The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The chromanone moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiroisoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chlorophenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one molecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chlorophenyl rings of a second molecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, 3‐amino‐2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐6‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazin‐5(2H)‐one, C9H14N4O4, the conformation of the N‐glycosidic bond is high‐anti and the 2‐deoxyribofuranosyl moiety adopts a North sugar pucker (2T3). The orientation of the exocyclic C—C bond between the –CH2OH group and the five‐membered ring is ap (gauche, trans). The crystal packing is such that the nucleobases lie parallel to the ac plane; the planes are connected via hydrogen bonds involving the five‐membered ring.  相似文献

2,2′‐Anhydro‐1‐(3′,5′‐di‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐arabinofuranosyl)uracil, C13H14N2O7, was obtained by refluxing 2′,3′‐O‐(methoxymethylene)uridine in acetic anhydride. The structure exhibits a nearly perfect C4′‐endo (4E) conformation. The best four‐atom plane of the five‐membered furanose ring is O—C—C—C, involving the C atoms of the fused five‐membered oxazolidine ring, and the torsion angle is only −0.4 (2)°. The oxazolidine ring is essentially coplanar with the six‐membered uracil ring [r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 (5) Å and dihedral angle = −3.2 (3)°]. The conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is gauche–trans which is stabilized by various C—H...π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C20H21NO3, is a derivative of Aib (α‐aminoisobutyric acid) and is cyclized at the Cα position by biphenyl rings. The seven‐membered ring possesses C2 symmetry. The Cα cyclization causes the backbone to assume a helical conformation in the crystal structure. The packing of the molecules is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?O, C—H?π and N—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title methanol solvate, C24H22N4O5·CH3OH, forms an extended three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structure, assisted by the presence of several good donor and acceptor sites. It shows none of the crystal packing features typically expected of piperazinediones, such as amide‐to‐amide R22(8) hydrogen bonding. In this structure the methanol solvent appears to play only a space‐filling role; it is not involved in any hydrogen bonding and instead is disordered over several sites. This study reports, to the best of our knowledge, the first crystal structure of an indane‐containing piperazinedione compound which exhibits a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded structure formed by classical (N—H...O and N—H...N) hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H31NO2·H2O, has the outer two six‐membered rings in chair conformations, while the central ring is in an 8β,9α‐half‐chair conformation. The five‐membered ring adopts a 13,14‐half‐chair conformation. The pyridylmethylene moiety has an E configuration with respect to the carbonyl group at position 17. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?N and O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title chiral compound, 3‐aminocarbonyl‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane‐1‐carboxylic acid, C10H17NO3, was prepared from (1R,3S)‐camphoric acid. The five‐membered ring adopts a conformation which is intermediate between a twist and an envelope. Elongations of the C—C bonds and contractions of the C—C—C bond angles are observed within the five‐membered ring. A 1H NMR spectrum was recorded to assist in distinguishing the amide group from the carboxyl group.  相似文献

The molecular structures of 2‐[4‐chloro‐2‐fluoro‐5‐(prop‐2‐ynyloxy)phenyl]‐1,3,4,5,6,7‐hexahydroisoindole‐1,3‐dione, C17H13ClFNO3, (I), and the isomeric compound 2‐[4‐chloro‐2‐fluoro‐5‐(prop‐2‐ynyloxy)phenyl]‐cis‐1,3,3a,4,7,7a‐hexahydroisoindole‐1,3‐dione, (II), are, as anticipated, significantly different in their conformations and in the distances between the farthest two atoms. The six‐membered ring of the 1,3,4,5,6,7‐hexahydroisoindole‐1,3‐dione moiety in (I) adopts a half‐chair conformation. The dihedral angle between the five‐membered dione ring of (I) and the benzene ring is 50.96 (7)°. The six‐membered ring of the cis‐1,3,3a,4,7,7a‐hexahydroisoindole‐1,3‐dione moiety in (II) adopts a boat conformation. The dihedral angle in (II) between the five‐membered dione ring and the benzene ring is 61.03 (13)°. In the crystal structures, the molecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and weak π–π interactions. Compound (I) is a much more potent herbicide than (II). The Cl⋯H distances between the farthest two atoms in (I) and (II) are 11.37 and 9.97 Å, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, C24H18ClNO2, the phenyl ring and the tetralone moiety are approximately orthogonal to the isoxazoline ring. The isoxazoline ring adopts an envelope conformation, while the cyclohexenone ring of the tetralone moiety has an intermediate sofa/half‐chair conformation. In this structure, one C—H?N intermolecular and two C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur; the H?A distances are 2.60, and 2.35 and 2.57 Å, respectively. The molecules are held together by an intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bond, forming a one‐dimensional chain along the [100] direction.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C12H20O6, (I), and C9H16O6, (II), the five‐membered furanose ring adopts a 4T3 conformation and the five‐membered 1,3‐dioxolane ring adopts an E3 conformation. The six‐membered 1,3‐dioxane ring in (I) adopts an almost ideal OC3 conformation. The hydrogen‐bonding patterns for these compounds differ substantially: (I) features just one intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond [O...O = 2.933 (3) Å], whereas (II) exhibits, apart from the corresponding intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond [O...O = 2.7638 (13) Å], two intermolecular bonds of this type [O...O = 2.7708 (13) and 2.7730 (12) Å]. This study illustrates both the similarity between the conformations of furanose, 1,3‐dioxolane and 1,3‐dioxane rings in analogous isopropylidene‐substituted carbohydrate structures and the only negligible influence of the presence of a 1,3‐dioxane ring on the conformations of furanose and 1,3‐dioxolane rings. In addition, in comparison with reported analogs, replacement of the –CH2OH group at the C1‐furanose position by another group can considerably affect the conformation of the 1,3‐dioxolane ring.  相似文献

The title compound, C21H26FN3O7, is assembled by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into well‐separated two‐dimensional layers of about 15 Å thickness. The crescent conformation of the molecules is stabilized by weak intramolecular C—H...O and C—H...F hydrogen bonds. The uridine moiety adopts an anti conformation. The ribofuranose ring exists in an envelope conformation. All the endocyclic uracil bonds are shorter than normal single C—N and C—C bonds, and five of them have comparable lengths, which implies a considerable degree of delocalization of the electron density within this ring.  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

Pyrazolo[1,5‐c]quinazolines are fused‐quinazoline derivatives which have been reported as potential agents against neurological disorders. The normal synthesis routes to these compounds require harsh reaction conditions, long reaction times or multistep sequences. The title compound, C18H15N3S, has been prepared under very mild conditions by condensation of thiochroman‐4‐one with 5‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole, which had itself been prepared by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate with 4‐hydroxyquinoline mediated by a brief period of microwave heating. Within the molecule in the crystal structure, the reduced pyrimidine ring adopts an envelope conformation, whereas the thiane ring adopts a half‐chair conformation. Molecules are linked into sheets by a combination of one N—H...S hydrogen bond and two independent C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, which utilize the same aryl ring as the acceptor, with one C—H bond donating to each face of the ring. Comparisons are made with some related compounds.  相似文献

In terms of standard nucleoside nomenclature, this ring has a C1′‐exo,C2′‐endo conformation. The O5′—C5′—C4′—C3′ torsion angle is ?167.4 (2)° and the glycosidic S4′—C1′—N1—C2 torsion angle is ?101.8 (2)° (anti).  相似文献
