofold rotational axis and differ only slightly in their distances and angles, but one methyl group displays rotational disorder absent in the other molecule. Five intermolecular C—H·O close contacts exist, involving both ketone groups. The (+)‐(αR,1R,4R)‐diastereomer exists in the crystal in its closed‐ring lactol form, (3R,3aR,6R,7aR)‐2,3,3a,4,5,6,7,7a‐octahydro‐7a‐hydroxy‐3,6‐dimethylbenzo[b]furan‐2‐one, C10H16O3, and aggregates as hydrogen‐bonded catemers that extend from the hydroxyl group of one molecule to the carbonyl group of a neighbor screw‐related along b [O·O = 2.830 (3) Å and O—H·O = 169°]. One close intermolecular C—H·O contact exists involving the carbonyl group.  相似文献

The structures of two compounds which are intermediates in the synthesis of phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids have been determined. (8bS,13aS,14R,14aR)‐8b,9,11,12,13,13a,14,14a‐Octahydro‐14‐hydroxy‐2,3,6,7‐tetramethoxydibenzo[f,h]pyrrolo[1,2‐b]isoquinolin‐11‐one acetone solvate, C24H27NO6·C3H6O, (II), crystallizes in a chiral space group with one solvent molecule (acetone) present in the asymmetric unit. On the other hand, (8bS,13aS,14S,14aR)‐8b,9,11,12,13,13a,14,14a‐octahydro‐14‐hydroxy‐2,3,6,7‐tetramethoxydibenzo[f,h]pyrrolo[1,2‐b]isoquinolin‐11‐one, C24H27NO6, (III), crystallizes in a centrosymmetric space group with two molecules in the asymmetric unit and with no solvent present. The two molecules in the asymmetric unit of (III) are structurally the same. Compounds (II) and (III) are epimers at the C atom carrying the OH group; otherwise they are very similar in structure.  相似文献

The title compound, methyl (2aS,3R,5R,5aS,6S,6aS,8R,9aS,10aR,10bR,10cS)‐8‐(3‐furyl)‐2a,4,5,5a,6,6a,8,9,9a,10a,10b,10c‐dodecahydro‐3‐hydroxy‐2a,5a,6a,7‐tetramethyl‐5‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐enoyloxy)‐2H,3H‐cyclopenta[4′,5′]furo[2′,3′:6,5]benzo[cd]isobenzofuran‐6‐acetate, C32H42O8, was isolated from uncrushed green leaves of Azadirachta indica A. Juss (neem) and has been found to possess antifeedant activity against Spodptera litura. The conformations of the functional groups are similar to those of 3‐desacetylsalannin, which was isolated from neem kernels. The molecules are linked into chains by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In both 2,5‐dimethyl‐6,7‐dihydrobenzo[h]pyrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazoline, C16H15N3, (I), and 2‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydrobenzo[h]pyrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazoline, C19H21N3, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, the non‐aromatic carbocyclic rings adopt screw‐boat conformations. The molecules of (I) are linked into chains of rings by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, while in (II) there are no hydrogen bonds of any kind.  相似文献

In the structure of (6R*,11R*)‐5‐acetyl‐11‐ethyl‐6,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenzo[b,e]azepine‐6‐carboxylic acid, C19H19NO3, (I), the molecules are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds; in the structure of the monomethyl analogue (6RS,11SR)‐5‐acetyl‐11‐ethyl‐2‐methyl‐6,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenzo[b,e]azepine‐6‐carboxylic acid, C20H21NO3, (II), the molecules are linked into simple C(7) chains by O—H...O hydrogen bonds; and in the structure of the dimethyl analogue (6RS,11SR)‐5‐acetyl‐11‐ethyl‐1,3‐dimethyl‐6,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenzo[b,e]azepine‐6‐carboxylic acid, C21H23NO3, (III), a combination of O—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into a three‐dimensional framework structure. None of these structures exhibits the R22(8) dimer motif characteristic of simple carboxylic acids.  相似文献

Molecules of 1‐acetyl‐3‐ferrocenyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C11H11N2O)], form a centrosymmetric dimer generated by a combination of one C—H⋯π(pyrazole) and one C—H⋯π(cyclopentadienyl) interaction. The dimers are linked by C—H⋯π interactions, involving the pyrazole rings as acceptors, into layers parallel to (10). Molecules of 1‐acetyl‐5‐ferrocenyl‐3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C15H12N3O)], are linked by C—H⋯O interactions into a chain running in the [010] direction. Two chains of this type passing through each unit cell are connected by O⋯π(pyridyl) interactions into an [010] double chain.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐1,2‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐4‐(3H)‐one, C16H12BrN3O, (IVa), and 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3,4‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐(1H)‐one, C17H15N3O, (Vb), both form R(8) centrosymmetric dimers via N—H?N hydrogen bonds. The N?N distance is 2.943 (3) Å for (IVa) and 2.8481 (16) Å for (Vb), with the corresponding N—H?N angles being 129 and 167°, respectively. However, in other respects, the supramolecular structures of the two compounds differ. Both compounds contain different C—H?π interactions, in which the C—H?π(centroid) distances are 2.59 and 2.47 Å for (IVa) and (Vb), respectively (the latter being a short distance), with C—H?π(centroid) angles of 158 and 159°, respectively. The supramolecular structures also differ, with a short Br?O distance of 3.117 (2) Å in bromo derivative (IVa), and a C—H?O interaction with a C?O distance of 3.2561 (19) Å and a C—H?O angle of 127° in tolyl system (Vb). The dihydropyrimido part of (Vb) is disordered, with a ratio of the major and minor components of 0.9:0.1. The disorder consists of two non‐interchangeable envelope conformers, each with an equatorial tolyl group and an axial methine H atom.  相似文献

Polymorph (Ia) of eldoral [5‐ethyl‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)barbituric acid or 5‐ethyl‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐1,3‐diazinane‐2,4,6‐trione], C11H17N3O3, displays a hydrogen‐bonded layer structure parallel to (100). The piperidine N atom and the barbiturate carbonyl group in the 2‐position are utilized in N—H...N and N—H...O=C hydrogen bonds, respectively. The structure of polymorph (Ib) contains pseudosymmetry elements. The two independent molecules of (Ib) are connected via N—H...O=C(4/6‐position) and N—H...N(piperidine) hydrogen bonds to give a chain structure in the [100] direction. The hydrogen‐bonded layers, parallel to (010), formed in the salt diethylammonium 5‐ethyl‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)barbiturate [or diethylammonium 5‐ethyl‐2,4,6‐trioxo‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐1,3‐diazinan‐1‐ide], C4H12N+·C11H16N3O3, (II), closely resemble the corresponding hydrogen‐bonded structure in polymorph (Ia). Like many other 5,5‐disubstituted derivatives of barbituric acid, polymorphs (Ia) and (Ib) contain the R22(8) N—H...O=C hydrogen‐bond motif. However, the overall hydrogen‐bonded chain and layer structures of (Ia) and (Ib) are unique because of the involvement of the hydrogen‐bond acceptor function in the piperidine group.  相似文献

Reaction of biotin {C10H16N2O3S, HL; systematic name: 5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoic acid} with silver acetate and a few drops of aqueous ammonia leads to the deprotonation of the carboxylic acid group and the formation of a neutral chiral two‐dimensional polymer network, poly[[{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)] trihydrate], {[Ag(C10H15N2O3S)]·3H2O}n or {[Ag(L)]·3H2O}n, (I). Here, the AgI cations are pentacoordinate, coordinated by four biotin anions via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two carboxylate O atoms of the same molecule. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of potentially coordinating anions, viz. nitrate and perchlorate, leads to the formation of the chiral one‐dimensional coordination polymers catena‐poly[[bis[nitratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] monohydrate], {[Ag2(NO3)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]·H2O}n or {[Ag2(NO3)2(HL)2]·H2O}n, (II), and catena‐poly[bis[perchloratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}], [Ag2(ClO4)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]n or [Ag2(ClO4)2(HL)2]n, (III), respectively. In (II), the AgI cations are again pentacoordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two O atoms of a nitrate anion. In (I), (II) and (III), the AgI cations are bridged by an S atom and are coordinated by the ureido O atom and the O atoms of the anions. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of noncoordinating anions, viz. hexafluoridophosphate (PF6) and hexafluoridoantimonate (SbF6), gave the chiral double‐stranded helical structures catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐bis{μ2‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridophosphate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](PF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](PF6)}n, (IV), and catena‐poly[[[{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)]‐μ2‐{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridoantimonate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](SbF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](SbF6)}n, (V), respectively. In (IV), the AgI cations have a tetrahedral coordination environment, coordinated by four biotin molecules via two S atoms, and by two carboxy O atoms of two different molecules. In (V), however, the AgI cations have a trigonal coordination environment, coordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and one carboxy O atom. In (IV) and (V), neither the ureido O atom nor the F atoms of the anion are involved in coordination. Hence, the coordination environment of the AgI cations varies from AgS2O trigonal to AgS2O2 tetrahedral to AgS2O3 square‐pyramidal. The conformation of the valeric acid side chain varies from extended to twisted and this, together with the various anions present, has an influence on the solid‐state structures of the resulting compounds. The various O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds present result in the formation of chiral two‐ and three‐dimensional networks, which are further stabilized by C—H...X (X = O, F, S) interactions, and by N—H...F interactions for (IV) and (V). Biotin itself has a twisted valeric acid side chain which is involved in an intramolecular C—H...S hydrogen bond. The tetrahydrothiophene ring has an envelope conformation with the S atom as the flap. It is displaced from the mean plane of the four C atoms (plane B) by 0.8789 (6) Å, towards the ureido ring (plane A). Planes A and B are inclined to one another by 58.89 (14)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked via O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, enclosing R22(8) loops, forming zigzag chains propagating along [001]. These chains are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and C—H...S and C—H...O interactions forming a three‐dimensional network. The absolute configurations of biotin and complexes (I), (II), (IV) and (V) were confirmed crystallographically by resonant scattering.  相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis.  相似文献

The geometric features of 1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐amine, C7H6N6O2, correspond to the presence of the essential interaction of the 5‐amino group lone pair with the π system of the tetrazole ring. Intermolecular N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds result in the formation of infinite chains running along the [110] direction and involve centrosymmetric ring structures with motifs R22(8) and R22(20). Molecules of {(E)‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl]iminomethyl}dimethylamine, C12H16N6O, are essentially flattened, which facilitates the formation of a conjugated system spanning the whole molecule. Conjugation in the azomethine N=C—N fragment results in practically the same length for the formal double and single bonds.  相似文献

The molecules of 3‐amino‐4‐anilino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C15H12N2O2, (I), and 3‐amino‐4‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐one, C16H14N2O2, (II), adopt very similar conformations, with the substituted amino group PhNR, where R = H in (I) and R = Me in (II), almost orthogonal to the adjacent heterocyclic ring. The molecules of (I) are linked into cyclic centrosymmetric dimers by pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, while those of (II) are linked into complex sheets by a combination of one three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond, one two‐centre C—H...O hydrogen bond and two C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the title tricyclic compound, C17H21NO4, which is the immediate precursor of a potent synthetic inhibitor {Lek157: sodium (8S,9R)‐10‐[(E)‐ethylidene]‐4‐methoxy‐11‐oxo‐1‐azatricyclo[7.2.0.03,8]undec‐2‐ene‐2‐carboxylate} with remarkable potency, provides experimental evidence for the previously modelled relative position of the fused cyclohexyl ring and the carbonyl group of the β‐lactam ring, which takes part in the formation of the initial tetrahedral acyl–enzyme complex. In this hydrophobic molecule, the overall geometry is influenced by C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds [3.046 (4) and 3.538 (6) Å, with corresponding normalized H?O distances of 2.30 and 2.46 Å], whereas the molecules are interconnected through intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds [3.335 (4)–3.575 (5) Å].  相似文献

Bicycle ring closure on a mixture of (4aS,8aR)‐ and (4aR,8aS)‐ethyl 2‐oxodecahydro‐1,6‐naphthyridine‐6‐carboxylate, followed by conversion of the separated cis and trans isomers to the corresponding thioamide derivatives, gave (4aSR,8aRS)‐ethyl 2‐sulfanylidenedecahydro‐1,6‐naphthyridine‐6‐carboxylate, C11H18N2O2S. Structural analysis of this thioamide revealed a structure with two crystallographically independent conformers per asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). The reciprocal bicycle ring closure on (3aRS,7aRS)‐ethyl 2‐oxooctahydro‐1H‐pyrrolo[3,2‐c]pyridine‐5‐carboxylate, C10H16N2O3, was also accomplished in good overall yield. Here the five‐membered ring is disordered over two positions, so that both enantiomers are represented in the asymmetric unit. The compounds act as key intermediates towards the synthesis of potential new polycyclic medicinal chemical structures.  相似文献

The supramolecular structures of the isomeric compounds 5,7‐dimethoxyimidazo[1,2‐c]pyrimidine, C8H9N3O2, (I), and 7‐methoxy‐1‐methylimidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5(1H)‐one, C8H9N3O2, (II), are determined by weak C—H⃛N and C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds in (I), which generate alternating linked centrosymmetric R(8) and R(10) rings that form a ribbon running parallel to the c axis, and by C—H⃛O bonds in (II), which link the molecules into sheets comprising centrosymmetric R(10) and R(22) rings.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The title keto acid crystallizes as a solvate, C21H25FO4·C2H4O2, with two molecules each of steroid and acetic acid per asymmetric unit. The former are approximately parallel, with opposite end‐to‐end orientation, and form translational carboxyl‐to‐ketone hydrogen‐bonding catemers [O⋯O = 2.679 (6) and 2.650 (5) Å, and O—H⋯O = 165 and 162°] that involve the 3‐ketone group and follow the a axis. The acetic acid molecules are paired by hydrogen bonding, and neither they nor the F atom nor the 11‐ketone group play any overt role in the hydrogen‐bonding scheme of the steroid. Intermolecular C—H⋯O=C close contacts involving three different neighboring molecules exist to the 11‐ketone group, the steroidal carboxyl group and one of the acetic acid molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C5H9N)4(H2O)2](ClO4)2, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m. The cation has space‐group‐imposed 2/m symmetry, while the perchlorate ion is disordered about a mirror plane. The two slightly non‐equivalent Co—C bonds [1.900 (3) and 1.911 (3) Å] form a rectangular plane, with a C—Co—C bond angle of 86.83 (11)°, and the linear O—Co—O C2 axis is perpendicular to this plane. The C[triple‐bond]N bond lengths are 1.141 (4) Å and the Co—C[triple‐bond]N and C[triple‐bond]N—C angles average 175.5 (4)°. The perchlorate counter‐ions are hydrogen bonded to the water molecules. The title compound is the first example of four alkyl isocyanide ligands coordinating CoII upon initial reaction of Co(ClO4)2·6H2O/EtOH with alkyl isocyanide. In all other known examples, five alkyl isocyanide molecules are coordinated, as in [(RNC)5Co—Co(CNR)5](ClO4)4 (R = Me, Et, CHMe2, CH2Ph, C4H9n or C6H11) or [Co(CNC8H17t)5](ClO4)2. This complex, therefore, is unique and somewhat unexpected.  相似文献
